Hey Mama, Do you want a better period? Maybe you experience varying mood swings or physical discomforts during certain times of the month. Some times of the month you may feel slower and more tired than usual. Other days, you feel focused and social, or maybe more confident and magnetic. These various phases of emotions often track alongside our month-long cycle. And yes, I did just say month-long, not week-long. If you are where I was a couple years ago, you may be under the assumption that the week of menstruation is the totality of the menstrual cycle. Women are beautifully designed with a hormonal cycle that ebbs and flows all month long, whereas men's hormonal cycles repeat every 24 hours.
