In this episode of the Green Side Up Podcast, Jason and Jordan open with a fun recap of Dollywood—great landscaping, real shade, and a memorable potty-training moment—before announcing a new Tree Care Business Webinar series in partnership with SingleOps and Granum, running August through December. They then dig into how they price big work: Jason breaks down production-based estimating for commercial maintenance, including policing trashy sites and structuring man-hours, while Jordan walks through his daily-rate method and a real government bid for invasive plant removal, from OpenGov and pre-bid meetings to MOT, herbicide subs, and building in the right fudge factor. They wrap by teasing future content on autonomous Kress mowers and inviting listeners to catch them at the Landscape Show in Orlando. Connect with Jason and Jordan:
On this episode Brandon starts by looking into the mystery of government cheese and the "Got Milk?" campaign, then pivots into why we have fluoride in our water.

-Rob launches into a full-scale takedown of the modern race narrative, arguing America had largely moved past racism until politicians and media outlets discovered outrage was more profitable than unity. -Carl Higbie's NEWSMAX commentary sparks a nostalgic detour where Rob recalls growing up poor with government cheese, field work, one pair of shoes a year, and enough rural chaos to make a reality TV producer blush. The act of care and service through food has been incredibly important to Besha Rodell throughout her life, from her first, euphoric experience of a fancy restaurant at age eight, to the aftermath of September 11.Today Besha is the chief restaurant critic at The Age.The thrill of a fancy restaurant first imprinted itself on her psyche when she was a girl, treated to dinner at Stephanie's iconic spot in Melbourne. As a teenager, Besha was transplanted to her mother's native USA and got her first job in hospitality — and found her people — in North Carolina.A stint in New York followed, where Besha witnessed September 11 in real time.Eventually Besha started a family with her boyfriend, Ryan, in North Carolina and the family found they were living under the poverty line. They got by thanks to a government food voucher program.Shortly after, Besha's blog posts, written for fun, gained traction and she was given her first assignment in food writing.Further informationHunger Like A Thirst is published by HardieGrant. This episode was produced by Alice Moldovan. You know the multitalented Sunita Mani from “Glow,” “Spirited,” “Mr. Robot,” or “Save Yourselves!” And now, just this year, she has roles in so many projects (like “The Wild,” “Death of a Unicorn,” “A Nice Indian Boy,” “Government Cheese,” “His and Hers,” “The Roses”) that one wonders how she has to time to do it all. On this episode, she takes us back to where it all started, improv comedy, and explains how being willing to fall down and get back up has served her work. She details the “emptying out” process that she needs to do before a new role, the benefits and drawbacks of learning on sets rather than in a classroom, the lack of regret in turning things down, why new underwear is so important for her latest role, and much more. Back To One is the in-depth, no-nonsense, actors-on-acting podcast from Filmmaker Magazine. In each episode, host Peter Rinaldi invites one working actor to do a deep dive into their unique process, psychology, and approach to the craft. Follow Back To One on Instagram

On this episode of 'Moose and Jodie slinging takes on TV and movies', or, 'Married with Channels.' "Government Cheese" is not just a bad facsimile of actual cheese but a show on Apple TV+. Seth Rogen goes behind the scenes of movie-making with some of the 'silly' thrown in there in 'The Studio.' "The Mortician" is about a guy who burns bodies who was too good at his job and maybe murdered someone. So sad. Give us a good review and please subscribe! With James away this week, it's down to Boyd and Kay to take the helm and bang on about the week's big TV but in a shock move, they admit James rewatching shows he's seen thousands of times before is actually, dare we say it, a GOOD thing. Yes, it's time for James to bang on about The Last Of Us again (sorry) but that's okay, because we have Charlie Brooker and Jessica Rhodes on the show to balance things out by talking Black Mirror Season 7 (37:05). Aside from forcing Kay to watch more ‘zomzies' in The Last Of Us (on Sky Atlantic), we also head over to Disney+ to watch Denise Gough take part in the playdate from hell in The Stolen Girl (1:28:19) and take a slightly surreal look at the world of self-sharpening drill bits (stay with us) in Government Cheese on Apple TV+ (1:39:46). Also, we'd love to get your feedback on the podcast so do head over and fill out our little questionnaire here: https://tinyurl.com/ms9u3z22(Episode 332)Note: time stamps are approximate as the ads throw them out, so are only meant as a guide. Gayle King, Katy Perry, Amanda Nguyen, Aisha Bowe, Kerianne Flynn and Lauren Sánchez shared what their trip to space means to them, training for the historic Blue Origin flight and more. CBS News' Bill Harwood discusses the flight and describes what the crew will experience during the approximately 10 minutes in orbit. Dr. Mae Jemison made history as the first woman of color ever to travel to space in 1992. Jemison spent eight days in orbit and carried out 44 science experiments with her crewmates. She talks to "CBS Mornings" about the Blue Origin all-female spaceflight, the importance of space travel and more.
