Abstract: Endocannabinoid signalling mediated by cannabinoid type 1 receptors (CB1Rs) is critical for homeostatic neuromodulation of both excitatory and inhibitory synapses. This requires highly polarised axonal surface expression of CB1R, but how this is achieved remains unclear. We previously reported that the H9 domain in the intracellular C-terminus of CB1R contributes to polarised surface expression by an unknown mechanism. Here we show the H9 domain binds to the endocytic adaptor protein SGIP1 to promote CB1R expression in the axonal membrane. Overexpression of SGIP1 increases CB1R axonal surface localisation but has no effect on CB1R lacking the H9 domain (CB1R{Delta}H9). Conversely, SGIP1 knockdown reduces axonal surface expression of CB1R but does not affect CB1R{Delta}H9. Furthermore, SGIP1 knockdown diminishes CB1R-mediated inhibition of presynaptic Ca2+ influx in response to neuronal activity. Together, these data advance mechanistic understanding of endocannabinoid signalling by demonstrating that SGIP1 interaction with H9 underpins axonal CB1R surface expression to regulate presynaptic responsiveness. We are diving right into the Green Swamp of Florida with the 2023 Skunk Ape's Revenge! On this episode, we are chatting with some of those 60k runners! At this years race, nearly half the 60k field dropped down to the 30k distance... so these 60k runners are some real warriors! On the chat we've got your overall champion, Kalo Axsom! He took the win out there with a new course record in a time of 5:09:31! He also recently won the Long Haul 100 and the Sandridge 7 Hour! He's run races like the Skunk Ape Night Run, Forgotten Florida, the Keys 100, and the Skydive 100! Also on the chat is Shala Reifinger! She traveled down to the race from Georgia! It was awesome to have her out at the race and to have her family supporting and even running out there! Her brother also ran his first ultra at this year's Skunk Ape's Revenge! She's done races like the H9, Cruel Jewel 50, Mystery Mountain, Huff-n-Puff, the FATS 50k, and the Mountain Mist! Then we've got Ryan Jacobson! He's one of those Skunk Ape Runners who was at the inaugural year for the Revenge race! He's a guy I swear I see at nearly every single race. He's done races like the Long Play, the Long Haul 100, Colt 45, Croom Zoom, John Holmes, and he's done the Ice Age Trail! Then we've got Aaron Ware and his first ultra-marathon! ※ 投稿邮箱:418150505@qq.com※ 本文章发布于订阅号:百车全说,订阅号阅读更加方便,欢迎关注前30分钟聊新款红旗H5,后面聊斗气车。上期节目说到20多万你会买什么车,这期节目继续聊聊20万还有什么车可以选。除了B级车的四大金刚凯美瑞、雅阁、帕萨特和迈腾外,还有长安深蓝SL03、比亚迪海豹、小鹏P7、比亚迪汉这种新能源产品。除了这些,你会不会花20万上下,买一台刚刚上市的新款红旗H5?先别急着否定,要知道就像有的人买车只认合资品牌的标一样,也有人买红旗,认的就是红旗的标。不过我觉得红旗H5新款更像是一台新车,叫H5L才对,或者叫H6,但是红旗家族好像没有偶数结尾的车型,H5、H7、H9、HS5、HS7、HS9。而且,如果叫H6总感觉活在另一台车的阴影之下,怪怪的。全新红旗H5上市售价15.98-22.58万,这个定价争议也挺大。老款H5目前依然在卖,取名H5经典,售价14.58万-19.08万。所以今天这期节目就来好好聊聊红旗H5这款车,新款到底和老款有什么区别,买新款还是老款?以及它的竞争对手有哪些。新款和老款有什么区别?要说新款和老款最直观的不同就是看得见的地方。新款H5的外观和大哥H9不能说毫无区别,简直是一模一样。尤其是那个车头,巨大的竖直进气格栅,粗壮的U型镀铬条,基本就是照搬劳斯莱斯,哦不,是大哥H9。只是H9的日行灯和U形镀铬饰条连为一体,H5的U型镀铬饰条是在两侧。大灯造型也和H9一样,是分体式的。H5车侧和大哥H9的区别在于门把手,H9是隐藏式,H5是普通的,可能是成本问题,也可能是给大哥留点面子。车尾造型也大差不差,都是贯穿式尾灯。再看老款H5,虽然车头车尾有很多红旗自己的元素,但是毕竟老H5是和马自达阿特兹是同一平台的产物,所以整体轮廓也更像阿特兹。这也是为什么你会发现老H5在红旗中也是唯一一个线条比较流畅的,或者说风格和其他车型完全不一样的原因。再说内饰,红旗应该是为了和大哥H9做出差异化,并没有用上双联屏的设计,而是用了和小鹏P5、奔驰S级那样的12.6英寸竖直屏。虽然屏幕的分辨率和反应都还不错,但是黑边有点太宽了,很影响美观。不过相比老款,颜值提升确实很大,而且内饰的用料和舒适度也是向大哥H9看齐了。尺寸方面也比老款有了不少的提升,长度增加43毫米,宽度增加30毫米,轴距增加45毫米。不过前后的悬架没有变化,前麦弗逊后多连杆。其中1.5T版本的引擎和老款一样,连引擎代号都一字不差,CA4GB15TD-30,最大功率124kW,峰值扭矩258N·m。变速箱也是一样的,7速湿式双离合。虽然目前没有具体消息说新款H5的平台是否和老款一样,沿用之前马自达阿特兹的平台,但是现在来看,1.5T版本的引擎、变速箱,还有底盘悬挂都没有变化。1.5T的阿特兹,听起来就很刺激。不过新款H5除了1.5T以外,并没有采用老款的1.8T,而是用上了2.0T,最大功率165kW,峰值扭矩340N·m。虽然2.0T引擎和HS5和H9的基本一致,发动机代号只有最后一位不同,但是新H5搭配的爱信的8AT,而非HS5上的6AT。所以也能看得出来,红旗这次的确很重视H5这款车,先让H5用上了8AT。实际驾驶感受如何,大家可以去店里体验一下,起码从诚意上看,红旗算是给到位了。不过H9大概率没有可能会用上这款8AT变速箱,因为H9是纵置平台后轮驱动,爱信8AT基本都是搭载在横置前驱平台。因此之后发布的新款H9估计依然会沿用现在的7速湿式双离合变速箱。除了2.0T,新H5还出了1.5T HEV油电混动版,采用了串并联混动技术,所以你可以理解成它用双电机取代了传统变速箱,这样低速就可以用纯电行驶,高速并联驱动或者发动机直驱。官方称百公里油耗为5.1L/100KM,比起燃油车版有1L左右的油耗降低。但是相比更贵的售价,并不值得。最关键是这是HEV,上的还是蓝牌。新款老款怎么选?老款目前改名为H5经典,售价并没有任何的变化,两款1.5T,14.58-14.88万。还有4款1.8T,16.28-19.08万。不过目前全系都有约2.5万的优惠,所以真的想要图便宜,14.88万的1.5T旗韵版是最值得购买的,裸车12.3万左右,落地13万多就能买到一台B级轿车,不管是空间尺寸还是价格和配置,都说得过去。至于1.8T的H5经典,可以说完全没有必要,动力都是老的,新的已经用上2.0T了。真要图便宜,1.5T足够了。即便是优惠完,裸车价也已经和新款的1.5T差不多了。同样的价格,你真的要为那多出来的28匹马力放弃全新的外观和内饰吗?估计真没有人会这么做。但是你再看新款H5的价格,1.5T配置售价15.98和16.98万,2.0T售价17.98-21.58万,所以1.5和2.0只差1万元,不过听销售说,不少消费者看着看着就直奔2.0T去了。而且真实情况也是2.0T买的人最多,1.5T反而很少。所以新款H5最值得买的配置是17.98万的2.0T旗享版,比1.5T多了很多配置:L2驾驶辅助、侧气帘、膝部气囊、碰撞预警、驾驶模式切换、真皮方向盘、座椅加热、丹拿音响等等,价格只相差1万块。因此厂家也在变向地让你选2.0T车型。不管是动力还是配置,远超这1万元的差价,这绝对是卖得最好的版本。再往上的旗畅版,虽然又贵了一万,但是只多了18英寸轮圈、360全景影像、12.3英寸液晶仪表、手机无线充电、真皮座椅、LED雾灯等,这配置看起来性价比就一般了。所以一句话总结,想要性价比,就买H5经典1.5T旗韵。想要最新的设计语言,就买2.0T旗享版。H5的竞争对手有哪些?其实红旗这个品牌在中国市场上很特别,虽然它经常出现在重大的国家事件上,比如阅兵仪式,既有早期的CA770,也有现在价值几百万的L5,但是真正落到民用车上,红旗却没有给人CA770和L5的感觉,或者说定位非常不清晰。因为之前的红旗H7、H5都是基于别的车型平台改造而来,给人留下了一点不好的印象。但是随着HS5和H9的上市,红旗慢慢的走上了正轨,至少这两款车不管是从价格上还是产品上都很明确我要卖给谁了,而不是像之前那样魔改一下就拉过来卖,应付了事一样,包括新的H5也是如此。从销量上也能看出来,消费者也愿意为此买单。比如HS5最近一年(2021.07-2022.07)卖了13万多台,排在中型SUV的第四名,这个成绩相当可以了,排名位列奔驰GLC和奥迪Q5L之间。所以只要找到准确的定位,再加上不错的价格和产品力,消费者中还是有很多人愿意为红旗买单的。说回正题,红旗H5定位B级轿车,所以最直接的竞争对手也会是B级车的四大金刚:雅阁、凯美瑞、迈腾和帕萨特。虽然图片上看,可能感觉H5比较小,但是一看数据,新H5的长宽高为4988/1875/1470轴距2920毫米,比四大金刚都要大一圈。动力也不用说了,224匹的2.0T+8AT,百公里加速7.8秒。配置更不用说了,只有你想不到,没有他不敢给的。最后就是价格了。毕竟红旗品牌还有一些其他属性在里面,所以身价肯定不能低,至少从指导价层面不可以,因此红旗H5 2.0T最低配17.98万,落地要将近20万。虽然新H5动力和配置碾压四大金刚,但是价格上却差不多,这就会让很多人犹豫了。毕竟即便是日产天籁,靠着动辄好几万的优惠,也就勉强打败了帕萨特和迈腾,离雅阁和凯美瑞还有很大的差距。所以只要落地价格和雅阁、凯美瑞差不多,那绝大多数人势必还是会选择雅阁和凯美瑞的,即便红旗有很高的品牌信仰加成。因此,愿意20万买红旗H5的人到底有多少,那还是得看市场最终销量了。不过,这里提醒一句。红旗大部分车型,都是终身免费保修保养,这笔省下来的钱一定要算进去。不然对比合资B级车,太吃亏了。回头看看老大哥红旗H9,有着宝马5系的产品力,却卖着3系价格;HS5有着Q5的产品力却卖着Q3的价格。再看新H5,B级车的产品力卖着B级车的价格,消费者大概率还是会等后期的优惠,而且大家期待的优惠幅度可能还不小。所以后期如果放开优惠,我觉得优惠到1.5-2.5万上下,销量应该会有不错的提升。不然的话,也许只有四大金刚和天籁,亚洲龙这类车型吃饱后,才有可能轮得到它接盘。但别忘了,后面还有价格大跳水的别克君威,17万就可以落地的迈锐宝XL 2.0T版,还有定价就很便宜的福特蒙迪欧。所以新H5今后能不能卖得好,后期经销商的优惠也很关键。所以我觉得H5趁现在热度还在,稍微端端架子就可以了,然后赶紧亮剑,把价格打下来吧。可以添加微信46415254加入我们的社群音频图文更新在订阅号: 百车全说每期抽三条留言,每人赠168元的“芥末绿”燃油添加剂一瓶点击订阅,每周三,周六更新会有提醒新听友可以搜索:百车全说2014,百车全说2015,百车全说2016,往期300多个小时的节目可供收听

This month on Episode 35 of Discover CircRes, host Cynthia St. Hilaire highlights two original research articles featured in the April 1 issue of Circulation Research, as well as highlights from the Stroke and Neurocognitive Impairment Compendium in the April 15th issue.  This episode also features a conversation with Dr Shubing Chen and Dr Yuling Han from Weill Cornell Medical College to discuss their study, SARS-CoV-2 Infection Induces Ferroptosis of Sinoatrial Node Pacemaker Cells.   Article highlights:   Pabel, et al. I'm your host, Dr Cindy St. Hilaire, from the Vascular Medicine Institute at the University of Pittsburgh. And today I'm going to be highlighting articles from our April issues of Circulation Research.                                     I'll also speak with Dr Shubing Chen and Dr Yuling Han from Weill Cornell Medical College, and they're with me to discuss their study, SARS-CoV-2 infection induces ferroptosis of Sinoatrial node pacemaker cells.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        The first article I want to share is titled, Effects of Atrial Fibrillation on the Human Ventricle. The first author is Steffen Pabel and the corresponding author is Samuel Sossalla and they're from Regensburg University. Atrial fibrillation, or AFib, is the most common form of heart arrhythmia. Patients with AFib may experience shortness of breath, dizziness and weakness. And they're also at risk for more life-threatening complications, such as clot-induced stroke and heart failure. Focusing on heart failure, this study investigated how disruptions to rhythm in the atria might lead to changes in the ventricular myocardium. The team studied ventricular muscle tissue from 24 patients with AFib and 31 without AFib. While the levels of fibrosis were equivalent in ventricular myocytes from both the AFib and the non AFib patients, other cellular features were distinct. For example, patients with AFib had reduced systolic calcium release, prolonged action potential duration and increased oxidative stress, compared with the non AFib patient controls. These differences were largely recapitulated in ventricular myocytes derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells that had been electrically stimulated to either mimic AFib or normal sinus rhythm. The results indicate that AFib affects the ventricles just as well as the atria and might therefore be best studied and treated with the whole heart in mind.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        The second article I want to share is titled B-1b Cells Possess Unique bHLH-Driven P62-Dependent Self-Renewal and Atheroprotection. The first author is Tanyaporn Pattarabanjird and the corresponding author is Colleen McNamara, from the University of Virginia.   Atherosclerosis is a complex and dynamic chronic inflammatory condition. However, not all immune cells exacerbate this disease. Some immune cells are actively dampening the inflammation. B-1 cells are such cells that do this, and they produce IgM antibodies that bind cholesterol, preventing its uptake into macrophages and therefore limiting macrophage driven inflammatory responses. Increased number of B1 cells, therefore, might be atheroprotective. In mice, deletion of the transcription factor ID3 leads to a boost in B-1 cell IgM production.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        In this work the authors investigated the molecular mechanism underlying this effect and found that upon deletion of ID3 in mice B-1b cells, the level of P62 protein was increased. B-1b cell proliferation was found to be dependent on P62 and over expression of P62 in mouse B-1b cells increased cell numbers, raised plasma IgM levels and importantly, ameliorated diet-induced atherosclerosis in animals. The team went on to show that people with an ID3 mutation had an unusually high level of serum IgM and B-1b cell P62. This suggests that results from mice may hold true for humans, and if so, could inform the development of immunomodulatory treatments for atherosclerosis.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        So the April 15th issue of Circulation Research is our Stroke And Neurocognitive Impairment Compendium. The last Circulation Research Compendium on Stroke was published about five years ago. In this year Dr Costantino Iadecola, Dr Mark Fisher and Dr Ralph Sacco focused this update on advances made over the past five years, with a focus on topics that were not addressed in the previous compendium, that best reflect the leading edge of basic in clinical science related to cerebral vascular diseases. Seemant Chaturvedi, Brian Mac Grory and colleagues provide an overview of preventative strategies according to stroke mechanism, including stroke of unknown cause. And the challenges of stroke prevention with antithrombotic therapy and subjects with increased hemorrhage risk are also considered.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        Stéphanie Debette and Hugh Markus provide an account of the most recent developments in the genetics of cerebrovascular diseases. The gut microbiota is another factor that has recently been linked to stroke risk and Pedram Honarpisheh, Louise McCullough and colleagues provide a comprehensive overview of the microbiology and the microbiota, and the influence that stroke risk factors exert on its composition and homeostatic relationship with mucosal surfaces. Karin Hochrainer and Wei Yang provide a systematic review of the large amount of data and stroke proteomic from animal models and human patients. Matthias Endres and colleagues cover the dramatic effect that innate and adaptive immunity exert on stroke risk and on acute brain damage and post stroke sequelae, such as post-stroke cognitive impairment and depression.                                     Cindy St. Hilaire:        Manuela De Michele, Alexander Merkler and colleagues discuss the cerebral vascular diseases that have emerged as a frequent manifestation of the maladaptive immune response to severe SARS-CoV-2 infection. Jessica Magid-Bernstein and Lauren Sansing review the current concepts on epidemiology, risk factors in etiology, clinical features, as well as the medical and surgical interventions for cerebral hemorrhage. Yunyun Xiong and Marc Fisher cover the progress that has been achieved in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and Natalie Rost and Martin Dichgans and colleagues address the long term impact of stroke on cognitive function, which is becoming a significant healthcare challenge in the world's aging population.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        So today I have Dr Shubing Chen and Yuling Han from Weill Cornell Medical College. And they're with me to discuss their study SARS-CoV-2 infection induces ferroptosis of Sinoatrial node pacemaker cells. And this article is in our April 1st issue of Circulation Research. So thank you both for joining me today.   Shubing Chen:             Thank you. It's really nice to join the program, and it's really a great honor.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        It's a really great article. I'm so excited to talk about. So there's a lot of research happening regarding SARS-CoV-2 virus and the patients who are infected and have COVID-19. And this paper is focusing on the impact of viral infection on the heart and specifically on the sinoatrial node, which is the primary cardiac pacemaker that keeps our hearts beating. So I was wondering if you could tell us what led you to focus on this particular aspect of COVID-19 symptoms, and also how early in the pandemic did you start this?   Shubing Chen:             Yeah, so we started working on SARS-CoV-2 through back to early 2020 when very unfortunately, New York City was a pandemic center and we had a lot of patients in the hospital unit, and also postdoc students working very hard in the lab. So that's the time we start working on SARS-CoV-2. And I was trained as a stem cell biologist. And what we're really interest is to set up a platform to basically understand which type of cells can be infected by SARS-CoV-2 and if they can, how they respond to SARS-CoV-2 infection. Not only for SARS-CoV-2, we sent it as like a viral infection platform, but SARS-CoV-2 is one of the virus we study now. And it's kind of very surprising. We have a pretty broad platform. We have a lung organoid, we have colon organoids, we have pancreas, we have cardiomyocytes, pacemaker cells. And as expected, we see lung can be infected like colon and because patient had GI tract, liver can be infected, but very surprisingly we see very high cardiomyocytes infection as well as pacemakers.                                       So as we'll know that still big controversy in the field, whether we can detect SARS-CoV-2 like viral protein or viral RA in the heart, in particular, cardiomyocytes. But I think now everyone agree that the cardiomyocytes really can be very well infected actually. Because it's very difficult to get the pacemaker tissue and the sinoatrial tissue from the COVID patient. So we collaborate with Dr Ben Andora's lab at NYU to get this hamster model. So we basically take SA tissue from hamster and then other colleagues basically did the section imaging, and we confirm that the hC4 polymerase cells can be infected by SARS-CoV-2. And at that time we start to learn a more clinical studies they report the COVID patient, they develop arrhythmia, or some other problem, not only with cardiomyocyte, as well as the conduction system. So at that time, that's the time that we say maybe we should do something on the pacemaker and focus on that. So that's how the project was developed.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        That is so interesting. And so I know humans infected, like you just said with SARS-CoV-2, they can develop arrhythmias. What's that timeframe? Is there a common timeframe that this happens? Does it normally happen very close to the infection or only in later stage? What's that window of when these arrhythmias are happening?   Shubing Chen:             At least based on the clinical study we show right now, actually the patient can develop acute arrhythmia. So it can be very soon after they developed symptom for COVID.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        Wow. That's amazing. So you mentioned this, your study utilized a hamster model, which you actually don't see a lot of. Most studies use a lot of rats or most studies I'm familiar with, especially in Circulation Research, they use more rats or more mouse models. So what advantages does that hamster model have and why were you interested in using it?   Shubing Chen:             Yeah, that's actually really specific for SARS-CoV-2. As SARS-CoV-2 mainly use ACE2 as a key entry factor to enter the cells. Of course, there's additional receptor, like neutrophils is one. Like all this enzyme involved, but human and mouse ACE2, they have very different structure. So the SARS-CoV-2 virus combine with human ACE2 very well but not mouse ACE2. So from the beginning, the rat and mouse was not used as a very good model to study SARS-CoV-2 infection. Of course there are other models, like knockin human ACE2 in the mouse and also like ACE2 transgenic mice. That's how different mouse model use. But hamster you don't need any modification, but they are very promising to SARS-CoV-2 infection. And so that's a reason we decide to use that as an animal model to basically run in parallel with our human stem cell model.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        We joke in my lab, mice are not little humans, but it's really true in a lot of cases, they're beautiful models in so many ways, but then when they don't work, they really don't work.   Shubing Chen:             Yeah. Before COVID every time when we try to talk about our human stem cell, derived cells, organoids as a disease model. People always ask, why do you want to work on human organoids? Right? It's that we have all these beautiful animal models like as you mentioned, mouse or rats, that's very broadly used. And we have to find different reasons. And now when we start working on SARS-CoV-2, which is very clear example, that mouse are not identical to human. Yeah.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        Yeah. That's great. I love finding additional models to use that are the best one for the question. So in order to investigate, I guess kind of the mechanism of how this was happening in the SAN cells, the sinoatrial node cells, you had to develop a new differentiation protocol that took the human embryonic stem cells, I think it was the H9 line you used, and essentially differentiate that cell line into a sinoatrial node-like cell. So I was wondering if you could tell us a little bit about A) how did you figure out that protocol and B) how does it work?   Shubing Chen:             So it's actually a long story to cell line.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        We can condense it. Let's get-   Shubing Chen:             At least based on the clinical study we show right now, actually the patient can. Let's condense it. But it's as you can imagine, we did not develop this cell line only for this particular project. Actually, we start working on this cell line back to maybe six, seven years ago. The first postdoc we have who basically knockin the mCherry, Myh6. Which basically label the atrial cardiomyocytes. And another postdoc, Zanir, he basically put a GFP in the SARS2 locus. So now we have this duel reporter line we can visualize the SA nodal cells. And we really spend a lot of time on that because we think that unfortunately in our hand, there is not really no good antibody for SARS2. We think it's very, very important that you can see these cells. So after developing these lines and because my lab run a lot of chemical screening, where we run Zanir, we run several chemical screening to develop the protocol.                                       And Jialing Zhu, another postdoc in the lab, also pick up the project to further develop the protocol. And there is several years' work. We do have this good protocol to make pretty efficiently to make the cells. And it's not only our work. I want to say that. For example, Dr Sean Wu from Stanford, they did this beautiful study on the single cell RNC mouse conduction system and Dr Gordon Keller and many other labs also basically published protocol in the field. We are very excited about this duel reporter line. I think they gave us a lot of new opportunity and we are very happy to share this line. Yeah. So if anyone in the field are interested in that, just contact us.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        Yeah. Anyone listening. That's great. So were you surprised to find the entry factors that SARS-CoV-2 uses to get into a cell, were you surprised to find them on these sinoatrial node cells? And I guess in the context of comparing these particular cells to other cells in the heart, are those entry factors higher in the sinoatrial node cells?   Shubing Chen:             So it can be either surprised or not surprised let's say this way. So because one, we see the cardiomyocytes that can be infected, we were kind of surprised. And then we find actually several type of cells in the heart can be infected, like endothelial cells. I will say that the ACE2 expression of like ACE2 aminophenol in pacemaker cell, it's not significantly higher than cardiomyocytes. So we are not really saying, or seeing that SA nodal cells are more permissive to SARS-CoV-2 infections compared to cardiomyocytes, even in the petri dish, but they can be infected.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        So you found SARS-CoV-2 infection in these sinoatrial nodal cells induces a process called ferroptosis. So Yuling, I was wondering if you could tell us what is ferroptosis and what is it doing in these pacemaker cells?   Yuling Han:                 For the ferroptosis, they was surprised so far that its by the RA sequencing of the SARS-CoV-2 infection make our cells. And the first process is mainly caused by the-   Shubing Chen:             Error in iron.   Yuling Han:                 Yes. So more intake of the iron error and induced the RA's pathway and caused the cell deaths. So by our RA sequencing, we found the key factor involved in ferroptosis pathway is the GPS score was checked after the SARS-CoV-2 infection. So we focused on the ferroptosis pathway and found other key factors or checked after the infection makes in the pacemaker cells.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        What is the ferroptosis doing that disrupts the SNA cells?   Shubing Chen:             Ferroptosis is a type of cell death mechanism. So eventually it will cause cell death. And we think something that is really surprising, but we think it's very interesting, is we only see ferroptosis in the SARS-CoV-2 infected general atrial cells. So SA cells, we actually, as Yuling mentioned, when we develop this platform, we see different type of cell can be affected. And we are very curious what happened. So we see that we run a sequence on each individual cells we can see infection and along, we can see cell death like apoptosis in cardiomyocytes. We see apoptosis and only in SA nodal cells, we actually see the ferroptosis pathway as we come up.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        Why do you think that is in that cell type versus in another? Do you have any ideas about why?   Shubing Chen:             No, we don't have any idea yet to be honest, but we are working on that. But at least I think that it gave us some clue that we really need to use different type of whole cells to study the whole cell response. Because traditionally when we study viral infection and when we see lung, we always say, oh, the cell died. It's fairly simple. But now if we really study the details and we think it's maybe over simplified way to think about how cells can respond to viral infection, not only to SARS-CoV-2 infection. So it gives us the motivation, very strong motivation to now really study how different host tissues response to viral infection.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        I thought that was really interesting, not all cell death is the same.   Shubing Chen:             Yeah. And another thing is kind of a little bit surprising is we actually did a very careful comparison between the SA nodal cells and the cardiomyocyte. We only see ferroptosis come up as SA nodal cell, but not cardiomyocyte. Again, we don't understand why as maybe some host factor that is specific, we're working on that.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        So in addition to working out this mechanism of what is going wrong when these cells are infected with the virus, you also used this embryonic stem cell like tool for a drug screen. So can you walk us through that process in terms of what you did to do that? Did you focus in on one specific type of drugs or was it just kind of an unbiased screen?   Yuling Han:                 For the sinoatrial pacemaker cells, we focus on the antiviral drugs screening. And we also did several other projects, like lot of night or some neuron cells. For the [they did drug screening to find some drugs to inhibit the SARS-CoV-2 entry. And for the dominic neuron, we found SARS-CoV-2 infection can cause neuro cells synapses. So we focus on the synapses associated drug screening, but for the pacemaker cells, they only did the antiviral drug screen.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        And you came up with two drugs that you wrote about in the paper, deferoxamine and imatinib. So what are the mechanisms of action of those drugs? Are they targeting the same thing or are they targeting slightly different things?   Yuling Han:                 For the imatinib, we also found this drug inhibit SARS-CoV-2 entry and we did several other screenings, like the lung organoids and neuro cells. We also found this drugs. And the six drug, the mechanism is kept and the spec protein of SARS-CoV-2. And this was found by several other groups and published some paper this year. And we found this in 2020 maybe. And we published this paper before and we found this mechanism. And for another drug, we checked the RA sequencing data of SARS-CoV-2 affect the peacemaker cells. And we did several run of RA sequencing. And we compared the key factors, involved in SARS-CoV-2 entry. Several key factors like CTSL and like TMPS2 and among several run of RA sequencing. We only found the drug can decrease the expression of CTSL. So we also did PTR immunostaining, and then we found the drug decrease the expression level of CTSL.   Shubing Chen:             Yeah. So actually the other drug, it's also an antiferroptosis drug. So we did the mechanism study and it's very nice to see, we also identify the drug from an unbiased chemical screen. And for the chemical screening, we actually have a pretty large platform and we have around 1200 FDA approved drugs. We have like a 2000 anatrofin amino acid that signal pathway regulators for most of the SARS-CoV-2 screening, as you did mention, we have multiple screening platform. We focus on FDA approved drug. So it's more like for the drug repurposing and for other screening we also write larger skills.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        So we got a mechanism, we got a super specific cell type and we now have some drugs. So what are the translational implications of these findings? And I guess I'm thinking about that in terms of the time course of when a patient gets infected, has symptoms, has arrhythmia, like where could you possibly target this ferroptosis pathway? Meaning if someone already is exhibiting AFib as a result of the infection, is that actually too late? Or can you start to treat it to reverse it or prevent it from getting worse? Like what do you see as a therapeutic potential for using these drugs?   Shubing Chen:             That's a very good question. I will say this way, I think when we identify all these drugs, it's very, very exciting. But for antiviral drug development perspective, we definitely want a drug that show broader spectrum. So for COVID patient, of course we want to protect their heart, but we also want to protect their lungs.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        Exactly. Protect everything.   Shubing Chen:             Exactly. Exactly. So for the real drug that can clinical use, I think the lack of broad spectrum antiviral drug, I think that will be the way to go for drug development and for the cardioprotective respective. So if the patient do have very severe cardio symptom, particularly like arrhythmia symptom, I think that can be considered. But I don't want to really say this is the drug to treat the COVID patient. I don't think that's a way to go, particularly for ferroptosis is a cell type. This is a phenotype, very specific for the pacemaker. And I think for us, as a basic scientist, is very, very important that we understand the biology and we can identify these normal chemical tools that we can manipulate the system that can facilitate the future drug development.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        So do you think your findings and I mean findings at multiple levels, that a viral infection can induce apoptosis in one cell, but ferroptosis in another cell, but also the findings of viral infection in general, sufficient enough to drives sinoatrial node cell dysfunction. Do you think this is specific to SARS-CoV-2 and corona viruses or do you think this is something that is more broad with other viruses that maybe we just haven't recognized possibly because we don't have the tools yet?   Shubing Chen:            That's a great question. I will say some other type of virus can also infect heart, at least cardiomyocyte, like a Coxsackie virus, regular virus three. And there's actually a lot of study on the viral infection on the cardiomyocytes. And for us, the most exciting part is we really have now in serious, limited starting materials to get these pacemaker cells. Like I SA nodal cells. So we can use this as a platform to study how other virus infect, how the viral infection in general cause cell dysfunction. Because in the study we also do the calcium blocks assay, we can monitor their beating and then we can do RN-seq to monitor their transcription changes. Because this we have this still reporting system, we can purify cells, we can even run larger scale, like epigenetic level, how they change. So that's a very useful tool to study how cell responds to viral infection. I'm very excited about that.   Cindy St. Hilaire:        That's great. Well, Dr Chen and Dr Han, thank you so much for joining me today. Congratulations on a beautiful story. ※ 投稿邮箱:418150505@qq.com※ 本文章发布于订阅号:百车全说,订阅号阅读更加方便,欢迎关注前28分钟聊坦克500,后半部分聊身边事。坦克500是款怎样的车?提到坦克500,很多人会联想到几个关键词,硬朗、豪华、霸气,骨子里是越野车,但是从里到外看起来都像是台城市SUV。这台车长度超过5米(商务版4878mm),高度超过1米9,宽度超1米93,比汉兰达,甚至比途昂看起来都要大一圈。也有懂行的一看就知道,这车的造型太像丰田普拉多了,长城的设计师现在有点偷懒,开始走上了“模仿”的不归路。现在长城家族里,普拉多、甲壳虫和库里南都有了,下一辆不知道还能造出什么让我们惊讶的车型。这么大的块头,因此坦克500的自重也接近了2.5吨。再加上3.0T V6发动机,354马力 500牛米,虽然带48v轻混,但是想想这油耗还是不会太低。所以,一会儿我们帮大家捋一捋思路,什么样的客户适合买这款车。首先,我先表达一个观点,这台车绝对是咱们国产SUV的天花板,即使下文中我提出的一些质疑点,也只是针对不同客户适用性的问题,而非产品本身的设计缺陷。没有十全十美的车,只有适合自己的车,不是你有35-40万的预算,这台车就一定适合你。我出这期节目的目的, 是希望帮大家理性选择,买到适合自己的车型。原本周五就准备录制节目了,但是看到坦克500在周五晚上正式上市,因此我把节目录制时间安排到了周六。结果毫无悬念,周五晚上公布的在坦克500正式售价,与之前广州车展发布的预售价一模一样,33.5-39.5万。这个定价在很多人看来,并不算高。放眼市面上所有3.0T的SUV车型,合资和进口你想都不用想,只有国产车才有可能定价在40万以内。而国产品牌大多数又撑不起3.0T的高定价,因此唯一能看到的只有两款车,一是信仰之车红旗HS7,二是越野车里的小透明BJ80。那么如果这三款车让你选一台,你又会选择谁呢?买不买坦克500,你一定要确定自己的需求。一年365天有多少天在城市两点一线,有多少天在乡野翻山越岭。这就像天平的两端,你侧重于哪边,就应该选择更适合在哪个环境里开的车。很明显,坦克500更偏向于翻山越岭,我觉得你至少有3成以上的用车需求,是普通城市SUV的四驱能力满足不了的,那么坦克500才会更适合你。如果你仅仅是城市里两点一线,偶尔跑个小长途自驾游的话,还是那些城市SUV会更适合你。因为坦克500,说到底还是带大梁的承载式车身,它骨子里就是干重活的车,就像驴子用来拉磨,马儿用来跑一样,你倒过来用,也不是不行,但是效率太低,体验感就大打折扣了。假如说你确定自己购车需求更偏向越野车型,普通城市SUV满足不了,那么,你还得清楚越野也分两类,一类是玩穿越,一类是玩攀爬。比如,像丰田兰德酷路泽这种,车主买来主要就是用来穿越,因为皮实耐用,通过性好,所以慢慢的口碑做起来了,在很多西部地区街头能见度很高。而像Jeep牧马人这种,就是典型玩攀爬的越野车,之前我节目里介绍过的虎克之路,其中很多条高难度线路,都需要牧马人重度改装之后才能通过。而坦克500明显更偏向于前者,他可以带你去走烂路,通过性更好,脱困能力比城市SUV要强很多。但是,你要这台车达到牧马人那种随便改改,就能上天入地的感觉,那基本不可能实现。坦克500就要按照普拉多和陆巡的方式走,皮实,耐用,开着舒服,并且在此基础上,用30多万的价位去打丰田50-80万的普拉多和陆巡,再把配置拉满,所以坦克500吸引人的点在这里,有一部分人的需求完全可以被这台车满足,甚至超出了他们的预期。坦克500在广州车展预售2个小时,盲定的订单就已经超过了2万张,听说坦克500厂家的年产量在5万台左右,那么照这样推算,一年内的产能已经全部定出去了才对。这也可能是3月1日起关闭坦克500订单的原因,这样看来,3月18日的上市发布会也只是走个形式。那些苦苦等待上市价格,甚至想等4s店有试驾车,去试驾后再决定的客户,对不起,你现在订,提车时间就得排到明年了。有人可能要问,这车真的有那么好吗?怎么有那么多客户愿意无脑冲呢?首先,你怎么知道盲订2万多的订单,全都是客户定的呢?有没有可能是黄牛?之前坦克300的订单,被黄牛加价到了2-3万。直到今天坦克300的行情才稍微缓和一些,加价5-6千就能提到现货。所以,坦克500后期加价的概率极大,4s店提车遥遥无期,黄牛手里现货,你加不加?我觉得现阶段买坦克500的客户有三个特点:一是对越野车的基本常识有所了解,持续关注过坦克300和哈弗H9这类产品,对普拉多,陆巡,牧马人这些车型向往,但是买不起。对长城硬派越野的产品素质心里有数,价格不离谱就直接下单了;二是有些客户就是要大车,汉兰达,探险者,途昂,揽境都去看过,但是要么动力不满意,要么配置和价格不满意。现在来了个坦克500,管他什么承载式车身,非承载式车身。只要够大,配置够高,看起来够气派,直接冲就完了。三是喜欢最新的客户,反正买车就买最新款,手头35-40万的预算,买豪华SUV不上不下,买合资SUV又感觉动力和内饰拉胯,现在遇到个新款坦克500,感觉这车开进小区,秒杀所有邻居。如果读者中有考虑坦克500的用户,你可以评论区告诉我,上面三类用户,你是不是其中一种?中国市场永远不缺买SUV的客户,但是真正玩越野的其实就是那么一小撮人。毕竟,玩越野不仅要有钱,还要有时间。所以,坦克500这款车是在总结了中国消费者痛点的基础上,力求补足短板,想要面面俱到的一款车。大多数客户选车,先看一眼外观和内饰,感觉不错,然后再看看动力和空间,感觉还行,最后看看价格和配置,基本上就是这三部曲。按这样的步骤选车,当然没问题。但是不能忽略一个问题,坦克500是一台带大梁的车,它骨子里是非承载式车身结构。这就好比大卡车,你再怎么给它加空气悬挂, 静音轮胎,隔音玻璃,它开起来还是大卡车的感觉。只能说它加装了这些配置之后,比其他卡车稍微舒服一些。但是,同价位承载式车身的城市SUV,舒适度和操控性绝对吊打非承载式车身的SUV车型。再举个不太恰当的例子,就像公寓楼和住宅楼,同样都是100平米的房子,公寓的卖点是交通便利,商业配套齐全,住宅的卖点是房型合理,优质学区。所以,坦克500哪怕性价比无敌,你也别买错了车型。你明明是要买住宅,别到时候买了个公寓回去。其实我第一眼看到坦克500的时候,感觉这车的气场有点像第一代的广汽传祺GS8,我知道GS8与坦克500根本不是一个级别的产品。但是在成都车展和广州车展,我凭直觉去感受坦克500,就感觉像是GS8增肌之后,骨子里的爆发力和通过性都提升了数个量级。当然GS8从长宽高数据上看,都不如坦克500,两台车的客户群也几乎不会重叠。前者是城市SUV,后者更偏硬派越野。就像我上文提到的,一个是承载式车身,一个是非承载式车身;而且GS8主打2.0T和混动,坦克500全系3.0T。目前GS8顶配才24万多,正常20万出头就已经可以买到配置不错的版本了;而内部空间,实际上GS8并不比坦克500小,你看它轴距2920mm,坦克500才2850mm。所以,各位想买坦克500的客户可以思考一个问题,GS8不够不用吗?其实并不是不够用,只是感觉少了点气场,少了点乐趣,少了点新鲜感而已。坦克500更像是个大玩具,GS8对很多人来说仍然是代步刚需。如果铁定要买坦克500,车型配置该怎么选?其实非常简单,五座和七座推荐五座,运动和商务版推荐运动,低配(登峰)和高配(造境)选择高配。所以毫无悬念,35.5万的运动版坦克500是个人最推荐购买的版本。至于从头黑到尾的黑武士版,你就不要想了,限量发售100台(广州车展预售了500台),早被抢光了。自己抢到自己开,黄牛抢到肯定加价卖。高定版相当于在高配基础上,加装了豪华奢享包(12000)+智享包(20000),但是最值钱的还是双色车身,这就是身份的想象征,500米开完就知道你开的是台顶配坦克500 。买坦克500的客户应该不会纠结配置,大概看一眼空间就知道7座肯定只能应急,不如5座。运动版前脸和后挂备胎,与商务版的差别一目了然。高低配的差距,值不值2万,这都很好理解。其实坦克500的起步标配就非常丰富,L2级智能驾驶辅助、无钥匙进入、一键启动、三驱动恒温空调、360全景影像、前排座椅加热、14.6英寸中控屏、12.3英寸全液晶仪表,甚至还有电吸后尾门。可以说,长城的SUV一直比较受欢迎,就是因为他舍得给配置。既然目标是从合资车里抢客户,那就找买合资suv的客户痛点,哪里不足补哪里。至于一致对外宣传的自主研发3.0T V6发动机+9速手自一体变速箱,我觉得对于消费者来说,更多的是激发大家响应国潮的热情。长城虽然以前逆向研发,但现在逆势研发。但这套动力总成配在坦克500上,只是一个起点,后期还会继续往上突破天花板,未来40、50甚至7-80万的坦克系列车型,仍然得靠这套动力顶着。目前中国品牌,能在硬派越野车型上突破价格天花板,且在市场上还能与国外品牌掰掰手腕的,貌似也就只有长城了。但遗憾的是,长城在这套动力,他没有轿车可以用。所以,我推测这套动力,百分百还会给其他国产品牌用,弥补其他国产品牌D级车空缺的遗憾。D级旗舰机轿车真的太重要了,一个品牌成败与否,D级车占据着主要作用。而3.0T排量是燃油D级车里最低的入门标准。另外,在选购坦克500的时候,对于一些基本的知识点,你还是需要掌握的,比如6000元选装前桥电控式差速锁,7000元选装硅油风扇+变速器底盘护板。如果你根本不懂这些东西干嘛用的,刷卡买了个标配的坦克500,等到后期你知道了这些选装的作用,后悔都来不及。再或者,土豪随意,把选装点满,那也不一定就是好事。就拿硅油风扇来说,很多小视频创作者,在拍摄视频的时候,都用段子的形式来表现了一番,说轰隆隆的风扇声,就像大V8的感觉。其实,硅油风扇是为了弥补电子风扇的缺点。因为电子风扇触发的温度在90度,但是在一些高海拔地区,或者在沙漠里行驶,发动机长期高转速运转,电子风扇开始工作的时候,温度就已经很难再降低了,因为高转速导致防冻液还没降温,就回流到发动机了。硅油风扇他是根据你发动机转速来的,你发动机一直转,硅油风扇就一直转,一直散热。但是我国北方很多城市,常年低温,本来发动机升温就慢,你再选配个硅油风扇,好家伙,能耗变大不说,你估计吹个暖风都难。还有一些城市,常年高温,且出门就堵在路上,发动机转速起不来,硅油风扇的散热性能就大幅下降,高温天气散热差,可能发动机就容易高温。还有就是坦克500这台车,什么双层夹胶玻璃,反向降噪都给你配上了,你再选装这么个噪音大户,完了,所有隔音降噪工程全盘垮掉。总结来讲,坦克500这种前脸看起来像美式皮卡,侧面看起来像日系越野,内饰配置又没有明显短板的中大型SUV车型,满足了不少人对于一台SUV面面俱到的想象。通过对整体底盘的抬高,最小离地间隙224mm,最深涉水深度800mm,接近角29.6°、离去角24°,通过角22°,这些数据说明坦克500不是为那些极限越野的客户准备的,而是介于城市suv与专业越野车型之间的产品。因此,买坦克500之前一定要明确自己的用车环境,最好找机会试乘试驾一下该车型,再做决定。可以添加微信46415254加入我们的社群音频图文更新在订阅号: 百车全说每期抽三条留言,每人赠168元的“芥末绿”燃油添加剂一瓶点击订阅,每周三,周六更新会有提醒新听友可以搜索:百车全说2014,百车全说2015,百车全说2016,往期300多个小时的节目可供收听

※ 投稿邮箱:418150505@qq.com※ 本文章发布于订阅号:百车全说,订阅号阅读更加方便,欢迎关注前28分钟聊坦克500,后半部分聊身边事。坦克500是款怎样的车?提到坦克500,很多人会联想到几个关键词,硬朗、豪华、霸气,骨子里是越野车,但是从里到外看起来都像是台城市SUV。这台车长度超过5米(商务版4878mm),高度超过1米9,宽度超1米93,比汉兰达,甚至比途昂看起来都要大一圈。也有懂行的一看就知道,这车的造型太像丰田普拉多了,长城的设计师现在有点偷懒,开始走上了“模仿”的不归路。现在长城家族里,普拉多、甲壳虫和库里南都有了,下一辆不知道还能造出什么让我们惊讶的车型。这么大的块头,因此坦克500的自重也接近了2.5吨。再加上3.0T V6发动机,354马力 500牛米,虽然带48v轻混,但是想想这油耗还是不会太低。所以,一会儿我们帮大家捋一捋思路,什么样的客户适合买这款车。首先,我先表达一个观点,这台车绝对是咱们国产SUV的天花板,即使下文中我提出的一些质疑点,也只是针对不同客户适用性的问题,而非产品本身的设计缺陷。没有十全十美的车,只有适合自己的车,不是你有35-40万的预算,这台车就一定适合你。我出这期节目的目的, 是希望帮大家理性选择,买到适合自己的车型。原本周五就准备录制节目了,但是看到坦克500在周五晚上正式上市,因此我把节目录制时间安排到了周六。结果毫无悬念,周五晚上公布的在坦克500正式售价,与之前广州车展发布的预售价一模一样,33.5-39.5万。这个定价在很多人看来,并不算高。放眼市面上所有3.0T的SUV车型,合资和进口你想都不用想,只有国产车才有可能定价在40万以内。而国产品牌大多数又撑不起3.0T的高定价,因此唯一能看到的只有两款车,一是信仰之车红旗HS7,二是越野车里的小透明BJ80。那么如果这三款车让你选一台,你又会选择谁呢?买不买坦克500,你一定要确定自己的需求。一年365天有多少天在城市两点一线,有多少天在乡野翻山越岭。这就像天平的两端,你侧重于哪边,就应该选择更适合在哪个环境里开的车。很明显,坦克500更偏向于翻山越岭,我觉得你至少有3成以上的用车需求,是普通城市SUV的四驱能力满足不了的,那么坦克500才会更适合你。如果你仅仅是城市里两点一线,偶尔跑个小长途自驾游的话,还是那些城市SUV会更适合你。因为坦克500,说到底还是带大梁的承载式车身,它骨子里就是干重活的车,就像驴子用来拉磨,马儿用来跑一样,你倒过来用,也不是不行,但是效率太低,体验感就大打折扣了。假如说你确定自己购车需求更偏向越野车型,普通城市SUV满足不了,那么,你还得清楚越野也分两类,一类是玩穿越,一类是玩攀爬。比如,像丰田兰德酷路泽这种,车主买来主要就是用来穿越,因为皮实耐用,通过性好,所以慢慢的口碑做起来了,在很多西部地区街头能见度很高。而像Jeep牧马人这种,就是典型玩攀爬的越野车,之前我节目里介绍过的虎克之路,其中很多条高难度线路,都需要牧马人重度改装之后才能通过。而坦克500明显更偏向于前者,他可以带你去走烂路,通过性更好,脱困能力比城市SUV要强很多。但是,你要这台车达到牧马人那种随便改改,就能上天入地的感觉,那基本不可能实现。坦克500就要按照普拉多和陆巡的方式走,皮实,耐用,开着舒服,并且在此基础上,用30多万的价位去打丰田50-80万的普拉多和陆巡,再把配置拉满,所以坦克500吸引人的点在这里,有一部分人的需求完全可以被这台车满足,甚至超出了他们的预期。坦克500在广州车展预售2个小时,盲定的订单就已经超过了2万张,听说坦克500厂家的年产量在5万台左右,那么照这样推算,一年内的产能已经全部定出去了才对。这也可能是3月1日起关闭坦克500订单的原因,这样看来,3月18日的上市发布会也只是走个形式。那些苦苦等待上市价格,甚至想等4s店有试驾车,去试驾后再决定的客户,对不起,你现在订,提车时间就得排到明年了。有人可能要问,这车真的有那么好吗?怎么有那么多客户愿意无脑冲呢?首先,你怎么知道盲订2万多的订单,全都是客户定的呢?有没有可能是黄牛?之前坦克300的订单,被黄牛加价到了2-3万。直到今天坦克300的行情才稍微缓和一些,加价5-6千就能提到现货。所以,坦克500后期加价的概率极大,4s店提车遥遥无期,黄牛手里现货,你加不加?我觉得现阶段买坦克500的客户有三个特点:一是对越野车的基本常识有所了解,持续关注过坦克300和哈弗H9这类产品,对普拉多,陆巡,牧马人这些车型向往,但是买不起。对长城硬派越野的产品素质心里有数,价格不离谱就直接下单了;二是有些客户就是要大车,汉兰达,探险者,途昂,揽境都去看过,但是要么动力不满意,要么配置和价格不满意。现在来了个坦克500,管他什么承载式车身,非承载式车身。只要够大,配置够高,看起来够气派,直接冲就完了。三是喜欢最新的客户,反正买车就买最新款,手头35-40万的预算,买豪华SUV不上不下,买合资SUV又感觉动力和内饰拉胯,现在遇到个新款坦克500,感觉这车开进小区,秒杀所有邻居。如果读者中有考虑坦克500的用户,你可以评论区告诉我,上面三类用户,你是不是其中一种?中国市场永远不缺买SUV的客户,但是真正玩越野的其实就是那么一小撮人。毕竟,玩越野不仅要有钱,还要有时间。所以,坦克500这款车是在总结了中国消费者痛点的基础上,力求补足短板,想要面面俱到的一款车。大多数客户选车,先看一眼外观和内饰,感觉不错,然后再看看动力和空间,感觉还行,最后看看价格和配置,基本上就是这三部曲。按这样的步骤选车,当然没问题。但是不能忽略一个问题,坦克500是一台带大梁的车,它骨子里是非承载式车身结构。这就好比大卡车,你再怎么给它加空气悬挂, 静音轮胎,隔音玻璃,它开起来还是大卡车的感觉。只能说它加装了这些配置之后,比其他卡车稍微舒服一些。但是,同价位承载式车身的城市SUV,舒适度和操控性绝对吊打非承载式车身的SUV车型。再举个不太恰当的例子,就像公寓楼和住宅楼,同样都是100平米的房子,公寓的卖点是交通便利,商业配套齐全,住宅的卖点是房型合理,优质学区。所以,坦克500哪怕性价比无敌,你也别买错了车型。你明明是要买住宅,别到时候买了个公寓回去。其实我第一眼看到坦克500的时候,感觉这车的气场有点像第一代的广汽传祺GS8,我知道GS8与坦克500根本不是一个级别的产品。但是在成都车展和广州车展,我凭直觉去感受坦克500,就感觉像是GS8增肌之后,骨子里的爆发力和通过性都提升了数个量级。当然GS8从长宽高数据上看,都不如坦克500,两台车的客户群也几乎不会重叠。前者是城市SUV,后者更偏硬派越野。就像我上文提到的,一个是承载式车身,一个是非承载式车身;而且GS8主打2.0T和混动,坦克500全系3.0T。目前GS8顶配才24万多,正常20万出头就已经可以买到配置不错的版本了;而内部空间,实际上GS8并不比坦克500小,你看它轴距2920mm,坦克500才2850mm。所以,各位想买坦克500的客户可以思考一个问题,GS8不够不用吗?其实并不是不够用,只是感觉少了点气场,少了点乐趣,少了点新鲜感而已。坦克500更像是个大玩具,GS8对很多人来说仍然是代步刚需。如果铁定要买坦克500,车型配置该怎么选?其实非常简单,五座和七座推荐五座,运动和商务版推荐运动,低配(登峰)和高配(造境)选择高配。所以毫无悬念,35.5万的运动版坦克500是个人最推荐购买的版本。至于从头黑到尾的黑武士版,你就不要想了,限量发售100台(广州车展预售了500台),早被抢光了。自己抢到自己开,黄牛抢到肯定加价卖。高定版相当于在高配基础上,加装了豪华奢享包(12000)+智享包(20000),但是最值钱的还是双色车身,这就是身份的想象征,500米开完就知道你开的是台顶配坦克500 。买坦克500的客户应该不会纠结配置,大概看一眼空间就知道7座肯定只能应急,不如5座。运动版前脸和后挂备胎,与商务版的差别一目了然。高低配的差距,值不值2万,这都很好理解。其实坦克500的起步标配就非常丰富,L2级智能驾驶辅助、无钥匙进入、一键启动、三驱动恒温空调、360全景影像、前排座椅加热、14.6英寸中控屏、12.3英寸全液晶仪表,甚至还有电吸后尾门。可以说,长城的SUV一直比较受欢迎,就是因为他舍得给配置。既然目标是从合资车里抢客户,那就找买合资suv的客户痛点,哪里不足补哪里。至于一致对外宣传的自主研发3.0T V6发动机+9速手自一体变速箱,我觉得对于消费者来说,更多的是激发大家响应国潮的热情。长城虽然以前逆向研发,但现在逆势研发。但这套动力总成配在坦克500上,只是一个起点,后期还会继续往上突破天花板,未来40、50甚至7-80万的坦克系列车型,仍然得靠这套动力顶着。目前中国品牌,能在硬派越野车型上突破价格天花板,且在市场上还能与国外品牌掰掰手腕的,貌似也就只有长城了。但遗憾的是,长城在这套动力,他没有轿车可以用。所以,我推测这套动力,百分百还会给其他国产品牌用,弥补其他国产品牌D级车空缺的遗憾。D级旗舰机轿车真的太重要了,一个品牌成败与否,D级车占据着主要作用。而3.0T排量是燃油D级车里最低的入门标准。另外,在选购坦克500的时候,对于一些基本的知识点,你还是需要掌握的,比如6000元选装前桥电控式差速锁,7000元选装硅油风扇+变速器底盘护板。如果你根本不懂这些东西干嘛用的,刷卡买了个标配的坦克500,等到后期你知道了这些选装的作用,后悔都来不及。再或者,土豪随意,把选装点满,那也不一定就是好事。就拿硅油风扇来说,很多小视频创作者,在拍摄视频的时候,都用段子的形式来表现了一番,说轰隆隆的风扇声,就像大V8的感觉。其实,硅油风扇是为了弥补电子风扇的缺点。因为电子风扇触发的温度在90度,但是在一些高海拔地区,或者在沙漠里行驶,发动机长期高转速运转,电子风扇开始工作的时候,温度就已经很难再降低了,因为高转速导致防冻液还没降温,就回流到发动机了。硅油风扇他是根据你发动机转速来的,你发动机一直转,硅油风扇就一直转,一直散热。但是我国北方很多城市,常年低温,本来发动机升温就慢,你再选配个硅油风扇,好家伙,能耗变大不说,你估计吹个暖风都难。还有一些城市,常年高温,且出门就堵在路上,发动机转速起不来,硅油风扇的散热性能就大幅下降,高温天气散热差,可能发动机就容易高温。还有就是坦克500这台车,什么双层夹胶玻璃,反向降噪都给你配上了,你再选装这么个噪音大户,完了,所有隔音降噪工程全盘垮掉。总结来讲,坦克500这种前脸看起来像美式皮卡,侧面看起来像日系越野,内饰配置又没有明显短板的中大型SUV车型,满足了不少人对于一台SUV面面俱到的想象。通过对整体底盘的抬高,最小离地间隙224mm,最深涉水深度800mm,接近角29.6°、离去角24°,通过角22°,这些数据说明坦克500不是为那些极限越野的客户准备的,而是介于城市suv与专业越野车型之间的产品。因此,买坦克500之前一定要明确自己的用车环境,最好找机会试乘试驾一下该车型,再做决定。可以添加微信46415254加入我们的社群音频图文更新在订阅号: 百车全说每期抽三条留言,每人赠168元的“芥末绿”燃油添加剂一瓶点击订阅,每周三,周六更新会有提醒新听友可以搜索:百车全说2014,百车全说2015,百车全说2016,往期300多个小时的节目可供收听

Amy Faust chats with Heaven Fay Scroggins, a pianist, viola player and composer who's in the seventh grade. In the second grade, Heaven Fay was introduced to classical music by Bravo Orchestras when they came to her elementary school, Rosa Parks in North Portland. After several years playing the viola, her perfect attendance earned her a slot with Play It Forward, a program that provides pianos and tuition-free lessons to students. The founder of the program, pianist Michael Allen Harrison, is Heaven Fay's teacher, mentor and now family friend. Heaven Fay's composition “H9” is now in the Bravo curriculum, and she intends to keep composing and performing music, even possibly writing a children's book someday about her musical experiences

Hello, thanks for inviting me to participate on SoU, it's an honour to be part of it!   In this mix I'm showcasing unreleased material I have almost exclusively performed on my 200e system, these jams illustrate some of the moods and sounds I'm looking for when making music on my own or collaborating with other artists here in London.    The first track is a recording i did after hours of meditation on a Buchla patch together with my friend Vince Morris, we spoke the bare minimum and kept slowly developing the patch for hours focusing on capturing the sound of each oscillator separately while giving each of the outputs a very  defined function in the landscape, it turns out more than one year after  this track is going to be pressed on 180g vinyl and released on Titrate Records ( and you can pre-order it on bandcamp) ! [ shameless promotion allowed? haha ]   The second track is actually the first track I made using the 296e which I'm very happy to finally have with me - that's definitely the module that I have been dreaming about the most! I was very pleased with the saturation you can get from driving the inputs, not to mention feedbacking the comb out into itself... Really powerful module which surely will help me make the Buchla sound a lot more rude! The effects here are provided by the 2H9 made by the lovely peeps from Northern Light Modular - shout to Sascha who without a doubt is one of the biggest legends in the space, my system wouldn't be the same without all the technical support and advice from him.   The third track ( starting at 31 minutes ) is a collaboration with my friend Steven McInerney who played some acoustic instruments and processed them on his eurorack and my friend Rin who played some mad electro-acoustic-ish instruments while i played the 250e...   The following track was a very special jam I had the pleasure to record with my friend Adrian who I met online when studying his amazing open source granular ( definitely one of the most impressive granulars i ever seen ) and we ended up becoming best friends when he moved to London..   Last but not least I have two drone-ish tracks, one of which is exploring two simple oscillators out of tune being heavily processed on the H9 and another one where I solely used the 259e ( and loads of verb and delay )!   I hope you enjoy it! ps: To listen to some of my dj mixes and other tracks i have released check out my soundcloud

※ 本文章发布于订阅号:百车全说,订阅号阅读更加方便,欢迎关注今天要一口气聊完14款车,说实话,我心里还真没有什么底。每款车型聊多了,我怕体力吃不消,毕竟这岁数了;聊少了,我怕大家说我划水。但是,我可以保证,今天聊的每台车,都是我的观点精简之后留下来的精华部分,这14台车也是这次成都车展16个展馆里,64款新车中我认为必看的车型。这次去成都也是费尽周折,南京虽然降为了低风险地区,但是去外地仍然需要48小时的核算检测证明。这还不是最麻烦的,最麻烦的是南京禄口机场,每天起飞的航班数只有几十架次,我托关系问了我想买的深航那趟航班,对方答复“7成以上概率会被取消,建议我还是去隔壁的常州奔牛机场,比较靠谱”。没办法,我只好来回都选择了隔壁的常州奔牛机场,我得一大早从南京出发,开1个半小时的车去常州,以前都是看隔壁镇江、扬州的朋友来南京坐飞机,没想到南京也有一天需要依靠周围的兄弟。这次成都车展一共9天,8月29日是“媒体日”,8月30日和8月31日是“专业公众日”,9月1日-9月6日是“普通观众日”。这里再给大家普及一下媒体日、专业观众日和普通观众日的区别。媒体日,只针对媒体开放,这一天车型最全,什么概念车、全球首发车型都会展出,各个品牌的大BOSS都会到场,从早到晚都是发布会,这一天的礼仪和车模也是最多的,大家都懂,不用多解释。理论上讲,媒体日是不买票的,需要提前线上申请媒体证,但是年年门口都有黄牛倒卖媒体证,甚至有的黄牛不需要证也可以帮你搞进去。专业观众日主要还是展示。有些首发车型,媒体日是不围起来的,专业观众日就围起来了,有些概念车,专业观众日就撤走了。等到了普通观众日,展台上基本就剩下在售车型了,而且礼仪和模特也基本都撤了,展台上也会站满了销售,因为这几天的目标只有一个——“卖车”,毕竟成都那么大一个城市,一年一度的车展,怎么能错过。这种大型车展对于4s店来说是千载难逢的好机会。一方面,全成都甚至周边城市的人民都知道,都会来看车买车;另一方面,参加这种车展不要自己掏钱,都是厂家搭建+搞宣传,而且搭建的成本巨高,档次根本不是平时的小车展能比的。平时的小车展,地上能铺个红地毯就不错了,成都车展上地上铺地板都算档次一般,还有直接把赛道搬过来的花这么大成本,只用来展示,肯定太亏了,所以剩下的6天,给成都的4S店来卖车,厂家和经销商都乐意。一不小心聊了这么多,赶紧进入今天的正式环节——车型点评。我知道,大多数人对电动车兴趣不大,但是马自达电动车你是不是很好奇?马自达首款新能源车CX-30EV,会在这次成都车展正式上市,我估计定价会参考丰田C-HR EV,也就是22-24万,是不是非常离谱,丰田都卖不掉,更别提CX-30EV了。这台车NEDC续航450公里,单电机160千瓦/300牛米,没有一个数据能打,丰田C-HR EV现在优惠10万甩卖,你可以猜猜CX-30EV今后优惠多少才能卖的出去?二号馆基本被上汽包场。特别搞笑的是,孤零零的吉利被围在中间。吉利展台可以看看新车型“博越X”,这车我相信会给大家一个惊喜,因为前脸长的特别像长安CS系列,估计是看到长安CS系列销量暴涨,吉利有点坐不住了。“博越X”在我看来,就是替代老博越的产品,毕竟博越和博越PRO两代同堂销售,压力也很大。上汽大众的全新凌度,大家也可以看看,但是我估计销量多数凉凉,原来四平八稳的造型,跟兄弟车型速腾很相似,所以大家都拿凌度对比速腾,谁优惠大就买谁,现在新款凌度,前脸整容成了一张笑脸,我是不能接受。但是,新凌度的内饰据说是杀手锏,双联屏+小档把,如果是真的,那内饰绝对吊打速腾和斯柯达明锐PRO,三大件别问,问就是跟老款一样。上汽大众还有款ID.3可以看看,4米2的小型SUV,NEDC续航430公里,单电机125千瓦/310牛米。这台车估计15-18万,实际上这个预算,都能买小鹏G3和威马EX5了,但是毫无疑问,还是有人觉得大众造的车才是最靠谱的,德系车的驾驶质感,加上电动车又不烧机油,又没有双离合的故障……嗯,可能会真香。三号馆的重头戏,肯定是坦克500,但我觉得这车多数人只是看个乐子,不会真的考虑购买,虽然坦克300卖的非常火,但是,坦克500并不是放大的坦克300,造型还是有点古板。坦克500最大看点,是全新的3.0T V6发动机+长城自主研发的纵置 9AT变速箱+48V轻混,最大功率354马力,最大扭矩500牛米,对于普通家庭,这套动力肯定也是过剩了。但是,对于国内的越野车迷,这款车意义重大。因为,至今为止30万预算买越野车,一直都很尴尬,之前哈弗H9之所以被吐槽,一部分原因就是2.0T这个动力和20多万的价位都不上不下,由于国产没有能打的车型,所以像丰田普拉多这种在日本卖360万日元(折合人民币21万)的车,来到中国竟然被炒到了50万,等坦克500正式上市,咱们也可以详聊一下。来到四号展馆,重头戏肯定是奔驰展台的全新C级,虽然这车在8月27日就上市了,定价32.52万-36.92万。我今天跟一线销售沟通了一下,8月初展车就陆续到店,车价还没公布,就盲定了20多张订单,第一批客户都不指望有优惠,早点提车就行。根据以往的经验来看,低功率的C200L基本没人买,8成以上的客户都是买C260L运动或者顶配版。说实话,原价提奔驰C级,落地将近40万,我真想知道这些客户都是做什么行业的,到底是赚钱太容易,还是花钱太任性,要知道老款C级优惠能到4万,新款用不了多久肯定也会降价,就这么着急要提车吗,估计不是等着十一结婚,就是等着十一自驾,要么就是老同学聚会或者去亲戚家。总而言之,全新的奔驰C级,这车根本不愁卖。五号馆基本是广汽包场,重头戏毫无疑问是国产塞那。我个人觉得,大家对这款车期望值太高,实际上在国外这就是台工具车,只是国内刚开始玩塞纳的客户,都是通过平行进口,那些不想加价买埃尔法的有钱人,把这车给炒起来了,普通老百姓坐进车内,肯定会说“就这内饰卖30多万?”。要知道,汉兰达混动7座版,售价27.48-34.88万,基本上买高配的居多,之前有网传,说塞那的定价27.68-36.98万,我推测有可能是真的,但是同价位的塞那配置一定比汉兰达低的多。所以,估计会有很多人纠结,到底选汉兰达还是选塞那,我给你个建议,一年能用到10次以上三排,就去买塞那。六号馆值得一看的,是全新的丰田GR86,之前都官宣不再进口,现在又杀了个回马枪,估计丰田看国内需求这么强烈,还是要满足一下大家的跑车文化。这种售价较低的日系小跑,在国内基本上没对手,这次又增加了GR套件,换上了2.4L水平对置发动机,车迷都在祈祷,千万不要加价,但我估计不加价有点难,据说每款配额就400台,手快有、手慢无。一汽丰田皇冠陆放在车展前一天上市,售价27.58万-35.08万。说实话,这车本来就没有汉兰达名气大,但是这定价比汉兰达还要高一些,如果起步就是高配,那还有的玩。毕竟,汉兰达的客户预算都比较充沛,而且这车造型确实比汉兰达更运动,前脸还有点神似凯美瑞,汉兰达几乎没有90后客户,我估计家里人逼着孩子买汉兰达,他们应该会妥协买一台皇冠陆放回家。十号馆都是电动车,欧拉芭蕾猫可以去看看,这台车酷似甲壳虫。有人可能会好奇,难道长城不怕惹官司吗?实际上,大众也没办法证明甲壳虫是他的专利,而且早年大众甲壳虫还被一家叫”太脱拉“的卡车公司给告了,说大众抄袭他们的车型,在1965年,大众汽车赔了太脱拉100万德国马克,达成了和解。这款芭蕾猫,就是之前亮相的朋克猫的量产版,可能觉得欧拉系列还是女性买家更多,芭蕾更符合女性气质,朋克女毕竟是少数,她们也不爱开这种小车。十一号馆有款呆萌的小车也值得一看,就是奇瑞QQ冰淇淋,我真的是服了,现在车企起名字,不是动物就是食物。这款车打眼一看,就知道对标的是宏光MINI EV,造型几乎如出一辙,我怀疑奇瑞是不是挖走了五菱的设计师,几乎像素级拷贝,那么剩下的就看怎样定价了,不过听到车名里带着QQ,我估计奇瑞是要搞点事情了。十四号馆的重头戏,肯定是宝马新X3和4系四门版。新X3的前脸变化很大,还增加了曜夜版的黑色进气格栅,大灯造型也变了,前包围两侧的轮廓也重新设计了,后尾灯造型也会变得更加立体。但是,任性的宝马依然没有给这车加长,轴距保持不变,车身长度也只加了可怜的20mm,内饰就不多说了,参考3系即可。至于宝马4系四门版,无非就是让持币代购的客户,看一下实车造型到底咋样,现在3系价格都这么坚挺,有不少人是决定咬牙直接上4系的,就等着4门版到店,看一眼就下单,我估计这车多数也是加价。十五号馆的热点,应该在领克展台,一是可以看看领克09,这次估计还会展示领克09插混版;二是可以看看领克05+,这台车姿态变得更低趴,从头到尾一身绿,还有碳纤维前唇和尾翼。领克05原本动力就很好,这次只是象征性提高到了265马力/380牛米,预售26-28万,实际上卖的就是个皮肤而已,不知道有多少人能接受,沃尔沃看到这个定价,估计哭晕在厕所里。领克05充其量算是XC40同级产品,结果卖到了XC60的价格,我现在越来越感觉,领克像个二线豪华品牌,沃尔沃反倒像是中国产品。最后一个十六号展馆,土豪朋友们可以看看新款保时捷Macan,外观细微调整,重点看内饰,排挡杆两侧的实体按键都变成了触摸按键,不过很可惜没有用上电子档杆,毕竟是保时捷入门级SUV,换不换都有人买,不缺客户。另外,保时捷电动车Taycan Cross Turismo版本也会亮相,这是Taycan的猎装版,帅肯定是帅呆了,但是你看看帕美Turismo版和普通版的价差,也会让你惊呆的。可以添加微信46415254加入我们的社群音频图文更新在订阅号: 百车全说每期抽三条留言,每人赠168元的“芥末绿”燃油添加剂一瓶点击订阅,每周三,周六更新会有提醒新听友可以搜索:百车全说2014,百车全说2015,百车全说2016,往期300多个小时的节目可供收听

※ 本文章发布于订阅号:百车全说,订阅号阅读更加方便,欢迎关注今天要一口气聊完14款车,说实话,我心里还真没有什么底。每款车型聊多了,我怕体力吃不消,毕竟这岁数了;聊少了,我怕大家说我划水。但是,我可以保证,今天聊的每台车,都是我的观点精简之后留下来的精华部分,这14台车也是这次成都车展16个展馆里,64款新车中我认为必看的车型。这次去成都也是费尽周折,南京虽然降为了低风险地区,但是去外地仍然需要48小时的核算检测证明。这还不是最麻烦的,最麻烦的是南京禄口机场,每天起飞的航班数只有几十架次,我托关系问了我想买的深航那趟航班,对方答复“7成以上概率会被取消,建议我还是去隔壁的常州奔牛机场,比较靠谱”。没办法,我只好来回都选择了隔壁的常州奔牛机场,我得一大早从南京出发,开1个半小时的车去常州,以前都是看隔壁镇江、扬州的朋友来南京坐飞机,没想到南京也有一天需要依靠周围的兄弟。这次成都车展一共9天,8月29日是“媒体日”,8月30日和8月31日是“专业公众日”,9月1日-9月6日是“普通观众日”。这里再给大家普及一下媒体日、专业观众日和普通观众日的区别。媒体日,只针对媒体开放,这一天车型最全,什么概念车、全球首发车型都会展出,各个品牌的大BOSS都会到场,从早到晚都是发布会,这一天的礼仪和车模也是最多的,大家都懂,不用多解释。理论上讲,媒体日是不买票的,需要提前线上申请媒体证,但是年年门口都有黄牛倒卖媒体证,甚至有的黄牛不需要证也可以帮你搞进去。专业观众日主要还是展示。有些首发车型,媒体日是不围起来的,专业观众日就围起来了,有些概念车,专业观众日就撤走了。等到了普通观众日,展台上基本就剩下在售车型了,而且礼仪和模特也基本都撤了,展台上也会站满了销售,因为这几天的目标只有一个——“卖车”,毕竟成都那么大一个城市,一年一度的车展,怎么能错过。这种大型车展对于4s店来说是千载难逢的好机会。一方面,全成都甚至周边城市的人民都知道,都会来看车买车;另一方面,参加这种车展不要自己掏钱,都是厂家搭建+搞宣传,而且搭建的成本巨高,档次根本不是平时的小车展能比的。平时的小车展,地上能铺个红地毯就不错了,成都车展上地上铺地板都算档次一般,还有直接把赛道搬过来的花这么大成本,只用来展示,肯定太亏了,所以剩下的6天,给成都的4S店来卖车,厂家和经销商都乐意。一不小心聊了这么多,赶紧进入今天的正式环节——车型点评。我知道,大多数人对电动车兴趣不大,但是马自达电动车你是不是很好奇?马自达首款新能源车CX-30EV,会在这次成都车展正式上市,我估计定价会参考丰田C-HR EV,也就是22-24万,是不是非常离谱,丰田都卖不掉,更别提CX-30EV了。这台车NEDC续航450公里,单电机160千瓦/300牛米,没有一个数据能打,丰田C-HR EV现在优惠10万甩卖,你可以猜猜CX-30EV今后优惠多少才能卖的出去?二号馆基本被上汽包场。特别搞笑的是,孤零零的吉利被围在中间。吉利展台可以看看新车型“博越X”,这车我相信会给大家一个惊喜,因为前脸长的特别像长安CS系列,估计是看到长安CS系列销量暴涨,吉利有点坐不住了。“博越X”在我看来,就是替代老博越的产品,毕竟博越和博越PRO两代同堂销售,压力也很大。上汽大众的全新凌度,大家也可以看看,但是我估计销量多数凉凉,原来四平八稳的造型,跟兄弟车型速腾很相似,所以大家都拿凌度对比速腾,谁优惠大就买谁,现在新款凌度,前脸整容成了一张笑脸,我是不能接受。但是,新凌度的内饰据说是杀手锏,双联屏+小档把,如果是真的,那内饰绝对吊打速腾和斯柯达明锐PRO,三大件别问,问就是跟老款一样。上汽大众还有款ID.3可以看看,4米2的小型SUV,NEDC续航430公里,单电机125千瓦/310牛米。这台车估计15-18万,实际上这个预算,都能买小鹏G3和威马EX5了,但是毫无疑问,还是有人觉得大众造的车才是最靠谱的,德系车的驾驶质感,加上电动车又不烧机油,又没有双离合的故障……嗯,可能会真香。三号馆的重头戏,肯定是坦克500,但我觉得这车多数人只是看个乐子,不会真的考虑购买,虽然坦克300卖的非常火,但是,坦克500并不是放大的坦克300,造型还是有点古板。坦克500最大看点,是全新的3.0T V6发动机+长城自主研发的纵置 9AT变速箱+48V轻混,最大功率354马力,最大扭矩500牛米,对于普通家庭,这套动力肯定也是过剩了。但是,对于国内的越野车迷,这款车意义重大。因为,至今为止30万预算买越野车,一直都很尴尬,之前哈弗H9之所以被吐槽,一部分原因就是2.0T这个动力和20多万的价位都不上不下,由于国产没有能打的车型,所以像丰田普拉多这种在日本卖360万日元(折合人民币21万)的车,来到中国竟然被炒到了50万,等坦克500正式上市,咱们也可以详聊一下。来到四号展馆,重头戏肯定是奔驰展台的全新C级,虽然这车在8月27日就上市了,定价32.52万-36.92万。我今天跟一线销售沟通了一下,8月初展车就陆续到店,车价还没公布,就盲定了20多张订单,第一批客户都不指望有优惠,早点提车就行。根据以往的经验来看,低功率的C200L基本没人买,8成以上的客户都是买C260L运动或者顶配版。说实话,原价提奔驰C级,落地将近40万,我真想知道这些客户都是做什么行业的,到底是赚钱太容易,还是花钱太任性,要知道老款C级优惠能到4万,新款用不了多久肯定也会降价,就这么着急要提车吗,估计不是等着十一结婚,就是等着十一自驾,要么就是老同学聚会或者去亲戚家。总而言之,全新的奔驰C级,这车根本不愁卖。五号馆基本是广汽包场,重头戏毫无疑问是国产塞那。我个人觉得,大家对这款车期望值太高,实际上在国外这就是台工具车,只是国内刚开始玩塞纳的客户,都是通过平行进口,那些不想加价买埃尔法的有钱人,把这车给炒起来了,普通老百姓坐进车内,肯定会说“就这内饰卖30多万?”。要知道,汉兰达混动7座版,售价27.48-34.88万,基本上买高配的居多,之前有网传,说塞那的定价27.68-36.98万,我推测有可能是真的,但是同价位的塞那配置一定比汉兰达低的多。所以,估计会有很多人纠结,到底选汉兰达还是选塞那,我给你个建议,一年能用到10次以上三排,就去买塞那。六号馆值得一看的,是全新的丰田GR86,之前都官宣不再进口,现在又杀了个回马枪,估计丰田看国内需求这么强烈,还是要满足一下大家的跑车文化。这种售价较低的日系小跑,在国内基本上没对手,这次又增加了GR套件,换上了2.4L水平对置发动机,车迷都在祈祷,千万不要加价,但我估计不加价有点难,据说每款配额就400台,手快有、手慢无。一汽丰田皇冠陆放在车展前一天上市,售价27.58万-35.08万。说实话,这车本来就没有汉兰达名气大,但是这定价比汉兰达还要高一些,如果起步就是高配,那还有的玩。毕竟,汉兰达的客户预算都比较充沛,而且这车造型确实比汉兰达更运动,前脸还有点神似凯美瑞,汉兰达几乎没有90后客户,我估计家里人逼着孩子买汉兰达,他们应该会妥协买一台皇冠陆放回家。十号馆都是电动车,欧拉芭蕾猫可以去看看,这台车酷似甲壳虫。有人可能会好奇,难道长城不怕惹官司吗?实际上,大众也没办法证明甲壳虫是他的专利,而且早年大众甲壳虫还被一家叫”太脱拉“的卡车公司给告了,说大众抄袭他们的车型,在1965年,大众汽车赔了太脱拉100万德国马克,达成了和解。这款芭蕾猫,就是之前亮相的朋克猫的量产版,可能觉得欧拉系列还是女性买家更多,芭蕾更符合女性气质,朋克女毕竟是少数,她们也不爱开这种小车。十一号馆有款呆萌的小车也值得一看,就是奇瑞QQ冰淇淋,我真的是服了,现在车企起名字,不是动物就是食物。这款车打眼一看,就知道对标的是宏光MINI EV,造型几乎如出一辙,我怀疑奇瑞是不是挖走了五菱的设计师,几乎像素级拷贝,那么剩下的就看怎样定价了,不过听到车名里带着QQ,我估计奇瑞是要搞点事情了。十四号馆的重头戏,肯定是宝马新X3和4系四门版。新X3的前脸变化很大,还增加了曜夜版的黑色进气格栅,大灯造型也变了,前包围两侧的轮廓也重新设计了,后尾灯造型也会变得更加立体。但是,任性的宝马依然没有给这车加长,轴距保持不变,车身长度也只加了可怜的20mm,内饰就不多说了,参考3系即可。至于宝马4系四门版,无非就是让持币代购的客户,看一下实车造型到底咋样,现在3系价格都这么坚挺,有不少人是决定咬牙直接上4系的,就等着4门版到店,看一眼就下单,我估计这车多数也是加价。十五号馆的热点,应该在领克展台,一是可以看看领克09,这次估计还会展示领克09插混版;二是可以看看领克05+,这台车姿态变得更低趴,从头到尾一身绿,还有碳纤维前唇和尾翼。领克05原本动力就很好,这次只是象征性提高到了265马力/380牛米,预售26-28万,实际上卖的就是个皮肤而已,不知道有多少人能接受,沃尔沃看到这个定价,估计哭晕在厕所里。领克05充其量算是XC40同级产品,结果卖到了XC60的价格,我现在越来越感觉,领克像个二线豪华品牌,沃尔沃反倒像是中国产品。最后一个十六号展馆,土豪朋友们可以看看新款保时捷Macan,外观细微调整,重点看内饰,排挡杆两侧的实体按键都变成了触摸按键,不过很可惜没有用上电子档杆,毕竟是保时捷入门级SUV,换不换都有人买,不缺客户。另外,保时捷电动车Taycan Cross Turismo版本也会亮相,这是Taycan的猎装版,帅肯定是帅呆了,但是你看看帕美Turismo版和普通版的价差,也会让你惊呆的。可以添加微信46415254加入我们的社群音频图文更新在订阅号: 百车全说每期抽三条留言,每人赠168元的“芥末绿”燃油添加剂一瓶点击订阅,每周三,周六更新会有提醒新听友可以搜索:百车全说2014,百车全说2015,百车全说2016,往期300多个小时的节目可供收听

Welcome to S.C.U.M of the Earth Episode 7! In This episode we will discuss everything surrounding the Sunshine Endurance Run that took place on May 8th in Locus Grove, Ga. This event was put on by Brooke McClanahan to raise money to support her friend Annie Randolph who was diagnosed with breast cancer in late 2020. The event was a huge success and the running community really came out strong to support Kevin and Annie through this difficult time. Annie's Bio 38 year old wifey to Kevin and mom of Reid 15 and Addie 13. I'm a sales consultant at CarMax, currently out of working fighting cancer and partner in Rev Run. I've been running since high school although I kept it around 3-4 miles until about 14 years ago. I ran a few half's and one full before I discovered ultra marathons. I've run 50+ ultras. Some of my proudest moments were winning first female at H9 50 miler, finishing Pinhoti 100 after it kicked my butt twice before, and getting my red shirt at Strolling Jim with Brookes help. I ran my very first 100 miler at Matthews Knock on Wood 24 hour race! Kevin and Brooke crewed and paced me. It's been a hard year but also beautiful. Kevin has been the most amazing support I could ask for and the love of friends has never been more apparent. I am still running, slowly, as much as I can through treatment. Kevin's Bio 45 yr old husband to Annie and father of 3 boys ages 22, 18, and 14 from my previous marriage and step dad to Annie's two children. I am a buyer for Camax (this job pays the bills) and also co-owner of Revolution Running (this job is our fun hobby). One of our more popular races in the ultra community is the 24 hr track race The Stinger. I have been married to Annie for 4 years. I started running about 15ish years ago to get in shape post college and that initial running 2-3 times a week for 2-3 miles at a time somehow turned into running ultras (which Brooke is somewhat responsible for). I am pretty dang proud of my 3:05 marathon and have been working on trying to break 3, my 24 hr pr of 121 miles, and one and only 6 day performance of 453 miles. I will be running the 24 hr at the Dome in June and will be shooting for 140 miles. Since Covid last year and Annie's cancer diagnosis this year I haven't raced as much but I have still been putting in a lot of training miles. Brooke's Bio CPA and mom of 2 girls (Taylor is almost 15 and Emma is closing in on 12). I've known Annie since 2013 (met her at a local 50k). Been running since I was 9 years old. Ran in middle school, high school, and college competitively. First ultra in October 2010. I've done roughly 70 ultras. Injured pretty badly in 2018 and haven't really raced since then. Best marathon 3:32 (qualified for Boston and ran it in 2015). Completed two 100s - one trail (Pinhoti) and one timed event (Merrills Mile 24 hour). Merrills 100 was in 21:10. Probably my proudest moments in ultras were 3rd female at Lookout Mountain 50 Miler in 2014 (9:28) and Strolling Jim 41.2 miles in 2017 (5:59:02 which got me the hard earned Blue Shirt). Crewed Annie at her first 100 (Matt's race) in 2014. Paced a little but was recovering from a concussion I got during my first 100 attempt at Thunder Rock. I still run about 40 miles per week regularly, and I work a lot.

本文章发布于订阅号:百车全说,订阅号阅读更加方便,欢迎关注!最近,我身边有一位好朋友向我咨询坦克300越野版,说自己被这台车套头了。我这位朋友跟我一样都是90后,坐标浙江省湖州市下面的一个县级市,在当地一家民营医院做后勤主任,每个月轻松突破五位数的收入,在当地来说算非常不错,自己的老婆也在当地有个稳定的工作,小两口过着有房有车的小康生活,每天也是美滋滋的。之前,我这位好朋友一直开着结婚时买的2018款奔驰CLA200,被他也是改装的花里胡哨,但是CLA开到现在终究是有些腻了,而且他作为一个比较魁梧的糙汉子,总觉得自己的CLA造型上有些柔弱,准备把车丢给自己老婆开,自己再买一台硬派一些的车子。前段时间,他家小宝宝出生了,家里人一看喜添新丁,自然是开心的不行,于是他自己的父母和爱人的父母,每家各给了10万块钱的“育儿补助”,说是育儿补助,实际上这20万都进了我朋友的口袋。小两口的收入在当地算很不错的,而且家里也能帮衬不少,所以经济方面没有什么太大的压力,但是朋友跟我说,自己买车不想买太贵的,一个是自己再买车也就自己开,图个自我愉悦,再一个是因为生了个儿子,终究还是想多留点钱,以后养孩子也更有底气,在和自己媳妇儿商量过后,决定落地价25万以内买个自己喜欢,也能兼顾家用的车,而且不想再买轿车了。于是,最近网上爆火的坦克300就进入了他的眼帘,尤其是当他看完坦克300越野版预售价之后,回头再看看自己的预算,觉得不买简直对不起自己。朋友觉得,坦克300越野版不仅造型好看,配置、价格、账面上的越野性能都很不错,而且买个越野车,家里人肯定没啥意见,毕竟是SUV车型,在老一辈那里接受度更高,父母那边都觉得越野车能拉人、能装货、居家出行两不误,顺便还能满足一下自己想玩越野的需求,于是就来咨询我的意见,看看是否值得去买一台,在自我满足的同时也可以兼顾家用。在2020年12月17日,坦克300越野版正式上市了,正式售价竟然与之前的预售价完全一样,这种情况倒是非常少见:低配的探索者17.58万、中配的挑战者19.58万、顶配的征服者21.38万。至于城市版,还要再等一段时间,现在网上也已经有申报图了,估计不会让人等太久。而在周四早些时候,我也专门去了一趟本地的4S店,赶在正式上市前了解了一下订单行情,销售小哥告诉我,上市前坦克300越野版的全国订单总量就已经超过了3000,光他们店就占了快100,其中顶配就占据大部分,其次是中配,低配最少,看来很多人都是冲着一步到位去的。至于提车时间,销售小哥说排名靠前的基本上可以过年前提车,如果现在订车,那么很可能要等到明年4、5、6月份,具体时间他也说不准,还是得看后续的产能怎么样,我的好朋友还打算明年开春去西藏自驾,现在看这个计划大概率是凉凉了。顺带说一句,之前还有个预定活动,3999元越野大礼包,包含1只绞盘和5条越野AT胎,如果是正常选配,绞盘5000元+轮胎2000元,一共7000元,这个活动还是挺划算的,可惜现在这个活动已经没有了。越野版的越野性能到底怎么样我们都知道,现在这车的网络热度高,只要你打开一些短视频软件或者看看汽车类网站,基本上都在说这车,而且下面的评论、留言都很多,那么这车究竟怎么样,那就要好好说道说道了。由于目前上市只有坦克300越野版,大多数人最在意的,一定还是这个越野版的越野能力到底怎么样。不过这次坦克300的定位是“智能豪华越野SUV”,可以看出,越野只是其中的一部分,它还会兼顾智能和豪华,说白了就是日常家用。当然,后续的城市版有什么不同,后面也会详细聊到。这次坦克300越野版确实吸引到了很多从来没接触过越野的新人,但很多新人都有一个误区,认为坦克300越野版像百万级的大G一样拥有“非承载式车身”+“三把锁”,我搜了一下就连很多网上的文章也是这么写的,这就值得聊一聊了。首先坦克300全系都是“非承载式车身”,这个是没问题的,越野的标配,非承载式车身的好处就不多说了,有独立的大梁,底盘强度非常高,在极端路况下不易变形和扭曲。说个题外话,哈弗有一款车叫H5,这车已经停产了,而且没有后继车型,当年是10-15万少见的非承载式车身的SUV,一度成为经常上山下水的包工头的最爱。感觉现在的坦克300有点像是强化越野性能并提档升级之后的哈弗H5,据说未来的坦克500和坦克700,坦克500可能是中大型SUV,可以看作是哈弗H9的升级版,而坦克700就不知道了,难道是丰田陆巡的级别?很多人再一看,坦克300除了非承载式车身还有三把锁,原先百万级大G才有的配置,现在只需要花费大G购置税的价格就可以得到。其实,这是一个误区,因为我们常说的“三把锁”,其实是前桥差速锁、后桥差速锁和中央差速锁。中央差速锁最主要的功能,是保证汽车的前轴和后轴的转速处于一致,实现前后50:50的动力分配。如果单个车轮悬空或者没有附着力时,中央差速锁是有作用的,但是如果遇到交叉轴那样一前一后的两个对角车轮凉凉的情况,那就没有什么实质性帮助了,因为在同一桥上的动力,会被打滑的车轮完全损耗,不打滑的车轮上几乎没有动力。这个中央差速锁,在坦克300越野版上是没有的,原因后面会说。后桥差速锁对应的是后桥的左右车轮,作用是当后桥某个车轮打滑时,锁上后桥差速锁,把可以将动力传给后桥另一个不打滑的车轮。很多玩越野的人都会将后桥差速锁比作硬派越野的“灵魂”,锁上后桥差速器之后就可以应对多数交叉轴或者炮弹坑的情况,即使全车只有单个后轮在抓地,也依然有机会实现单轮脱困。坦克300越野版从中配的挑战者开始装配了,一般来说中央差速锁搭配后桥差速锁,就已经可以应付绝大多数越野路况了。前桥差速锁的作用与后桥差速锁一致,只不过对应的是前桥的左右车轮,但由于前轮是转向轮,转向时有转速差,被锁上后会直接影响转向,所以一般只在最极限的状态下才会给前桥差速锁上锁,比如一个前轮加两个后轮全部凉凉的情况,或者车的一侧完全失去附着力且单靠后桥差速锁无法脱困的时候,这也是为什么坦克300越野版只有顶配的征服者才会配备前桥差速锁,一般用不上。理论上来说,锁越多则越野能力就越强。这里还有一个越野常识,在铺装路面下千万不要上锁,因为转向时四个车轮之间存在速度差,上锁之后再高速转向时轻则转向不足,重则打滑失控,只有在沙石、坑洼等非铺装路面下再锁上中央差速锁,剩下的就是根据越野路况的变化锁上后桥差速锁,前桥差速锁应该是最后才考虑上的锁。不过,现在的车都已经非常防呆了,包括坦克300越野版在内的很多车都设定了“2H”、“4H”、“4L”模式,分别对应铺装路面下的后驱模式,轻度越野路况下的高速四驱模式,以及中度和重度越野路况下的低速四驱模式。那么,为什么说坦克300越野版的“三把锁”是一个误区?细心的人一定会发现,之前提到的大G是全时四驱,而坦克300越野版是分时四驱,实际上分时四驱只有中央分动箱,而分动箱没有中央差速器,更不可能有中央差速锁。分时四驱从两驱切换四驱后,靠的是中央分动箱的一根“棍子”将前后桥硬连接在一起,连接后和全时四驱锁上中央差速锁效果类似,虽然目的都是达成50:50的前后动力分配,但实际作用方式又完全不同,毕竟分时四驱的“棍子”一断开就又变回两驱了,而全时四驱即使解锁后仍然还是四驱。所以,坦克300越野版准确来说只有两把锁,但坦克300这么宣传其实问题也不大,因为同样是分时四驱的牧马人,在宣传的时候也会说自己是三把锁。如果你买了坦克300或者牧马人,自己也别灰心,两把锁的分时四驱,在理论上要强于三把锁的全时四驱,这是因为全时四驱的系统可靠度和扭矩负载极限都不如分时四驱。同时,坦克300越野版有33度的接近角、34度的离去角、23.1度的通过角以及224mm的最小离地间隙和700mm的涉水高度,对比牧马人34.8度的接近角、29.2度的离去角、20.8度的通过角以及251mm的最小离地间隙和762mm的涉水高度。说实话除了离地间隙一项,其他都是非常接近的,不过离地间隙确实差了很多,毕竟牧马人是原厂悬挂行程最长的车之一。此外,坦克300越野版在“4L”模式下可以实现扭矩放大2.48倍,距离牧马人Sahara的2.72倍已经比较接近了,但是相比更加注重越野的牧马人Rubicon的4倍放大还是差了太多,不过毕竟价格摆在这里,也别要求太多了。不过坦克300越野版在配置上也是有亮点的,比如标配的CCO蠕行模式和TAB坦克转弯,不过坦克转弯也不是什么新潮技术,上个世纪50年代沃尔沃就发明出来了,简单说就是单独加大一侧的制动力,减少车的转弯半径。还有帮助初次接触越野的新手更快上手的“全地形控制系统”,预设了多种路况标准、凹凸路、泥沙、山地、岩石、雪地。中配挑战者开始配备“底盘透视”也是挺实用的,类似路虎的“透明引擎盖”,可以显示底盘下的路况。至于坦克300越野版的发动机和变速箱,227马力、387牛米,其实就是VV5、VV6和VV6上的那台代号E20CB的2.0T发动机,只不过变速箱从7速双离合换成了采埃孚的8AT,据说坦克300还会推出3.0T匹配长城自己的9AT的版本,但是价格嘛……我目前担心的是坦克300的油耗,搭载同样发动机的VV7油耗一般在11~13个之间,而坦克300的造型注定风阻更大,同时越野版2.1吨左右的车重也远超1.9吨出头的VV7,所以油耗可能会比较感人,会不会烧机油也不好说,之前一直有传言,说坦克300会用上长城最新的GW4N20A发动机,也就是未来2.0T哈弗大狗发动机的高功率版,可惜并没有。在空间方面,我也试着坐了一下,前排座椅调整好之后,后排腿部空间还剩下1拳左右的样子。对了,我183cm,如果换成170cm,应该能有2拳多,除此之外,销售小哥说这车的隔音和舒适方面做得还是不错的,毕竟还要兼顾家用,只不过这次没有机会试驾到,等试驾车到位之后,再好好试试吧。越野版和城市版的区别根据先前官方透露的消息来看,主要有两款车型,“越野版”和“城市版”,并且每个版本还有不同的配置,我们就挑关键的地方来说。首先我们来说一说“城市版”车型,这也是入门价格最低的版本,目前就已知的配置而言,主要的区别在于使用了适时四驱搭配博格华纳多片离合,圈胎用的是普通的SUV圈胎,然后屏尺寸更大,外观没有越野轮眉,内饰有小差别。而到了越野版,不仅有越野化的外观,而且主要的功能性配置也一下子上去了,但是内饰里的连屏尺寸会比城市版小一些,主要的点在于使用了分时四驱配中央分动箱,还有透明底盘功能等等,越野性能肯定没什么问题。我这次看到越野版实车之后,发现油箱盖旁边还预留了一个小孔,销售小哥说是用来加装副油箱的,我感觉厂家还是挺鼓励你买回去继续捣腾的。而之前车展上还有过一个“官方改装版”,其实就是在越野版的基础之上,给你再加一套升高套件、一套越野防脱轮毂、一套MT轮胎、加宽轮眉、前后铁杠、绞盘等等,这些都属于长城集团的基本操作,你在越野炮上也能看到,所以就不多赘述了。但是,根据销售小哥的说法,官方改装版可能并不会上市,只是做出来给你看看,展示一下这车的改装潜力。这里面主要值得说的,就是官方配的防脱轮毂,但是我发现即使是这次越野版的顶配,都没有配备防脱轮毂,有越野需求的朋友回去还是要自己换一下,以保自己在越野时的安全性。关于防脱轮毂很多朋友可能不是很清楚这是干啥用的,在此和各位解释一下。轮毂的防脱功能,其实也就是在轮毂上有一圈轮胎的防脱圈,主要是因为在越野的状况下,一般都要放低胎压、增大触地面积,这时候轮胎不一定能像平时那样紧紧的绷在轮毂上,包括很多越野车我们看到都是窄窄的轮毂配上宽宽的轮胎, 也是为了在尽可能的条件下增大触地面积,所以必须要在轮毂上有防脱圈,当然,防脱圈不只是在越野轮毂上用,在有些房车赛事里也会用到,主要目的其实都是为了提升安全性。而轮毂的防脱大致分为两种类型,一般我们称作“普通防脱”和“极限防脱”,也有人简单的称作“内防脱”和“外防脱”,根据我的观察,长城现在给这些硬派越野车型用的防脱轮毂都属于内防脱轮毂。内防脱轮毂最大的优点,就是安装时和普通轮毂的安装方法完全一样,省时省心也省力,不同的是内防脱圈比普通轮圈在内侧多一个防脱卡槽,通常来说这个卡槽的宽度和深度是正好可以放入轮胎的胎口。我们知道,轮胎的胎口是紧固度非常高的,所以只要把它卡到位,轮胎的防脱能力就可以大为提升,由于内防脱轮毂的产品设计特性,它的防脱能力来自于卡槽,所以在轮胎安装后,无论是正常胎压、低胎压还是极低胎压的情况下,轮毂本身并不会对胎壁造成伤害,因为这个卡口并非完全把轮胎壁锁死,在极限情况下,它是准许轮胎和轮毂有相对滑动的,但是却并不会轻易导致脱圈问题发生。简单来说,内防脱轮毂并不会完全防止脱圈行为的发生,但是只要使用得当,即便是极低胎压下(比如0.5bar 以下)脱圈也完全没有问题,比如在达喀尔拉力赛、FIA 国际汽联或者CAMF中汽摩联的赛事里,绝大部分车辆用的都是内防脱轮毂,而且通过这些比赛也能看出,只要产品符合技术和质量的要求,内防脱圈在应对这些工况时完全没有问题。但是,如果你想去攀岩,或者你的车子被改装的像越野拉力赛里那样动不动七八百匹马力还是后驱设定,那么就不能用内防脱轮毂,得用外防脱轮毂。外防脱轮毂的特点,主要是利用胎壁环将轮胎完全锁死在轮毂上,这样可以保证轮胎任何情况下都不会产生位移和松脱,也正是因为这个原因,外防脱轮毂在装扒胎的时候非常费事,没有专业的装扒胎设备的话,那你就只能干瞪眼。而且,外防脱轮毂一般都是攀岩的时候使用,实际上近几年国内不少玩家也在用外防脱轮毂,主要是因为国内受美式越野文化的影响很大,并且外防脱圈的造型看起来很狂野,会让很多人喜欢。但是,外防脱轮毂在低压使用时一定要注意胎壁的状况,因为完全锁死的胎壁在低胎压时很容易受到挤压、赶搓而造成裂纹,倘若不注意这种情况,很可能在回到公路上高速行驶的时候会发生问题,最典型的问题就是爆胎。并且,这个爆胎并不是普通意义上的爆胎,因为越野胎的壁厚通常比较大,所以很容易发生整个胎壁和胎冠完全飞散的严重状况,在这种情况下非常容易造成整车失控,所以装备了外防脱圈又在低胎压环境下使用过的车辆,一定要多注意避免这个问题的发生。所以,在我们日常使用,或者说你的越野仅仅是走走烂路、冲冲沙子之类的,一般的内防脱轮毂就已经够用了,只要轮毂产品本身是合格的,就不用太过担心。哪个配置最值得买从我个人角度出发,如果你是以买一个大玩具的心态去选这台车,买完就准备拿这台车去冲沙、走越野路的话,那就直接买个越野版的最低配,然后在选配里加上6000块钱一个的前后桥差速锁,一共12000块钱,剩下的自己改。如果你买这车只是冲着这个造型,也不怎么想去越野,只是想要个造型,然后能走走非铺装路面,那么你买个城市版真的就足够了。另外一个问题,就是坦克300这台车到底适合什么样的人?从我收集到的信息,以及和销售们、准车主们的沟通看来,我觉得买坦克300的客户大多数都是预算不止20多万,而且确实喜欢这种硬派越野的车型,但是他们口袋里的预算也到不了四五十万,所以向上看看霸道这种车不仅价格水涨船高,而且甚至可以说一车难求,再看看三菱帕杰罗,又觉得动力系统和内饰都挺老气,想等等福特的BRONCO,又不知道这车到底啥时候上市、上市之后又会是多少钱、多久之后又才能有优惠,回头看看坦克300这台车,发现也还不错,那就试试看呗。以目前越野群体的车辆来说,能在30万内买到的“真·越野车”似乎也就是铃木吉姆尼。但是,熟悉这台车的朋友都知道,当年这车在国内也就是十几万的价格,在退市之前基本裸车价都在十三四万徘徊,结果没啥人买,以至于现在买不到了,加上这台车也是有了新款,一堆人又开始说这车真香,想要的话就只能捧着二十六七万去平行进口车市场购买,就这你还别嫌贵,一大堆人在排队,你不想要无所谓,反正车子有口碑。除了吉姆尼之外,我能想到的也就是北汽BJ40了,这台车一直被人戏称叫“国产牧马人”,但是这台车有个最关键的点,就是动力系统跟哈弗H9和长城炮是一样的,然后你再看看价格和配置,干啥不买长城自己做的呢?所以,目前看来咱们很多老百姓是需要这种硬派越野车的,这种需求看看每年阿拉善的热度就知道了,所以坦克300这台车是能满足这种需求的,剩下的就是看稳定性和后期维修保养的便利性。我们都知道,像普拉多和帕杰罗这种车之所以热卖,主要就是稳定性强,外加他们的自然吸气发动机对油品需求不高,92号油就可以,比较省心,此外就是即使车子坏了,也能很容易、很便宜的去修理,全国大江南北都能找到适合的配件,甚至车主自己动手都能修,所以坦克300如果想热销,那么在稳定性和配件的供应及覆盖面上,一定要做好。写在最后其实不止是坦克系列,整个长城现在也是在不断拓展硬派越野的深度和广度,从之前的H5、H7、H9到后来的越野炮再到现在的坦克系列,以及长城及旗下品牌持续、多次的官方越野活动,可以看出长城正在持续发力硬派越野市场。当然,想让消费者买单、认可长城,都必须建立在“产品先行”的基础之上,只有把车辆的性价比、稳定性、售前售后服务等等都做好,才能把故事说好、把车卖好。除此之外,我觉得坦克300越野版挑的上市时间其实也很聪明,刚好卡在大量硬派越野退市和那些新车型没有在国内上市的空窗期当中,在这时候想买这种硬派越野车的人,尤其是怀揣二三十万想买硬派越野车的人,看看吉姆尼觉得太小,里里外外配置也不算太高,虽然越野的时候舒适度可以不做参考,但是日常驾驶也得顾及自己的腰。再看看BJ40觉得有些潦草,虽然可以越野但是后排真的略小,研究一下发现发动机还是长城制造,那不如去长城再瞧一瞧。猛然回头发现坦克300的名字够酷、配置也够高,那就果断掏出钱包,满足自己的需求和喜好,如果你不急着现在入手,预算还会比现在再高,那么3.0T的坦克300似乎更好,如果你觉得坦克300尺寸还有点小,那么之后的坦克500和坦克700,应该能满足你对空间的需要。目前看来,坦克300的价格短时间内不会有什么大的优惠,基本上都是跟着官方的价格政策来走,所以如果你想买这台车的话,那还是先等一等吧。音频图文更新在订阅号: 买车心理学来自w奔波儿霸的雪球原创专栏$长城汽车(02333)$ 汽车作为大件消费,虽然一见倾心很重要,但大部分消费者在一见倾心之后,还是会做比较详细的对比,较少会冲动消费。所以汽车的营销就是尽量让消费者一见倾心,但更重要的是让消费者在详细对比后,仍然能够心甘情愿的掏出钱包。在这里提个问题,H2S比CS35颜值高,做工和质感也更好,技术性能也更强,为什么销量却差很多?H4和CS55相比也是如此。为何长城的车全方面碾压,却卖不过对手?详细对比后,就看出问题所在了。CS35手动档低配6.9万,H2S在拼多多前为8.4万,贵1.5万。H2S各方面全都碾压CS35,贵1.5万,值不值?有人可能觉得值,但更大尺寸的CS55也就卖8.5万。对于这个级别的消费者来说,多花1.5万,是更好的品质重要,还是更大的尺寸重要?显然是尺寸重要。CS55自动档低配卖10万,拼多多前的H4卖11.6万,也是同样的问题。多花1.6万,却仅仅是更好的品质,消费者不买账。H4的价格,可以买更大尺寸的GS4或CS75了,谁会去买H4呢。对于低端消费者来说,同样的价格肯定选更大的尺寸,这是第一定律。小而美是对抗市场规律。哈弗的H2S、H2、H4全都是小而美的定位,被市场无情的教育了。这个其实很好理解。假如一个屌丝,天天吃沙县,有一天心情大好,愿意在吃饭的时候多花10块钱庆祝一下,请问这个屌丝会在吃沙县的时候加个鸡腿,再点瓶啤酒,吃喝的心满意足,还是跑去吃逼格高一点点,但其实肉不多的味千拉面呢?到底是逼格高一点点重要,还是肉多、有啤酒重要?显然是肉多有啤酒重要。再来对比下H8 H9 P8和唐二代这四款车,H9和唐二代是成功的,H8和P8是失败的。原因在哪里?对于愿意花20万以上的价格来买国产车的消费者来说,一定要给他包括他的亲戚朋友一个显而易见的理由,20多万,为什么要买国产,而不是买合资?H8和P8都缺乏显而易见的特点,这俩车的综合素质优秀,但综合素质,无法说服消费者买20多万的国产车。一定得是显而易见的某方面的拔尖才可以。H9和唐二代则都做的比较好。20多万的价格,类似的尺寸,只有H9能带来如此的越野能力和动力性能,合资的竞品都30万以上,自主的竞品只有RX8,越野能力和动力性能都差了一大截。对于唐二代来说,4.5秒加速,100的纯电续航,秒天秒地,这就够了。20万以上的自主汽车,一定要各方面85分以上,某方面达到95分,才能够突围;如果是各方面都90分,缺乏拔尖项,则无法突围作者:w奔波儿霸链接:https://xueqiu.com/4097105650/114029476来源:雪球著作权归作者所有。商业转载请联系作者获得授权,非商业转载请注明出处。

哈弗H9从最初那个“问题少年”变成了愈发成熟的吕蒙,我们看到了长城汽车的用心,但是实话说我对H9未来的前景仍持谨慎态度。原因很简单,因为H9是一款越野车而不是普通的城市SUV,口碑和可靠性几乎是越野车赖以生存的全部,除非是路虎卫士那样的情怀爆款车,不然像丰田LC车系那样追求无懈可击的可靠性和越野能力几乎是越野车唯一能生存下来的方法。虽然哈弗H9可能已经是自主品牌20-30万元越野车中最好的选择了,但是在这个价位它面对的根本不是自主品牌对手,三菱帕杰罗·劲畅、五十铃mu-X还有福特撼路者等对手将极大的瓜分H9的市场份额。更大的车身尺寸和丰富的配置和H9的优势,但这是普通轿车的选车思路,而越野爱好者看中的是可靠性、通过能力和改装潜力,哈弗H9要走的路还很长。我们的微信公共平台“tangxiaoradio”或“汤小radio”,微博是“汤小radio”。Q群:435824530
