Originally we were only going to talk about Moon Knight... however... THAT trailer dropped! Finally, after waiting what like seemed forever, the Thor: Love and Thunder trailer has dropped! From the looks of it, Taika Waititi seems to be delivering another scrumptious film filled with humor, excitement, visual splendor, and most importantly: lots of heart. Also... did you see Natalie Portman's guns?! Looks like the line to be crushed by them is very long and we'll patiently wait. Once we're done singing our praises to that Thor trailer, we move on to our originally intended topic: Moon Knight! Today we focus on episodes two and three (Summon the Suit and The Friendly Type respectively). Get ready, there are dissenting opinions on this one! One thing is for certain, this show is GORGEOUS. The visuals are incredible, and with the introduction of the Ennead and other Egyptian gods we're starting to get in weird territory and we love it! We're at the halfway point of the show, or as we call it, the Spider-Man 2 point, where the hero is at his lowest and has lost his powers... the most interesting part! Join us on our discussion of the show so far and some probably incorrect speculation on what is to come! • • • Please check out The Amidala Initiative a "...community-operated, nonprofit campaign which seeks to use our platform to raise funds for Equality Texas, the largest nonpartisan statewide political advocacy organization working to eliminate discrimination targeting the LGBTQ+ community in the state of Texas. It is our goal to show that our community can follow in the footsteps of a character like Padmé Amidala, who tirelessly used her voice to speak up to protect disenfranchised and endangered people within a flawed political system. While we may not have the reach, impact or resources of larger online presences, we do not believe that is an excuse to sit by silently as hate seeks to establish stronger footholds and threaten our most vulnerable siblings in our own galaxy." The Thor: Love and Thunder trailer is out and we don't remember anything! The Guardians are in it, Thor doesn't wanna punch people anymore, and Natalie Portman has the hammer thing now! We don't know what's going on but we are excited! We highly recommend going through life not knowing anything. We should probably see a doctor. Anyway, new Wanger Show! Tonight, we'll talk about the Thor: Love and Thunder trailer, we'll probably talk about Christian's dog, and maybe we'll talk about the current absurdly hostile political climate in America.
