Even with that dud vs. the Baltimore Ravens, it's safe to declare the San Francisco 49ers the team to beat in the NFC. Is there a team capable of stunning Kyle Shanahan's crew in the postseason? That's central to our NFC discussion this Saturday morning on the Go Long Show. Dallas has the talent. Philadelphia reached the Super Bowl last season. Detroit is exorcising demons. But is there another team out there capable of sneaking up on everyone? Baker Mayfield has the Tampa Bay Buccaneers primed to win the NFC South. The Bucs called their shot at Go Long ahead of this season — from Carlton Davis to the rest who believed. Mayfield should be the Comeback Player of the Year. Elsewhere, Sean McVay has faced Shanahan many times and Matthew Stafford won a Super Bowl just two years ago. The Rams are heating up at the right time. Thanks for listening and sharing, everyone. This year's colossal character risk? Georgia's mammoth defensive tackle Jalen Carter. Every team at the top of the draft is doing everything they possibly can to dissect a prospect who may wreck NFL offenses... but who also may not love football that much. And who also has major off-field concerns. Co-host Jim Monos relives red flags past inside the NFL draft room. Also, his Buffalo Bills possessed another large man who violently moved other large men on a football field: Marcell Dareus. Is the comparson fair? Yes and no. (Also: Here's the feature referenced on the podcast that I wrote on Dareus at the Buffalo News: https://buffalonews.com/sports/bills/bills-dareus-keeps-playing-through-life-s-losses/article_be1b05a5-f8a3-5141-9ecc-afa19476e595.html) Bob McGinn's 39th annual draft series begins Wednesday, April 18. Brandon Beane goes all-in and signs Von Miller AND O.J. Howard. Von is the missing piece. BILLS TO THE SUPER BOWL !!!!!!!! P.S. Miller is a blast from the past for the Bills, and fulfillment of something that close to happening 12 years ago. The team held the No. 3 selection in the 2011 NFL Draft, and for much of the offseason, they thought they would be getting Miller with that pick. The Broncos changed course and selected Miller ahead of defensive tackle Marcell Dareus, and the Bills wound up taking the latter. It took awhile, but the Bills finally wound up with Miller.

The latest Dallas Cowboys news includes the Trysten Hill Injury update - Hill suffered a torn ACL that will end his 2020 season. Hill will be placed on injured reserve and that makes an already thin Cowboys defensive tackle group even worse. With Hill done, the Cowboys could look towards NFL free agency or a trade to get help at DT. So who are the top Trysten Hill replacements the Cowboys could sign or trade for? Cowboys rumors are set to REALLY heat up about roster moves at DT. There are some options for Cowboys at DT in both free agency and the trade market. Unlike most positions, the DT trade market might actually make more sense than trying to sign someone. Marcell Dareus is a free agent but he’s washed up. Of course, the Cowboys could try to sign Damon Harrison off the Seahawks’ practice squad, but that’s a long-shot. There are some internal options on the roster for the Cowboys to replace Trysten Hill. Tyrone Crawford continues to get reps at DT in this hybrid Cowboys defense, and although he was better vs. the Giants, he doesn’t look the same. Justin Hamilton is on the practice squad and could be the logical short-term 53-man roster replacement. But the Cowboys are probably hoping 3rd round rookie Neville Gallimore can emerge after a slow start to his NFL career. Cowboys trade rumors always involve some unlikely big names and Cowboys Report host Tom Downey does discuss ideas for Geno Atkins and J.J. Watt. But he also has some trade targets in B.J. Hill, Deadrin Senat and Nathan Shepard, former Top 100 picks who aren’t playing very much for their teams. Those guys actually make some sense for Dallas. Cowboys Face Coverings are up to 30% off: http://chatsports.com/Cowboysmask/ Here’s the list of Trysten Hill Replacements: Internal Options: - Tyrone Crawford - Neville Gallimore - Justin Hamilton Free Agent Targets: - Margus Hunt - Marcell Dareus - Nazair Jones - Hassan Ridgeway - Daylon Mack - Brandon Mebane Trade Targets: - J.J. Watt - Geno Atkins - BJ Hill - Deadrin Senat - Nathan Shepherd Other Team’s Practice Squads: - Sylvester Williams (Broncos) - Michael Dogbe (Cardinals) - Benito Jones (Dolphins) - Anthony Zettel (Saints) - Ryan Glasgow (Texans) / Corey Liuget (Texans) The Cowboys Report is on its way to 100k subscribers, so join the #1 Cowboys YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/dallascowboysreport?sub_confirmation=1 Go LIKE our Cowboys Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/cowboysworlddallas/ Tom Downey has his DM’s open on Twitter for all your Cowboys questions: https://www.twitter.com/whatgoingdowney Cowboys news & rumors is also on our website: http://www.chatsports.com/dallas-cowboys Download the Dallas Cowboys Report video podcast on your iPhone for free: https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/dallas-cowboys-report/id1291846368?mt=2 Follow Chat Sports on social media for more sports coverage: FB: https://www.facebook.com/chatsports Twitter: https://www.twitter.com/chatsports IG: https://www.instagram.com/chatsports
The 2011 draft class was a great draft class. I, Logan, decided to do a redraft of the whole draft class. Where do you think studs such as Von Miller, JJ Watt, Julio Jones, Richard Sherman, Chris Harris Jr , Aldon Smith, Marcell Dareus, Patrick Peterson, Cameron Jordan, Robert Quinn, Ryan Kerrigan, Mark Ingram, and others would be drafted now. This podcast will tell you.

Readyforthedraft.com's Gregg Schutze shares his passion for the NFL draft and takes you on a journey leading up to the 2020 NFL Draft. Ready for the Draft Podcast is looking at how the impact free agency has had on draft projections for all 32 NFL teams. Gregg is breaking up his podcasts by division. Episode 30 focuses on the AFC South. Jacksonville must fill the void left by the release of Marcell Dareus; even if Derrick Brown is off the board, the Jags can land an impact DT in Javon Kinlaw. Tennessee could land a corner in Round 1, but they also need to replace Jack Conklin at RT. In which direction will they go? Indianapolis and Houston do not have 1st Round picks, but I wouldn't rule out a trade back into the first day of the draft. Philip Rivers may be the QB in Indy in 2020, but neither he nor Jacoby Brissett will be the future. Jordan Love could be their target, especially now that Chris Ballard has his 3-technique in DeForest Buckner. And Houston traded DeAndre Hopkins away, leaving them in need of a No. 1 WR. Will they trade up?

Hosted by Joe from Buffalo Wins, this synergistic podcast is focused on the Bills news of the day - namely Marcell Dareus, Jerry Hughes and their fast cars, and how we feel about #99 given his recent arrests and their closeness in time. We ramble and rant and ultimately get to talking about the future of the Bills and what kind of legacy we're wading through following Ralph Wilson's death. Music from Wu Tang, Bloc Party and Gnarls Barkley. Cheers. - The Barrister
In this edition of the world's worst podcast, the Crew heads to Lower Manhattan to the wealthy apartment of a stranger. We wreak havoc upon the legumes, project the Sabres game on the silver screen (replete with Ryan Miller meltdown), and discuss a bevvy of relevant topics. Highlights include the Apologist's passion for cigarettes, the growing disappointment known as the Sabres, Marcell Dareus, and Butternut Squash (on your dick). Musical interludes were provided by Anthrax, M83, and Megsie & Scizz karoake. As always, I'm proud of nothing I've done here. I love you all.
