Many times we try to hold onto our past or things that make us comfortable when they are holding us back from growing. Learn to let it go address what needs to be removed and or relocated. Be okay with removing the dead weight or headaches from your life.

Many people can dish it out with no thought, but few can take it in return without anger or defense. Are your really you really honest with love or just filtering for other feelings?

Are they invested or just interested in you? Stop assuming starting realizing whose just talking and whose listening for more. They are differences in the two learn them so let's talk about it.

I think most times it's because we have not seen positive, healthy, happy marriages throughout our lives. Being Vulnerable is one of the hardest things we learn to do as adults but its so necessary. It takes a humble individual to be vulnerable about their situation, circumstances and or desires. Learn to be okay with being vulnerable and stepping out your comfort zone. You will survive and you will appreciate the choice after your break down the barriers you place on not being weak because vulnerability is so much more and it does not take away from your strength. Many times we forget to sit back and enjoy the moment and the day! We get so busy in all the things we have to do to keep things going we forget a lot of the choices and decisions we make are because we were taught these things as children. We live in a world that loves social media and doesn't spend enough time focused on ourselves. It cost you nothing to mind your own business. If you spend less time worrying about what others are doing and more time doing the things you desire and dream you will have more energy, money, time and peace. Let's get into ways we can mind our own business better and while you're at it support another black business.

We've all gotten to a point in our adulthood where our confidence was questioned. We thought maybe we were not good enough or doing enough to be proud and happy with out own personal accomplishments, before you know it you are beating up on yourself & feeling less confident. That energy carries into every aspect of your life until you checkin with yourself. This week has been a complete sh!t show in my opinion. This past week black women have been shown just how unimportant we are really in the justice system eyes. Black women have been made a fun of while being injured and the entire American culture and society has been made a laughing matter with one debate. It is Women's Month and we are going to celebrate every aspect of it. I am so happy to highlight gems like Billie Holiday and Luvvie Jones who are making their impact in the world being the amazing troublemakers that they are. Survival of the fittest or Raise on love is how we were raised as children. Some of us fall under one category while others fall under another.
