Hi Y'All- We're thrilled to be talking to Danai Maraire. Danai is a well-respected couples coach. She works with everyday couples like you and me as well as celebrity clients too. Denai feels her calling to help others navigate their relationships is tied to the meaning of her name. Her name means "to love each other." Many are running from love while trying to find it at the same time. At the same time, others tend to self-sabotage their relationships. Fear around surrendering to vulnerability, while not recognizing the possibility for love stops many from the journey to connect with another person in a meaningful way. While a lack of trust, fear of being open, and a belief system that vulnerability is a weakness are the culprits, there are ways to flip these so that you shift your relationship trajectory. On the other side of learning how to navigate and explore these feelings are true connection and intimacy when you are in the right relationship. Danai, myself, and K explore this during this bedtalks episode. Listen in as we explore the thing that many of us are running from is the thing that we may need the most. Please remember to subscribe to future episodes of the Bedtalks Podcast on the Anchor App, iTunes, Google Podcasts, and Spotify. Until next time, Xoxo Yoast SEO

[0:59] Josh introduces today’s guest, Denai Wolfe, who Josh heard speak recently on the topic of the Cares Act. [2:15] Josh welcomes Denai Wolfe to Franchise Euphoria. [3:05] Denai shares what her involvement in franchising had been and how it led her to develop the Chic CFO. [14:09] One of Denai’s biggest missions with empowering entrepreneurs has been to deliver the information to them in a way that makes sense. That’s when she saw how overwhelming the Cares Act was and she decided to simplify it. [19:58] Denai gives an overview of what the Paycheck Protection Program is and what the intent behind it is. [26:25] Josh addresses that there is some confusion surrounding how owners who don’t have standard paychecks get paid. [33:15] While the Cares Act explicitly states what 75% of the funds you obtain should go towards, there is about 25% of gray area, so Josh suggests talking with your business professional to address what expenses qualify to avoid fraudulence. [36:37] Denai has noticed that small banks are able to assist people applying for this program better than larger banks simply because the bigger banks are inundated and are struggling to keep up with the amount of applications they receive. [38:33] The Paycheck Protection Program explicitly states that professionals cannot charge applicants to assist with the application process, but Denai has seen people doing this anyways, which is in poor taste in her opinion. [41:48] Josh shares that technical difficulties interrupted the recording process for this interview, so they are back a few days later, and there’s actually been an update to the program which Denai explains. [46:40] Denai’s Facebook group called the Profit Factor is constantly active with information about the Cares Act and Denai regularly does Facebook lives to discuss updates. This episode is for my US-based solo cleaners only. President Trump signed the CARES Act into law on Friday, March 27th. In this 900 page, $2 trillion bill, congress has earmarked $350 billion in personal stimulus to American families and $350 billion to the Small Business Administration (SBA) to disperse to small businesses across the fruited plain. The personal stimulus is automatic and requires no action. If the Treasury already has your bank's direct deposit on file, you'll receive your money in April 2020. Otherwise, it may take a few months. If you're like me, you just assumed you didn't qualify for any of the other $350 billion. Well, you're wrong. This episode covers the 4 main portions of the CARES Act that the self-employed can take advantage of. Some of the money is first-come, first-serve, so get applying! Before I begin, let's give credit to my source. Denai Wolfe of The Chic CFO has been helping so many people figure this law out since our president signed it. Denai does daily FB Lives in her Profit Factor group and I've had the honor of two expert calls on Zoom with her on the SMART Cleaning Tribe membership that I run and the Total Life Freedom Community that my friend Vincent runs. This episode is a culmination of my knowledge and applying to us... the Solo Cleaning Owners! Make sure to check out this FREE RESOURCE from Denai as well! There are 4 parts of this law that pertains to us, the self-employed solo cleaners. The EIDL is a given. Go apply ASAP!!! You could get up to $10,000. The FMLA, UC, and PPP are the others and you would have to select one! In this episode, I describe how to calculate your average monthly payroll and go through examples of each of these options. I also give an example of a sole proprietor solo cleaner earning $2,000 per month in payroll and how to decide which option to take. I'll share basics here, so make sure to listen to the full episode for more details.Read the rest of this article at the Solo Cleaning School website
