I met Megan years ago in a group fitness class in Delray Beach Florida. After not seeing her for years, while walking through my neighborhood as she had recently moved in. We got to chatting and catching up and would pass each other randomly over the next several months. I started noticing her posting about a new local business and she happened to be the founder/owner and operator. As someone that loves stories and the journey we reconnected and I got to visit the business, participate in the services provided and then we did a podcast about what led to it all.Having faced her own personal health struggles and the emotional, mental and physical challenges of a difficult divorce, Megan embarked on a transformative journey of self-healing. Along with Megan's personal story and being a single mom, her two children are what drives and inspires her. This journey not only reshaped her life but also redefined her understanding of beauty—one that goes beyond the surface to embrace the power of inner strength and self-love.At Lumina Rejuvenation, they offer a comprehensive range of advanced services, cutting-edge skincare and anti-aging therapies to wellness treatments designed to help you look and feel your best. If you are seeking to connect with Megan please dm her at @Meg_mcginley or reach out to her @luminarejuvenation or Call: (561) 961-0026 or Email: Admin@luminarejuvenation.com. I met Brandon several years ago when he attended a mutual friends charity workout for people in sobriety. I watched him speak to anyone that came up to him and even took photos with a smile and a thank you. Not a common thing for anyone who that had been in the public eye for as many years as he has. He was warm, engaging and interested. Over the years we trained several times, participated in workouts hosted by our mutual friend Jeremy (former wake up the sun show guest in 2020) and broke bread various times he came down to South Florida for some rest and relaxation. After joining in a morning Friday workout, Brandon joined me over at FROPRO HQ to talk about his journey from a professional skateboarder to rising TV personality to losing it all after many years battling alcohol and drugs. After getting sober in May 2015 he began building a huge community of sober networks that facilitate and helping those sick and suffering. He, himself experienced multiple visits to treatment centers, overdoses, jails and institutions and refuses to turn his back on anyone willing to get sober. At the young age of 46, Brandon shares his story in a raw, authentic and powerful way. He spends his time running groups at his facilities, taking phone calls from anyone that needs help, speaking at events across the country and documenting the journey. If you are in need of help or seeking to connect for someone that is please visit www.brandonnovak.com for any and all info or call him directly at 610-314-6747. We hope you enjoy the show!

It has been years since I have sat down with Pedro Luna and chatted about life and the pursuit of greatness. It's always good to regroup with a former guest on the show and review former goals that have turned into reality. What once started as a fun thing on the side has turned into a full time passion project and business not only for him but for his wife and family. Yoga retreats in some of the most beautiful locations in the world, connection in and with new communities, impacting young yogis and changing lives all from the simple action of saying yes, taking massive action and getting it done.Sitting down we dove right into the most important topics such as returning shopping carts to their proper places, doing the best you can for today, making yourself a fucking priority and saying NO to dumb shit. I know that's a lot to handle in one sentence but that's what a repeat guest is all about. Catching up on the epic life events and changes to what's most important during the day to day. When you go from a numbers, playing it safe guy to following a passion and then creating four different businesses as a result, all while raising a family you kind of know a thing about a thing or two. Pedro is just that. A man who's figured out what's most important to him, what makes him tick and fill up with joy and how to share that with the world.I hope you enjoy the show and if you have any questions for Pedro or what he's doing you can reach him on instagram @yogawithpedro or @yogimemes. Have a most triumphant day!
I met Michael years ago as I was starting my sober journey. As a legend in the community with years of service counseling and as a therapist, Michael has helped out the average person off the street to many high level and noteworthy people of the world. While he would have you believe that it's just what he does, he truly has a gift and a way with words that cut out any bullshit or nonsense. His life has created a ripple effect that has helped more people I know and affected me immensely. We sat down and dove into his history/journey of how he got to be at the top of the game in his career. From humble beginnings to now in his 4th quarter, he is more interested in accomplishing goals in climbing the highest mountains, training to be and stay in shape to hit those goals as long as his body allows, bee keeping, agriculture and living a life where he can be self sustainable. A unique conversation covering life, love, training for hard things, revealing your true self and realizing that no one is against you. If you would like to learn more please contact Michael on his website www.coachmichaelherbert.com. Have a most triumphant day and enjoy the show!
I met Shirah at a pickleball event at a local indoor pickleball club after she had emailed my wife regarding FROPRO and her newly started Palm Beach Founders Club. After Chelsea and I attended her amazing event where we got to meet other founders, business owners, VCs and new startups it was clear that Shirah knew what she was doing and an unstoppable force. Her story began as a teen whose friend had her drink spiked at an outing which led to Shirah thinking that there has to be a way to stop that from happening. Her thought turned to immediate action where she took a scrunchie and other materials and created a rough prototype that essentially covered any drink to prevent from drink spiking. With the help of her family she took her idea and started to work with manufacturers and production facilities until the exact idea became a reality which is now called NIGHTCAPit. As a result, she was invited on Shark Tank and pitched her idea where Shark Lori Greiner invested in helping her grow the product. Shirah has sold over 500k products in over 40 countries and now focusing on legislation where bars, clubs and other places will have to provide a covering on drinks if asked for. Now, Shirah focuses her time on running her business from anywhere she pleases and looks to connect and grow with other founders and business owners. If you are thinking about an idea, starting a business or seeking an entrepreneurial journey she says "throw yourself into it' and make it become a reality. You can reach Shirah @shirahbenarde or @palmbeachfounders or learn more about her product @nightcapit or www.nightcapit.com. We hope you enjoy the show!
I met Captain Ben Harrow at a charity event where he and his family were supporting his wife Gina. After he introduced her and the event concluded, I rushed up to him to thank him for his service and chat for a moment. After a brief conversation we both invited each other to be a guest on our separate podcasts. Getting to know Ben and his journey was incredibly inspiring. From high school and collegiate athlete which led to West Point, Ben always put forth the effort and made it a point to be constantly working on and being the best version of himself. After multiple deployments over seas, there was a tragic moment where he stepped on and IED and lost both his legs, several fingers and scarred his forearm. When presented with very limiting beliefs by doctors and therapists, Ben made it a point to realize that if anything was going to get better, it was up to him to make it happen. The work was arduous and challenging but Ben continued in the face of adversity realizing progress is better than nothing. In this episode, we dive into his unshakeable work ethic and belief in anything is possible. He is a husband, father and leader of the community with his work with the Yellow Ribbon Fund, his newly launched Team Harrow Podcast and president of Pam Jets. While he is super active and busy most days one of his favorite things is watching old re-runs of the Golden Girls with his wife Gina when they have time. If you are struggling or have questions for one of the most resilient men that I have ever met please don't hesitate to to reach out to Ben on Instagram @teamharrow or @bharrow37. We hope you enjoy the show!
I met Mie several years ago at the grand opening of a friends local business. She and her family made an entrance as beautifully warm, smiling and kind people. We spoke for a few moments and then separated in the community. While speaking she had mentioned of starting her own business as she was a successful trainer and wellness coach. I love entrepreneurship and was so grateful so have her drop by FROPRO and gift me her product. Daily Hustle is a next level wellness drink mix that strengthens your immune system, gives you a subtle boost in energy while keeping you hydrated throughout your day! Elevate your wellness and hydrate with plant-powered, functional superfoods high in antioxdiants, electrolytes, minerals and vitamins. I was blown away by the taste and quality of her product. I consumed it for the next month and shared with several friends and family. What is even more impressive is Mie's story and journey to live in the United States all the way from Denmark. Literally moving her entire life her started in her 20s when she visited a friend in Delray Beach and was her mission to move back. After moving here, some life and work circumstances unexpectedly changed so she had to act quick and there is where we begin. If you want to connect with Mie you can reach her on instagram @thrivewithmie or www.shoppowah.com to try her product. Enjoy the show.
I met Kayla years ago through the health and wellness scene down in South Florida when she was working at Lululemon. I have followed her journey down here with her music and talents and always wanted to have her on the show, so when I saw that she was moving and taking her talents to Nashville it was now or never. Im so grateful that she gave me some time while packing up her whole life to go. Kayla grew up here in South Florida. She has been heavily involved in music ever since a young age when her parents would take her to a local restaurant that had karaoke hour and she would get on stage and sign without hesitation. "I am music that is my essence" a quote that stuck with me while talking with her on the show. She loves to write her own songs, sings in cover bands, plays intstruments and even attended the finest music schools down here for her education. During a tough time with health complications, Kayla got her GED and left school to handle and get better. She found in her darkest time, music and writing in journals really helped her along until overcoming the heath challenges. While South Florida will always be home, she has found a calling coming from Nashville and to pursue her music career and do something new. There is no doubt in my mind that her name will be in headlights and everyone in the country will know her name and feel her talent. She's an old soul with an amazing voice, kind eyes and an amazing beginning to a most triumphant story. She and her boyfriend, who is also in the business will be right outside of Nashville building an amazing life and enriching those that cross their paths. If you want to follow her journey, listen to her music or reach out please do so on instagram @kaylakuecha or www.kaylakuechamusic.com. We hope you enjoy the show!
I met Jay recently only after hearing his name for so many years in the community. I was better connected with his wife and partner Mayra who tragically left us over a year ago due to an unforeseen illness. During the celebration of her life at the gym I was able to meet Jay and their children and become better acquainted. At the same time of this heartbreaking situation, Jay was busy doing his job as Vice President of Development for the George Snow Scholarship Fund. At its core, the GSSF offers scholar support services dating back to 1982 and has grown by leaps and bounds helping hundreds local young men and women get the support they need to further their education. Jay "dug in" during one of the hardest times in his life to take care of his children, continue the events and fundraising, find time to work on himself, support the community and secure the cheerleading/cheer space for future success. During my experience working with the George Snow Scholarship Fund, Jay was very hands on and extremely helpful in helping me prepare for and train for their biggest in Boca Ballroom Battle which he too participated in years prior. Jay is one of the most hard working, kind, generous and thoughtful humans I have ever met. His ability to "dig in" and get it done is one of the most admirable things I have witnessed in my short time knowing him. He has established a solid routine that works for him that creates a work/life balance, never skipping the small stuff, being an awesome dad, community activist and a huge rockstar legend of the band Wolfhawk. If you are interested in learning more about the George Snow Scholarship Fund or contact Jay you can reach them at @georgesnowscholarship or www.scholarship.org. We hope you enjoy the show!
I met Sam years ago in the consumer products goods space as a referral from someone else. Although we didn't end up doing business together, she made a lasting impression on me. A full wattage smile, enthusiasm and kindness in her office was how I would remember her as years progressed. Not too long ago, Sam experience a serious low that almost cost her, her life. What went from a fun and growing career turned into a nightmare which led her down a path of confusion, isolation and eventually a deep depression.Sam and I spoke after she walked through her experience and wanted to have her on the show to shed some light and help others. We spoke about our first initial interaction all the way to her being alone and isolating in her apartment up for days with insomnia. Her family and friends couldn't reach her and she walked through it all alone by her choice. What was born from that experience led her to where she is today. Im so grateful Sam decided to share her backstory growing up in an abusive household to walking through one of the darkest times in her life.If you or anyone you know may be struggling there is hope and people that can help share their experience strength and hope. You can reach Sam on instagram @samwghanem or @think_sgink_branding or by her website www.thinksgink.com. We hope you enjoy the show!
Dominic would tell you that he does not have a crazy story but after sitting down and hearing about his life I can definitely tell you that his journey and how he made it to present day is something of a miracle. Dom is 12 years sober as of this podcast and is a health and fitness coach online and across the globe. His persistence to become a trainer and work with one of the best in the industry proves his hunger and ability to keep going forward in spite of challenges. His sobriety story is one of repeated failure and bottoming out until he asked for proof and spoke into the universe that he was looking for a sign and a sign was presented. It changed his direction and he began, "stuck around" and kept coming back. Over the years Dom challenged himself and pushed the limits of what the body could do even by training for the LEADVILLE 100 which is a 100 mile race through the mountains of Colorado. While training for that he encountered some grueling mental and physical battles which created a new perspective on endurance racing and future races.Today Dom likes to keep it simple. Being an awesome father to his son, Walks with his dogs, time with the people he loves and coaching others to improve their lives each and every day. You can find Dom on instagram @dapperdom10 or email at Dominic.s@proof3.com. We hope you enjoy the show!
I met MJ though mutual friends and stopped by his new home in central Boca for some coffee and a chat. We discussed sobriety and our journeys that led us from rock bottom to living with purpose. As a recent transplant from the northeast, MJ shared about his time in the big cities, his other businesses in the clothing industry to what led him to create LOOSID. LOOSID is a free sober app that includes a sobriety tracker, sober community, daily gratitude, sober tips and more originally founded in 2018 and grew during the pandemic. It also has a sober dating feature for a monthly cost that connects sober singles to meet without the stigma of drinking surrounding it all. MJs story is like most alcoholics and addicts. His sobriety date is March 21, 2012 and his rock bottom led to his admittance of needing help and following through with the program and fellowship of AA. During his early sobriety he met a woman who's family had been struggling with addiction and rather than open multiple treatment centers that could only help a small amount they created LOOSID to connect and grow a sober community across the globe. His story is relatable and the process of following a passion to connect as many sober individuals will be the legacy of LOOSID. If you or a loved one are struggling please don't hesitate to reach out @loosidapp, @loosidsoberdating, @loosidsobershop, www.loosidapp.com, www.getloosid.com with any questions. We hope you enjoy the show!
I met Phil a couple years ago in the mental health and addiction counseling field. It has been an awesome experience getting to watch him grow and open his own private practice in Boca Raton Florida. In Phil's approach to therapy, the therapist and client are like companions walking a path together in the woods, with an uneven and dark road that may also be intimidating. As therapists, our duty is to stand by your side, holding a flashlight over your shoulder to guide you toward the necessary steps to take on your own path. Sometimes, we may use sharp sticks or carrots to motivate you, but ultimately, it is your responsibility to put in the effort.Phil's approach to life and helping others is nothing short of miraculous being that he himself struggled at one point. His decision to get clean, sober and find what he is passionate about makes the journey worthwhile. If you are a loved one is struggling or you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to Phil at www.dudebreathecounseling.com Enjoy the show!
I had the opportunity to meet Alex at the start of the Boca Ballroom Battle for the Georgen Snow Scholarship Foundation. As a co-competitor we were thrown into group and individual dance lessons and had some time to chat in between. Getting to know Alex through his social media and all he and his family was up to was great but what peaked my interest the most is how he was heavily involved with helping in the substance abuse space with the Opioid epidemic. At the conclusion of the Battle, we had some time to sit down and talk all things routine, fatherhood, his first entrance into the philanthropic world, being a family man and always showing up with a smile on his face.Alex is a wake up the sun kind of guy as he enjoys a run and workout prior to doing anything else and usually before anyone in his house is up. Following his morning routine he spends time with his family and drops the kids off to school before starting his work day at Priceless Solutions. Price Consulting Solutions provides expert services in fundraising, communications, PR, community and government affairs, associate engagement, and speaking. He tells his kids that starting strong and then finding someone to befriend and help during the day is what living a great life is all about. You can see that in how he, his amazing wife and family all interact and operate within our South Florida community."Start the day with intentionality and hit all the levels of physical, spiritual, mental and proper nutrition." Alex has made waves in the vast amount of businesses he has worked in and monies raised for National and local charities. His motto is simple in that you can reinvent yourself at any age and embrace the change. IF you want to get to know Alex you can reach him on his website at www.pricessolutions.com or on LinkedIn. We hope you enjoy the show!
I officially met Evan at the valet line after Boca Ballroom Battle in 2023. I had heard of red meat lovers club and its gregarious group of philanthropists and ended up standing next to Evan waiting for our cars for about 30 minutes and chatting about life, charity, his ability to bench 225 40 times and many other topics. We met a week later for a cigar and got to know each other and over the course of a year was his guest at several of his events benefitting different charities in the community. Evans background is in hospitality and as a former owner and manager of several restaurants in NYC he and his family moved down to Florida. His Red Meat Lovers club was something started in college and Tulane University and resurfaced with his moving to Florida and bringing people together. During the year he averages over 20 events benefiting different charities and bringing people together over good food, fellowship, fundraising and more. If you haven't been to one of the events then you are missing out and can find them on Eventbrite.I sat down with Evan and discussed his belief in uniting community, causes and good food. His Master of Ceremonies skills are unmatched and the team of people that donate their time and resources are vast. He doesn't want to be average and leave a legacy of good will and connection while he's here on this planet. If you are inspired or want to learn more please go visit their website www.RMLclub.comor on Facebook or instagram. We hope you enjoy the show!
I recently met Jason at our mutual friends event Hidden Summit in Naples Florida. Jason was one of the keynote speakers and delivered a highly memorable and knowledge based take on life. As a psychotherapist, Jason has worked in the field for over 20 years and as a son of two psychoanalysts he has been raised and brought up to know, speak on and help many people from all over the world. His current practice is stationed in South Florida in Delray Beach. What was amazing about Jasons story was how relatable and simple it was. From his childhood and journey into adulthood and what he overcame to be doing what he does today. While his professional career is that of a therapist he also travel and performs as a comedian and musician. He has balanced several passions that he once put off to the side because of some underlying fears he was telling himself.Today Jason helps many people work through underlying issues and past traumas to become the best version of themselves. If you you would like to contact him you can reach him through instagram @jasonericross. We hope you enjoy the show!
I met Brian several years ago through mutual friends in the sober community. Immediately found out we shared the common affinity for golf and good times. Ive heard his story and have seen some of his work but not until recently after playing several rounds did I convince him to come on the show. His journey is one of challenge and heartache. A seasoned hockey player at a young age and talent for hockey had him prepped for greatness and leaving his small community in South Boston. Through many trials his hockey career faded as his passion for drugs and alcohol became greater. He was no stranger to consequences and pain from his decisions and after years of trouble and strife he landed back in his hometown living in a halfway house with three other sober men fighting for his life.By staying the course and listening to other sober men, he dove back into work and with his connections found opportunities that took him all over the world. Today he spends his time working with others in the coaching and consulting fields, has appeared in several blockbuster films as well as consulted on several scripts. He doesn't believe in coincidence but in God shots where God acts anonymously in his life and has provided him with so many fantastic opportunities. If you want to reach out and have questions or want to work with Brian you can connect with him on instagram @bsinsoflo. We hope you enjoy the show!
I met Kim years ago in the gym. A glowing smile, contagious and upbeat energy make it hard not to feel her presence in any room. Over the years I have watched her be of maximum service to the health and wellness community of South Florida with her 18+ years of service in a shared and now her own practice. Being that she is one of the most highly sought after practitioners, I had to wait months to get her to come by the studio and so grateful we had the chance to sit down and discuss the state of health, fitness, healing, medicine and what her take is on living he best life.Kim owns and operates Evolve Acupuncture and Wellness. She and her team of amazing Women of Wellness help and aid anyone that has any health issues by taking a comprehensive and in depth approach to not just what ails them but there daily lives. From food, work, family, illness, routine etc she helps her clients find a way back to maximizing their health with small consistent actions that lead to the most impact. We spoke about her own health journey, what fuels her desire to help others, her love and peace of her personal life and much more. Like anyone that comes on the show I could keep the show going for hours because we get to uncover so many great ideas, perspectives and shared experience, strength and hope. You can find Kim by visiting her website www.evolveacupunctureandwellness.com or on instagram @evolvedelray. Enjoy the show!
I met Allison at the gym and we would always exchange a smile and good morning but that was about it. We never really spoke and over the months got to know her a little better and heard she had a wild story. I thought what better way to get to know her journey than to have her on the show and share all ab out it. Prior to her joining me in the studio, I did a little research and have many questions and notes because it was unlike any other guest that I have had on the show. There are some similarities but her story is best told by her live and uncut.A lifetime of chasing to fix herself and others by sheer force, manipulation and shaming never worked and more recently she came to find something greater than herself. A newly found freedom in sobriety, sharing her authentic story and working with other women has given her new found purpose. She is set to release her own book, The Unbossing, has spoken on stages in a professional capacity and continues to share and connect with many across the country. Her daily routine now differs hugely from the past and listening to her share of her time living on the streets to where she is today in extremely powerful. You can follow her on instagram @therealbossdoss or her own website www.allisondoss.com. One of the most open and honest stories Ive heard in a long time so enjoy the show and have a most triumphant day!
Super grateful to have spent some time with Kareen as she was booked solid for her trip down to South Florida for clients and master mind groups. As she states, "Im a lot" and its because she goes above and beyond for other people and has done so for over a decade in the professional and business development space. One of my favorite lines from her page and while talking is that she is "all up in your business" and likes to take a deep dive, under the hood to see the whole process, any workplace traumas and have a common goal and understanding of how to get there. She is a healer, super connector, differentiator and part of a mastermind group with many other successful professionals where she evolves and helps others to do that on their journey. When Kareen comes across something she wants to learn more about she's all in and goes into an immersive process that allows her to better understand how it could help her and in return help her clients which lens to her belief that "you must serve yourself first before you serve others"Her routine is steadfast even with all her travels. She allows herself to wake up without any alarm or distraction that can jolt her out of her sleep pattern, already has her day planned from the night before, writes out her fresh intentions, meditation, breath work and off to the gym to get the body moving. For more you're going to have to tune into the show and hear her journey to where she is today as she has overcome obstacles and done so with grace, honesty and just being her. You can reach Kareen on instagram @kareenzwalsh or Linkedin: kareen walsh or her personal website www.kareenwalsh.com. Enjoy the show and have a most triumphant day!
I met Robbie years ago at a local gym. Her energy and enthusiasm were unmatched and have stayed in touch over the years. I recently saw her posting more on her social media regarding lifestyle, fitness and overall health and asked her to come on the show and talk about her journey.Robbie shared about her career in the restaurant/bar industry, health/wellness and the personal training of clients to the journey of seeking validation through onlyfans. Robbie spoke of never dishonoring your past as things serve a purpose and teach you what you want and don't want in life. Today she keeps things simple and focuses on her day to day and what drives her to live her best life. One thing she suggested and I've been implementing is when you wake up give yourself a big smile. Admittedly, I thought that was really stupid and silly but it made me laugh and is a good start to the day before my own routine. Working on herself and helping other women is her goal today. Finding a great routine, working out, reading and coaching based off her past experiences is what makes her who she is. "Its easy to lose your worth or become so codependent" she shares when not living her authentic self. Please enjoy the show and if you have any questions or looking to learn more about coaching opportunities please visit instagram or youtube for @robbieleonaa or @robbieleona_ We hope you enjoy show.
I had heard Lauren's name over the years as one of the most trusted artist/hair stylists in the area. Having worked and lived in Delray Beach, you get to know and familiarize yourself with local businesses. Whats remarkable about Bond Street Salon is its history and future as a Delray Beach landmark. What started as a passion from a young age, Lauren knew she wanted to be involved. She was enthralled by the experience, uniqueness and individuality that she witnessed by her first salon experience in Boca Raton Florida. Her journey continued by apprenticing in different salons locally and abroad until she was ready to go off on her own and had great mentorship to support that decision. Lauren prides herself on her routine, process and ability to handle many different businesses and personalities all at once. Her foundation is prayer and meditation as well as a strict fitness and hygiene regimen. That process translates into her growth and success of her long standing business Bond Street Salon. If you have any questions or are looking for a new salon experience please visit www.bondstreetsalon.com. We hope you enjoy the show!
I met Santy on the courts of Delray Beach Tennis Center playing Pickleball. After seeing him over and over we realized we had a lot of mutual contacts, connections and shared similar stories in turning tragedy into triumph. I asked him to come on the show to share his journey of growing up in South Florida as a first generation immigrant and overcoming the challenges of young adulthood and addiction. Santy shared of his tough childhood in trying to put on appearances in front of his friends, his parents sacrificing and providing everything and anything necessary to help him fit in. From a young age, Santy felt like he didn't belong and it led him down a path riddled with doubt, fear and eventually coping by using drugs and alcohol to numb his pain. A friends father from his childhood eventually provided some guidance and help in finding a new path which led him to learning more about his true purpose and giving back to those that struggled with the same addictions. Santy learned everting by immersing himself in his own recovery process, helping around a facility, driving vans, sweeping and working with others. In doing so, Santy created his own business based on what he valued and loved the most; helping others and providing a safe place for people to get well and recover. What started out as a small venture grew and while there were challenges along the way with business and partners he went all in and kept going. His story embodies resilience, effort and never giving up on his dreams. He now employs many people who share his values, his family who always provided for him and continues to seek and chase after his passion of health, wellness and giving back to the community. The South Florida fitness community is one rich with entrepreneurs, enthusiasts and go getters. I met Dan Baird through mutual friends and after having a great conversation over the phone, I invited him to jump on the podcast. Dan is the co-creator of NADS underwear which is a Certified organic non-GMO cotton created underwear product that gives your package a clean, comfortable, and healthy home and reduces harsh chemical exposure to your reproductive parts. In speaking with Dan he shared his story about living a clean and healthy lifestyle but noticed that his testosterone was significantly low for a man of his age. It propelled him into learning more about all aspects of health and how the current clothes we wear are made with harsh chemicals, dyes, plastics and more. What was even more concerning was that most athleisure wear and his day to day clothes were the most harmful and possibly contributing to his low T. His research found that male testosterone levels have dropped significantly over the last 3-5 decades. Testosterone levels are detrimentally low amongst men of all ages. Dan and his friend begun the journey of creating a better for you underwear that promises to provide their customers with the healthiest underwear possible. At NADS they will always design and create products with one main focus above all else: Health. Please enjoy the show and give their products a try. I have switched over to NADS for my day to day and while I'm sure it takes time to notices any difference I can promise you my nads have never been in a better environment. You can check out their site at www.nadsunder.com and if you have any questions you can reach Dan on his insta @dan.baird1. We hope you enjoy the show and for the love of all things good please save your nads.
I met JP through mutual friends and attended his first golf charity event benefitting Quantum House several years ago. The always smiling JP is the host with the most and always looking at ways to help, serve and benefit the community and his clients. While attending the dinner post event, his daughter spoke about the event and charity which I though was so sweet and then learned that she was in fact his business partner and soon to be finishing college at the age of 18. I was blown away and had the chance to invite them in for a podcast to learn more about what they meant.Valentina, better known as Vale is a highly motivated, intelligent and business savvy young lady. We spoke about what motivated her to become so engaged in the business side of things at a young age and she related that she was always with her dad listening to him speak to clients, watching his interactions and absorbing it all. She jumped at the chance to take college level credits while finishing high school and even become involved in the day to day real estate market of buying, selling and managing the air bnb's. A first in the wake up the sun show interviewing father and daughter, it was a true pleasure to learn about the dedication to routine, an intense work ethic all while not stressing about the unknown. You can learn more about the Jarred Parton group @jphomegroup or on instagram @jphoomegroupyt on YouTube. We hope you enjoy the show!
I had heard of Guido in the world of Crossfit for years. Founder and creator of PEAK360 a Crossfit Affiliate gym in South Miami, Guidos name is held in high regard amongst trainers, high level athletes and the community. His passion for helping others is rooted in his belief in God, a strong faith, hard work ethic and consistency. I had the opportunity of MC'ing his Rising Tides event held at his facility prior to his other creation, WODAPALOOZA kicking off down at Bayshore Miami. Admittedly I was quite nervous walking into PEAK but was greeted warmly and felt a part of from the minute of walking through the doors. After a successful evening I got to speaking with Guido and invited him on the show. One of my favorite things to do is travel podcast so on the eve on the Crossfit Open I drove down and spent some time learning more about Guidos story and how he grew a small gym into what it is today. He is NOT a morning person and never has been but once he gets going its doesn't stop. His morning routine is filled with God, family and focus. His week is already planned so after his morning routine he heads to the gym to surround himself with an amazing community. He spends his time coaching, training and improving other peoples lives and enrich his own in the process. If you haven't had the chance to stop by PEAK360 and meet Guido please do so. The team and culture that he and his wife have built are incredible. You can follow along on insta @peak360fitness or @guidotrinidad. We hope you enjoy the show!
Over the years, I had heard of Bijan in the sport of Crossfit and his sports agency Ripple sports. I was fortunate enough to be the MC of the kickoff event called Rising Tides at Peak360 where I was able to introduce Bijan as one of the panelists and got to learn more. A soft spoken and thoughtful person explained his connection to the Crossfit world and his passion for getting into sports management. The following morning I joined the community for a workout and had a great conversation with him and asked him on the show.A native South Floridian, Bijan grew up in Miami. He pursued business as well as law school to further his education. He was always into fitness, health and had some friends who were in the beginning stages of their athletic journeys. As Bijan states "God placed people into my life and relationships that brought him peace, connection and influence. As time passed and his relationships grew he was able to step into the sports agency world and encourage his closest friends to pursue and support their careers. He believes in the power of influence and has grown his agency over the last 11 years. He shared that he also came to a crossroads where he had a lot of growing up to do. He found a connection to his community, to church and a close relationship with God where he was previously on a path of derailment. His week is filled with days dedicated to seeing his community, serving in whatever capacity he is called to and providing maximum value to his wife and clients. His agency is his ministry and he believes in creating ripples and making waves. We hope you enjoy the show and you can reach out to him on instagram @bijanheravi @ripplesports @vouxchurch or www.ripplesports.com.
I met Nick on the mean streets of Delray Beach in early 2011. We both were working in the fitness world, training clients, group training and enjoying South Florida. Our paths crossed pretty regularly but as time passes people move on or evolve into other areas of life. Now, right around the time of Covid, Nick was training clients and began starting to go online as the gyms were closing. He always had a passion for motorcycles and when not training clients he learned how to take apart, rebuild & customize bikes. Due to a nasty spill on his bike where fortunately he wasn't hurt too seriously he began to look into the retail and clothing side of motorcycle wear. Nothing was chill enough to wear around where it didn't look like you were a biker. He and his friend familiar with the space got to work and the result was @nickyboys_toyz at www.nbtclothing.com. They are more than just a one stop shop for bike gear and culture but an expanding brand into other areas that Nick is passionate about. We hope you enjoy the podcast and have a most triumphant day! You can reach them at www.nbtclothing.com
I met Justin many years ago through my wife and brother in law. A long time resident of South Florida and man of the people, Justin has transitioned from bartender to real estate professional and social media guru. I had the pleasure of being on Justin's podcast where we spoke about business, life and effort and was so pumped to have him on the Wake up the sun show to speak about what changed the course of his life and how he went all in on real estate. As a seasoned veteran of customer service, human interaction and connection it made for a seamless transition. "Its all about showing up" listening to the client and delivering the best outcome based on the clients needs. Justin maximizes the experience of working with a client with personal touches of thank you notes, birthday greetings and personalized connection. Justin is big on gratitude and when thinking of someone or his accountability people sending out texts of gratitude for something that they helped him with in life and being grateful for their help, support or guidance. "You never know what impact you make on someones life or they can make on yours", getting a reminder of that is what its all about. If you are a local resident of Palm Beach County and haven't met Justin out and about, I suggest you do. He's an incredible conversationalist, humorous and very informative when it comes to many topics in life. You can reach him @himmelsellshomes or 561-302-9709. We hope you enjoy the show!
I met Derek years ago through mutual friends and he always was super kind and had great energy. What I didn't know is that he was building an amazing business and culture behind Razorback Electric. Over there years I would run into him randomly at a workout or community event and it seemed that every time there was a new family member. Derek is a father first, husband and local business owner with an absolutely amazing story of overcoming tragedy and turning it into triumph. What started out as a simple and humble service job for another business changed Dereks life for the better. He dug ditches and showed up no matter what. His boss at the time became an incredible mentor to him and encouraged Derek to learn more about the process and business. Derek remembers the old times fondly in that it was so simple, get up, get plugged into good living, go to work and do whatever was asked of him and then repeat the next day. The system is pretty simple once you get into that routine and habit. Along the way he went back to trade school to learn more about what he was doing all while focusing on showing up for the customer and providing the best service he could.Fast forward to 2023 and he was transformed his life and the life of those around him by consistency building off the fact of effort, quality work and surrounding himself with the best people possible. He's admitted to having his struggles with observing how some people do business down here and realizes that he can only control how he operates and encourages his employees to do the same. His day to day consists of how he began his journey......Get up take care of his "roommates", get connected to God, have his day planned out to get the small tasks done one at a time and remember to stay present in the beautiful life that he enjoys each and every day. Razorback Electric has a staff of tradesmen, fully licensed and accredited and will complete your project as planned. They specialize in residential new home construction, current home upgrades, electrical panel repairs and/or replacement, and custom lighting of the interior and exterior of your home. In the commercial field, Razorback Electric, Inc., works with many contractors on ground-up business construction, commercial wiring, custom lighting, walk-in refrigeration and the many other custom wiring and lighting needs of the business industry. We hope you enjoy the show and if you are in need of his services please do not hesitate to reach out at www.razorbackelectric.com or on instagram @razorbackelectric
I was connected to Caleb through a mutual friend this year. I reached out to ask him to come on the show and took some time as he was and is in the midst of building his clothing brand, LIFTID. We finally got some time to sit down and get to know each other and what I heard was the confidence, compassion and overall desire to be the best he can be with the time he has on the planet. He dropped "at one point I realized, I was going to die" followed with if I don't start now then it will never happen. With a background in fitness and personal training, Calebs earlier years were focused on working hard for his clients and the big box gym in Atlanta but the after hours were spent wasting time and making poor decisions. Upon moving down to Florida he always had a desire to be a creator and one day he made some comfortable tee shirts, got a foldable table and showed up to share his products with people in the community. From his genuine attitude and approachable demeanor people raved about his shirts and he found himself running through inventory quickly. He was onto something and kept going because he knows people buy on emotion. While his home doubles as his office he gave up his day job and dove headfirst into the business. Caleb shares that there is nothing really different about him or LIFTID. His goal is to make someones day better and add value to their lives. He keeps it super simple and is fulfilled by meeting new people and having others reach out for more gear. His goals include going The Olympia bodybuilding events and being able to share his product with everyone and anyone. If you are local please go check out what Caleb and LIFTID has to offer or check them out on instagram @liftid_apparel or @caleb.troutt. You can also visit their website at www.liftidapparel.com We hope you enjoy the show!
I met Caitlin back in 2016 when she would come train with her volleyball team at Impact Sports Performance. As the years progressed I watched her transition from playing sports at a collegiate level to training and then beginning her own coaching/training and brand. In a short amount of time she has come a long way. She sat down with me over lunch to tell me about the tremendous amount of charity and service she was involved with. As we sat, I knew more people needed to hear her story and journey from Miami to becoming an entrepreneur and giving back to young women that may miss out on a chance to excel in their sport. Growing her brand took 1-3 years of working with others and learning what to and NOT to do in business. She values each learning experience and proceeds coming from being her authentic self. She focused so much on programming and packing so much into a training session that she left out one of the most important part of truly connecting with each and every client on a more personal level. That is what drives her now and where she has found most of her success in truly getting to know each client, what drives them and how she can best serve in their journey. Her morning routine sets herself up for success each day and starts with readings, prayer and connection to God. Her faith is of utmost importance and prepares her to have a full and most productive day. Caitlin loves her life, job and the chance to serve so please reach out on instagram @chancetoserve or @coachcait__ or her website www.coachcait.com. Enjoy the show!
I was introduced to Josh by his lovely wife Jenna many years ago after a chance encounter at a local juice spot. My wife Chelsea and I were invited to their home and spent some time getting to know each other over delicious food and conversation. Josh by trade is a business man who has worn many hats from teacher, tech genius, salesperson and the list goes on ad infinitum. Josh and I randomly run into each other and caught up over the years regarding ironman training, random ideas for business and FROPRO related questions and recently, Chelsea showed me his TIK TOK account where he discusses business, tips, connecting and coaching on a regular basis. "Why don't you have him on the show?" and that's how it happened.Josh is a great coach mentor and has had years of experience in sales. He has amazing examples, real life stories in which communicating with people and finding out what they want and where they are coming from is the most important. In a rare flip of the script he started asking me questions and we did a role-play in talking with someone struggling. It got me out of my comfort zone and we began discussing what's the most important for everyone to engage in and he believes mindfulness can solve anything and point people in the right direction if they feel off course. You can follow his journey on instagram @BRAUN or his most followed on TIK TOK - @JOSHUA_BRAUN or LINKEDIN - JOSH BRAUN
Back in 2016 Michael and I connected via social media as I was preparing to run the NYC Marathon and competing for a spot in a national television spot for Foot locker second chances initiative. Michael is a substance abuse coach, counselor and speaker from Australia. He experienced some serious bouts of depression, anxiety and drinking excessively as a young lad growing up and decided to change his life with the love and support of his family and mates. That experience led to taking a risk and going to work part time for a company that educated people on substance abuse, mental illness and overcoming challenges in every day life. That part time risk turned into his passion and allowed him to travel the world working, meeting and having conversations with many differently people. One of his favorite lines is "never underestimate the power of having a conversation" He believes you can learn a lot about others and yourself if you are truly listening and engaged in 'being' present with people. Along the way he has created a brand called JOURNEY apparel where everyone has a story and it's a clothing label based on important conversations about mental health. Its a side passion project that aligns with his daily journey of improving his life and those around him one day at a time. You can check that out on instagram @_journeyapparel_ as well as follow along with Michaels travels @michaeldonehue. We hope you enjoy the show and get to know Michael as legend he is day in and day out. Enjoy!
One of my favorite couples and stories straight out of Delray Beach. Fit Food Express is nestled in Delray Beach and run by a stellar couple Andrew Arnold and Syd Breiding. They are an incredible couple that met while both working as employees at Fit Foods and became even closer as they lasted through the challenges. The challenges of changing locations, the sale from original owner, multiple people working in and outside the business and the trials and tribulations of being in the highly scrutinized food and meal prep business.Andrew moved down here to get his life in order and began working part time as a chef and operations employee for fit foods. He was dedicated to making delicious food, delivering quality customer service and maintaining his sobriety. Through the years employees came and went and Syd entered the picture. What started as a co working experience turned into a great friendship and closeness that eventually led to them going on a date and cementing their relationship. When the original owner decided to retire and move, Andrew and Syd saw the opportunity to take over and grow the business. Due to the challenges of commercial real estate in Delray Beach, there was an opening not to far away from the original location. They jumped on it and turned a dilapidated old building into a sleek, fast causal, relaxing space and reopened with a new and improved look. Everything worth doing takes time, patience, effort, communication and knowing what you excel at. Syd opens the store every morning and welcomes the community with her warm smile and quiet demeanor. They have build relationships with the people who have been frequenting Fit Foods for years and say its like having a great big family. They are the prime example of following your heart, dreams and putting in a massive ton of effort. I hope you enjoy the show and if you haven't been by to try their food then I suggest you do. You'll feel right at home. They have many more plans to host fun events, try new food items and really encourage healthy quality food for the Delray Beach community. You can visit them at 333 NE 3rd ave and also follow along on instagram at @fitfoodexpressdelray. Enjoy!
I met Sean years ago when I was getting my life together. He was a mutual friend of my wife and brother in law. I kind of knew what he did but wasn't entirely sure. We reconnected when Chelsea and I were looking to buy our first home and he lived in the neighborhood. He made the experience pretty easy and was always available for questions or concerns. After we moved in and were neighbors did we become closer and share similar interest in fitness, triathlons and run into each other as he was walking around the neighborhood with his kids. Sean is a true entrepreneur and has a passion for business and helping people achieve what they most want out of life. After college he entered the real estate market and rose to the highest ranks with a small company that was acquired by a real estate conglomerate. Now he is the Managing Director of Coastal Management which is a private equity company specializing in giving successful people access to and advice about institutional real estate and venture capital investment opportunities. He and his team fulfill this mission by delivering personalized guidance that supports your investment objectives. Aside from being a successful businessman Sean makes it a point to be and stay present with those he's with. He's a great husband and father of two and spends his limited free time competing in ironman competitions. One of his tips to success is taking the time at the end of the day to review what's happened and prepare for the day ahead. Its part of his disciplined routine that keeps everything running smoothly. If you are seeking to connect with Sean you can do so on instagram @investwithcoastal or @seanrcasper or linked in. Remember to enjoy the show and INVEST WITH COASTAL at www.investwithcoastal.com
I met Alex at his old family restaurant Mellow Mushroom in Delray and then reconnected with him through my brother in law. Alex hosted a small friendly poker game at his house in Delray. One of my favorite things about living in such a great community in South Florida is you get to see people grow and expand their network and follow their dreams. Alex has a passion for helping people and believes that if a client seeks you out you should give everything to that client: full transparency, 100% effort and consistency because that client can become a raving fan and possible a lifetime connection. Alex started his real estate business while working another job and within a few years had built a remarkable and prestigious organization of like minded real estate professionals now known as the Platt Group. He and his wife are a great team that balance all sides of the business and believe in adding value and always taking the high road. Alex starts his day super early and handles most of his business and set up before most people wake up but it starts the night before when he checks everything ahead for the next day. If you are seeking a true real estate professional that delivers an amazing service and experience than look no further. You can reach them at www.compass.com - Platt team, @Alex.platt on instagram or linked in. We hope you enjoy the show!
I met Dylan several years ago through a mutual friend. We both were seeking a better lifestyle and design for living and got to know each other. Dylan is one of the hardest workers, most honest and upfront people I have ever met. He tells it like it is which is so rare in todays society. There is no bullshit or facade, only real and honest communication and I hold that dear. I've wanted to have Dylan on the show for quite some time but we are all super busy. Watching Dylan build another successful business, walk through some challenging personal issues and raise his kids has been miraculous and it only seemed fitting that the time was right. Dylan is in the financial information and literacy business. He is the research and the information behind www.behindthemarkets.com They specialize in knowledge in smaller financial tools and opportunities for the everyday person to the high level financial minds of the country. His belief is to live with gratitude, share what you are passionate about, work harder and smarter than anyone else in and on the business and the rest will take care of itself. He values his time with his children, freedom in structure and being present in whatever he is doing. Please reach out if you have any questions, either on instagram, LinkedIn or twitter @behindthemarkets to Dylan regarding financial, spiritual, emotional questions. You will not be disappointed! We hope you enjoy the show!
Earlier this year I had the privilege of visiting El Portal Miami and the BREATHTRIBE crew headed up by Javier and his wife. The location was their home, studio and breath work workshop. They were incredibly hospitable and we clicked instantly over fitness, health/wellness/cold exposure and more. I was really off my breath work routine since the COVID shut down as life got busy again. I spent the day working on my breath work with the others in the workshop and focused on being present and open to the challenging stillness and lack of movement. It was most triumphantly transformational and got me back into the daily morning breath work that accompanies my morning routine of prayer, journaling, meditation and movement. It has been several months and Javi and I remained in touch and was so grateful to have him come by and see FROPRO HQ. He is a breath work instructor, jiu jitsu competitor, father, husband and community health specialist. His methods and teachings have helped many people across the country. If you're looking to learn more about breath work and assigning value to every day living while being aware of your presence. You can reach Javi and his team @breathtribe, @jgutierrezmar, @functionalpatterns or on their website at www.breathtribemiami.com. It was a game changer for me and I recommend you reaching out and finding out more to assist your daily routine.

There are many restaurant establishments in the South Florida area and one that recently opened as a result of the covid pandemic was How Ya Doughn. A pizza establishment created in the house of family man Garrett Goodman in central boca. While most of the world shut down, Garretts former business and team went to working remotely. With being at home so much and a true foodie, Garrett began making his own style of pizza in a pizza oven he had seen his friend have on the balcony of his apartment. As with any creation there were multiple trials and testings before he was satisfied with the end product. Originally, he made pizzas for his wife and a few neighbors, but the buzz grew about the insane taste and flavor profiles. After some time of people asking about it they decided to make more to sell to the locals as most restaurants were closed and it was a fun way to pass the time and enjoy being home even more. What started as a couple pizzas every hour turned into 150-200 pizzas a week. The journey of How Ya Doughn was born and Garrett and his family never looked back. He sold his portion of the company he was a part of and dove head first into the restaurant business with the opening of his first brick and mortar location in east boca off federal and Spanish river. A ton of local and community support spread the word of his pizza and brought people from all over to try it out. He was even featured on Dave Portnoys barstool page - One bite everyone knows the rules and received an amazing score. It went viral and led Garrett to make a decision to look for more locations which are set to open within several months into next year spread around the South Florida area. He believes in team, culture and delivering the best possible experience to his customers without exception. He also speaks on the sacrifice necessary to go after your dreams and commit to a routine that works for you and never let up on it. He and his wife are the perfect team and have their strengths which contribute to the overall success of How Ya doughn. If you haven't tried a pie yet, you are missing out and must head over to @howyadoughn or head over to their website at www.howyadoughn.com. I suggest the Hot mozz but there are many other fine pies to choose from. Enjoy the show!
I met Sarah several years ago down in Florida through some mutual friends. Little did I know she was a hometown hero from Weschester County New York and that we grew up right near each other. If you know Sarah she was easy to talk to and engaging in conversation which made me feel like I had known her for years. Over the years we stayed in touch and what transpired was one of inspiration. She worked in retail for years and stayed with different jobs until it became too much and then sought other employment. In 2016 she took a "chunk" of money and invested in her growth as a business person and eventually a business owner. She surrounded herself with high network high level people and never looked back. As a result of being in the same room, she connected networked and started working with one of her mentors. She immediately took off organizing and facilitating his schedule and time so effectively it opened up many more doors to where she could now work from anywhere on the planet. This led to creating more opportunity to travel and see the world all while staying on top of her commitments. Sarah soon realized that she had a passion for helping other people travel the world and became a "guide" to knowing where to go and what to do which makes it even easier.Sarah has transformed her life and taken the risks that she never thought she would. She suggests to every one she meets to go out, live life and do what fires you up. You can follow Sarah on instagram @sarahpesso or www.sarahpesso.com. Enjoy the podcast!
I had the pleasure of meeting Kelly at a speaking event earlier this year that our Mutual friend and podcast guest Adam Jablin created. Kelly and I connected at the Hero Project and got to chatting about sobriety, business, life, relationships, success/failure and many other topics. We stayed in touch since and have had some amazing conversations that we upbeat, positive and very helpful to me. He sent me his book and what a powerful message of overcoming tragedy and turning it into triumph. A consummate professional, business owner, father, fitness junkie and more Kelly has overcome a challenging childhood that would have killed most people.Surrounded by poverty, physical and emotional abuse, violence and more he took charge of his life and wouldn't be stopped. All of that intensity nearly ruined everything until 4.5 years ago when he put down the bottle, the drugs and started over. He never hit a typical rock bottom but on NYE he was done with the lifestyle and hasn't looked back. I was fortunate enough to be on Kellys podcast which is set to air later this year but he was recently in town and we had the opportunity to wake up the sun, jump on the podcast, workout and barrel down in the Ice Barrel. We covered a lot of topics of being unapologetic and direct to how you are feeling, believing people when they sho you who they are and giving the benefit of the doubt sometimes to a fault. Kelly approaches life with intensity, tenacity and believes his worst day sober is better than his best day partying. He spends his time coaching others and giving back to society. If you are looking for a solid conversation, a kick in the ass or have any questions for Kelly don't hesitate to reach out on instagram @kelly.siegel.71 check out his phenomenal life story with the Harder than Life - book/podcast or visit www.harderthanlife.com & YouTube. Have a most triumphant day and remember he's not here to fit in.
I met Doc years ago at a lululemon event. We had crossed paths thanks to mutual friends and fro the jump was immediately inspired by his warmth and kindness. I attended his charity event and watched him interact with professional athletes, families and make sure to say hello to everyone that came out to support what he was doing. I couldn't believe his energy and made it a point to get to know him better. Dr. Rodman is one of only a few Board Certified Sports Chiropractors that is also a Registered Nurse. He is currently finishing school to become a Nurse Practitioner and uses his combined knowledge to create an effective approach to natural healing. He has helped a wide variety of people from the professional athlete to the weekend warrior, office worker, children and the elderly.Awhile back we reconnected when I needed some attention for my shoulder and chest. He made time for me in his busy schedule and fit me in for regular sessions to get me back to my normal fitness level. It was super frustrating but as he said consistency is key and coming to get your treatments will speed up the recovery time. It had been a couple years since we had really seen each other but picked up right where we left off. It was great to work with him and recommend anyone seeking assistance with any injury or pain to reach out to his office. He firmly believes in an established protocol to perform at your best and be able to do so for years to come. We spoke about the importance of creating time to accomplish things in life where it won't effect anything else. As a full time father, business owner and student he is always looking to improve and makes the time to get it all done. Please enjoy the show and reach out on insta @sportschiropractic or the website www.scnhs.com. I met Melanie years ago at the grand opening of Raw Juce where she was the Head Nutrionist and Manager of the Boca location. She's a Canadian Soccer superstar and came to Boca through Lynn university and ended up staying here to proceed with health and wellness. I had heard of her through friends in the yoga community. We stayed in touch and connected over the years through her support of the Sober community. Her life changed when her father passed as a result of suicide and propelled her into serving and facilitating yoga in treatment centers, mental health locations and giving back to those grieving and struggling. While doing so, she met her amazing husband and began a family. She came to a Crossroads as her family started growing because she wanted to be there for her children but also serve the community. She takes it one day at a time and realized she couldn't do it all. It took a lot of work and conversation to give herself the permission to shift her priorities. She was able to find a remote job to be present and home for her children. She is still an advocate for Y12SR, overall mental health awareness and putting in the work to show up for yourself. If you have any questions related to anything heard on this podcast please reach out and know that you are not alone. Melanie can be reached on instagram @melanieharaldson. We hope you enjoy the show.
