Returning port service vessels will carry park personnel (人員) on patrol missions during their return voyages, increasing surveillance of protected waters. The partnership will also establish a system for sharing vessel tracking data, images and patrol records to help detect suspected illegal fishing, coral reef damage and other violations. Officials say the partnership will expand patrol coverage and create a stronger marine patrol network, helping better protect the national park's marine ecosystem. The two sides also plan to work together on marine conservation education and public awareness programs. Belgium beat the US 4-1 in Seattle in a match that rendered the Folarin Balogun controversy irrelevant on the pitch. Belgium were sharper from the start and the game turned when US goalkeeper Matt Freese rushed out of his area and lost possession, allowing Hans Vanaken to finish into an empty net. All three co-hosts are now out. But the fallout continues to grow after Fifa's decision to suspend Balogun's one-match ban after an intervention from US President Donald Trump. In a twist straight out of a streaming-era true-crime sidebar, High Times reports that Jabari Brown, the young pilot who famously won a private jet in a past MrBeast challenge, was recently detained in Paraguay after authorities discovered over 260 kilos of marijuana on a plane where he was working as a contracted co-pilot. According to that same report, Paraguayan prosecutors have now cleared Brown of involvement and released him, and there is no indication that MrBeast or his company had any connection to the alleged trafficking beyond Brown's earlier appearance in the viral jet giveaway video. In October 1982, Paraguay and Brazil closed the gates of the Itaipu River, beginning to fill the reservoir of what would soon be the world's largest dam. Located in a rainforest on the border between the two countries, the Itaipu dam would go on to supply vast amounts of energy for decades.
