Brad Hanson from Evolution of Horror has completed his internship at the Scientific Research Institute for the Study of Homicidal Baked Goods and is back to offer his specific expertise on just what makes this creepy cookie tick. Why, hello there and welcome back. What…? Did you really think that was the end of the Christmas special? Heck, no! We're only up to Act II. And I hope you went to the bathroom between episodes, because this next part of the story may make you pee your pants a little…and believe me, I know a thing or two about peeing your pants. I'm your narrator, Davey, and I'm gonna tell you about the time that Dave, Ryan, Mike and Nick watched the 1997 snowman slasher Jack Frost. Topics of discussion in this episode include a 90's video store staple that feels like an R-rated live-action Goosebumps; we pour one out for the troubled production of Jack Frost and it's inability to conjure snow for it's winter setting; and finally, we raise an eyebrow at the film's suspicious wiki entries and wonder if the film's director is rewriting history. Are you a Jack Frost fan or are you one of them Gingerdead Man freaks? Let us know, we wanna hear from ya! That'll do it for Part 2 of our Jack Frost Christmas Special Trilogy. We'll be back before ya know it with the 1998 box office blunder, Jack Frost. Cya then, folks!
This week on Friday Night Frightfest, we're indulging in some delightfully cheesy holiday horror with two B-movie classics: Jack Frost (1997) and The Gingerdead Man (2005). Jack Frost (1997) Directed by Michael Cooney, Jack Frost tells the tale of a serial killer who is horrifically transformed into a monstrous snowman after a freak accident involving chemicals. Now, this icy avenger seeks revenge on the small town that wronged him. The Gingerdead Man (2005) Directed by Charles Band, The Gingerdead Man introduces us to a homicidal gingerbread man created by a convicted serial killer as a means of escaping prison. This deliciously evil cookie embarks on a killing spree, leaving a trail of gingerbread crumbs and terrified victims in his wake. Join us as we dissect these delightfully absurd and over-the-top holiday horrors. We'll be discussing their campy charm, ridiculous special effects, and enduring place in the pantheon of cheesy B-movie classics. Spoilers start around 4:00.
This week, we return for a third and final time to our favorite non-Christmasy Christmas franchise: The Gingerdead Man! If you thought the first two films were insane, you're still not adequately prepared for the nonsense going on here. Saturday Night Cleaver is the best kind of stupid from the Scientific Research Institute for the Study of Homicidal Baked Goods to the REAL story of what happened at Pearl Harbor, a day that will truly live in infamy after this revelation. Hopefully you can squeeze some of these movies in before Christmas. Well it turns out that this is not actually a Christmas movie which only adds to the rage of our fantastic guest. Heather is on form this week as she educates us and the listeners on what is and isn't a Christmas film while sharing her frustrations about this movie. Hilariously funny and at times wildly inappropriate this weeks episode is full of facts (some incorrect) games and a whole lot of Christmas fun

The evil cookie killer, The Gingerdead Man, returns to a film studio to continue his murderous rampage. The Gingerdead Man 2: Passion of the Crust is quite the sequel to The Gingerdead Man. With very loose story continuity from the first move, this film may be even more outrageous than the previous film. It takes place in a film studio with a set of crazy characters who are terrorized by a killer gingerbread cookie. The story writes itself and although the movie may not make any sense, it's hard to stop watching. Watch the movie and catch our review. Hello and welcome back to another episode of B Bin Horror! We wanted to let you know that we had some audio issues with this episode so if it sounds even worse than usual, that's why! On this week's episode we are celebrating Christmas in July with a kind of Christmas movie, the 2005 Horror/Comedy, The Gingerdead Man! The Gingerdead Man was written by William Butler and directed by Charles Band. The film stars Gary Busey, Robin Sydney, Ryan Locke, Alexia Aleman and Jonathan Chase. On this week's episode the guys talk about some deep cookie lore, a backstory for Millard Findlemeyer's mother and we kind of talk about this movie. This week we are talking about Gingerdead Man 3: Saturday Night Cleaver. This sequel introduced us to other homicidal baked goods. This one had us talking about the easiness of time travel, the lack of security in prison, the Roller Disco Championships, the odd people in history who are time-traveled to the end fight scene, and more. Gingerdead Man has some solid one-liners and we discussed him vs Jack Frost. Fun one to discuss. Watch the unedited review at sequelsonly.com/GDM3 I had AI write a script for Jack Frost vs Gingerdead Man 3. You can read it here sequelsonly.com/jackfrostvsgdm The next sequel we are discussing is a sequel that might have the greatest sequel title ever with "House 2: The Second Story." For It, I chatted with Set Decorator Don Diers. Don's story of getting put into the Art Department all happened because he left out his drawing while working in the office on a movie, that movie was A Nightmare on Elm Street. We talked about what a Set Decorator does, his time at UCLA with the likes of Tim Robbins and former guest Lee Arenberg, working on Bio-Dome, The Muppets, and a ton more. Don mailed me a hat from Tenacious D's Pick of Destiny movie. Great guy and a great chat. The next sequel we will be discussing is "Gingerdead Man 3: Saturday Night Clever". For it, I chatted with Actress Junie Hoang. Junie has had quite a career that involves, acting, voice-overs, and producing, and even some roles in reality shows that I didn't know used actors. Junie talked about her love of horror, her chance encounter with Rob Zombie at a Target, AI, protection for smaller actors, and more. Great chat! Over his career spanning nearly 50 years, Jeff Farley has designed makeup and special effects for hundreds of films. From major productions like THE BLOB (1989), ALIEN 3, and DEATH BECOMES HER to tiny Full Moon projects like BLOOD DOLLS, EVIL BONG 2, and GINGERDEAD MAN 3, Farley's done just about everything the effects world has to offer. We spoke with Jeff about his experience, the films that inspired him, and his time with Empire and Full Moon.

Welcome to Manic March (insert Wilhelm scream here)! Please just don't watch this film! We are not keeping it a secret. We hate it, and it is one of the worst things we have ever seen. 2 terrible villains are supposed to clash and fight each other, but the film is 50% flashbacks to each franchise, 33% boobs, 100% terrible acting, and 0% actual fighting between the villains. It is more important than plot, so what brand of camera lens did this movie use? What sound does a mummy make? And can Glad trash bags make a good movie? Nothing gets us in the holiday spirit more than a horny cookie. In this non-Gary Busey sequel, the bar drops even LOWER for plot, acting, and puppets. Just in time for the holidays, we have a listener request from our friend Paul. We have all the ingredients to make the holiday even more magical. Millard Findlemeyer (Gary Busey) is a cold-blooded criminal. After robbing a diner and shooting everyone up, he is eventually caught, convicted and executed. His ashes and some guy's blood are thrown into an industrial mixer, molded into a gingerbread man, placed into an oven and, well, we think you know where this is going. You're right! Gary Busey plays the loveable and incoherent “Gingerdead Man.” He's back from beyond the grave to wish you warm tidings. Knife tidings! Sarah (Robin Sydney) and her questionable group of townies battle this confectionary demon with their wits, a magical gun and a little bit of the holiday spirit. Also, Sarah's mom has a lot of spirits too. RTS engage in a pie to the face war. Jeremy, Collin and La-Mar decorate the bakery in garland and finish off the spiked eggnog. You'll knead this movie this holiday season!

Happy Monday, Goons! Join us for another new episode of Slashers Podcast with Jason, Austin and Ade. Since we've already done Gingerdead Man and Evil Bong separately, what better way to start our 3rd week of Full Moon April discussing 2013's Charles Band classic, Gingerdead Man Vs Evil Bong, starring Robin Sydney as both Sarah Lee and LuAnn from both films, and John Patrick Jordan as Larnell. The three of us aren't really sure what this film was even about, as most of it is flashbacks from the former films, but according to Google, The Gingerdead Man plans to kill Sarah Lee, the long survivor of his murderous rampage, but he is foiled when he meets Larnell and sets loose Eebee, the Evil Bong, to stop him. In this week's episode, we're headed back to the weird and wonderful world of Charles Band with the 1994 film "Shrunken Heads." It is Full Moon April here on Slashers Podcast where your favorite goons will review a different Full Moon Entertainment flick each week. We're kicking it off with 2005's The Gingerdead Man starring Gary Busey. The film follows an evil gingerbread man possessed by a psycho killer (Busey) who terrorizes people at a bakery. In the episode we discuss Charles Band, the founder of Full Moon, and the history of this treasured B-Movie, direct-to-vhs production company, most famous for Castle Freak, the Puppet Master series, and Trancers. We also get into some new horror media, namely Blood and Honey, we talk about the pros and cons of all of us living in either Florida or Texas (mostly cons). Be sure to stick around at the end of the episode to hear it. Let us know your favorite Full Moon Flicks in the comments! Welcome to the first episode…or experiment… of Not A Bomb Presents: Breaking Brad! Troy, Sammy from the GGTMC and Jose from Watch/Skip+ pick the worst films imaginable to see if they can break Brad. Sounds similar to other bad movie podcasts or television shows? Well, nobody is in a spaceship and the guys are using real science to determine Brad's psychological state! On this episode, the gang tackles the 2005 horror (?) film - The Gingerdead Man. Notable for Gary Busey starring as the titular Gingerdead Man, this Full Moon Production has some of the worst performances, worst video quality, and worst 2000's fashion your eyes will ever see. Somehow, this film spawns 2 sequels and a fight with an Evil Bong. Yeah, you read that correctly! Does The Gingerdad Man have what it takes to Break Brad? Listen to find out! Be sure to subscribe to the Gentlemen's Guide to Midnite Cinema to hear more of Sammy. Also, check out Jose's podcast - Watch/Skip+ • A podcast on Anchor. Both are highly recommended. If you want to leave feedback or suggest a movie bomb, please drop us a line at NotABombPod@gmail.com or Contact Us - here. Also, if you like what you hear, leave a review on Apple Podcast.Cast: Brad, Troy, Jose, Sammy

Hello Horror Heads! This week we continue with the winter-ish themed, but not really, The Gingerdead Man "starring" Gary Busey. It's, uh, not great. But hey... Enjoy!
