The buildup of National Guard troops in Washington DC, along with the lockdown of the capital city for the Biden inauguration, was both unprecedented and historical in nature. Leaving many to question the 'peaceful transfer of power' and the weaponization of America's strength and military. Challenging the Electoral College | More Senators have joined Senator Josh Hawley; about a dozen senators and dozens of representatives from the House are going to challenge electoral votes during the January 6 Joint Session of Congress. “America is a Republic whose leaders are chosen in democratic elections. Those elections, in turn, must comply with the Constitution and with federal and state law,” a joint statement was released from the group. The group demands an Electoral Commission be established, with full investigatory and fact-finding authority for an emergency ten-day audit of election returns in the disputed swing-states. The next step would be to convene a special legislative session to certify any change in their vote. “Accordingly, we intend to vote on January 6 to reject the electors from disputed states as not ‘regularly given’ and ‘lawfully certified,’ unless and until that emergency 10-day audit is completed,” the statement said. 2020 has certainly proved one of the most challenging, damaging, unusual, and influential years in our lifetime. In the United States-Mexico-Canada (USMCA) agreement, which replaced NAFTA, President Trump and his administration brought together an impressive tripartite agreement that required legislative ratification not just in Congress but also in Ottawa and Mexico City. President Trump also made preliminary progress in 2020 with trade negotiations with China, which was the first substantial effort to tackle this challenge in decades. While China ultimately failed to live up to its preliminary obligations and the world was quickly overtaken by the Covid-19 pandemic, President Trump did succeed in educating the American people, Congress, and the world on China's unfair and sometimes illegal trading practices, which has included intellectual property theft, manipulation of its currency, forced technology transfers, excessive tariffs, and other practices designed by China to unfairly and sometimes illegally advance its own economy and America's expense. On the global pandemic, which originated in Wuhan, China, President Trump acted early in enacting a travel ban against China, which Democrats opposed, in mobilizing health resources nationally, negotiating much-needed economic relief packages, and ultimately delivering on his promise of an expeditious development of a Covid-19 vaccine, which began to be available at year's end. They also discuss why two U.S. Senate runoffs in Georgia may ultimately determine whether Republicans or Democrats take control in Congress' upper chamber. THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE'S FINAL SAY Yesterday, several major media outlets, including the Associated Press and Fox News, declared Biden the winner of the presidential election and Biden began positioning himself as the president-elect. But has Biden actually won this election? Malcolm and Michael explain why, at least at this point, the media's declaration of Biden as winner and Biden's declaration of victory is interesting but have no binding legal authority. With Wisconsin poised for an electoral recount and other states, the subject of federal suits, the outcome of those has kept President Trump's reelection prospects alive. The ultimate decision will be made on December 14 when 538 electors cast votes for their respective states. Between now and then, however, President Trump's legal challenges will be heard by federal courts and there even exists the possibility of new voting fraud or irregularities being unearthed that could prove consequential. While President Trump is 56 votes short of the 270 necessary to prevail, the gap in at least seven consequential swing states is tight enough that this election remains unsettled. While the media and Democrats are attempting to discount any and all incidents of voter fraud or other irregularities, Malcolm and Michael detail the thousands of non-residents who allegedly voted in Nevada's all mail-in election, which has been forwarded to the U.S. Department of Justice for criminal investigation. They also explain the peculiar so-called voting "glitches," which just so happened to both err in Biden's favor and only in several battleground states. U.S. SENATE STILL IN PLAY It certainly appeared that Republicans were poised to maintain control of the U.S. Senate on election night. Since then, however, Democrat candidates have reportedly closed the gap in several critical races and it now remains an open question whether or not the Republican majority in the Senate will be maintained. It could well come down to two runoff races in Georgia, scheduled for January 5. But what's at stake is much more than mere partisan control, Malcolm and Michael contend. Should Democrats take control of the Senate and should Biden ultimately become the 46th president, Democrats look poised to both expand federal courts, including the Supreme Court, with progressives and to eliminate the 60-vote filibuster rule, which will permit Democrats to pass legislation and confirm high-level political appointees with a mere 51 votes, essentially eradicating Republicans' ability to block Democrat legislation. But the opposite also is true: Should Republicans hold their majority, Biden will prove unable to expand federal courts and the 60-vote filibuster will almost certainly remain, forcing Biden to compromise with Senate Republicans on legislation and judicial nominees. The difference between vote tallies on Election Day and the new data from mail-in votes after the fact is nothing short of stunning. Media outlets have set a false expectation that Joe Biden would be the victor of this presidential race, using false polls and phony storylines to push their agenda, while Joe Biden hid in his bunker-basement throughout the presidential campaign. Called the “Hammer” and another application that works with the “Hammer” called “Scorecard”. Hammer does a lot of things, including crawling up computers and downloading files without a user ever knowing it. Scorecard can change vote totals on the fly. Was 3% of the vote totals changed as voting was placed on hold? Kirk Wiebe believes the illegal SCORECARD program involved stealing votes in Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and others.
