Selline areng õõnestab bioloogiliste naiste õiglust, turvatunnet ja võrdseid võimalusi.Saates käsitleme ka hiljutist Suurbritannia ülemkohtu märgilist otsust, mis kinnitas, et naine on seaduse silmis inimene, kes on naisena sündinud. Arutame, kas Eesti peaks võtma sellest eeskuju ja kehtestama sarnase selguse ka oma õigusruumis.Lõpetuseks peatume traagilisel teemal – Pihlakodu väärkohtlemise juhtumil, kus abitus seisundis naised langesid kuritarvitamise ohvriks. Justiitsministri kommentaar, et tegu oli “ebaõnnestunud kommunikatsiooniga”, ehmatab ja solvab ühiskonna õiglustunnet. Küsimus on: kas meil on jäänud alles riik, mis suudab seista nõrgimate kaitsel – või juhib meid Reformierakonna ärieliit oma huvide järgi?

In 2013, Swatee launched Litesprite, a health tech startup developing award-winning digital therapeutic purpose-driven games for chronic conditions. Litesprite has the mission of destigmatizing mental health issues and removing barriers to the tools people need. She received her MSME in Control Systems and Biomechanics from Penn State.

Lõppev nädal tõi energiarindel ärevaid uudiseid. Venemaa andis Poolale ning Bulgaariale, mis on kutsunud Euroopa Liitu üles Vene gaasist loobuma, maitsta nende enda soovitud rohtu, ning katkestas gaasitarned. Energiapoliitik ekspert Andres Mäe, kelle igapäevatöö ongi jälgida kõike torujuhtmete ja tankerite ümber toimuvat kirjeldab Venemaa käitumist ühe sõnaga „šantaaž“. Venemaa on toonud tarnete katkestamisele ettekäändeks nende kahe riigi keeldumise tasuda gaasi eest rublades (peale Ungari keelduvad ka teised Euroopa Liidu riigid). Ning Mäe sõnul pole see nõue kuidagi ka Gazpromi huvides. „Üks kaalutlus, mis selliseid käike ajendab, on Vene võimude soov, et vähemalt üks pank ehk siis Gazprombank oleks sanktsioonide alt vaba,“ märkis ekspert. Lisaks tekivad seal nüansid, mis võimaldavad tekitada Euroopa kompaniidele piisavalt ebameeldivusi, et panna neid survestama sanktsioone tühistama – lähemalt saates. Surve torujuhtme osas Mäe sõnul on aga Venemaa surveavaldusi näha ka läbi Saksa (ennekõike AfD – toim) poliitikute. „On alanud mingi väga kummaline protsess: on alanud väga tugev poliitiline lobby, et Nord Stream 2 ikkagi käiku lasta. Minu hinnangul viitab ka sealses parlamendis alanud lobby, et tõenäoliselt on kusagil Kremlis langetatud otsus sulgeda lõplikult Ukraina vastu algatatud sõja käigus selle riigi kaudu käiv maagaasi transiit.“ See omakorda võib Mäe hinnangul viidata Kremli soovile laiendada pommitamist. Iseasi, kas tal selleks suutlikust on. Ootab ränk talv Igal juhul annavad Venemaa sammud maigu, mida oodata sügisel. Kuidas Eesti hakkama saab? Äsja lepiti küll kokku Soomega ühise LNG ujuvterminali rajamises, aga kas sinna üldse tarneid jagub? Kus me oleme novembris-detsembris? „Kui ma peaksin oma hinnangu ausalt välja ütlema, siis poleks see kuigi roosiline,“ nendib ekspert. Peamiste põhjustena nimetab ta mahamagatud aastaid ning siiamaani sõlmimata siduvaid lepinguid – mistõttu võib vabalt juhtuda, et näiteks Klaipeda LNG terminalist tulevast gaasist võib Eesti halbade asjaolude kokkulangemisel oma suu puhtaks pühkida. Saates veel Miks saab Vene gaasisektor tegutseda rahumeeli edasi ka olukorras, kus ta sanktsioonide tõttu lääne tehnoloogiat kasutada ei saa? Kuidas mõjutab Kremli otsuseid suur turg Hiinas? You ask where did the name come from? Yahshua proposed transliteration of the original Hebrew or Aramaic name of Jesus commonly used in that time. The spelling Yahshua (יהושע) is found in Hebrew texts transliterated as Yothe He Waw Shin Ayin. The Name Yahshua is just such a compound Name. It is a combination of Yahweh’s Name in a personal name (YAH: yod-heh) and SHUA (shin-ayin), which means salvation. Here at Yahshau KiKs we love God, we love fashion, there are many believers in this world who loves God and loves fashion also. Why not create our own brand behind a name that shall reign forever. You ask why would we design a sneaker with the name Yahshua! Haha why not? When it comes to any sneaker deal or shoe deal, it comes when one dominates something good or bad right. Jordan dominated the game of basketball was every persons idol, especially poor kids dreaming of making it out the neighborhood by playing sports! could have built chances in the community but instead built prisons, Kanye dominated country singers on stage at award shows (worst era in award history) and he got a shoe! Like seriously? I mean come on man! Dr. Sajid Surve Dr. Surve is the Co-Director of the Texas Center of Performing Arts Health, as well as an Associate Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Surve completed his undergraduate degree at The College of New Jersey in 2001; completed his medical degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005; completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Long Beach Medical Center in New York in 2009; and then completed a Plus One Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine fellowship at Rowan University in 2010, after which he joined the faculty. Dr. Surve has nearly a decade of experience as a Performing Arts Medicine clinician and set up both dance and music medicine clinics during his time on faculty at Rowan University.  In 2014, he left Rowan for the University of North Texas to become the performing arts medicine provider for the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex as well as the UNT College of Music, where he treats performers of all disciplines and skill levels. Dr. Surve’s clinical interest is in the musculoskeletal injury management and prevention in the performing arts population.
