Dans ce contexte, on regarde si le P&L tient, on jette un œil à deux ou trois indicateurs de cash-in, et c'est tout : la structure est trop grosse pour qu'on imagine qu'elle puisse manquer d'argent. En arrivant en PME ou en ETI, ce confort disparaît. Sébastien est directement responsable de la trésorerie, du suivi du BFR, de la relation avec les banques. Sans cash, il n'y a plus d'aventure : c'est la réalité qu'il décrit, la même que dans beaucoup de PME et de petites ETI où le contrôle de gestion inclut aujourd'hui le suivi du BFR et des positions de trésorerie, un périmètre qui n'était pas dans le scope des contrôleurs il y a encore quelques années.Jonathan et Sébastien reviennent aussi sur un point souvent mal compris : le fantasme d'une plus grande liberté de décision en PME.
