After being yanked out of class and arrested on their high school campus, 15 year old Isabelle Valdez and 14 year old Lois Lippert are thrown into the back of a cop car. For 30 minutes the girls are caught on the car's dash cam giggling and completely unbothered.   At one point, Isabelle looks at her best friend, “Oh you trying to look good for your mugshot?” Lois excitedly responds, “Oh shit, am I going to get a mugshot?...This is such a bonding experience, I love it.”   The girls are basically acting like they're going to be able to go home at the end of their “side quest.” After all, the police arrested them before they could even carry out their plan to murder a classmate, right?   Isabelle even comments that their plan was, “not a school shooting at least.” Lois agrees saying, “we'd be in prison for life.”   It's true, the girls weren't planning a school shooting. Disclosure is imminent, but of what exactly? The UFO and aliens are unrelated, and much of what have heard so far is not a revelation but a rehashing. Many of the supposedly credible voices are learning from the most incredibly un-credible people. US congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna and her obsession with the Book of Enoch has been inspired by admittedly fake Secret Space Program stories from Corey Goode and the late David Wilcock. Haim Eshed, the former head of Israel's space security program, who used his credibly to inform the public about the Galactic Federation, learned of this alien alliance via Laura Eisenhower and others like her. Whistleblowers are blowing whistles that are half a century old and already public knowledge, be it in publicly available documents or already part of the UFO mythology. All the above have been influenced by the same quality of evidence that has, in the case of Luis Elizondo, been admittedly proven to be a hoax. From 2017 onward, the UFO became a UAP and the extraterrestrial became an inter-dimensional. With even less proof of dimensional entities, now the subject has been transformed into a theological and political form of propaganda. In our assessment, it is largely Israeli propaganda. Why? Because from the Old Testament focus by America Reads the Bible and Trump in rededicating the country to god, to the Solomon's Temple ballroom, replica Ark of the Covenant and Crown of Jerusalem given to the President; from the Epstein horrors to war with Iran, Israel needs cover, justification and defense against a growing global pushback. It surely isn't a coincidence that the concept of ancient aliens, which has always been criticized as degrading Jesus and the New Testament, was invented by a rabbi and a Torah scholar. Because a group of pastors are now claiming that they were secretly briefed by intelligence agencies, which told them to prepare their congregations for the disclosure that these aliens are our creators and that Jesus and the New Testament are fake. Under these conditions, the Old Testament would be considered valid and the god of that text would be declared alien, therefore making his “chosen people” the rulers of this planet with their advanced technology and superior genes. Outcomes, not Outputs We wonder why Agile is dying. Should we be so surprised? You’re probably watching your wallet these days. Prices are up, the economy is slow and uncertain. Your employers are no different. In 2026, story points, velocity, lead time and throughput might matter to YOU, but they don’t matter to THEM. Not to say that those measures aren’t important. Heck, you can’t tune your development, testing and deployment operations if you’re not looking at them. But if you were called to the mat tomorrow, if you were asked to prove the ROI of what you do, those metrics don’t tell a compelling story. It’s about Outcomes, not Outputs. Coaches and SM’s are now being called to defend their worth. They’re not interested in how well-tuned the development machine is if that doesn’t translate to real business results. The measures that the business cares about have to do with their financial outcomes, not outputs that don’t face the customer. Are your efforts helping the company create shareholder value? Do they impact earnings-per-share? If your boss spends a few million on a cadre of Agile Coaches this year, is that a net-positive investment for the company? More cashflow? More customers? Fewer abandoned carts? New subscribers? I know. I sound super-corporate right now. And maybe you hate that. But if you’re looking to accelerate your career in 2026, you can’t ask the people who fund it to trust you, sight unseen. They’re taking a closer look at the books, and these questions are long overdue. How are you contributing to our results? The Dev team might be considered a necessary expense, but if your Agile Shirpa talent aren’t making the team more impactful than they would be on their own, why are you even here? Remember, its Outcomes, not Outputs. This is the future of Agile practice in large enterprise. You have to collaborate with the business, and drive results for them.
