These findings are in the Annual Food & Health Survey of IFIC the Internaional Food Information Council. Kris Solid, RD is the Research Senior Director for IFIC. Finally crafting the perfect Valentines poem and celebrating Galentines Day... This is a recap of the CJ & Joy Show on WayFM.
We finally had a nice(non raining) weekend here in Georgia. So we went to lake county for the day. We spent Saturday at the Ritz-Carlton enjoying the 10th annual food and wine festival then we camped at North Shore Landing for the night. ON Sunday we enjoyed the lake and the campground amenities. A little background on how we came to know North Shore Landings. When we purchased our RV we received an offer to do a Travel Resorts of America sales tour in exchange for 21 nights of free camping. Watch our YouTube video if you want to know how it went and what we thought of it. We redeemed 1 of our 3 vouchers and had a fabulous time relaxing by the lake. Meeting all the full timers was awesome too. We we're told we were the "talk of the park". Our tiny camper is a conversation starter as not many people have seen a micro camper and we just did such a darling job decorating it. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/camp-tiny/support

For the Scene’s second annual food-industry survey, we made a list of chefs, general managers and owners at many of the best restaurants in town and made them a deal — we give you a list of questions, and all we ask is that you respond with honesty. The participants run the gamut from experienced veterans with decades in town to talented newcomers, with a diverse mix of ages, races and genders. We asked more than 60 people to participate, and roughly 40 responded. By agreeing to withhold their identities, we got a look at Nashville’s dining scene through the eyes of those most responsible for its current success. This week, editor D. Patrick Rodgers sits down with contributors Steve Cavendish and Chris Chamberlain to talk about the responses we got — from the best desserts in town to the worst trends, who deserves a Beard Award and more. You can listen below, as well as on iTunes, Stitcher and TuneIn (which is also available through Amazon Echo devices). Rate us on iTunes and leave a comment if you like what you hear.
