  Dr. med. Ewa Swiecka, wie ist das für dich, wenn du bald schon das vierte Expertenbuch in der Hand hast? Das wird schon eine große, große Kraft, der Beweis, dass ich das machen kann. Ich habe bis jetzt noch kein Buch geschrieben, aber 2025 werde ich insgesamt drei Bücher haben. Wow, mega, mega, mega. Das vierte und fünfte in deiner Gruppe und eines in der polnischen Gruppe. Deswegen: Ich werde das wirklich feiern – ich mache das jetzt schon. Und alle Autoren werden ja auch ins Fernsehen eingeladen. Ich habe jetzt eine Autoren-Fernsehsendung. Da war bei Milena jetzt Einjähriges – ich fand das richtig cool. Vor einem Jahr war sie das erste Mal im Fernsehsender mit dem Buch und mittlerweile gehört sie zum Expertenrat. TV-Erfolgssendung mit ihrem Thema rund um Gesundheit. Ulrike gehört zum Expertenrat, Ivonne gehört dazu und auch Ewa. Es ist einfach wunderschön, Experten dabei zu haben, weil ein eigenes Buch dein Business verändert. Es verändert deine Denkweise, deine Wirkung und vor allem dein Standing am Markt. Und das ist ganz wichtig: dein Standing. Wenn du zehn Mitbewerber hast, wird sich in der Regel für den entschieden, der ein Standing hat, der Experte ist, der bewiesen hat, dass er etwas zu sagen hat. Menschen, die Bücher geschrieben haben, werden anders wahrgenommen – komplett anders wahrgenommen. Sie werden auch zu Vorträgen eingeladen und so weiter. Milena Kostic: Worum geht es diesmal? Milena, worüber wirst du dieses Mal schreiben? Dieses Mal wird es ein Thema geben, das – ja, ich weiß noch nicht, wie ich es in Worte packen soll. Es wird auf jeden Fall so sein, dass die Menschen erfahren, wie sie zu ihren Talenten kommen. Oder besser gesagt: Die Talente haben sie ja schon – aber wie sie dazu kommen zu erkennen, was sind denn überhaupt meine Talente? Was kann ich im Leben machen? Viele hängen in verschiedenen Branchen fest, sind unglücklich und kommen da nicht raus – und geben das an ihre Kinder weiter. Da möchte ich einen kleinen Unterschied machen und Hilfestellung geben. Es wird etwas aus dem Gesichtslesen geben, aus der Astrologie und einen Gesundheits-Rundumschlag. Das finde ich mega – ich freue mich schon riesig darauf, in zweieinhalb Tagen deine Expertise in ein Buch zu gießen. Du bist ja seit 40 Jahren am Markt, eine Spezialistin für ganz, ganz viele Therapien für ein glückliches Leben. Und wenn du jetzt schon lange ein Buch schreiben wolltest – das könnte deine Abkürzung sein. Nächste Woche fahren wir nach Venedig: Freitag geht es los, Sonntag kommen wir zurück. Danach braucht es ein paar Tage für Lektorat, für alles Drum und Dran – Grafik, das Cover und so weiter, für den Druck – und zack, schon hast du dein Buch. Also: schnelle Entscheidungen! Ulrike Hock: Grundregeln beim Thema Geld Ja, liebe Ulrike, worüber schreibst du dieses Mal? Diesmal geht es um die Grundregeln beim Thema Geld. Nachdem ich das letzte Mal über die Emotionen geschrieben habe, geht es jetzt darum: Welche spezifischen Grundregeln sollte man kennen, bevor man überhaupt startet? Ja, mega, mega, mega. Ulrike ist seit Jahrzehnten in der Szene. Sie war viele Jahre Direktorin bei einer Schweizer Großbank, international unterwegs, hat Milliarden bewegt. Und wenn eine Geld versteht, dann Ulrike – vorwärts und rückwärts. Das ist so wichtig für jeden da draußen: Du musst Geld verstehen, sonst ist die Gefahr zu groß, dass du einer Fata Morgana nachrennst – „unbedingt investieren, über Nacht ein paar hundert Prozent“. Dann weißt du eines: Das Geld wird schneller weg sein, als es wächst. Ulrike ist taff unterwegs – und du hast jetzt die Chance, mit diesen großartigen Experten zu sprechen. Es geht ja nicht nur darum, dass man Tag und Nacht am Schreiben sitzt. Wir feiern auch. Wir lassen es uns richtig gut gehen – an den schönsten Orten in Venedig. Daraus entstehen Freundschaften. Es ist wesentlich mehr als nur etwas in den Computer zu tippen. Dr. med. Ivonne Mackert-Wilts: Patientenverfügung – vom Wissen zur Willensäußerung Liebe Yvonne, worüber schreibst du dieses Mal? Das große Thema ist wie immer die Patientenverfügung. Allerdings: Wir wissen alle, wir müssen – und es ist wichtig, eine Patientenverfügung zu haben. Aber wie kommst du zu deiner eigenen Willensäußerung? Was willst du eigentlich? Wie fühlst du dich, wenn du eine Entscheidung triffst, die so tragweitig ist? Wie gehst du dann mit dir um? Wie verteidigst du das? Wie übermittelst du das in der Kommunikation mit deiner Familie, dass du das haben willst? Den Zugang zu sich selbst wiederfinden – das Sterben kommt einfach zum Leben dazu. Das ist mein Herzensthema für dieses Buch. Wow, sehr, sehr, sehr schön. Ohne Patientenverfügung bist du definitiv aufgeschmissen – ich freue mich riesig, dass du noch tiefer eintauchst, aus deiner langjährigen Praxis. Du bist seit Jahrzehnten Ärztin, warst über zwölf Jahre Chefärztin im Alters- und Pflegeheim und hast die Abgründe erlebt. Das darf ein Ende haben. Auf nach Venedig. Das fünfte Expertenbuch steht vor der Tür – es geht nur noch um eine kurze Entscheidung. Dr. med. Ewa Swiecka: Diabetes mellitus und Gefäße Ewa, worüber schreibst du dieses Mal? Ich werde schreiben über Diabetes mellitus – Zuckerkrankheit – und den Einfluss auf unsere Gefäße, unsere Arterien (Schlagadern) und generell auf unseren Körper. Wow, sehr schön gesagt. Millionen haben Diabetes mellitus – es ist ein riesengroßes Drama. Du hast sogar eine Methode entwickelt, wie man wieder davon wegkommen kann – mega stark. Du bist seit über 20 Jahren Ärztin, warst viele Jahre Oberärztin. Du kennst dich aus. Und: Wir sind nur so jung, wie unsere Arterien sind. Es ist so wichtig, darüber Bescheid zu wissen. Du siehst: lauter hochkarätige, coole, tolle Experten am Start – und du hast jetzt die Chance, dabei zu sein. Schick mir eine persönliche Nachricht, dann erfährst du aus erster Hand, was genau passiert und was es danach mit dir macht. Oder schreib Milena an, nimm mit Ulrike Kontakt auf, mit Yvonne oder mit Eva. Frag die Damen: Wie war es für euch – wirklich? Ich kann euch eines sagen: Wenn es nicht gut wäre, wären die Damen nicht schon viermal oder zweimal dabei. Magisch – danke für euer Vertrauen und danke an alle Zuschauer, die hier zuhören. Nutzt die Chance, macht etwas aus eurem Leben, schafft ein Meisterwerk – etwas, das über den Tod hinausgeht. Ein paar Exemplare müssen immer an die Nationalbibliothek gehen. Das heißt: Auch wenn wir längst nicht mehr auf der Erde sind, wird unser Wissen noch da sein. Also: Bring deine Dinge zu Papier. Abschlussrunde Milena, kurzes Abschlusswort: Warum sollten die Leute, wenn sie etwas zu sagen haben – und jeder Mensch hat etwas zu sagen – unbedingt dabei sein? Wir sind alle individuell und einzigartig – und genau diese Einzigartigkeit gilt es weiterzugeben. Es wäre so schade, wenn das verblasst und weg ist. Bring deine Einzigartigkeit in die Sichtbarkeit, in die Welt – und pack sie in ein Buch. Dann ist ein Foto von dir drin, und du bist sichtbar. Ein schönes Foto ist vorn drauf, eins mittendrin – und es ist so, so, so schön. Ich habe zum Beispiel gesehen: Mein Vater ist von dieser Erde gegangen – er hätte so viel zu berichten gehabt, so viel – und zack, alles vorbei, wie wenn nie was gewesen wäre. Mach einen Unterschied. Ulrike, warum sollten jetzt die Leute dabei sein? Im Laufe der Zeit baut jeder in seinem Bereich so viel Wissen auf – und da ist mit hundertprozentiger Sicherheit etwas dabei, das anderen Menschen weiterhilft. Deshalb ist es wichtig, dass man so etwas tut. Wow, sehr, sehr, sehr schön. Mach's, hab den Mut, verschieb's nicht. Ich sag immer: „Ich komm dann auch mal.“ – Blödsinn. Nächste Woche Freitag geht's los: Freitag, 12. September, bis Sonntag, 14. September. Yvonne, warum sollten Experten dabei sein? Leben ist immer nur jetzt, nicht irgendwann. Und das Leben zu feiern – das weißt du ganz genau, Ernst, wie das funktioniert. Wir haben die Atmosphäre und das Zusammengehörigkeitsgefühl in Venedig absolut genossen, auch wenn wir Ulrike mal verloren haben. Kurze Episode: Wir fahren immer mit einem Privatboot oder mit den Booten der Fünf-Sterne-Luxushotels, je nachdem, wo wir gerade schreiben. Ich habe ein Boot bestellt – den lieben Stefano, mit dem ich seit Jahren fahre. Wir waren am Markusplatz im Café Florian und haben dort weitergearbeitet. Es geht ja nicht nur ums Buchschreiben, sondern auch um Marketing, Pressearbeit und alles, was dazugehört. Irgendwann fragt jemand: „Hey, wo ist Ulrike?“ – „Wie, Ulrike? Stimmt, die ist ja auch dabei.“ Ulrike war so vertieft ins Schreiben – sie hat's gar nicht mitgekriegt. Und wir auch nicht, weil wir alle so vertieft waren. Coole Episode. Es gibt noch eine andere – mit Milena –, die verraten wir nächste Woche. Eva, warum sollen die Leute dabei sein? Weil es wichtig ist, den Menschen Wissen weiterzugeben – und das, was deine Projekte sind. Das ist wirklich sehr nett, einfach, unterhaltsam – und in sehr guter Gesellschaft gemacht. Wir lachen viel, wir haben Spaß – und jetzt haben wir noch geiles Wetter, wenn wir mit dem Schnellboot über die Lagune fahren. Wir freuen uns des Lebens. Es ist ein neuer Akt, wie eine Geburt oder eine Zeugung. Es entsteht etwas Wundervolles, Großartiges – mit großartigen Menschen – und das verbindet. Wie Milena so schön gesagt hat: Das willst du immer wieder, das vergisst du nie. Das sind magische Momente – und wir sind verantwortlich, dass wir uns magische Momente gönnen. Das ist unsere Aufgabe – nicht warten und auf Wunder hoffen. In diesem Sinne: Vielen, vielen Dank an euch, dass ihr hier wart und euch die Zeit genommen habt – mega, mega cool. In our second multi-grantee episode, we hear from three organizations who identify their work with kīpuka: regenerative spaces that help reseed and regrow the areas around them. First, we hear from Mehana Vaughan and Jennifer Luck from Kīpuka Kuleana (featured in episode 2), which perpetuates kuleana, ahupua'a-based natural resource management and connection to place through protection of cultural landscapes and family lands on Kaua'i. Next, we visit Kuhialoko and hear from Iokepa and Kalei Miner (featured in episode 43). Kuhialoko works to restore a sense of community ownership and kuleana to an area riddled by a prolonged history of military occupation and displacement near Puʻuloa. Finally, Anthony Deluze and Dani Espiritu speak to us at Kaʻōnohi about Hōʻola Hou Iā Kalauao (featured in episode 75), which revives and brings life to Kalauao, an ahupuaʻa in the moku of ʻEwa on the island of Oʻahu.
