Today we speak with Angel Flores who is based out of Dallas, TX and is a former engineer turned full time investor. He's got a great story of starting small and then scaling up to replace his corporate income. Angel began his real estate career in 2010 with the purchase of several single family rentals. He then realized multifamily would allow him to reach his goals much faster. He soon purchased a small apartment deal with his investment group and has been raising capital to do bigger deals ever since. This is a great episode that shows you how you can start with the basics of a SFH and then grow into something much bigger!
