Light talk intro - Youth Sports Performance Enhancement Conditioning and Injury Prevention Studio housekeeping, etc 1 - Clients "coming back" - talk about how/why people stop and what drives them to come back 2 - Talk about Keiser class reflection: “My time at SculptaFit will be an experience I’ll never forget. When watching the videos, I thought to myself it was going to be a breeze, but boy I couldn’t have been more wrong. The slow controlled movements in 30 minutes made me feel like I lifted weights for an hour! The small group environment made me feel comfortable rather than the large crowded atmosphere. The cues by Coach Nikki, Madi, and Joey were beneficial as they kept a watchful eye on me as they did with everyone else in the class. Although I was in group training session, it felt more like an individualized personal training session. I highly recommend this form of training for anyone looking to begin and maintain a healthy lifestyle change.” – Calvin D. 3 - Tina P's email - Self-Sabotage, 4 - What's in Joey's Bag? 5 - Q & A Jill asks: In my past efforts to lose weight and stay slim I was all about avoiding fat - fat was the enemy back then. Most of the fitness wearables are on the wrist because people are used to wearing watches and one thing that became apparent right off is they work reasonably well, they’ve gotten better at it but that is one of the worst places you can actually measure anything. There are a bunch of reasons for that - your tattoos, skin color, hair, you get vibration no matter how tight it is, you get a lot of interference from the sun, it’s much stronger than the LEDs they use on the watches. But the bigger thing is you don’t have a lot of concentration of where arteries handoff to capillaries, the blood, whereas in the finger you have a huge density of those.
