On this episode of Rightly Dividing, we are looking at one of the most misunderstood and rarely taught doctrines in the entire Bible, the doctrine of Judas coming up out of his own place in Hell, to indwell the human body of the many on Earth who will be the Antichrist. Son of Perdition Judas is going to "rent" a human body in order to become Antichrist on earth, which is exactly what the word "let" in 2 Thessalonians is refering to. Your King James Bible comes from England, and in England you don't 'rent an apartment' you 'let a flat'. So tonight, prepare to have your mind blown when we look at that day when Jesus opens the First Seal and lets Judas out of "his own place". We'll watch him come up to the surface as the Son of Perdition to inhabit a human body like, oh I don't know, Emmanuel Macron, and Antichrist will walk the Earth!

Welcome to the Tearsheet Podcast. I'm Tearsheet Editor in Chief, Zack Miller. One of the things I find so interesting about JPMorgan Chase is its ethos of being an underdog in spite of having 56 million digitally active customers on its website and mobile app. The firm is actively developing and rolling out new functionality with a frequency that belies its size. Today's guest on the show is Allison Beer, Chief Product Officer and Head of Customer Experience and Digital at Chase. In a discussion around the future of digital banking as we reemerge after the pandemic, we talk about three key trends: automation, personalization and real-time payments. Allison provides us a look into the firm's product roadmap -- we also look back to Chase's Finn brand and what the takeaways were from that experience. Lastly, we discuss how Chase looks to fintech, Big Tech, and other non financial brands for inspiration around UX with a vision towards the future of banking. Allison Beer is my guest today on the Tearsheet Podcast.

Dorothy was right: There's no place like home. As we journey thru life―dodging the occasional wicked witch―the ‘Spirit of Place', which perhaps drew us to our home, creates a definite ambiance that we live with. But do we recognize it? Do we honor it, & seek to know its nature? If we strive to cultivate a relationship with our Spirit of Place, we might even discover a Munchkin or two, over the rainbow or just across the threshold, but we have to open the door of our black & white life & step into the reality of technicolor. Hello, anthro-enthusiasts! In this episode, we present a pre-COVID conversation that David Giles recorded with the esteemed anthropologist Anna Tsing, a professor in the Anthropology Department at the University of California, Santa Cruz and director of the AURA: Aarhus University Research on the Anthropocene at Aarhus University. Dr Tsing likely needs little introduction, as someone whose research and writing on globalisation and capitalism has travelled far outside of anthropology and academia. She is the author several books including 'In the Realm of the Diamond Queen: Marginality in an Out-of-the-way Place' (1993)and 'Friction: An Ethnography of Global Connection' (2004), both based on fieldwork in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. More recently, she published an ethnography of the Matsutake mushroom and its entanglement in diverse human worlds and economies - 'The Mushroom at the End of the World: On the possibility of life in capitalist ruins' (2015) - which won both the Gregory Bateson Prize and the Victor Turner Prize. In this conversation, David and Dr Tsing discuss her training in anthropology, working for things you believe in, telling terrible stories beautifully, and the possibilities of ethnography in the Anthropocene. -- Conversations in Anthropology is a podcast about life, the universe, and anthropology produced by David Boarder Giles, Timothy Neale, Cameo Dalley, Mythily Meher and Matt Barlow. This podcast is made in partnership with the American Anthropological Association and supported by the Faculty of Arts & Education at Deakin University. Brothers Mark and Ryan are the two members of Paradise Warriors. We had a good conversation about their beginnings in music and what they're been working on since the band formed. They're based out of Australia and have been releasing music consistently for the past few years. We spoke about their album 'There's a Place', their single 'You Brought the Sunshine' and their plans for future releases. And since our conversation they have been doing weekly 'quarantine sessions' during the pandemic to stay connected their fans. facebook.com/PARADISEWARRIORS/youtube.com/channel/UCvZNVPBkRWkurzl-dAWDNmQopen.spotify.com/artist/1zaDrShU4VN8HIfNDvy1Bc?si=JXoLr81aStazvxAhD1IcJgwww.paradisewarriors.land*We had some technical difficulties so please excuse the occasional edit or spotty audio quality See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
