CAFE stands for “Corporate Average Fuel Economy.” An easy definition, via the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, is a regulation: …[on] how far our vehicles must travel on a gallon of fuel. NHTSA sets CAFE standards for passenger cars and for light trucks (collectively, light-duty vehicles), and separately sets fuel consumption standards for medium- and heavy-duty trucks and engines. NHTSA also regulates the fuel-economy window stickers on new vehicles. Ending these regulations is part of complying with Trump’s “Unleashing American Energy” Executive Order and the [Transportation] Secretary's “Fixing the CAFE Program” Memorandum, according to the department’s homepage. Assistant U.S. Attorney Blasts Los Angeles County After It Votes to Ban ICE Agents from Wearing Masks Los Angeles County's far-left Board of Supervisors voted Tuesday to advance an unprecedented ordinance that would ban law enforcement officers, including federal immigration agents, from wearing masks while working in unincorporated areas of the county. The proposal passed 4-0, with only Supervisor Kathryn Barger abstaining. A final vote is scheduled for next week, and the ordinance would take effect in January 2026, according to the LA Times. Legal experts say federal immigration agents would not be required to follow a county mask ban. The county's top lawyer, Dawyn Harrison, has said she suspects the federal government will likely argue that the county law violates the Constitution, which states that federal law takes precedence over conflicting local statutes. https://twitter.com/USAttyEssayli/status/1996040656733814854?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1996040656733814854%7Ctwgr%5E71ecedc2cdf5f5bfec40c6e10a4a461e8ffa25fd%7Ctwcon%5Es1_c10&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.thegatewaypundit.com%2F2025%2F12%2Fassistant-u-s-attorney-blasts-los-angeles-county%2F by the media and local politicians. The “war on narco-terrorists” that Secretary Hegseth is bragging about is being run on a legal foundation poured years before Trump ever touched the Oval Office desk. Obama normalized the presidential kill list. He campaigned in 2008 promising rule of law, transparency, and restraint. He delivered a tenfold increase in drone strikes; a White House “Terror Tuesday” meeting where officials literally flipped through PowerPoint slides picking who lived or died; and a legal doctrine allowing the president to kill U.S. citizens without trial, notice, or judicial review. That doctrine – once unthinkable – is now standard operating procedure. Obama's Director of National Intelligence openly admitted in 2010 that the administration was targeting Americans based on vague criteria like whether a citizen was “involved” in a group “trying to attack us.” That’s not evidence… that’s vibes. When civil-liberties groups sued to force the government to explain the legal basis, Obama declared the entire matter a state secret. Meaning: the president could now kill you, and no court was allowed to ask why. The judiciary rubber-stamped it. Both parties embraced it. And the public largely applauded it. Then came the Awlaki killings. Obama ordered the drone assassination of: • Anwar al-Awlaki, an American cleric • Samir Khan, an American citizen standing next to him • Awlaki's 16-year-old son, killed two weeks later at a café The White House smeared the kid as a “21-year-old terrorist.” The next week a birth certificate proved he was a Colorado teenager with zero ties to extremism. The administration shrugged. Obama famously told aides: “Turns out I'm really good at killing people.” And Washington – media, political class, and voters – rewarded him. Fast-forward to 2025. Trump isn't inventing anything new in Venezuela. He's using the exact precedents Obama left behind: Unreviewable executive kill authority, expanded definitions of “enemy combatant,” secret memos. No congressional oversight, no geographic limits, zero court supervision. Obama created the kill switch. Trump just slammed it. If you cheered the drone program when your guy was doing it, you already endorsed what’s happening now. If you let the government redefine due process as “whatever we decide in secret,” you already consented to the next president weaponizing that power. And if you normalize extrajudicial force abroad, eventually it comes home. Obama built the architecture. Trump moved in. And Venezuela is learning what happens when a precedent meets a president with fewer brakes EU corruption scandal could take down von der Leyen – Politico A corruption probe into former EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini has thrown European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen's position into jeopardy, with opponents preparing to turn the affair into a fresh push to remove her, Politico reported on Wednesday, citing officials in the bloc. Amid Russian gains on the battlefield, they insist Ukraine must be armed “to keep the fight going.” The alliance offered these commitments while being accused of attempting to sabotage peace talks. Canada, Germany, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, and the U.K. all announced new contributions, pushing the total put toward U.S.-made weapons bound for Ukraine toward $5 billion this year alone. Source: thegatewaypundit.com Leaked Transcript of EU Conference Call with Zelenskyy Highlights Fear of Trump Securing Peace for Ukraine Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was in Paris talking to Emmanuel Macron last weekend while Rubio, Witkoff and Kushner were meeting with Ukraine officials in Florida. This telephone call is reported to have taken place the following day, on Monday. French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte, Finnish President Alexander Stubb, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy together with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre and European Council President António Costa held a conference call. A transcript of the call was leaked to Spiegel, a German news outlet. According to the narrative the assembled group of EU leaders were discussing how the Trump administration was going to betray Ukraine in order to get a peace deal with Russia. The gist of the narrative sounds accurate, though some of the EU leaders are denying the specifics of the wording used. The EU is very worried President Trump may formulate a peace agreement then present the final terms to Ukraine without the EU being involved in the construct of the details. The EU is opposed to any peaceful end to the conflict, because the EU and NATO have positioned their collective economies to only benefit if the military spending continues; they are backstopping their spending with the confiscated Russian assets. Ilhan Omar and individuals later charged or convicted in Minnesota's billion-dollar pandemic-meal fraud. Omar's 2018 victory party was held at Safari Restaurant, co-owned by Salim Ahmed Said, now found guilty of pocketing more than $12 million in fraudulent reimbursements after reportedly serving “phantom” meals. A member of Omar's campaign staff has also been convicted in the same broader scheme. Critics note Omar publicly praised the program that later enabled the fraud, and that she maintained ties with several of the participants. Prosecutors say Minnesota's COVID-era meal programs operated with almost no verification, allowing widespread abuse through Feeding Our Future and affiliated entities. It is on purpose. It is a feature, not a bug,” Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet J. Dhillon told the Just the News, No Noise television show on Wednesday night. “And the goal is to cram as many people on there and make voters who are not particularly engaged, make it easy for someone else to help them fill out their ballot and return it for them when they didn’t care enough to do it themselves,” she added. “What we can do at the federal government level is ensure that our federal election laws are observed, and that includes each state’s requirement to keep clean voter rolls,” she added. “That is a fundamental basic.” Dhillon spoke one day after her division filed lawsuits against six Democrat-run states — Maryland, Delaware, Rhode Island, New Mexico, Washington state and Vermont — seeking to compel them to turn over to the DOJ their voter rolls to be inspected for abnormalities, outdated names or noncompliant names. She also struck a deal last week with North Carolina to force it to review and fix over 100,000 voters’ names on rolls in that battleground state that were added without complying with state law. Dhillon said her office is now on track to force through litigation, settlement or voluntary efforts at least 26 states to clean up voter rolls. “We’re now in litigation with 14 states. So the six yesterday included Maryland, Delaware, Rhode Island, New Mexico, Washington State and Vermont. That adds to eight we already had going,” she said. He examines the upcoming Supreme Court ruling on Trump's tariff authority and what the decision could signal. Jon then digs into the controversy over a second strike on a Venezuelan drug-smuggling boat, questioning combatant status, media framing, and how the story could be weaponized politically. He also tackles Emerald Robinson's expanding thread on Dominion, Smartmatic, and Liberty Vote, pointing out inconsistencies and the intelligence-community fingerprints that make the narrative tough to trust. The episode wraps with updates on DOJ wiretapping probes, Kristi Noem's call for a travel ban, RFK Jr.'s vaccine review panel, and the ongoing fight over SNAP compliance in blue states.
In Episode 19, Alpha Warrior and Josh Reid dive headfirst into a seismic day of information warfare as General Michael Flynn issues a cryptic but unmistakable call to digital soldiers—“Get ready.” The hosts break down Flynn's timing and his reference to post 532, connecting it to a rapid series of White House reposts featuring 11 veterans, one of them Alpha himself. Josh unpacks the deeper meaning behind these mirrored posts, linking them to long-running military intelligence drops, the Ghost Army, and a newly released PsyOps video echoing the Anon movement's origins. From there, Alpha and Josh explore the explosive revelations surrounding Smartmatic, Venezuela, election interference, and Patrick Byrne's firsthand account of the systems used to manipulate global elections. They connect Byrne's inside intel to the escalating actions taken by Trump, including terrorism designations aimed at networks tied to Soros, Maduro, the Muslim Brotherhood, and cartel-driven insurgencies. This episode ties together covert operations, military presence in Venezuela, corruption inside U.S. institutions, and the cleanup now underway, all while hinting at major dominos preparing to fall. A high-energy, deeply sourced breakdown of a rapidly accelerating timeline.
In this Thanksgiving-eve episode, CannCon and Chris Paul kick things off with banter about holiday travel chaos, media fear tactics, and Trump's turkey-pardon humor before moving into deeper geopolitical analysis. They break down Trump's comments on color revolutions, the Hunter Biden pardon joke, and how these moments tie into broader narratives about legitimacy and power. The hosts dive into UN reform as Trump allies announce sweeping cuts and spending audits, exposing just how much the U.S. bankrolls global institutions. They also cover Bolsonaro's 27-year prison sentence and the suspicious “hallucinating medication” narrative, Venezuela tensions, the sinking of cartel-linked drug boats, and how U.S. involvement is framed by the media. The episode then shifts to the Democrats' ongoing “illegal orders” narrative, with CannCon and Chris highlighting the clear attempt to politicize the military and manufacture a color-revolution-style break in command. From AI Christian artists to biological fairness in sports, Chicago crime policy, Smartmatic ties, and shifting global alliances, this episode pulls together the week's most revealing clues about where power is consolidating, and unraveling.
Jon Herold unpacks a wide-ranging and often hilarious news day, starting with his newly minted title as the “world's foremost Q promoter” after a New York Times piece took his comments wildly out of context. He breaks down the Epstein-file discourse, clarifies what he actually said, and roasts Will Sommer while embracing the absurdity of becoming media-designated “Q adjacent.” Jon then covers mixed signals surrounding the supposed shutdown and surprise “revival” of DOGE, Trump pardoning a turkey, stock market chatter, and reports that Ukraine has agreed to the core terms of a U.S.-brokered peace deal. He reacts to snowfall at home, Thanksgiving week family time, and the DOJ's election-related narratives before diving into Emerald Robinson's sprawling 2024 “steal prevention” thread, which he finds intriguing but deeply suspicious. From Musk rumors to Smartmatic whistleblowers to cyber ops, Jon raises red flags while analyzing what doesn't add up. Additional topics include Trump's Genesis Mission executive order on AI, the slowing housing market, Fed speculation, terror-designation reviews, Mark Kelly's UCMJ scrutiny, a mysterious new DoD content-blocking directive, Speaker Johnson's Nick Fuentes comments, and the surreal “everyone's alive in Bismarck” running gag.

You're listening to American Ground Radio with Louis R. Avallone and Stephen Parr. This is the full show for October 17, 2025. 0:30 We break down what Speaker Mike Johnson has to say about the "No Kings" rallies — demonstrations the Speaker calls nothing more than “hate America” protests in disguise. These events aren’t about defending democracy at all, but about denouncing Donald Trump and rejecting the very ideals that built the United States. 9:30 Plus, we cover the Top 3 Things You Need to Know. President Trump met with Ukrainian President Volodomyr Zelensky at the White House to discuss the potential sale of US Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine, which would give the country the ability to strike deep into Russian territory. The US Federal Government has indicted Smartmatic, a voting machine company for money laundering and bribery. Candidates for the next mayor of New York City— Zohran Mamdani, Andrew Cuomo and Curtis Sliwa participated in a televised debate. 12:30 Get NSorb from Victory Nutrition International for 20% off. Go to vni.life/agr and use the promo code AGR20. 13:30 We dive into the fiery New York City mayoral debate between Mondami, Cuomo, and Sliwa, and the political storm brewing around it. President Trump may hold all the leverage, with hundreds of millions in federal funds that he could — and likely will — withhold if New York City elects communist Mondami. 16:30 American Mamas Teri Netterville and Kimberly Burleson tackle the question: Did you kick your kids out of the house when they turned 18? Their answer — a resounding no. The mamas share why they believe keeping grown children at home, at least for a while, isn’t coddling — it’s setting them up for success. They talk about the challenges facing today’s young adults, from the cost of living to the broken housing market, and how strong families can be the safety net that helps the next generation thrive. Along the way, they contrast American independence with other cultures’ deep sense of family connection and reverence for elders, asking why the U.S. so often pushes both its kids and its elderly away. If you'd like to ask our American Mamas a question, go to our website, AmericanGroundRadio.com/mamas and click on the Ask the Mamas button. 23:00 Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky Appearance showed up at the White House — notably — in a suit this time. It’s a shift from his usual olive-green military tees, and we can’t help but notice. 25:30 Plus, we Dig Deep into the narrative that “crime is down” in America and whether the FBI’s crime data tells the full story. While President Trump moves to deploy the National Guard to fight rising violence in major cities, Democrats point to FBI statistics claiming the opposite. But another federal source — the Bureau of Justice Statistics’ Crime Victimization Survey — paints a very different picture. According to that survey, violent crime actually rose in 2024, especially among young people, even as rural areas saw declines. So what’s causing the disconnect? 32:30 Get Prodovite from Victory Nutrition International for 20% off. Go to vni.life/agr and use the promo code AGR20. 33:30 We unpack the Wall Street reaction to President Trump’s announcement of a 100% tariff on Chinese goods—a move that briefly rattled the markets before his clarification sent stocks rebounding. But this isn’t about chaos—it’s about strategy. Trump is once again using tariffs as a negotiating weapon to put pressure on Beijing, especially as China tightens its grip on the rare-earth metals market—the key to everything from smartphones to fighter jets. 36:30 Plus, it's Fake News Friday! We're putting you to the test with our weekly game of headlines—are they real news, fake news, or really fake news? From Columbus Day controversies and Oregon’s spending priorities, to Hamas power struggles, Democrat protests, and even John Bolton’s mustache, can you spot the fake news? Play along, keep score, and share your results with us on Facebook page: facebook.com/AmericanGroundRadio. 40:30 From anti-Semitic rhetoric to anti-American ideology, Zohran Mamdani isn’t an outlier — he’s the new face of the Democratic mainstream. This isn’t just about one candidate, it’s about a party that’s lost its moral compass. And we have to say, "Whoa!" 42:30 And we finish off with the world's longest name. In this Friday Headline Brief of The Wright Report, Bryan covers the planned “No Kings” protests across the U.S., Antifa-linked terrorism charges, IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley's new probe into leftist funding networks, major indictments involving voting machine companies, the arrest of former National Security Advisor John Bolton, and a surprising Pentagon media shake-up. Nationwide “No Kings” Protests: Over 200 leftist groups — including Indivisible and the Communist Party USA — are coordinating mass demonstrations against President Trump. Organizers admit they're modeling the effort on past “color revolutions,” with foreign influence on Reddit shaping messaging and funding. Paid agitators and billionaire donors like George Soros and Christy Walton are also backing the events. Antifa Terrorism Charges in Texas: Two Antifa members were indicted for a July 4th attack on an ICE facility that left a police officer shot in the neck. Bryan warns the group will likely appear at this weekend's protests. IRS Whistleblower Targets Leftist Donors: Gary Shapley, who helped expose Hunter Biden's tax scandal, is now working with the Trump administration to investigate non-profits and mega-donors funding extremist groups. Democrats call it “revenge,” while Trump's team insists “no one is above the law.” Voting Machine Scandals: Smartmatic was indicted for bribing foreign officials to win contracts abroad, while Dominion was sold and rebranded as “Liberty Vote.” Bryan calls for a return to secure, paper-based elections, drawing on his CIA experience hacking offline systems. John Bolton Indicted for Leaking Secrets: Bolton faces 18 felony counts for retaining and transmitting classified CIA materials through personal email. Iranian hackers accessed his devices, endangering American operatives. Bryan says, “He traded lives for a book deal.” Pentagon Restricts Media Access: Journalists walked out after new rules allowed revoking press credentials for soliciting classified info. Bryan calls it “a long-overdue correction” given partisan infiltration of the press. China, Asia, and the Americas: Trump eyes aid to the Solomon Islands to counter China, supports Japan's conservative coalition, mediates peace between Thailand and Cambodia, and monitors troop mobilization in Venezuela. Medical Breakthrough — Gut Health and Cancer: University of Pennsylvania researchers found that exercise boosts gut bacteria producing formate, improving cancer immunotherapy. Fermented foods like yogurt, kimchi, and kefir may help patients recover faster. "And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." - John 8:32 Keywords: No Kings protest Indivisible color revolution, Antifa ICE attack Texas, Gary Shapley IRS Soros probe, Smartmatic bribery indictment, Dominion Liberty Vote sale, John Bolton indictment Top Secret leaks, Pentagon media rules transparency, Thailand Cambodia peace talks Trump, Venezuela drone strike, University of Pennsylvania gut bacteria cancer study
On this episode of Right On Radio the host walks listeners through a charged mix of current investigations, historical clips and a personal announcement. Major news items covered include reports that Dr. Anthony Fauci is under subpoena for undisclosed meetings and communications with CIA personnel, new testimony about the White House autopen and what that means for presidential pardons, and recent high-profile indictments — including commentary on John Bolton and broader Espionage Act implications. The show features archival audio and analysis: a four-minute clip from Steve Pechenik describing alleged intelligence community actions in 2016 and the role of WikiLeaks, a discussion of John Bolton's indictment and how it ties into broader accountability narratives, and comments from Kash Patel about ongoing investigations and potential referrals to the DOJ. There's also reporting on Smartmatic, election integrity claims, and evolving legal and political timelines tied to 2016 and 2020. Interwoven with the news is a major personal update: the host unveils a new online course launching Tuesday that promises to reinterpret scientific topics biblically — from gravity to dimensions and the nature of water — organized into short modules with bonuses and how-to tips (Bible apps, scripture research and scripting lessons). The host explains the course structure, length (about two hours total), recommended order of study, and pre-launch emails subscribers should watch for. The episode keeps a spiritual focus: the regular Word on Word segment compares Proverbs 18:10 and Psalm 25:14–15 and invites audience reaction, while the host ties current events back to a providential reading of scripture. The program also explores geopolitical reframing — clips and commentary about Russia, China, and claims that global narratives have been manipulated — including mentions of Kirill Dmitriev and theories about international collaboration and resource control. Other touches include cultural and symbolic observations (the Pope's gifted white horse, named "Proton"), a closing political satire/parody clip, and community notes: a Saturday prayer group on Telegram, Sunday readings in Corinthians, and reminders to check email for course launch details. The episode mixes investigative reportage, historical audio, theological reinterpretation, and calls to community participation — all delivered in the host's conversational, opinion-driven style. CannCon and Ashe in America dive into newly released sworn testimony from a Venezuelan whistleblower detailing Smartmatic's origins, its ties to Dominion, and how both systems share the same DNA behind modern election software. The hosts break down shocking claims about Chinese-made components, deleted log files, “trusted builds,” and the manipulation of ballot images, all pointing to systemic vulnerabilities. Drawing connections between past investigations, Smartmatic's influence in Venezuela and the Philippines, and current U.S. voting infrastructure, they discuss what this means for election integrity and accountability in America. With humor, skepticism, and plenty of technical insight, CannCon and Ashe unpack a complex web of fraud, cover-ups, and digital sleight of hand that every voter should hear.
On todays show Charlotte, Mark, James Dwayne and Glenn talk about the book "Mary's Monkeys" which links the JFK assassination to a government cover-up involving cancer-causing viruses. The conversation also delved into the Middle East peace agreement, highlighting Hamas's commitment to disarm and relocate to Egypt. The group debated the feasibility of this agreement, noting the potential for Hamas to violate its terms. Additionally, the acquisition of Dominion Voting Systems by Liberty Vote was discussed, emphasizing the shift towards paper ballots and American ownership. The meeting concluded with a brief mention of Smartmatic's sale. The conversation revolves around the potential sale of Dominion and Smartmatic voting systems, with concerns about their integrity and the impact of bad press. James Wilkerson and others discuss the implications of the systems being sold, suggesting it could be due to legal threats and settlements, including a $787 million settlement with Fox News. The discussion also touches on the political landscape, including the potential impact of a government shutdown and the "No Kings" protest on October 18, and the strategic maneuvering of political parties. Additionally, there is a mention of Donald Trump's efforts to fund WIC through tariff revenue during the shutdown. Don't Miss it!
A clearly mentally disturbed Donald Trump got on Truth Social on Wednesday morning and demanded that Illinois Governor JB Pritzker and Chicago mayor Brandon Johnson be put in prison. Their crime, according to Trump, is that they aren't "protecting" his precious ICE agents that are disappearing people off the streets. ICE does not need "protecting," they are the ones that people need to be protected from. And with the way the agency has been attacking police officers, it seems like the ICE agents are the ones that need to be imprisoned.During an interview with Chris Cuomo on News Nation this week, Eric Trump went absolutely ballistic when Cuomo asked about the hypocrisy of Donald Trump weaponizing the federal government to go after his political enemies after spending years falsely accusing the Biden administration of doing that. Eric lost his mind when this was pointed out, and started yelling about all of the alleged offenses that Biden committed - with these examples being either exaggerated, fabricated, or happening long before Biden even ran for president. MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell announced this week that he is completely broke and can't afford to appeal a judge's recent ruling that found him liable for defamation against voting company Smartmatic. Lindell said that if he doesn't appeal it within 22 days, it'll go to a jury trial to determine the damages. The only problem, according to Lindell, is that he's completely broke, and now he's promising to go door-to-door to beg for money in order to get the cash to pay his lawyers. Democratic Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez came up with the perfect way to demoralize MAGA men, and it might be the most simple thing that a person can do: Laugh at them. She said this was particularly effective against Trump ghoul Stephen Miller, who was forced to watch her make fun of him on an episode of Laura Ingraham's Fox News show this week. Miller could barely muster a response, and Ingraham was slurring so much it was difficult to tell what she was saying, so it looks like AOC's method definitely worked. The official Twitter account of the Oregon Republican Party was busted using fake photographs to claim that Portland is under siege by the Left and that Trump's deployment of the National Guard was necessary. The only problem is that the pictures weren't from Portland, or from the US, or even from this year. Some of the pictures were nearly 20 years old and featured riot police in South America - obviously not modern-day Portland. The Oregon GOP deleted the post after being called out, but the damage has already been done. CannCon and Ashe in America tackle a packed night of testimony and hearings, starting with a Venezuelan whistleblower's deposition in Tina Peters' habeas case. The witness details how Smartmatic systems were manipulated in Venezuela, exposing vulnerabilities and foreign influence that echo into U.S. elections. The hosts connect this testimony to Garland Favorito's explosive appearance before Georgia legislators, where he outlined systemic flaws in Dominion's Democracy Suite, internet connectivity, and even proof of hacked county servers. Ashe and CannCon react in real time to the evidence, the gaslighting pushback from officials, and the broader implications for election security. From court cases and subpoenas to grassroots activism and polls that miss the real story, this episode puts the spotlight on truth, transparency, and the ongoing fight for election integrity.
This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit www.serioustrouble.showWe know more this week about indictment of James Comey. Maybe the grand jury vote was weak, but an indictment is an indictment, right? Maybe not. We discuss how Comey's attorneys are likely to seek dismissal of the indictments. Meanwhile, we have some more detail on how the FBI came to be conducting a public corruption investigation into Tom Homan when he wasn't even a public official. That — plus a discussion of Jeanine Pirro's unusual use of a local grand jury to obtain a federal indictment in Washington D.C. — is this week's free show. For paid subscribers, we also discuss:* The Trump administration's novel use of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act to sue pro-Palestinian activists who ended up in a brawl outside a New Jersey synagogue;* Judge William Young's righteously angry ruling holding that the Trump administration has violated immigrants' First Amendment rights by revoking their visas over their protest activity;* Google's high-dollar settlement of a case about YouTube that Donald Trump already lost, which will be used to finance the grand new ballroom at the White House;* Smartmatic's partial summary judgment win against Mike Lindell over his stolen election claims; and* Harvard's countersuit against former Harvard Business School professor Francesca Gino, whom they de-tenured over research fraud, most famously including a fraudulent paper about dishonesty.Sign up for our full-length episodes at serioustrouble.show

On today's show, Joe is joined by Tommy Carrigan and they dive into shocking revelations that strike at the heart of election integrity and justice in America. A Venezuelan government official has come forward with sworn testimony exposing vulnerabilities in Smartmatic voting systems—vulnerabilities that exist not just abroad, but right here in Colorado. As whistleblower Tina Peters sits behind bars for exposing these flaws, the calls for accountability grow louder, yet those entrusted to protect our elections remain silent. We unpack the evidence, the stakes, and the urgent need for justice. Joining us is decorated U.S. Marine Corps veteran Don Workman, a patriot who has served multiple deployments in the Middle East and put his life on the line for his country. Don shares his personal journey, from serving in combat to participating in the events of January 6, and the price he paid for standing by his principles—including a raid on his home and the eventual presidential pardon granted by former President Donald Trump. His unique perspective bridges military service, civic duty, and the fight to protect constitutional freedoms in today's turbulent political landscape. We also break down the latest news impacting elections, national security, and accountability, including the indictment of former FBI Director James Comey, international diplomatic protests, and the growing discussion around election transparency. From courageous whistleblowers to veterans defending liberty, today's show is a must-watch for anyone concerned about justice, democracy, and the future of our nation.
Misery is manufactured and dark forces continue to profit from it. But our light does not die. Let's root ourselves in truth. It will always outlast the empire of lies. The kingdom of God is not confusion, but clarity. In Syria, a one time terrorist is now a statesman. When governments play with human lives. The Spiral Case. Inuit population control from Denmark in the 90's. Implants for twelve year olds. Zero informed consent. Considered too stupid. Compensation is in process. Implementing the eugenics book. Add an extra zero to the numbers. Trump is pressuring them. Child health care at it's worst. Scary similarities to the Covid policies. It's almost like colonialism. Oh, and we funded Smartmatic in Venezuela. A history of USA overthrow policy. Are there voices bold enough to speak out? A historical Syrian speech at the UN. Operation Cyclone is the precedent. It was dripping everywhere with everything. Israel has other plans. It's not just Gaza. Iran nukes are now in play. The status of our assets is constantly changing. Ireland is in the censorship news. Sometimes in intelligence, the environment is the message. Always take the high level and skeptical view. Those skills will serve us all very well in the future.

This Day in Legal History: Little Rock NineOn September 4, 1957, a constitutional crisis unfolded in Little Rock, Arkansas, when Governor Orval Faubus ordered the Arkansas National Guard to block nine Black students—known as the “Little Rock Nine”—from entering Central High School. This came after the U.S. Supreme Court's landmark decision in Brown v. Board of Education (1954), which declared segregation in public schools unconstitutional. Faubus claimed the move was to prevent violence, but it was widely seen as defiance of federal desegregation orders. The legal showdown intensified the struggle between federal authority and states' rights. On September 4, the students arrived at Central High and were turned away by National Guard troops, prompting national outrage and escalating tensions over civil rights. In response, the NAACP filed a lawsuit in federal court, and on September 20, a federal judge ordered Faubus to remove the troops. The confrontation culminated later that month when President Dwight D. Eisenhower, invoking the Insurrection Act of 1807, sent in federal troops from the 101st Airborne Division to enforce integration and protect the students. This marked one of the first times since Reconstruction that the federal government used military force to uphold civil rights rulings. This day is remembered as a pivotal moment in civil rights legal history, illustrating the federal judiciary's growing role in dismantling racial segregation and enforcing constitutional rights in the face of state resistance.President Trump's administration has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to urgently review a case challenging his use of emergency powers to impose broad tariffs. The request comes after a federal appeals court ruled on August 29 that Trump overstepped his authority under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA)—a 1977 law historically used to sanction enemies or freeze assets, not to impose tariffs. Trump had used IEEPA earlier this year to justify tariffs targeting trade deficits and drug trafficking from countries like China, Canada, and Mexico. In the appeal, Solicitor General D. John Sauer emphasized the stakes, arguing that blocking the tariffs could endanger national security and economic stability. The administration asked the Court to decide by September 10 whether it will hear the case, hoping for arguments to be scheduled in November.Small businesses and a coalition of 12 Democrat-led states sued to block the tariffs, arguing that only Congress can impose them. The appeals court agreed, stating that IEEPA doesn't authorize tariffs and warning against giving the president unchecked economic powers. The ruling also cited the “major questions” doctrine, which limits executive authority unless clearly granted by Congress in matters of broad economic or political importance. The Trump administration argues that these tariffs are key tools for diplomacy and economic leverage. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent urged the Supreme Court to act quickly, saying the ruling undermines the president's ability to defend national interests. Other court decisions have similarly rejected Trump's tariff strategy, and at least eight related lawsuits are ongoing.Trump takes tariffs fight to US Supreme Court | ReutersA federal judge ruled that the Trump administration unlawfully terminated $2.2 billion in federal research grants to Harvard University, marking a significant legal win for the school. U.S. District Judge Allison Burroughs found the administration's actions violated Harvard's First Amendment rights, characterizing the move as ideologically motivated retaliation. The administration had claimed the funding cuts were due to Harvard's failure to adequately address antisemitism on campus, particularly following pro-Palestinian protests after the October 2023 Hamas attack on Israel.Judge Burroughs acknowledged that Harvard had tolerated hateful behavior for too long but said the administration used antisemitism as a “smokescreen” for political pressure. She barred the government from cutting current or future funding and emphasized that academic research must be protected from arbitrary government action. Harvard had argued the funding cuts came after it resisted demands to restructure governance and academic programs to fit the administration's ideological expectations. The Trump administration has targeted several Ivy League schools over similar issues, including Columbia University, which agreed in July to pay $220 million to restore lost research funding. Trump previously said he would not settle with Harvard for less than $500 million. The administration has also tried to bar international students from Harvard and challenged its accreditation. While Harvard President Alan Garber praised the ruling for affirming academic freedom, he did not comment on ongoing settlement talks. The university's faculty chapter of the American Association of University Professors, which co-litigated the case, opposes any deal with the administration, arguing it would compromise the rights of the academic community.Trump administration unlawfully cut Harvard's funding, US judge rules | ReutersHarvard $2 Billion Funding Freeze Found Illegal by US Judge (3)Newsmax has filed a federal antitrust lawsuit against Fox Corporation and Fox News Network, accusing them of using their dominance in right-leaning cable news to suppress competition and block Newsmax's growth. Filed in West Palm Beach, Florida, the lawsuit alleges that Fox pressured TV distributors to exclude or limit Newsmax, stalling the smaller network's expansion in the pay-TV market for nearly a decade.Newsmax claims Fox's actions deprived conservative viewers of diverse news options and calls for monetary damages and a court order to stop the alleged anti-competitive practices. CEO Christopher Ruddy stated the lawsuit aims to restore market fairness and consumer choice. Fox, in response, dismissed the suit as an attempt to mask Newsmax's market struggles, calling it headline-chasing.Founded in 1998, Newsmax entered the pay-TV space in 2014 and went public earlier in 2025. The company asserts its programming offers a non-establishment alternative to Fox and claims it now reaches over 40 million Americans. Today's Headlines: After Trump's meeting with Putin, Zelensky and several spooked European leaders rushed to DC for damage control. Trump called his Oval Office chat with Zelensky their “best meeting yet” (not saying much), hinted at a three-way with Putin, and bragged Europe would “carry the burden” on Ukraine—all while admitting he'd already “spoken indirectly” with Putin. Meanwhile, Russian TV aired footage of U.S. equipment flying Russian and American flags near Zaporizhzhia. Back home, Trump announced an executive order to ban mail-in voting and attacked voting machines, echoing Putin's lines while undermining the constitutionality of state run elections. In related news, Newsmax agreed to pay Dominion $67 million for 2020 election lies, following big settlements with Smartmatic and Fox. In Texas, Democrats are back, clearing the way for Republicans to lock in five new House seats and in other potentially corrupt news, the White House was caught keeping a loyalty “scorecard” on businesses' support for Trump's “Big Beautiful Bill,” while they weigh taking a 10% stake in Intel—an unusually socialist-sounding move. Meanwhile, the DOJ is set to hand over long-delayed Epstein records, with Bill Barr insisting it was suicide despite “camera blind spots.” And reports say Trump officials helped spring an Israeli cybersecurity exec arrested in Nevada on child sex charges, flying him home before trial. Finally, Hamas has reportedly accepted a new ceasefire and hostage deal brokered by Egypt and Qatar, though Israel hasn't formally responded, and Netanyahu is still vowing a Gaza City offensive as over a million Israelis strike in protest. In a sweeping announcement about a forthcoming executive order, President Donald Trump argued Monday that states are ultimately subservient to the White House when it comes to setting election policy. Trump wrote in a post on his Truth Social platform that states are “merely an agent for the federal government in counting and tabulating the votes. They must do what the federal government, as represented by the President of the United States, tells them, FOR THE GOOD OF OUR COUNTRY, to do.” Trump also claimed the executive order would end mail-in voting, falsely claiming that other countries stopped the practice due to fraud, as well as “very expensive and SERIOUSLY CONTROVERSIAL voting machines.” It's not clear which voting machines Trump was referencing. The president's allies and friendly media outlets like Fox News and NewsMax were successfully sued by Smartmatic and Dominion for billions of dollars after the 2020 election for falsely claiming that their voting machines were rigged to elect Democratic President Joe Biden. Either way, Trump has lost dozens of lawsuits attempting to prove fraud, and reportedly nearly signed an executive order at the end of his last term ordering the Department of Defense to seize voting machines, purportedly to examine them for fraud. A previous executive order from Trump this year, purporting to compel the bipartisan Election Assistance Commission to alter voter registration request forms to include a proof of citizenship section and deny forms to states or voters who don't provide the information, was struck down by a judge as unconstitutional in April. The judge in the ruling remarked that “no statutory delegation of authority to the Executive Branch permits the President to short-circuit Congress's deliberative process” on regulating elections via executive order. A federal watchdog is urging the Office of Management and Budget to prioritize the governmentwide adoption of a federal IT spending framework, or end the efforts, after finding the multi-year initiative has stalled. In a report made public Monday, the Government Accountability Office recommended that the OMB director direct the federal chief information officer to either terminate the agency's push for governmentwide adoption of the Technology Business Management framework or deem it an administration priority. Should it be made a priority, the GAO also suggested OMB quickly implement the watchdog's previous recommendations and take “immediate action” to integrate the framework across government fully. In this fiery edition of The Daily Herold, Jon dives into a packed news cycle, spotlighting the DOJ's opening of a grand jury investigation into Russiagate, following a criminal referral from Tulsi Gabbard, and explores the role Pam Bondi may play in expediting indictments. He questions how, or whether, the Mar-a-Lago raid ties into the broader conspiracy and highlights the need for public proof that connects the dots. Jon also breaks down the subpoenas issued to former AGs and DOJ officials in the Epstein investigation, ponders who's missing from the list, and discusses the possible re-litigation of mid-year exam crimes. Other stories include Smartmatic's co-founder's alleged bribery scheme in Venezuela, Brazil's Supreme Court placing Bolsonaro under house arrest, Netanyahu's cabinet attempting to oust his AG, and DHS quietly requiring FEMA applicants not to boycott Israel. Jon closes the episode with a clip of CNN's Jim Acosta interviewing an AI-generated voice of a Parkland victim and challenges the ethical boundaries of such stunts. From mainstream media spin to Maxwell transcripts, this episode's theme is clear: truth is only beginning to surface, and some people are getting nervous.
In Episode 126 of Why We Vote, CannCon and Ashe in America take listeners on a whirlwind tour of election-related bombshells, legal drama, and geopolitical intrigue. They open with a deep dive into ALEC's new task force on election reform, raising red flags over unnecessary NGO interference and its potentially shady ties to Visa and Time Warner. The hosts dissect the inconsistencies in prosecuting Trump's alternate electors in Arizona and blast the grand jury process that misrepresented federal law. The episode also tackles Oklahoma's bold move to include 2020 election discrepancies in high school curriculum, Smartmatic's international bribery scandal, and the ironic twist of Fox News finally getting access to damning evidence. CannCon and Ashe take a hard stance on foreign influence, criticizing Georgia for ignoring both Trump's executive order and state law on ballot integrity while applauding Arkansas for considering a full return to paper ballots. Just when you think it couldn't get weirder, they uncover the bizarre story of the World Zionist Congress elections, complete with ballot fraud, a parallel legal system, and billions in global funding. With fiery analysis, biting humor, and unapologetic patriotism, this episode is a must-listen for anyone fighting for free and fair elections.
In this lively Friday edition of The Daily Herold, Jon Herold juggles kid duty, crypto quips, and deep state drama while tackling the day's top stories. Trump's proposed 50% tariff on the EU and 25% on Apple imports dominate the headlines, with Herold dissecting the geopolitical and economic implications, especially after a curious White House meeting between Trump and Tim Cook. The show also explores Trump's crackdown on Harvard's international student program and the swift judicial response that followed. Jon revisits Trump's forgotten “American Academy” proposal and questions the media silence surrounding this potentially revolutionary education reform. He breaks down the FTC's investigation into Media Matters, the censorship tactics used against conservative platforms, and ActBlue's donor scandal. Updates on the Russia-Ukraine prisoner swap and nuclear policy add depth, while a viral meltdown, AI-generated animal cartoons, and WNBA drama provide comic relief. Topped with biting commentary on Disney's politics, Smartmatic's legal troubles, and Sean Ryan's questionable interview chops, this episode is a whirlwind of current events, irreverent humor, and razor-sharp insight, all delivered in classic Herold style.
On todays Show Charlotte And the Gang (James, Sarah and Glenn) Talk about the Rendlesham Forest Incident of 1980, where U.S. servicemen in England reported seeing strange lights and a craft in the forest. The incident involved three nights of sightings, with the third night involving a craft that emitted a bright light and moved at high speed. The craft left three depressions that tested positive for radiation. The U.S. Air Force initially dismissed it as a lighthouse or satellite, but later reports and declassified documents suggested otherwise. The conversation also touched on the potential involvement of nuclear capabilities and the presence of B-52 bombers in the area. The discussion covered various topics, including faith and personal transformation. Glenn Cox and Speaker 4 discussed Shiloh Bucha's quiet conversion to Catholicism and his positive influence on others. They also touched on Joe Rogan's podcast where he expressed a belief in Jesus' influence rather than his faith. The conversation shifted to legal matters, mentioning Smartmatic's lawsuit against Fox News for internal data and an ongoing investigation into algorithms used in local elections in 2024. Don't miss it!

This Day in Legal History: Jack Ruby ConvictedOn March 14, 1964, Jack Ruby was convicted of murdering Lee Harvey Oswald, the accused assassin of President John F. Kennedy. Ruby, a Dallas nightclub owner, had shot Oswald on live television two days after Kennedy's assassination, as police were transferring Oswald from the city jail. The highly publicized trial concluded with a guilty verdict, and Ruby was sentenced to death. However, in 1966, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals overturned the conviction, ruling that improper testimony had been admitted and that the trial should not have taken place in Dallas, where impartiality was questionable. A retrial was ordered, but before it could proceed, Ruby died of lung cancer on January 3, 1967. His actions and their legal consequences remain a topic of debate, with some believing he was motivated by grief and others suspecting a broader conspiracy.Ruby testified before the Warren Commission in July 1964, providing a rambling account of his mental state and possible connections to figures of interest. Arlen Specter, a future U.S. Senator from Pennsylvania, was among those questioning him. The case highlighted due process concerns, particularly regarding venue changes in high-profile trials, and underscored the legal system's challenges in handling emotionally charged cases with national significance. Two federal judges, one in Maryland and another in California, have ordered the Trump administration to reinstate thousands of probationary federal workers who were fired as part of a sweeping effort to shrink the government. The rulings represent the most significant legal challenge yet to Trump and adviser Elon Musk's aggressive push to cut federal jobs. The Maryland case, led by 20 Democratic-led states, targeted 18 agencies accused of unlawfully dismissing workers without following required procedures. Judge James Bredar ruled that the firings amounted to mass layoffs requiring prior notice to state governments. In California, Judge William Alsup reached a similar conclusion, ordering reinstatement for workers at six agencies, including the Department of Defense. He criticized the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for directing agencies to fire workers en masse without legal authority. The Trump administration argues that probationary employees have few job protections and can be terminated for nearly any reason. However, Democratic-led states claim the firings violated regulations requiring agencies to provide 60 days' notice before mass layoffs. At least 24,000 probationary workers have been fired since Trump returned to office, affecting agencies such as the EPA, Department of Education, and Homeland Security. The Merit Systems Protection Board has also intervened, recently ordering the Agriculture Department to temporarily reinstate nearly 6,000 workers. Meanwhile, unions and advocacy groups continue legal efforts to block further terminations, with the American Federation of Government Employees calling the rulings a victory against an administration aiming to cripple federal agencies. The Trump administration has vowed to fight back against the court orders, arguing they undermine presidential authority.Fired Workers at 18 Agencies Reinstated in Court Blow to TrumpUS judges order Trump administration to reinstate thousands of fired workersColumbia University has issued severe punishments to students involved in a pro-Palestinian protest that occupied a campus building last spring, including expulsions and temporary degree revocations. The announcement follows the Trump administration's decision to cancel $400 million in federal funding to the university, citing an inadequate response to antisemitism. Interim President Katrina Armstrong acknowledged the government's concerns and pledged cooperation. However, the university has not disclosed the number of students disciplined, nor their identities, citing privacy laws.Critics argue the crackdown is politically motivated, particularly since the expelled student union president, Grant Miner, was removed just before contract negotiations with the university. The Trump administration has escalated its efforts against what it labels "pro-Hamas" protests, detaining Columbia student Mahmoud Khalil, a protest leader, for deportation—though a federal judge has temporarily blocked the move. These actions raise serious concerns about the suppression of campus activism and whether the university's response was driven by financial and political pressure rather than an impartial disciplinary process.Columbia's handling of the protests appears to be shaped more by government pressure than by a genuine commitment to campus safety or free speech. The timing of expulsions, particularly targeting a union leader, suggests a broader effort to stifle dissent rather than uphold academic integrity. The federal crackdown on protesters further complicates the situation, blurring the line between addressing antisemitism and suppressing legitimate political expression.Columbia University punishes pro-Palestinian protesters who occupied building | ReutersNewsmax has paid $40 million to settle a defamation lawsuit filed by Smartmatic over false claims that the company helped rig the 2020 U.S. election for Joe Biden. The settlement was reached privately last year, but the amount was disclosed in a recent investor filing. Smartmatic sued Newsmax in 2021, alleging the network knowingly spread misinformation, falsely stating that its machines were hacked and that it was backed by corrupt regimes. Newsmax defended its reporting as protected by the First Amendment but later clarified its coverage and invited Smartmatic to respond on air, an offer Smartmatic declined.Smartmatic had initially sought between $400 million and $600 million in damages. Meanwhile, the company continues its $2.7 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News, following a historic $787.5 million settlement Fox paid to Dominion Voting Systems. The Newsmax case underscores the financial and legal consequences media outlets face for amplifying election misinformation, particularly when it leads to measurable reputational and financial harm.Newsmax paid $40 million to settle defamation suit over US 2020 election claims | ReutersThis week's closing theme is by Hector BerliozOn this day in 1869, French composer Hector Berlioz passed away, leaving behind a legacy of bold orchestration, vivid storytelling, and groundbreaking compositions that pushed Romantic music to new heights. Born in 1803, Berlioz defied his family's wishes for him to become a doctor, instead immersing himself in the world of music, where his dramatic flair and innovative techniques set him apart. He was a master of programmatic music, crafting works that told intense, almost cinematic stories through sound. His most famous composition, Symphonie Fantastique, is a perfect example of this. Written in 1830, the symphony follows a tormented artist haunted by unrequited love, spiraling into madness and hallucination. The final movement, “Dreams of a Witches' Sabbath,” is a feverish nightmare of swirling strings, eerie bells, and grotesque dance rhythms, as the protagonist imagines his own funeral turned into a macabre celebration. The piece is filled with dark energy, blending horror and exhilaration in a way that was revolutionary for its time.Berlioz's influence stretched far beyond his own era, inspiring composers like Wagner, Mahler, and even film composers of the 20th century. Though he struggled for recognition during his lifetime, often facing resistance from conservative critics, his music eventually gained the admiration it deserved. His orchestral mastery and fearless storytelling continue to captivate listeners today. To close this week, we leave you with the chilling and electrifying "Dream of a Witches' Sabbath" from Symphonie Fantastique, a piece that perfectly embodies Berlioz's genius for the dramatic and the surreal.Without further ado, Hector Berlioz's “Dreams of a Witches Sabbath” from his Symphonie Fantastique. Larry Kudlow, a former Trump economic advisor that now serves on the board of a pro-Trump Super PAC, told his Fox audience this week that they will just have to learn to deal with the suffering that comes along with Trump's policies. This came before Trump backtracked on his tariffs against Mexico, but that wouldn't have changed Kudlow's order to Americans. They want you to suffer because they don't care about your well-being and they aren't going to pretend that they do, either.MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell was held in contempt of court by a judge this week for failing to turn over court ordered documentation of the traffic that he received to his website for the years 2022 and 2023. This is part of the lawsuit filed against Lindell by software company Smartmatic, and the material that they had been seeking would be used to prove that Lindell profited significantly off of his lies about the company. Plenty of Trump's supporters were happy about his decision to once again temporarily delay tariffs on most of the goods coming from Mexico, but there were loads of MAGA fanatics that viewed it as a sign of weakness. Trump was trashed on his own social media platform by the very people who love him the most as they accused him of being a flip-flopper, a coward, and even a backstabber. CannCon and Ashe in America dive into the tangled web of USAID's global election interference, exposing how taxpayer dollars have been funding NGOs, media outlets, and voting machine companies to manipulate elections, not just abroad, but right here at home. From Smartmatic in Bosnia to hidden payments to the American Bar Association, the same playbook used to rig foreign elections has been running in the U.S. for decades. With Trump shutting off the money flow, NGOs are collapsing, bureaucrats are panicking, and the media is scrambling to cover their tracks. The National Endowment for Democracy and the International Republican Institute are taking major hits, and new revelations about USAID's funding of Smartmatic and Wuhan gain-of-function research make it clear, this isn't just about elections. It's about control. As the lawsuits pile up and the judiciary is forced to face its own corruption, the guys break down why Trump's election overhaul is about to change everything and why Washington's money laundering operations are finally hitting a dead end.
In today’s LIVE Trish Regan Show, Trish looks at the potential damage the Smartmatic suit against Fox News could cause not only for the Fox Network, but for the profession of journalism as a whole. Plus, a curious thing just happened in the Leticia James $486 million civil case against Donald Trump. The court switched the judge in the case (Arthur Erdogen) only to put him back on. What’s going on? And, given some of the expected FBI Director Kash Patel’s recent commentary, is there a reason for Letitia James to worry? Trish says YES. Trump is offering up a new solution to the IRS - it’s called the External Revenue Service. Get ready for tarriffs! And, finally, there are growing rumors about Mr. and Mrs. Barack Obama possibly in the midst of a divorce! We investigate. Join Trish LIVE by subscribing to the channel to watch today’s stories and much more.
TrishReganShow #newslive #politics ABC's ‘The View’ is moving a new edition to weekends minus the presence of one key player—Whoopi Goldberg. “This is telling,” reports Trish Regan. Trish explains. It comes amid news that a longtime anchor at Fox News, Neil Cavuto, is out — and his new replacement has just been named. Fox is anxious to recoup ratings in its 4pm hour, most especially with media critics and investors suggesting another massive financial blow heading its way vis a vis the Smartmatic case against the company. A new decision from the judge means the case WILL move forward. Trump’s pick for the FBI, Kash Patel, is promising new trouble for Leticia James, Jack Smith, Alvin Bragg, Judge Merchan, Erdogan, and Fani Willis. Trish Regan has the details. And, with California increasingly facing a bigger disaster, fresh calls for Gavin Newsom to resign. Could Meghan Markle take his place? She’s out making the rounds with the Fire victims and getting heavily criticized for doing so! Those stories and MUCH MORE in today’s edition of the LIVE Trish Regan Show. JOIN TRISH REGAN LIVE!!
