Alex Langer, President and CEO of Sierra Madre Gold And Silver (TSXV: SM) (OTCQX: SMDRF), joins me to review the Q4 and full-year 2024 operations and financial metrics from ramp up production at the La Guitarra Mine and processing plant, in Mexico.  We also look a number of future development and exploration value drivers for the Company across their district-scale land package.   FY 2024 and Q4 2024 Financial Highlights   Net Revenues: After refining, treatment and smelting charges, the Company recorded net revenues of $6.5 million in the six-month period ended December 31, 2024, or approximately $28.35 per silver equivalent ounce ("AgEq ounce"). The Company averaged $30.37 per silver ("Ag") ounce sold and $2,594 per gold ("Au") ounce sold in the six-month period of operations to December 31, 2024. In Q4 2024, Sierra Madre recorded silver revenues totaling approximately $1.9 million ($31.58 per Ag ounce) and gold revenues totaled approximately $2.4 million ($2,667 per Au ounce). Cost of Sales was $5.1 million for the six-month period ended December 31, 2024, approximately $22.40 per AgEq ounce sold, representing $20.95 per AgEq ounce sold in Q4 ($2.8 million) and $24.13 per AgEq ounce sold in Q3 ($2.3 million). Gross profit was $1.36 million for FY 2024.   Alex then lays out the envisioned plan is to run the mill at 500 tpd most of next year, at the slated commercial production throughput. However, he then also shares the pathway forward where a modest amount of equipment can be purchased and installed to grow the mill throughput to 650 TPD in 2026, and then all the way up to 1,000+ TPD by the end of 2027.  In addition to the potential of growth through production, we also discuss the leverage that a silver and gold producer like Sierra Madre will have to the potential of rising metals prices in 2025 and 2026.   Next we shift over into the larger growth vision of the company, as it will turn it's it focus to exploring this district scale land package the end of next year, funded through organically generated revenues.  The property hosts 8 different past-producing mines, with the first 2 priorities being to explore around the El Rincon and Mina de Agua mines.   Additionally, there is a non-compliant 17 million ounce historic resource at the Nazareno Mine, and also solid underground infrastructure at the nearby high-grade Coloso Mine, that First Majestic had put quite a bit of sunk cost into already. Alex Langer, President and CEO of Sierra Madre Gold And Silver (TSXV: SM) (OTCQX: SMDRF), joins me to review the news out December 10th announcing industrial production at the La Guitarra Mine and processing plant, in Mexico; with commercial production slated for Q1 of 2025. The La Guitarra Mine complex is a permitted, past-producing underground mine, which includes a 500 t/d processing facility that operated until mid-2018; which was purchased from First Majestic Silver (TSX: AG) (NYSE: AG) in 2023, and just went into test mining on June 25th of this year.   The plant has been operating at 86% of the milling circuit nameplate capacity, or 516 wet metric tonnes per day, for the last two months, exceeding the engineering standard of 80% for 30 days necessary to declare industrial commercial production. Alex shares the milling throughput has been just over 500 tpd in mid to late December, so the announcement of commercial production should be imminent.   Production statistics for the last two months:   October: 13,208 wet tonnes of economically interesting vein material processed, producing 296.84 dry tonnes of concentrate, containing 21,186 ounces of silver and 295.3 ounces of gold. November: 13,064 wet tonnes processed, producing 317.7 dry tonnes of concentrate, containing 22,917 ounces of silver and 363.3 ounces of gold.   Alex then lays out the envisioned plan is to run the mill at 500 tpd most of next year, at the slated commercial production throughput. Alex Langer, President and CEO of Sierra Madre Gold And Silver (TSXV: SM) (OTCQX: SMDRF), joins us for an introduction to this brand new precious metals producer, currently ramping up towards commercial production by year-end, at the La Guitarra Mine, in Mexico.  The La Guitarra Mine complex is a permitted, past-producing underground mine, which includes a 500 t/d processing facility that operated until mid-2018; which was purchased from First Majestic Silver (TSX: AG) (NYSE: AG) in 2023, and just went into trial mining on June 25th of this year.   The Company announced on September 24th, that it has generated in excess of $2.4 million in revenues since the commencement of the test mining and milling phase at the Guitarra mine complex. Daily throughput rates of economically interesting silver and gold mineralization have averaged 350 tonnes per day (TPD) over the past 30 days.  Alex shares with us that the plan is to incrementally move it up to 400 TPD next month, and then up to 500 TPD by year-end, where commercial production can be declared.  He also shares the pathway forward to growth where after a full year of 500 TPD production slated for 2025, that there process to grow the mill throughput to 650 TPD in 2026, and then all the way up to 1,000+ TPD by the end of 2027.   Next we got into the larger growth vision of the company, as it will turn it's it focus to exploring this district scale land package the end of next year, through organically generated revenues.  The property hosts 8 different past-producing mines, with the 2 first priorities being to explore around the El Rincon and Mina de Agua mines.   Additionally, there is a non-compliant 17 million ounce historic resource at the Nazareno Mine, and also solid underground infrastructure at the nearby Coloso Mine, that First Majestic had put quite a bit of sunk cost into already that will be an area of future expansion.   We wrap up discussing the benefits of having First Majestic as a key 44.9% stakeholder, where they have provided data, employees, and a small loan to the Company at favorable terms. Welcome to another episode of Our Offbeat Life, where we highlight the stories of individuals and families who break free from traditional lifestyles to live their dream life. Today, we're excited to share an incredible journey of a family that is trading 10 acres in Chile for a bus! Our guests today are Donnie and Carla, a globetrotting couple from Argentina and California who have made the Chile their home. But as they say, change is the only constant. Donnie and Carla have now decided to switch gears and are in the process of converting a bus into a live-aboard vehicle for their future travels. This transition from a sprawling property to bus living is being prepared gradually, with their children actively involved in designing and building their new home on wheels. In this episode, they share their experiences - the good, the bad, and the challenging - of downsizing and preparing to move into a bus. They discuss the intricacies of residency processes, adjusting to a new lifestyle in a foreign land, and the importance of research and planning for families looking to follow in their footsteps.
