ILS Educational Programs Manager Alex Eames speaks with Moin Yahya about whether the state should run the postal service. They explore the history of Canada Post's monopoly, competition and innovation in mail delivery, and why Lysander Spooner's 19th-century rebellion still matters for debates about government-run enterprises today.
Dışişleri Bakanı Hakan Fidan, Trump'la New York toplantısına katılan Müslüman ülkelerin Dışişleri Bakanlarını İstanbul'da ağırladı. Sebebi ateşkesi koruma misyonudur. O halde arkaplanda bazı sorunlar yaşanıyor. Sahada ve masada neler oluyor? Anlatayım…
Bölgesel düzlemde yaşanan tartışmalara bakın. Bundan iki ay önce İsrail'in; Lübnan, Suriye ile ilgili hedeflerini, “Büyük İsrail projesini” konuşuyorduk. Tablo negatifti. Şu an bambaşka bir şey konuşuyoruz.
You can help us reveal the truth: https://theisraelguys.com/donate In Rafah, Hamas terrorists violated the Gaza ceasefire by firing an anti-tank missile at IDF troops, killing Major Yaniv Kula (26) and Staff Sergeant Itay Yavetz (21) and wounding a third soldier—highlighting the group's unyielding threat. Israel responded decisively with airstrikes targeting weapons storage, firing posts, terrorist cells, and 6 km of underground tunnels using over 120 munitions, eliminating Qassam Brigades commander Yahya al-Mabhouh and others; the IDF then closed Gaza crossings and halted humanitarian aid until Hamas ceases "massive bombings" and releases slain hostages' bodies. Hamas denied involvement, claiming lost contact with fighters amid their decentralized command structure, but this marks the third major violation in a week: partial hostage body releases, ongoing attacks on IDF positions, and public executions of hundreds of Gazans accused of collaborating with Israel or rival factions—met with silence from mainstream media and anti-Israel critics who previously decried IDF operations. Late last night, Israel reinstated ceasefire enforcement after strikes, vowing firm responses to future breaches amid U.S. pressure to avoid escalation. Overlooked in talks: the Palestinian Authority paid 229.5 million shekels (~$70M US) to 160 of 250 life-sentence terrorists released by Israel for hostages, turning them into millionaires for killing Jews—exposing PA's terror incentives in Judea & Samaria and underscoring why rewarding such entities with statehood defies reason in this chaotic world. KKTC'de Cumhurbaşkanlığı seçimleri yapıldı. Seçimin kazananı CTP lideri Tufan Erhürman oldu. Bu seçim çok önemliydi. Çünkü… Birincisi, Ankara, Kıbrıs'ta aks değiştirmiş, bu yeni pozisyonu konsolide ediyordu. İkincisi, bölgesel konjonktür Türkiye'yi bazı önemli kararlar almaya zorluyordu.
Suriye Cumhurbaşkanı Şara, Moskova'da Rus lider Putin'le görüştü. Görüşmeyle ilgili haberler genellikle Esad'ın Suriye'ye iadesine odaklanıyor. Rusya'nın o konuda bir adım atması zor. Nitekim Rus Dışişleri Bakanı Lavrov, Esad'a sığınma hakkı verildiğini açıklayarak kapıyı kapattı.

Almost 70,000 Palestinians have been killed since the war in Gaza began two years ago after Hamas launched its deadly attack on Israel. About 90 per cent of residential buildings have been damaged or destroyed. On average, a child is killed every hour. The toll taken is often measured in scale and impact, in mass destruction and collective suffering. But this big picture is made up of a mosaic of individual human stories. Yahya is a young content creator who is making 99 video memories. Some are uplifting, others bittersweet. Abeer is a university lecturer who had to stop teaching; she could no longer bear to see her students suffering. In this episode of Beyond the Headlines, Gazans share their experiences as Israel's war enters its third year – they tell of lives, possessions and property lost, but also describe the enduring power of the human spirit.

This time around, he's seeded 1, but the draw is stacked with some tremendous young talent. We talk about the Yahya's impressive junior career, junior days in Egypt, making inroads on the PSA tour, his epic 5 game thriller v. Yousef Ibrahim at the World champs last year, and of course, the Nash Cup. Great chat.
Post-Gazette Steelers insiders Gerry Dulac & Ray Fittipaldo recap news conferences by OC Arthur Smith and DC Teryl Austin at the team's UPMC Rooney Sports Complex ahead of their NFL Week 3 matchup with the New England Patriots. Will Derrick Harmon be able to make his NFL debut? Or will an injury continue to hold the rookie defensive lineman back? Could injuries to players including DeShon Elliott and Isaiahh Loudermilk mean more playing time for names like Logan Lee, Jabrill Peppers and Daniel Ekuale? How can Austin and coach Mike Tomlin get Keeanu Benton back on track? And on the offensive side, how can Smith get RBs Jaylen Warren, Kenneth Gainwell and Kaleb Johnson to generate explosive runs? Even as offensive linemen including Broderick Jones and Troy Fautanu struggle? Our duo tackles those questions and more. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. See pcm.adswizz.com for information about our collection and use of personal data for advertising.
Retired Steelers Linebacker, Arthur Moats, starts the show discussing the Steelers injury report and the college QB prospects to watch for in week 3! Moats is then joined by Steelers Rookie 5th Round Draft pick, YahYa Black, to talk about his journey to the NFL, adjusting to Pittsburgh, playing in his 1st ever NFL game plus more! Arthur is then joined by TaNeisha from @reallyflawed for "Victory Formation" to preview the Steelers vs Seahawks week 2 matchup plus more!
Adam Crowley and Dorin Dickerson react to Steelers' defensive coordinator Teryl Austin commenting on young DL Yahya Black recently.
Post-Gazette insiders Gerry Dulac and Ray Fittipaldo give their Steelers practice report from the team's UPMC Rooney Sports Complex ahead of an NFL Week 2 matchup with the Seattle Seahawks at Acrisure Stadium. Why do DC Teryl Austin and captain Cam Heyward seem optimistic about fixing the run defense issues that crept up against Justin Fields, Breece Hall and the New York Jets in Week 1? Can the issues be fixed without first-round NFL draft pick Derrick Harmon? And could we see more of Day 3 pick Yahya Black in the defense's next outing? The guys ponder those questions and how OC Arthur Smith can get the running game on track. From better blocking from Broderick Jones, Troy Fautanu and the offensive line. To Jaylen Warren, Kenneth Gainwell and Kaleb Johnson alongside Aaron Rodgers in the backfield.
Welcome to Steelers Morning Rush, our new daily short-form podcast with Alan Saunders, giving a longer perspective on a single news topic surrounding the Pittsburgh Steelers or the National Football League. Today, it's the performance of rookie defensive lineman Yahya Black in the season opener against the New York Jets on Sunday and whether or not he's earned more playing time. Black had a solid debut in a rotational role against the Jets, and was one of the few bright spots in what was a miserable overall day for the Pittsburgh defensive line. None of the Steelers linemen were especially good, but did Black earn more playing time in the future, and should a move to nose tackle be in the bards? Alan breaks it down. “Motherhood is the most wonderful thing I've ever experienced…but I'm not sure I ever want to do it again.”Within minutes of giving birth, Leysha's newborn was rushed to the NICU. Doctors told her that her daughter might not make it past the week. That single moment rewired her entire identity.Leysha opens up about the side of motherhood we rarely hear about—raw, unfiltered, and terrifyingly real.
Cam Heyward and Hayden welcome Steelers defensive linemen Keeanu Benton and rookie Yahya Black for a behind-the-scenes look at life in the trenches. From adjusting to the NFL grind to hilarious rookie moments, this episode is packed with laughs and plenty of Yahya belly shakes. In this episode:
In this clip from the Wednesday episode of the North Shore Drive podcast, presented by Edgar Snyder & Associates, Post-Gazette Steelers insiders Christopher Carter and Brian Batko react to the highs and lows of the NFL preseason finale against the Carolina Panthers. How much should fans worry about Derrick Harmon after his injury? How Cam Heyward, Keeanu Benton and the defensive line group function without him if he's forced to miss time? Could Daniel Ekuale play a more prominent role than expected? And what is Yahya Black's upside if he draws and increased workload? They also weigh in on Kaleb Johnson's efforts this preseason and how he fits into the backfield with names like Jaylen Warren and Kenneth Gainwell moving forward.
Ray thinks the Steelers would be ok in the short term with Yahya Black in the short term. Black has the potential to be a solid player. Calvin Austin hasn't practiced or done much in the last three weeks. Scotty Miller may have an increased role with Rodgers. Steelers beat the Panthers 19-10 to close preseason.
Hour 2 with Jason Mackey: Ray Fittipaldo thinks the Steelers would be ok in the short term with Yahya Black in the short term. Black has the potential to be a solid player. Calvin Austin hasn't practiced or done much in the last three weeks. Pat Narduzzi said the maturity level is different for this team and the players. Pat thinks the secondary is deep and some people don't talk enough about them and also Eli Holstein. Narduzzi thinks Dez Reid is the toughest guy on the team.
On his weekly Chipped Ham & Football podcast, Post-Gazette Steelers insider Brian Batko welcomes former defensive lineman Breiden Fehoko to talk about training camp and the preseason, after his bid to make the team fell short. He explains his feelings about leaving the team and what he was seeing from former teammates. How are defensive line rookies Derrick Harmon and Yahya Black looking up close? And how quickly can they find their way alongside Cam Heyward and Keeanu Benton? Why should fans not sleep on Nick Herbig as a key piece of the defense, even as he sits behind T.J. Watt and Alex Highsmith on the depth chart? And which QBs does Breiden like in the 2026 NFL draft in Pittsburgh? Our duo tackles those questions and more.
Post-Gazette insiders Gerry Dulac and Ray Fittipaldo recap the Steelers' joint practice with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Acrisure Stadium. The explain how key matchups including Jalen Ramsey vs. Mike Evans and Zach Frazier vs. Vita Vea provided the big highlights for the day; why this practice may be the most work Aaron Rodgers gets against another team in the NFL preseason; Kaleb Johnson's need to improve in pass protection if he hopes to challenge for playing time in the backfield with Jaylen Warren and Kenneth Gainwell; Baker Mayfield's stern test for DBs including Ramsey, Joey Porter Jr. and Darius Slay Jr.; and the continued excellence of defensive rookies Derrick Harmon and Yahya Black.
Post-Gazette sports columnist Paul Zeise gives his thoughts on the Cam Heyward contract dispute with the Steelers live around 5 p.m. Eastern. Does Heyward really have leverage after the moves GM Omar Khan and coach Mike Tomlin made to solidify the defensive line this offseason? From drafting Derrick Harmon and Yahya Black to signing free agents like Daniel Ekuale, does the team have the necessary depth should Heyward decide to sit out regular season games? And how much worse would DC Teryl Austin's unit be overall without Heyward but with names like T.J. Watt, Jalen Ramsey, Joey Porter Jr., Darius Slay Jr., Patrick Queen and Payton Wilson? Paul tackles those questions and more.
Steelers correspondent Mark Kaboly from The Pat McAfee Show joined the show. Mark says that Cam Heyward made it very hard to tell if he was holding out or not. He says the same with Chris Boswell. Mark also says that it was definitely Cam Heyward's agent that told Schefter about his situation. Cam Heyward didn't bet on himself when he signed the contract with the Steelers last year, and now that he was an all-pro again, he wants a raise. Mark also mentions that it's hard to form an opinion on the situation because nobody really knows what Heyward wants yet. More w/ Mark – Mark says that the Peat signing was for depth because the Steelers don't trust Seumalo to play all 17 games. He also says that Broderick Jones has looked better recently in practice. Tomlin said that Seumalo won't play tomorrow due to injury. Mark says that none of the stats you see about Rodgers in camp mean anything. More w/ Mark – Mark says that Shedeur being Deion Sanders' kid inflated his value. He also said that Tomlin raving about Sanders was a sort of smokescreen. Mark says to wait and see on Yahya black before jumping to conclusions. He says that he doesn't think Boswell will get a raise this year, but he thinks that they will work something out with Cam Heyward. Mark predicts that Jack Sawyer will pop in the preseason game.
Post-Gazette insiders Christopher Carter and Brian Batko recap practice at Steelers training camp at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe. They detail notable veterans who will miss the NFL preseason opener Saturday against the Jacksonville Jaguars, including T.J. Watt, Jalen Ramsey, Jaylen Warren, DK Metcalf and others, according to coach Mike Tomlin. They also note the progress of the offense in practice, particularly in attacking the middle of the field with QB Aaron Rodgers and WR Scotty Miller. Will Rodgers have more success there than predecessors Russell Wilson and Justin Fields did in OC Arthur Smith's offense? And could Miller have a bigger role than expected alongside names like Calvin Austin III and Roman Wilson? Then later, the guys explain why Yahya Black has continued to impress on the defensive line and offer their thoughts on Cam Heyward's hold-in as he reportedly seeks another new contract after signing a lucrative extension just one year ago.
Post-Gazette Steelers insiders Christopher Carter and Ray Fittipaldo break down Tuesday's training camp practice, which, for the first time since they arrived in Latrobe, was dominated by the offense. Is this a sign of things to come from Aaron Rodgers and his unit after performing well during the "seven shots" drill? What does it mean for the wide receiver corps that Rodgers formed a connection with Roman Wilson, who had his best practice of training camp Tuesday? And why is Chris picking Yahya Black as a player to watch on the defensive line alongside Cam Heyward, Keeanu Benton and Derrick Harmon? Plus they give an update on rookie QB Will Howard, who left practice with a hand injury.
Yahya, Ahmed, Yamen, Ayloul, Tahani... On his weekly Chipped Ham and Football podcast, Post-Gazette Steelers insider Brian Batko welcomes Iowa Hawkeyes football coach and Upper St. Clair native Kirk Ferentz to get some scouting reports on his former players who will wear a different black-and-gold uniform in 2025. How can Yahya Black -- a fifth round pick -- complement names like Derrick Harmon, Cam Heyward and Keeanu Benton on the defensive line? Can undrafted Sebastian Castro make the team at safety next to names like Minkah Fitzpatrick, DeShon Elliott and Juan Thornhill? And what can we expect from 2024 draft pick Logan Lee, another Iowa product who lost much of his rookie season to injury? Our duo tackles those questions and more.

So why will things be different for Black, who joined the Steelers out of Iowa in the 2025 NFL Draft? Alan breaks it down. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
On the Monday episode of the North Shore Drive podcast, presented by Edgar Snyder & Associates, Post-Gazette Steelers insiders Christopher Carter and Ray Fittipaldo react to the team's selections in the NFL draft over the weekend. Did GM Omar Khan and coach Mike Tomlin do enough to address the ailing run defense with selections including Derrick Harmon, Jack Sawyer and Yahya Black? And how will they fit alongside names like Keenau Benton, Cam Heyward and Patrick Queen? What should fans feel about the way the team addressed the QB situation, settling on Will Howard over names including Shedeur Sanders, Jalen Milroe and Jaxson Dart? Especially with Aaron Rodgers still undecided any Mason Rudolph as the only viable starter on the roster at the moment? And what does Penguins coach Mike Sullivan's surprise departure Monday say about Tomlin's future amid his own prolonged stretch or relative mediocrity?
