Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today's episode, we're talking about how to become the hero of your own journey and create a beautiful, fulfilling, and happy life. Carl Frost is the founder of The Living Life Beautifully Project. He helps leaders and growth-minded people lead themselves first so they can show up with more clarity, steadiness, courage, and intention for the people and life in front of them. After more than 30 years of leading teams, building cultures, and developing people, Carl learned that the strongest leadership does not begin with a title. It begins with the person in the mirror. The hero in your story is not someone coming to rescue you. It is the steadier, more honest, more intentional version of you that has been there all along. As a Transformation Coach, Carl Frost helps people become the hero in their own story by guiding them toward greater alignment in their family life, work, and inner world. He empowers individuals to lead with intention, live with heart, and become the steadier, more honest, and more intentional version of themselves. Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today's episode, we're talking about how to rebuild your life and career after your reputation has been challenged—and how to move forward with integrity, resilience, and confidence. Marisa Conway is a registered nurse, certified lifestyle medicine coach, author, and founder of Presence & Persistence Life Coaching. Drawing from more than a decade of experience in healthcare and her own lived experiences navigating profound personal adversity, Marisa helps individuals rebuild resilience, reclaim their identity, and move forward with purpose following life-altering challenges. Her work focuses on two often-overlooked subjects: parental alienation and identity disruption. Through her coaching, writing, and speaking engagements, Marisa explores how prolonged stress, family conflict, public scrutiny, professional setbacks, and distorted narratives can profoundly influence a person's sense of self. She believes that many individuals are judged by their reactions to difficult circumstances rather than understood within the context that produced them.Marisa is the author of Shattered Bonds, Resilient Heart. Her work challenges common assumptions about human behavior, resilience, and recovery, encouraging audiences to look beyond labels and simplistic explanations. She advocates for greater awareness of parental alienation within family law, healthcare, and public discourse, while also addressing the broader human experience of identity distortion following trauma, conflict, and prolonged adversity.A recurring theme throughout her work is what she describes as "The Misinterpretation Loop"—the tendency for people to be defined by incomplete stories, isolated moments, or exaggerated character assessments rather than by the complexity of their lived experiences. She believes that human beings are far more complicated than the narratives often assigned to them and that recovery begins when individuals learn to separate their identity from the circumstances that have shaped them.Through coaching, speaking, and advocacy, Marisa's mission is to help others rediscover their strength, challenge limiting narratives, and build meaningful lives despite loss, misunderstanding, or adversity. Her message is ultimately one of hope: that while difficult experiences can alter the course of a life, they do not have to define the person living it.Connect with Here: https://www.facebook.com/marisa.conway.9www.linkedin.com/in/marisa-conway-61663328bhttps://www.instagram.com/marisakconway/https://marisakconway.com/Grab the freebie here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pzv9QmbDkTg6pmTlnIZQZLmsezdTQfzE/view?usp=sharing===================================If you enjoyed this episode, remember to hit the like button and subscribe. Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today's episode, we're talking about how to become a bulletproof coach by mastering the skills, mindset, and coaching excellence that create lasting client transformation, build unwavering trust, and grow a thriving coaching business. David Saville spent 17 years working for the same company before beginning his journey of transformation and training to become a coach. As he invested in his own growth through coaching, training, and real-world experience, new possibilities came alive, and he realized coaching could become his future. In 2014, David made the life-changing decision to leave his job so he could care for his grandmother. While supporting his family, he built his coaching business from the ground up. The early months were challenging, but he stayed focused on making a difference in his clients' lives. Seven months later, he earned the equivalent of nearly three months' salary, proving his business could succeed. As his coaching practice grew, other coaches began seeking his guidance. While many believed their marketing or niche was holding them back, David discovered the real issue—they had spent too much time on content and not enough time becoming exceptional coaches. He began teaching coaches how to create real transformation in every session, believing that when coaching excellence becomes the priority, it makes you bulletproof. When COVID disrupted the coaching industry, David's business continued to grow because clients trusted his expertise and referred others. Today, with more than twelve years of coaching experience, he continues to teach one simple principle: be an excellent coach, and everything else takes care of itself.Connect with David Here: https://www.facebook.com/share/1c1cdtSJkQ/?mibextid=wwXIfrhttps://thebulletproofcoach.comGrab the freebie here: thebulletproofcoach.com===================================If you enjoyed this episode, remember to hit the like button and subscribe. Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today's episode, we're talking about how to build self-trust so you can confidently make life decisions and create a life you truly love. Julie York is a Self-Trust Coach who helps women rebuild the one thing that changes everything: trust in themselves. Her work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, thought work, and values-based decision making. And it starts from a diagnosis most coaches miss. What looks like indecisiveness, overthinking, or lack of confidence is often something deeper: a woman who was conditioned out of trusting herself. By relationships. By a lifetime of being taught to look outward for permission rather than inward. Until overriding what she feels doesn't just feel normal, it feels responsible.Julie knows this territory from the inside. After leaving a domestically violent relationship, she spent years rebuilding her own self-trust from the inside out; and discovered that it isn't something you either have or you don't. It's something that gets deliberately dismantled. And it can be deliberately rebuilt. She now works with women who are functioning on the outside and lost on the inside, helping them come back to themselves, back to their own knowing, and start building a life that actually feels like theirs.Connect with Julie Here: https://www.facebook.com/julie.york.selftrustcoach/https://www.facebook.com/JYSelfTrustCoach/https://www.instagram.com/julie.york.selftrustresethttps://www.tiktok.com/@julie.york.selftrusthttp://Lifeafterdv.comGrab the freebie here: The Self-Trust Journal: http://self-trust-journal-podcast.subscribepage.io===================================If you enjoyed this episode, remember to hit the like button and subscribe. Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today's episode, we're talking about how to silence the voice that says you're never good enough so that you can find peace in your true identity. For over 35 years Danny has been doing one thing — helping people get out of their own way. As a Lance Sergeant in the Coldstream Guards he led and trained soldiers to perform under the most uncompromising conditions. As a sportsman he represented his regiment at the highest level. As a coach he has worked with soldiers, athletes and everyday people — thousands of them — helping them unlock what they were always capable of. But his most important qualification isn't his military record or his coaching career. It's what happened after he walked through a pair of iron gates in August 1996 with two suitcases and no idea who he was without a uniform. What followed was the darkest chapter of his life. Drugs. Alcohol. Shame. A man who had protected the Queen, represented his regiment and led soldiers into the unknown — reduced to someone he didn't recognise in the mirror. And then — one morning — he looked in that mirror and decided enough. Not with a plan. Not with a programme. With two questions. Where am I now? And who do I want to be? Those two questions changed everything. And they have been at the heart of his coaching, his speaking and his mission ever since. Danny doesn't do it gently. He doesn't do hand holding. He doesn't tell you everything is going to be okay. He tells you the truth. With the directness of a sergeant major, the empathy of someone who has been at the bottom, and the conviction of someone who knows — absolutely knows — the way back up.His message is simple and uncompromising. Your potential isn't gone. The story you're telling yourself isn't the truth. And the person you used to be — before the baggage, before the excuses, before you stopped believing — they're still there. Buried. Waiting. No nonsense. No excuses. Just your best. Danny is at the top of the hill with his hand outstretched... it's your move.Connect with Danny Here: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100011170668807https://www.instagram.com/personalgrowthcoach/https://canva.link/coachdannypilkingtonGrab the freebie here: Changethescriptcoaching.ezycourse.com/en/course-detail/thresilienceblueprint/38197===================================If you enjoyed this episode, remember to hit the like button and subscribe. Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today's episode, we're talking about how to finally do the work and create real results when therapy and consuming more information are no longer helping. Alyssa Decker is the founder of The Safety Map — a framework for understanding how the nervous system determines what is safe, how those determinations shape behavior and relationships, and what allows the system to reorganize without force. An author, speaker, and human behavior consultant, her work centers on the organizing principle beneath emotional regulation, trauma responses, attachment patterns, and internal conflict: perceived safety.Rather than focusing on behavior modification or performance, Alyssa's work examines what happens before regulation — how protective strategies form, why shame and bracing develop, and why many people can appear calm while still operating from internal threat. She is known for bringing clarity to experiences that often feel confusing or self-blaming, offering language that helps people recognize their patterns without pathologizing them. Her work is frequently described as the rare combination of “I feel seen” and “this finally makes sense.”Connect with Alyssa Here: https://www.instagram.com/thesafetymaphttps://www.tiktok.com/@thesafetymaphttps://www.facebook.com/thesafetymaphttps://safetymapinstitute.com/Grab the freebie here: https://safetymapinstitute.com/calm===================================If you enjoyed this episode, remember to hit the like button and subscribe. Method (Awareness, Responsibility, Embodiment), a framework built around one uncomfortable truth: you can't change what you won't own. Her work draws on Demartini's perceptual balancing, the universal laws, and her own lived experience including emigration, an eight-year marriage where she lost her voice, and the decision to stop pretending. She runs Power Within, a coaching ecosystem that includes a 10-week group program, a 3-month 1:1 intensive, and a private inner circle. Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today's episode, we're talking about remembering who you're meant to be so your dreams can become possible. For nearly 40 years, Vicki McDougall Butt stood behind the chair as a stylist, but what she was really doing was holding space for women in the middle of their BEcoming.Behind every appointment was a story.Grief. Divorce. Reinvention. Identity shifts. Loss. New BEginnings. She wasn't just styling hair. She was witnessing transformation. After navigating her own seasons of stage 3 cancer, family addiction, profound loss, and identity collapse, Vicki realized something deeper:Women don't need fixing. They need remembering.Remembering who they are beneath the roles, the expectations, the coping, and the chaos. That realization became a movement.Today, Vicki is the founder and host of The Art of BEing Unstoppable, a global podcast and platform devoted to helping women come home to themselves. Her work centers around The Unstoppable Alignment Method™, a path women walk when they stop abandoning themselves and start choosing who they get to BE.Through safety, awareness, ownership, alignment, embodiment, and expansion, women learn that unstoppable isn't force. It's alignment.Vicki McDougall Butt has guided hundreds of women through life transitions, grief, menopause, divorce, career shifts, identity awakenings, and the quiet internal seasons where nothing feels clear. Her work goes beyond confidence. She helps women reconnect with their essence, because when a woman feels safe in herself, trusts her inner voice, and chooses her BEing with intention, she becomes unstoppable.Life is messy. It's BEautiful. It's unpredictable. But women are not broken. They are BEcoming.Connect with Vicki Here: https://vmbeautiful.com/https://www.instagram.com/vmbeautiful_coaching/https://www.facebook.com/vicki.mcdougall.860451https://www.linkedin.com/in/vicki-mcdougall-02786393/https://links.smarthub247.com/widget/bookings/taobuconsultGrab the freebie here: https://www.vmbeautiful.com/BEautiful-BEginnings-Freebiw===================================If you enjoyed this episode, remember to hit the like button and subscribe. Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today's episode, we're talking about how to avoid being overwhelmed with the power of creative thinking. Dr. André Walton is a successful entrepreneur having taken two of his inventions to become global leaders in their field. He is also a social psychologist and coach with a PhD focused on organizational creativity. He has spent over two decades researching how individuals and communities can harness creativity and resilience to overcome burnout and lead to positive change through creating environments conducive to creative thinking. Andre is a TEDx Speaker, International Best-Selling author (of Creative Thinking: A coach's perspective) and keynote speaker (including at the 2,000 attendee Marconi Institute of Creativity Conference – which was televised). His concept of Spherical Thinking™ relates to the imbalance between the creative thinking that we all had as young children and the more analytical cognitive style developed as adults. This imbalance can exacerbate anxiety and burnout, for which creative thinking provides a swift resolution while increasing resilience, emotional intelligence and happiness! As Visiting Professor of Creativity and Entrepreneurship at Newport Business School, he created executive programs and workshops for leading organizations including The Smithsonian, Virgin Group, Lloyds Bank, and the Welsh Government. His unconventional journey includes building concrete boats in Greece, teaching scuba diving, and developing a boutique resort and Michelin-star-nominated restaurant in Portugal.Connect with Andre Here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/plan4change/www.plan4change.orgGrab the freebie here: https://theburnoutfoundation.co/free-resource-the-2-night-sleep-recovery-plan===================================If you enjoyed this episode, remember to hit the like button and subscribe. Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today's episode, we're talking about how to channel your anger into something productive. Hollis Pirkey is recognized as one of the world's leading authorities on anger and anger in the workplace. Through that expertise he became an expert on corporate culture transformation, helping countless executives turn toxic cultures into thriving ecosystems that drive unprecedented growth. For three consecutive years, he wrote his book, “I Love My Anger But It's Killing Me.” My mission is crystalline: I help people learn how to manage and channel their anger into productive results. By extension of that into the workplace, successful organizations achieve lasting cultural transformation—for their people, their performance, and their profits. Robert DelFave is a grief coach, podcaster, and author. He lost his dad at 15 and his mom at 26. That moment became the foundation of everything he does now.Today, he runs DelFave Coaching, a one-on-one grief coaching practice built around the belief that grief isn't a problem to solve; it's something you learn to carry well. He is also finishing his first book, The Other Side of This, written specifically for grieving teenagers.
