Own Your Health is about taking responsibility for your body before it breaks down. In this episode, Katie Brindle explores the concept of a “home health holiday” – a preventative approach to midlife wellbeing that focuses on regeneration rather than reaction. After personally trialling cutting-edge regenerative therapies including hyperbaric oxygen, ozone therapy, LED light therapy and hydrogen therapy, Katie shares what genuinely made a difference to her energy, sleep, inflammation, weight, skin and overall sense of vitality – and crucially, how you can replicate many of the benefits at home, for free or at low cost. This episode is especially relevant if you're: - Feeling tired, worn down or “not quite yourself” - Curious about regenerative medicine and modern wellness - Navigating midlife health and want to age well, not just cope - Interested in preventative health rather than crisis-driven care Katie also explains why January is biologically the best time of year to rest, restore and invest in your health – and why waiting for symptoms to appear is the biggest mistake most people make. This is not about quick fixes or detox trends. It's about giving back to your body, before it asks for help.

We have middle and high school students who through the summer have been learning about how to craft their own stories and then produce them on a podcast.Free activity sheet available at www.rituvaish.com/podcast-summer-camp. Let's give a warm welcome Ananya JTranscriptThe Time Traveller's BackpackI am Ananya and I have been a part of story writing and podcastingsummer camp 2025 organised by Ms.Ritu Vaish, the producer of storyprism podcast. I had a great time writing my own stories, recording andediting them. Here's the one I wrote: Please give me your listening earMaya was just a normal 12 year old girl who had long hair, and she is alittle pale. She loved adventures and always dreamt of time travel. One day, while walking home from school she was just normally kicking rocks , andpebbles as she was thinking about flying cars, and humanoid robots. Butthere was a huge tree and underneath the tree there was a shiny object. She darted to check what it was , and it was a backpack , but not the usualones. It had glowing buttons , tiny screens , and a big green button whichsaid ‘GO' on it.Her eyes sparkled , curious, Maya kept the bag on. As soon as she pressedthe button the world around her twisted and spun like a colourful tornado! When everything stopped , Maya found herself in a strange place. Thetrees were taller than the houses , and the mountains were shorter thanusual. Dinosaurs roamed in the distance.‘ I went back in time! ‘ Maya gasped with a mixed feeling of nervousnessand excitement. She explored the park. The ponds were bigger than lakes, and there were houseflies which buzzed around. Suddenly her eyespopped up when she saw a huge dinosaur, so she quickly hid behind ahuge rock.Carefully, Maya gave it a piece of fruit from her lunch box to the babydinosaur. It thanked MayaJust then the backpack beeped “ Low Battery. Must Return in 5 minutes.”Maya didn't bother about it much. She was busy playing with her newdinosaur friend. Then she noticed that she forgot to return back as the backpack wasbeeping. She panicked and did not know what to do.The dinosaur askedMaya to follow him. Maya got confused and just followed him.The dinosaur took her to a secret and mysterious cave. She was confused. Then Maya and Dinosaur went through the obstacles, and they bothpressed a button together. Then they found a new bag. The dinosaurasked her to put it on. Maya thanked the dinosaur and said goodbye. Sheput on her bag and reached the same place where the old bag was. Withthat Maya was ready for her next adventure.
