Au Sofins, les forces spéciales françaises font toujours une démonstration : ces hommes de l'ombre débarquent en hélicoptère, c'est classique ; sauf que cette fois, l'hélicoptère a préalablement lâché des drones qui à leur tour ont lâché d'autres drones destinés à détruire, par exemple un pick-up.Dans les allées du Sofins, les drones sont donc partout pour la plus grande satisfaction du délégué général de l'armement, Emmanuel Chiva : « L'art de la guerre a changé, la démocratisation aussi. Le nivellement qui est apporté par les drones, qui sont tirés normalement par l'industrie du divertissement aujourd'hui, arrive sur le théâtre d'opérations. Il faut d'abord s'adapter, se dire qu'il n'y a pas un seul système qui permet de réaliser une seule fonction, mais se dire qu'il y a plein de drones. Et si ça se trouve que dans l'armée de terre, il y aura 10, 15, 20 types de drones différents. Le drone de contact c'est la future grenade du fantassin, avec notamment des drones qui larguent des petites munitions télé opérées. Et je pense qu'il ne faut prendre aucun retard dans ce développement. »Le drone de contact, la nouvelle grenade du fantassinLes industriels espèrent vite passer à la production de masse, à l'instar de l'Akeron proposé par le missilier MBDA, le directeur programme nous présente le RCX 50, le plus petit modèle d'une nouvelle gamme de MTO, c'est une munition télé opérée pour le combat rapproché : « On vient de franchir un jalon clé. On a réalisé le premier tir à charge active de cette MTO française. RCX 50, c'est une munition de 2 kilos avec une capacité anti blindé léger et une portée de 5 à 10 km et nous serons prêts à la produire à la fin de cette année 2025. On pourra très rapidement viser des cadences de plusieurs centaines de munitions par mois ». Autre grand industriel, Thalès mise de son côté sur Toutatis, un engin de 4 kilos précise l'ingénieur Gilles Labit, il peut marauder 45 minutes à la recherche d'une cible, « On lance une petite série d'ici la fin de l'année, hein ? Plusieurs dizaines d'exemplaires. Et ce qu'on souhaite faire, c'est arriver à en fournir aux forces pour qu'ils soient capables de les opérer et de les déployer au sein des régiments ».Le graal, être sélectionné par les arméesÊtre sélectionné par une armée c'est aussi l'ambition d'Aeryx System, une PME de seulement 16 salariés avec à sa tête un tout jeune patron : « Je suis Clément Picaud, le cofondateur et directeur général de la société. Avec mon associé, on a été diplômé il y a 4 ans et en sortant des études, on s'est lancés tous les deux. Nous, notre technologie, c'est une propulsion qui a la capacité de s'orienter et de s'incliner dans toutes les directions de l'espace, sans aucune limite jusqu'à 200 km/heure. Typiquement pour cet appareil de la gamme micro, on a un kilo de charge utile pour deux types d'applications, donc typiquement de la munition télé opérée et surtout principalement le secteur sur lequel on se positionne le plus : la lutte antidrone. C'est un appareil qui du fait de sa vitesse et de sa manœuvrabilité va être capable de prendre en chasse d'autres appareils et créer des bulles de protection. Donc en heat to kill sur un autre appareil ». Le laser s'invite dans la défense antidroneLa lutte antidrone s'étoffe aussi et le laser de défense entre en jeu Teddy Albion de la société Cilas, « HELMA-P pour énergie laser for multiple applications, c'est une arme laser antidrone, arme qui a été déployée pour la protection des Jeux olympiques et qui a été acquis par la France et qui sera déployée dès la fin de l'année. MPs gave their final approval yesterday to a fresh batch of tax amendments — to add EGP 1.2 billion to state revenues. The bill will be passed to the President to sign into law. Investors will be charged the 10% capital gains tax on only 50% of the realized gains made from selling shares in newly-listed companies. Die Induktion eines vaskulären Wachstums und Remodelings stellt einen vielversprechenden neuen Therapieansatz für Patienten mit koronarer Herzerkrankung dar. Stickstoffmonoxid (NO) nimmt in der Regulation des Blutflusses, in der Aufrechterhaltung der vaskulären Homöostase sowie als second messenger für die Induktion einer Arteriogenese und Angiogenese eine zentrale Rolle ein. Dank des Systems der druckregulierten Retroinfusion steht daneben ein komplikations- und nebenwirkungsarmes Verfahren zur Verfügung, das eine selektive, homogene und effektive Applikation von gefäßbildenden Faktoren im Myokard ermöglicht. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde die retrograde Infusion von eNOS S1177D komplementärer DNA (als konstitutiv aktive Mutante) in die anteriore Koronarvene zur Induktion einer therapeutischen Revaskularisation im chronisch ischämischen, hibernierenden Myokard untersucht. Mittels perkutaner Implantation eines präparierten Koronarstents wurde zunächst eine hochgradige Stenose im proximalen LAD-Segment der linken Koronararterie herbeigeführt. Nach sieben Tagen wurde angiographisch ein Restfluss dokumentiert, um eine langsame aber stetige Abnahme der myokardialen Durchblutung bis zur vollständigen Okklusion zu gewährleisten und die Induktion einer myokardialen Hibernation mit reduzierter kontraktiler Funktion ohne schwerwiegende Infarzierung des Gewebes sicherzustellen. Drei Wochen später wurde den Tieren eNOS S1177D cDNA, eNOS S1177D und L-NAME (unspezifischer NO-Inhibitor) oder eGFP cDNA als Scheintransfektion retrograd in die anteriore Koronarvene infundiert (n,=,6 pro Gruppe). Sowohl am Behandlungstag als auch am Tag,49 der Untersuchung (Versuchsende) wurden Parameter der globalen Herzfunktion bestimmt. Zur Analyse der regionalen myokardialen Perfusion dienten fluoreszierende Mikrosphären; die Bestimmung der regionalen Myokardfunktion als subsegmentale Segmentverkürzung gelang mit Hilfe der Sonomikrometrie. Für das Kollateralenwachstum wurden postmortale Angiographien ausgewertet. Darüber hinaus war zur Ermittlung der Expression von eNOS, des regionalen Blutflusses und der Kapillardichte die Entnahme von Gewebeproben aus dem linken Ventrikel erforderlich. In dieser Untersuchung demonstrieren wir, dass die retrograde Applikation von eNOS S1177D cDNA über die Überexpression von eNOS ein NO vermitteltes Gefäßwachstum induziert, welches mit einer gesteigerten myokardialen Perfusion einhergeht und schließlich zu einer verbesserten kontraktilen Funktion im Zielgebiet führt. Die zum Kontrollareal 2,3-fach gesteigerte Expression von eNOS geht dabei über eine gesteigerte Bildung von NO respektive cGMP (117,1,% der RCx-perfundierten Region) neben einer Proliferation von Kapillaren (Angiogenese) insbesondere mit der Bildung von kollateralisierenden Anastomosen (Arteriogenese) einher. Aus diesem vaskulären Wachstum und Remodeling resultiert im Vergleich zur Kontrollgruppe arealabhängig eine bis zu 2,2-fach gesteigerte myokardiale Perfusion, wodurch sich die regionale Herzfunktion (subsegmentale Segmentverkürzung) bei erhöhtem Sauerstoffbedarf von 7.% auf 41,% (Herzfrequenz von 120 Schägen pro Minute) respektive 33,% (Herzfrequenz von 140 Schlägen pro Minute) des normoxischen Myokards regeneriert.
