In this episode, I'm sharing the mindset and simple strategies I'm leaning on to stay grounded and present during the holidays because let's be real, it's so easy to slip into hustle and chaos this time of year. I talk about why I recently took a break from social media and how it helped me reconnect with real life. That break gave me clarity, and now I'm more focused on creating a season that feels good rather than just checking boxes. Here's what you'll hear: How I'm assessing what season I (and my family) are in right now Setting realistic boundaries around events, expectations, and energy How I'm using my Notes app to stay organized and cut the chaos Gift ideas that feel intentional and don't require panic-buying My plan for simple, low-stress meals and much needed downtime Thoughts on self-care (even in small ways) during the busy weeks ahead A few personal stories, October reflections, and life updates — including thrifting finds, what I'm watching, and what I'm currently loving which is PINTEREST This episode is like a warm holiday hug with a little strategy sprinkled in — if you're craving a slower, more meaningful season, I think you'll love it.

Send us a textThis past weekend, I helped a friend move—and what I noticed reminded me so much of what happens during Christmas. She had duplicates of almost everything because she hadn't taken inventory first. And don't we do the same during the holidays? We buy more, do more, and pile on more—only to feel exhausted by December 25th.In this episode, I'm sharing four simple holiday resets that will help you cut the chaos, protect what matters most, and actually enjoy Christmas this year.Mentioned in this episode:
As moms we take on a lot over the holiday season, whether that be Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's etc. So what can we do now that will make the holiday season lighter and more enjoyable. As a natural planner I have found that this is in direct parallel to how I enjoy the holiday season. The more tasks and to-do items that I can get off my list before Thanksgiving and Christmas the less anxious and stressed I feel and the more I am actually able to focus on the Christmas Eve service or enjoy time with family over Thanksgiving. Today we will be talking about ten things you can do right now to make the holiday season a bit lighter, less busy, and more peaceful. Now before you turn off the episode imagining it's just another laundry list of to-do items, take a deep breath and know that this is just a suggested list and all or any of these tasks do not need to get done right here and now. I invite you to grab a warm beverage, take a deep breath, walk through this list, and think about one thing you could do now to make the season lighter.
