Can we truly heal? These questions led me to psychiatry, but over time, I realized the system often felt like treating symptoms instead of the root cause. My own healing journey taught me a powerful truth: true recovery begins by reconnecting with our bodies, calming our nervous systems, and building a solid foundation of safety within ourselves.
