What could you do with a decluttered life? How can you change your lifestyle to be happy and fulfilled?Jessica Malone is a Minimalist and Decluttering Coach. In 2017 she started a journey of self-discovery. After years of feeling unfulfilled and putting off my desires, she got fed up and started exploring what it take to live a fulfilling life.Decluttering helped her go from overworked and overwhelmed to living a fulfilling life. During this process, she also lost 40 lbs. Now she help others by teaching them how to declutter their life. Jessica shows you how to identify what no longer serves you and clear a path for the mindset and routines that will support your goals.Jessica developed her brand Nacho Average Fro which focuses on helping simplify their time, money, and also their attention so that they can gain clarity, find their purpose, and build a life around their purpose and what they love. She now lives a full, free life touring the country in a customized van. She blogs at Nacho Average Fro. She's also built an online course that helps others identify and clear the clutter, while creating a space to help them fulfill their deepest desires. I asked her to share how she's seen decluttering help others.Shopping had been one of Jessica's favourite activities, especially with her mother. While her mother was at first disappointed, she followed her daughter's lead, first decluttering, then finding her own passion – starting a home-based baking business. Her mother paid off her debt and now they spend more time on experience instead of going to the mall.As decluttering and minimalism continue to creep into the mainstream, many think that the focus is still on the stuff and creating Pinterest-worthy spaces. However, in Jessica's experience, she's found that it's really about more than that. She believes that the 'stuff' tells our stories. On this episode, Jessica explains that hen you begin to declutter each area of your life, you will find the results grow, exponentially. Decluttering helps you create an abundance of what you love and desire, identify your clutter cycle and leverage the space to break the cycle.Listen as Jessica shares:- decluttering your bedroom, your closet and your thinking- how listening to your parents is keeping you stuck- how responsibility creates misalignment- how to declutter your relationships- the high-achievers conundrum- how decluttering helps you save thousands- the sneaky links between habits and clutter- what's keeping you from a fulfilling life- how decluttering brings clarity- the difference between lifestyle and experience- the gifts of more life instead of more stuff- how reflection can help you get unstuck- decluttering your social media...and so much more!Additional Resources:"How To Be In Alignment With Your Purpose" w/ Melissa BauknightConnect with Jessica:WebsiteLinkedInInstagramFeel free to reach out on:FacebookInstagramEmail: roberta4sk@gmail.comYouTubeKindly subscribe to our podcast. What if you woke up tomorrow and decided to change every single thing in your life.  All of those things you have been writing down, the things you've been dreaming about, and the “to do” lists you've compiled were coupled with action?  Your life would change exponentially.  Jessica Malone is Founder, Creator, and Chief Life Design Coach for Nacho Average Fro helping aspiring and future business owners get their lives into alignment and finally start living a life chosen and realized.  Today on the show, Pedro and Jessica start at the beginning where many people start out; in school, making good grades, going to college, graduating, and making their way into the workforce only to discover the time invested in education was only to discover a new path in life.  Jessica shares how she questioned her existence although she had a great job, a nice place, her retirement accounts nice and plump, and traveling.  But something was missing. She was lacking fulfillment.  Jessica shares how she could not die to the notion that life is made up of “paying your dues, or earning your stripes.”  She talks about her experience with corporate culture and how it's contradictory to living a life fulfilled by stepping into your authentic self.    What You'll Learn:  Why Jessica stopped putting all of her value in her job, her home, and all the things that go along with the golden handcuffs we were taught to embrace What happened daily when she had finished working a job she didn't love Jessica shares her one motivation during the time she was strapped to a corporate desk The challenges of entrepreneurship and how it's a lifestyle Struggles associated with leaving a comfy 9-5 and plowing into entrepreneurship The power of self-reliance and how it can lead you to a true path to freedom One of the biggest opportunities sitting within arms reach by simply making one choice and asking the right questions  Why giving yourself too many options is not a good thing How Jessica works to help aspiring and current entrepreneurs Why you're wasting time on things you don't really care about and how to chance that without sacrificing too much comfort How Jessica saved up money, insulated her life, and jumped into a whole new life And much more!    FAVORITE QUOTE: “When I stopped putting all the value in my job and the money I made, and all that stuff, it allowed me to start thinking about what do I really want to do?  What am I  passionate about and that's when my business, although it wasn't a business then, that's when my business, “Not Your Average Joe” was born.  And I really started talking to people on the internet about my minimalism journey.   I was doing this 30-day challenge and people gravitated toward the message and then I felt like, this is something.  People want to hear what I have to say.  I have a natural knack for helping people think about their lives and gather insights and really help them build a path forward for whatever it is that they want to create.”   Jessica Malone   Connect with Jessica:  Instagram  Facebook Nacho Average Fro     How To Get Involved: From rock bottom and $500 to his name, Pedro Meneses moved to the US, left everything behind seeking answers to turning his life around, becoming an entrepreneur, and thriving in business. In this episode, Rob is with Jessica Malone who has travelled the world as an avid fan of the game of football. In this in-depth discussion, she shares both her experiences of watching football matches in various places around the world and some great tips on the best ways to plan football travel. It can be easy as a football fan to concentrate solely on your own country's football league but there is so much out there and each country's football is, as Jessica explains, very exciting and unique with much to offer any fan of the game. Sign Up For MSOPI Here: https://bit.ly/msopi-nomad KEY TAKEAWAYS The attraction of being able to watch football around the world was compelling. It was about going to countries I'd never been to and having new experiences and it was all driven by football. I'm motivated by wanting to see football. I travelled internationally for work and this allowed me to use my air miles to fund my travel for football. When I took a break from work I knew that on the other side of my travels I would be able to find work again. It can be challenging to get tickets but my love of the sport means I'm always prepared to put in the planning and work to get tickets. I want to, through sharing my stories, change the perception of women at football. South American football is really underrated, Brazil is a great environment to  watch football in. There's a lot more to the world of football than just the premier league and anyone can get out there and find it through sports travel.   BEST MOMENTS ‘I had never seen anything like it, it did have a different feel from the get-go' ‘There's a lot more to the world of football than just the premier league' ‘A dream trip would be through Portugal and Morocco to catch some games there'   VALUABLE RESOURCES The Property Nomads Website  https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/the-property-nomads-podcast/id1440016017 The Property Nomads - Stitcher Buy To Let: How To Get Started – By Rob Smallbone (Amazon)  101 Top Property Tips Rob Smallbone, Aaron Devoy Soccer Sabbatical Instagram HomeFans website         ABOUT THE HOST Rob Smallbone the host of The Property Nomads Podcast, is on a global mission to guide your success.
