FF: Forget About Price - Look at Value There is a big difference between money and currency. While people were fascinated by alchemy, you cannot turn lead into gold. That is one of the reasons that gold is money. Since you can't just make more of it, it cannot be inflated like currency. We go over the market caps of different investments and how they relate to each other. We also talk about IPO's, risk, and price expectations. Since the dollar can be inflated, it may be better to measure the cost of things in something that the government cannot just make more of, like gold. In the end, it isn't the price of something, it's about the value.
