Do you ever massage your own hands when they ache? How about your own feet? We naturally resort to instinctive healing techniques, like your foot rub, hand rub, or even rubbing our own ears or scalp, which actually is what therapeutic reflexology is all about. And the subject of today's episode. I love this topic, because although you can go to a practitioner to have reflexology, you can also do this on yourself with effective results. It's simple and it just takes looking at a couple of diagrams. Before we jump into some of these techniques, let's discuss the modality itself. Reflexology is one of several holistic therapies used to control pain and reduce stress. Various forms of reflexology have been around for centuries. I find it interesting…that evidence indicates several cultures simultaneously, having artwork dating around 2330 BC. Egyptian hieroglyphics showed work on hands and feet, as well as Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Grecian, and later Native American. In the early 1900s, Connecticut Nose and Throat Doctor William Fitzgerald became known as the father of modern reflexology. In 1989, the modality was formalized with the following definition: “reflexology is based on the premise that there are zones and reflex areas, which correspond to all body parts. The physical act of applying pressure using thumb, finger and hand techniques results in stress reduction, causing a physiological change in the body. Overall, reflexology has a huge effect on energy flow, just as other meridian base therapies do. As I mentioned previously, I appreciate most about this particular modality that you can use it on yourself. It is one of the simplest ways to treat your own reflex zones on the feet, hands, and even on your ears. So, listen to the techniques, benefits, and overall ease of putting reflexology into your self-care practice. Call in reflexology, call it into your life. “Call IT in with Dar!”
Joyful, delighted, jubilant, exultant, overjoyed, festive, exhilarated, and over all light hearted!Today's episode is a visualization exercise, intended to help you feel joy and reap the benefits of a contented state of relaxation. Physically lowering stress hormones, relaxing muscles, decreasing pain, boosting immunity, and lowering risk of heart disease. Mentally... mentally, strengthening resilience, easing anxiety and tension, improving mood and overall adding more joy and contentment in life. So, let's get started by turning off all distractions closing any open tabs and getting into a relaxed, comfortable position. Breathe gently as the music begins to play. Gently turning your head to the left... began to recall a wonderful memory. Something that made you laugh and feel joyful. Picture all of the details. What sights, what sounds? What did you smell? Did you touch and taste anything? Play it all in a beautiful video in your mind's eye or imagination. With your head still turning to the left representing the past and the movie still playing in your mind...breathe in the joy. Breathing in through your mouth, swallow that sweet memory of positive emotions and feel it traveling down into your heart space to be treasured there. Breathe out gently through your nose. We are going to repeat this eight more times for a total of nine. (But I'll keep count.) Nine is the sacred number used in Toltec healing. Toltec loosely translates as the flow and the count and measure of the universe. The 9-count breathing is applied throughout this visualization as we work through past, present, and future timelines. Feeling delighted, jubilant, exultant, cheerful, overjoyed, buoyant, euphoric, contentment, exhilarated and over all light hearted. So, listen to this episode and call into existence, extreme joy and pleasure, call in, euphoria, jubilance and excitement! “Call IT in with Dar!”
“Laughter is the best medicine!” That's probably a common saying that you've heard before. But have you ever seriously considered that once you start laughing, you can actually start healing? There is a large body of research to support that laughter can be a tool, a tool to strengthen your immune system, reduce pain, boost mood, as well as increase energy and recover from stress. Humor can lighten your burdens, inspire hope, enhance personal relationships, as well as keep you grounded and focused with more clarity. With all of this power to heal and renew, it helps us to forgive sooner and release anger more quickly. Some of the best things about laughter as medicine is that it is free, fun and easy to use. It also creates a strong bond in relationships of any kind and helps us to let go of resentments and defensiveness. It even helps us to express our true feelings in a non-threatening way. And to be more spontaneous laughter is especially powerful in managing conflict and reducing tension when emotions are running high. A 2012 study found that babies laugh an average of 300 times a day compared to only 20 times a day for adults. I don't know about you, but I love the sound of babies and children laughing. When I lived in town near an elementary school playground, I enjoyed listening to the sound of children playing and laughing. I would purposely go for a walk when I knew they were out on recess. We all have a choice. We actually have choices multiple times a day, whether to laugh or just simply smile. Let's start to become more aware of those times and choose to laugh and smile whenever we can. That is what this podcast episode is all about...scheduling opportunities to apply laughter as medicine. So, call in the physical, social and mental benefits of laughter. Call them into existence. “Call IT in With Dar!”
This morning while taking my dog, Dusty Boy for a walk, a doe and two fawns bounded across our path, of course Dusty barked like crazy. And soon all I saw were bright white tails bouncing through the tall green grass into the woods. I recalled that the deer symbolizes gentleness, warmth, caring, and overall peacefulness... that's pretty much how my day has been. Through nature's creatures, many life lessons are taught, and they have been passed down by many cultures and through multiple generations. As we seek oneness in our lives, animal symbolism can play an important role. In today's episode, we will explore your nine power animals, nature's creatures that illustrate your abilities, talents, gifts, and lessons or challenges in your life. Basically, when you call upon the power of an animal, you are asking to gain an understanding of that particular animal's strength, and essence. In this modern day, we are very fortunate to have many indigenous teachings to guide us. One of my favorite resources is entitled “Animal Speaks” by the late Ted Andrews. In the following visualization, we will walk in balance with Mother Earth, and uncover the nine power creatures that you personally resonate with along your path. Let these creatures effortlessly arise in your mind's eye or imagination. Our intention today is to simply see who arrives ...who comes into your vision. And then afterwards, you can look up the deeper meaning by checking out the resources on the show note's page. As we conclude our walk, in today's episode, gather these nine creatures into your life. Then repeat this process as often as necessary to call in your personal power. Call in your nature's creature's guidance. Call it into existence... “Call IT in with Dar!”

Welcome to the “Bridge of Light Guided Visualization” intended to provide you with the basic steps you'll need to better connect to the astral plane. Benefits of exploring the astral world include co-creating reality, to manifest, to join in a positive collective consciousness and to create a better physical world. The most important thing to remember is that the astral world is a place where “like attracts like” and it operates with the energy of emotions and change. The more positively focused your emotions, the greater your personal light. So, you can recognize others' intentions by their light in the astral world as well. Follow along with this guided visualization as we first tune into the beating of our own heart, repeat guided divine light affirmations, increase our vibration and identify emotions of love, joy, compassion, gratitude etc. that we are experiencing. We bring in Archangel Michael to help us create a globe of strength and protection. Together we create a bridge to the land of possibilities, the astral world! Your personal bridge will become stronger and more beautiful with time. The brighter the light, the more positive and powerful the group consciousness becomes. So, call the astral world into your awareness. Call it in. “Call IT in with Dar!”

The astral world is beyond the physical world with no specific boundaries, no time and space coordinates, no solids, no liquids, no gas, no molecules or atomic particles, but rather a collective energy and mass consciousness that is frequently changing. The term astral is taken from the Greek word meaning “related to a star”. It has been explored as a place of ancient people, spirits, and angelic beings and masters. In the New Age references, it has become defined as a place of manifesting and co-creating dreams into reality. When setting out to visit the astral plane, the ordinary Earth plane senses of seeing, touching, hearing, smelling and tasting will have no use in the astral world and therefore becomes rather confusing. To my knowledge, a clear sense of clairvoyance is necessary to experience this world. And that sense can be developed! However, there are two different approaches. The first approach is to actually stay in your physical body, while using psychic vision to sense the astral plane...somewhat like deep meditation with your intuitive third eye. The second perhaps you've heard of, and it's called astral travel, where the individual leaves his physical body to travel to the astral world, or have a dreamlike state. This is how I first explored the astral level. It was during sleep, and when I returned to the physical plane, it would take me a few minutes to adjust to being back in my body. Most noticeable was the delay in being able to move my arms or hands almost like I was pinned down. If that has ever happened to you, perhaps you've been astral traveling. And if that's so you might want to set a specific intention for your next outing, or your next out of body experience before you fall asleep. Be assured that you are always connected to the physical body by a thin filament or a cobweb light cord. The intention of the episode is to inspire you to learn even more about the astral world that has no boundaries, no time. No space coordinates, no solids, no liquids, no gases, no molecules, but rather energy, light and collective consciousness. Where like attracts like, where co-creation occurs, where change and transformation is a constant. So, call it into your awareness. “Call IT in with Dar!”

BRUCE HORNSBY IS A GOLDEN GOD! FIGHT ME BRO! Bunch of CD buying troglodytes. Speaking of, any of you sultans fans have/and or are willing to sell a decently dope CD tower? Hit me up at 1-800-SEX-GAWD. Wonder if that number actually exists? Call it. CALL IT!
How do you define peaceful living? The following episode discusses seven practices to embrace peacefulness. Recently, my soul mate passed away rather unexpectedly. He had battled and overcame pancreatic cancer a few years ago, was cancer-free, and appeared to have more energy and more enthusiasm than ever before. We just came back from a wonderful trip. We had been to Florida, Texas, Sedona, Arizona, and the Grand Canyon. But a few weeks ago, he surprisingly fell asleep from low blood sugar and went into a diabetic coma, never waking up. No pain, no suffering, just quietly and peacefully slipped away from us out here on the lake, one of his favorite places. I am sharing this because I am grateful that I have been able to apply many of the vibrational energy techniques that I teach others, to reach a place of peacefulness. A magnificent peace that surpasses all human understanding. A deep seeded need for tranquility, buried below the fear, the uncertainty, below the noise of daily life, below our human ego, and below society's many pressures and expectations. Deep, deep below the cloud of sorrow and grief, finding not just intellectual comfort, but emotional and spiritual peace as well. Admittedly, it comes in waves, and that is why I am practicing daily connecting to my higher power and asking my guides to help me receive that deep seeded peace. This episode covers seven practices that can instill deep peacefulness when consistently executed. Overall, we will call in peaceful living with elements, such as, surrender, forgiveness, friendship, acknowledging that you are unique and not letting your past or your thoughts enslave you. Trust the lessons in life knowing that you are enough. You are loved just the way you are and you have everything that you need to call in peacefulness. Call it into existence, “Call IT in with Dar!”

Chris Rock stars and co-wrote this spin-off that breathes new life into a tired franchise by examining police brutality while capitalizing on the opportunity to have Rock and Sam Jackson play a father/son cop duo. Today's episode is a guided meditation using mala beads or imaginary malas if you don't have any. The most important first step is to set a clear intention of what you would like to feel or accomplish in our time together. What is it that you desire? Happiness, healthiness, peacefulness, harmony, centering, protection, confidence, success, or to release fear, worry, or anxiety? Take a minute to come up with a clear intention before we begin…. Now let's put your intention into an “I am statement.” For instance, I am confident, I am peaceful, or I am free of worry or fear. Next, we are going to combine the “I am statement” with breath work and the mala beads. If you don't have beads, just imagine a small round stone or actually place a stone in your hand as a place keeper. In the following meditation, we will breathe in our “I am statement” and then breathe out on each bead. Applying the pattern of having the 27th bead as a marker, we will change our breathwork slightly on the next set of 27. Just follow along and focus on your specific intention that you would like to accomplish. Breathe in through the nose. I am peaceful or whatever “I am statement” that you've chosen, rolling the bead or stone between your thumb and index finger. Then breathe out in two short breaths through the mouth. Pulling the strand of beads towards your body to bring the I am positive intention or the karma towards you. That completes the first bead of the first set. This episode continues the meditation with four different breath work patterns completing all 108 mala beads.Join in to call in happiness, healthiness, peacefulness, harmony, centering or protection. Perhaps you will choose to call in confidence or success or to release worry, fear or anxiety. Whatever intention you set... call it into existence! Improve your focus and meditation practice during this episode! “Call IT in with Dar!”
Do you own a set of mala beads? I have several sets, but my favorites are made from the traditional material of sandalwood. Historically, malas were made from organic wood, seeds, or animal bones. Now they are made from many more materials. Mala is a Sanskrit name meaning “meditation garland”. There are several modern-day reasons to apply the ancient use of mala beads: to help overcome anxiety and worry, where you focus only on the moment of now... to increase feelings of being worthy, compassion and love... To find value in being better and better. So, areas of confidence and success... to increase creativity and passion flowing with the universe... for grounding and centering, becoming confident and wholly connected with Mother Earth... to regulate breathwork and balance, promoting harmony and peace...to feel supported in life's journey to feel protection. So, mala beads are not just a trendy fashion accessory, but also a useful emotional and mental vibrationary health tool. Hinduism, Buddhism, Catholicism and various other religions around the world use these beads for spiritual connection or prayer. The traditional mala strand has 108 beads, and one head or a guru marker bead to indicate the beginning and the end. There are several interpretations of why the number 108 is sacred. Many of them have to do with wholeness, and the connection of sun, moon and Earth, which is 108 times their diameter. The tassel is a symbol of spiritual connection, and it can also be used to diffuse essential oils. In some patterns, there is a counter bead every 27th bead. And if a detailed mantra needs to be repeated, again and again that 27th bead becomes a marker, or a reminder that you're on a new set. A newly purchased set of beads can be cleansed by setting them in the sunshine for a few hours and then activating them by fingering each bead at least once and setting the intention that the beads work for your greatest good and focus. A more traditional activation would be to light a candle and when touching each bead, breathe in through the nose and then tone “OM” the outbreath om being the sound of creation and the circle of life being the chain of beads. Let the strand rest gently in your palm and use your thumb and forefinger or your thumb, forefinger and middle finger to finger each bead and then pull the thread towards your body as you finish each cycle of all pulling the beads towards you, represents pulling in the focused good karma, pulling in the good energy in the process. This episode goes on to describe 5 specific ways to use mala beads and the characteristics of several gemstone malas for enhanced intention setting. So, explore mala beads and their power to help call clarity and focus into your life. Call in enhanced meditation! “Call IT in with Dar!”
Sex trafficking. Self-help coaching. Forced labor. Mentorship. Multi-level marketing. Gaslighting. Don't Call It a Cult is a riveting account of NXIVM's rise to power, its ability to evade prosecution for decades, and the investigation that finally revealed its dark secrets to the world. Have you ever noticed that one side of your hair is easier to style or work with than the other side? This is certainly true for me. And especially during adolescence, it was a cause of great frustration. But now I realize that my hair is an excellent example of the two energies of male and female, or Yin and Yang. Perhaps you've noticed that I now have a practical asymmetrical hairstyle that is extremely easy to take care of: a chin length bob on my left feminine side, and a short men's cut on my right male side. (If you were thinking that my unmanageable side is the men's cut side, you'd be correct.) But my theme today is not my hair, or hairstyles, but rather to enter into a guided meditation or visualization to bring our two energies into a single alignment... to balance the yin and the yang, to align the moon female energies and the sun male energies. So, in this episode we address these two divine energies within our single physical body. You will follow a guided breathing exercise that can be used as often as needed to call in the yin and the yang! To call in balance... to call in the Divine Feminine moon. To call in the sun and the Divine Male energy... to call in two energies into one body. Call it into existence! Call IT in with Dar!

How is your energetic balance? We all possess both male and female energy as a part of a well-balanced life. This belief can be traced back to beginning civilization, and is reflected in several cultures, artwork and their traditions. For instance, the ancient Mayan civilization was aware of the importance of balancing the power of these two energies, and it's very evident in their artwork and practices. Here in the US, we became more aware of this belief through Eastern philosophy, with Yin and Yang, harmoniously balancing Yin feminine energy, and Yang masculine. The concept of two energies in one body is apparent in many ancient beliefs, with sun energy being a masculine persona, and the moon energy being the feminine. It is extremely apparent in Hinduism practices as well! Just to be clear, we aren't referring back to biology class, and the study of the X and Y chromosomes today. When we work with gender energy, we make time to communicate emotions and creativity in Yin, the feminine. While setting goals and taking action to achieve them in the Yang, male energy. We might trust our intuition and lean into our gut with Yin feelings while setting clear boundaries, and tackling them systematically, with the Yang. We can nurture and support ourselves and others with Yin feminine energy, yet step into a leadership role and serve others with Yang. With just these few examples, we can see the balance of female and male energy unfolding in our life. This energy can also be viewed as a connection of mind and heart. In this episode we cover the wounded feminine and wounded male characteristics that some might encounter in themselves or others. Followed by activities that could be applied to bring both sides into balance. We end with a simple “hands on” technique including step-by-step directions to implement it. You are invited to listen to this informational episode to “call in” balanced yin and yang energy, “call in” harmony! “Call in the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine to enter in and be in your heart. “Call in” these two energies, align them into one body. “Call IT in with Dar!”
Spring is a time of awakening, transforming, and cleaning out things that no longer serve us. When I say spring cleaning, the most obvious form is probably clearing out clutter, sorting and giving away clothes that no longer fit, throwing away items, scrubbing and dusting. But what if in the Spring we also make it a habit to clear an important part of our energetic field, and that is relationship cords. You don't necessarily need a specialist to clean and clear your cords that are in relatively good shape. One way to do that is to visualize the many cords that we have inherited over our lifetime, the more years the more people, places, things, and pets we become connected to. For more information about the five types of energy cords, where they attach and their purposes, you can refer back to Episode 33. But for today's session, let's just relax into a comfortable position, close out all distractions and follow along with my voice as I lead you through a simple cord clearing sequence for relationship cords. Follow along with this guided visualization episode to recognize, clean and clear both female and male relationship cords. Relax into the process with ease and flow. Call in the bright essence of who you are! Call in clear, beautiful relationships! Call in clear, beautiful relationship chords. Call it into existence! “Call IT in With Dar!”
Energetic cords: Energy cords are similar to an umbilical cord that connects mother and baby, but they are usually invisible to the human eye. The more experience I gain within healing sessions, the more variety of energy cords I've been able to encounter, which I'd love to share with you in today's episode...so that you can uncover what energetic cords you might have. Some of you might even want to go a step further and learn to clear and clean them. As with all of my episodes, I'm sharing what I believe to be true from my own experiences. So, thanks for allowing me to speak my truth and to call it in, call it in like I see it!Relationship cords or energetic cords are often light blue, translucent, flexible, hollow hoses, through which our energy flows and this is energy from all the senses. The people and animals who we are connected with flow energy into the tube as we flow energy out from it. Keep in mind that physical distance doesn't matter and neither does the fact that the other person has passed on and is no longer in a physical body. Energetic exchange through these cords can still take place for years, even for centuries. Food for Thought isn't it? If you have started to view your energetic body in the shape of a spider or an octopus with multiple tentacles when I started talking about cords, you certainly aren't the only one. The longer we live the more numerous the cords. In this episode you will discover the 5 common types of cords, how to create a firm foundation for energetic relationship cords, how male and female cords connect to the body and chakras, how to intuitively recognize healthy cords, as well as, what are the distortions that can occur with unhealthy connections. For all that and more, tune into this episode on Energetic Cords at Call IT in with Dar!

Positivity! This episode applies the positive resonance of high vibrational words. Words that have been researched to resonate between 507 - 100 hertz. To learn more about word resonance, refer back to the previous episode number 31. But for this particular episode close out all tabs, all distractions and find a comfortable position and listen. Relax into the music entitled “Cosmos Anthem'' and let the words flow into your mind like a stream of consciousness. As you fall deeper and deeper into a relaxed state...let the following words become a stream of positive consciousness gently floating in and out of your mind with ease and flow. If any of the words become emotional triggers, just gently note that and recognize the emotion and release it. Let's begin alphabetically... amazement, affirming, appreciation, ascension, abundance, acclaim, achievement... balance, blessing, bliss, bounty... calm, caring, cheerfulness, comfort, consideration, courage, courtesy, and creativity…. The flow of words and the music continue throughout this relaxing visualization. The words applied were taken from Mark Stanton's “List of Positive High Vibrational Words” document. So, call in a positive vocabulary, call in high resonance words, call in positivity and call them into existence. “Call IT in With Dar!”
The resonance of words... As an educator, I had always been fascinated with the power of words, and how it could evoke an emotional response in people. It didn't seem to matter whether or not the words were heard directly, or read in print. Then I became even more fascinated, as I immersed myself in a variety of healing modalities, some of which use the power of words, sometimes applied in mantras, chants, meditation, or in positive affirmations, either spoken out loud or inside my mind as the healer. When one of our listeners suggested an episode about the vibration or resonance of words, I happily obliged, and the following episode is the result.Sharon Anne Klinger in her book entitled “Power Words”, states that “every word carries an energy that can be sensed, regardless of whether you're thinking it, speaking it, hearing it or reading it, on the page. A lot of elements impact, a word's energy.” She goes on to say that “the language you use brings forth the life you create.” Which brings us to words used in the “law of attraction”, where you can attract positive energy into your life with high vibrational words. Like love, joy, peace, and enlightenment, for example, resonate at 500 to 700 hertz. This is in contrast to words like shame, guilt, grief, and fear, which resonate from as low as 20, up to 100 hertz. So, comparing 500 to 700, and then 20 to 100.Let's do a quick experiment with this concept. Think of a joyful experience full of love and happiness recreated inside your mind. Tune into how you feel, what emotions arise with that beautiful memory of joy, love and happiness. Now for experimental purposes, let's think of something that we feel guilt or shame around. Did you quickly feel a shift without even replaying that negative experience all the way through? I know I did. I felt a heaviness around my shoulders, the back of my neck, almost like wearing a heavy lead cape, there was definitely a difference for me. So, if we surround ourselves with positive words, we can raise our vibration and resonate at that higher level that helps us feel better. We can follow along with Sharon Ann Klinger’s theory about words being energy, as well as, explore more examples and resources in today’s episode. So, listen in and see the value in using positive affirmations, uplifting words and higher vibrational positive vocabulary! Call in high word resonance, “Call IT in with Dar”
What do you think of when I say “living a five-dimensional life”? Does happiness, healthiness, lightness, brightness, peacefulness, abundance, feeling deeply connected spiritually, do all those things come to mind? “Yes!”, 5 D living is about all of those things, as well as, vibrating at a higher level. Today let's set our intention to move into the fifth dimensional space. We'll be diving in by following a guided visualization or meditation. Simply relax, close out all distractions and release all stress and worry by clearing your brain. How do you do that? Well, let's try some concentrated breathing. Get into a comfortable position and breathe in through your mouth... swallowing the sweet essence or the sweet nectar of life. Picture it as sunshine and happiness... lighting up your tongue, your mouth and warming your throat. Feel it slide like sweet honey, down your esophagus into your heart space warming and soothing your entire chest area. Next, breathe out through your nose and imagine all negativity, all toxins, and all debris, being gently removed from your entire body. Again, in through the mouth and swallow the bright, sweet essence of life. Feeling the rich nectar roll down your throat into your heart space behind your ribs and down even further, filling your belly with warm, cheerful sunlight. Now breathe out from your nose, setting a clear intention to release all stress, all worry and all negativity from your entire body. In your mind's eye or imagination see it leave your body and fall like rain down into the earth to be recycled. In your mind's eye...see yourself as a beautiful, bright column of sunlight as the sweet essence of life dwells within you, moving around front to back, left to right. See your personal column reach up to the sky and down into the earth. As your light gets brighter and brighter, think of it as a method of levitation, or your own private elevator system. Feel your body begin to tingle and to vibrate slightly. You're feeling almost weightless. Follow along with this episode’s guided visualization to discover with certainty, that even when you're living in the 3D and 4D struggles of life, you can control moving into fifth dimensional enlightenment. So, call in happiness! Call in peacefulness! Call in healthiness and call in abundance. Call in the possibilities of fifth dimensional living! “Call IT in with Dar”!
Fifth dimensional reality, what does shifting from three dimension to five-dimension, reality mean? To simplify, three-dimensional reality is the belief that there's nothing that exists outside of what we can see. It's a state of ego self. It's like the old adage, “I'll believe it when I see it” mentality. Then four-dimensional reality is starting to believe that there is “more to life than meets the eye”, that we are spiritual beings... there is more out there... more unseen. Five D reality is not just a belief that there is much more to life than what we can see, but is actually resonating at a higher vibration. For example, if we align with the “Love Tuner”, a sound at 528 hertz, the vibration of love and compassion, one can sample that type of higher vibration. Refer to the show notes for more information on the love tuner, but it is using sound to raise our vibration. The fifth dimension is unconditional love, peacefulness and happiness that resonates at an exceedingly high vibration. What I find extremely interesting is that we were born into the fifth dimension, that we are living basically from birth to about age one in the fifth dimension. But then we forget it. Our parents have integrated us into their 3D reality and in some cases 4 D. Have you noticed children being born right now seem to be very aware, have you looked in the eyes of a newborn lately, there is deep wisdom there. It's like they already know you and know all about you, when they just look into your face. It's amazing. They are existing in that higher vibration. In 5D reality, we know that we are deeply connected. As adults, our self-mastery becomes very focused on fulfilling a purpose that involves serving others. 5 D is about living fully in the present state of “now”. Leaving the past in the past and not worrying about what the future brings. Trusting...it's about accepting all that is and embracing life with all five of your senses. Because your vibration can fluctuate, various activities can cause you to go back into the other dimensions. Learn about these activities to avoid and which things to call in for fifth dimensional living by listening to this episode of “Call IT in with Dar”!
Chakra is an ancient Sanskrit word, basically meaning wheel. There are thousands of chakras found throughout the body. They're primarily found where the meridians of the body cross the seven chakras (that we've been discussing in the previous “Chakra Clips Series”). They are basically created, where a large number of meridian points cross to form a large wheel. Therefore, creating a chakra, or vortex of colored light, a rainbow inside you so to speak. Each chakra relates to certain traits and characteristics in our life journey... mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. They are the focus of our life force energy, and each vibrates at a specific color frequency. Today's episode is the finale in the “Chakra Clips Series”. Our intention is to apply a color visualization to bring the seven main chakras into harmony for all levels of our well-being. I strongly recommend listening to this recording daily for the enrichment of your energy system. For even more options and deeper chakra knowledge, check out my new “Align Your Chakras” 30-day experience. As you listen to this episode relax deeper and deeper into experiencing each energy center’s specific color and unique characteristics for your life’s journey. Call in your own personal rainbow as you participate fully! “Call IT in with Dar”!
This week on The First Run, Chris and Matt settle in with a nice, steaming bowl of hot dog soup and checked out two powerful stories about 3 dynamic women dealing with challenges in their own, unique ways. First up, Chloe Zhao brings us ‘Nomadland', featuring Frances McDormand. McDormand plays a person on the outskirts of life, struggling to survive and connect with a world she no longer feels a part of. But does she even want that connection? Then it's on to Florida via Nebraska with Barb and Starbara and their trip to Vista Del Mar in ‘Barb and Star Go To Vista Del Mar'. Funny stuff or cringey non-comedy? There's the venerable review of the big releases on Physical Media, with the Streaming and Straight to DVD Picks of the Week. The Lotus flower can be found growing at the bottom of muddy swamps and streams. Then it blooms with an array of beautiful colored petals above the water's surface, fully grounded in the mulch, and muck of the earth, but beautifully blooming towards the divine... towards the sky. This is a symbol of our crown chakra. The deeper and thicker life's mud, the more beautifully the Lotus blooms. So too it is with us! Metaphysically speaking, we wear the purple or violet Lotus, like a royal crown on the top of our head, a symbol of our resilience and spiritual connection. Today's episode is the seventh in our series of chakra clips, where each week we've discussed a brief overview of the seven main energy centers one at a time. When we nourish our chakras, on a regular basis, we reap the awesome reward of overall well-being and heightened confidence. It is actually simple to clear, clean and balance our chakras by practicing techniques like color visualizations, meditations, sound therapy, gemstones and crystals and other energy healing techniques. All of which I cover in the “Align Your Chakras” course that I'll discuss later. The Crown Chakra is located at the top of your head in the middle of your skull. It's ancient sanskrit name is Sahasrara and it is often referred to as simply the seventh chakra. This chakra resonates with the color violet, the deep purple of a sparkling amethyst gemstone. Sometimes it looks almost white, when activated. The Crown Chakra aligns with our spiritual source and virtues, a connection to the higher realms. When the chakra is clean, clear and balanced it brings in knowledge, wisdom, and understanding. It helps make us feel complete and able to shine our light in service to others. Join us for this episode to learn about the 7th chakra and how to balance its energy to call in a clear spiritual connection! “Call IT in with Dar”!

The mysterious deep navy blue color of the nighttime sky is often called Indigo. And it is the color that vibrates and resonates with the third eye chakra. Characteristics associated with this chakra, are clear thinking, intuition, insights, wisdom, and spiritual awareness. When the third eye is open, clear, clean and balanced, the more clarity you will receive in your life. Also, the more messages you'll recognize, in your dream state, and sometimes in your waking state. The third eye connects you to your intuition and your psychic abilities. On the other hand, if this chakra is imbalanced, there are signs like being skeptical, closed off, naive, and rigid, and sometimes, avoiding psychic connection or not believing in intuition. Today's episode is the sixth in our series of chakra clips. When we nourish our chakra system on a regular basis, with each chakra being just as important as the next, we are able to reach an amazing, almost magical feeling of well-being in our lives. How do we nourish clean, clear and balance our chakra system? Well, it is easier than one might think. All it requires is setting a clear intention and applying your favorite energy techniques, ranging from color visualization, to meditation, to positive affirmations, to applying gemstones, sound therapy, or various healing techniques like EFT, Reiki, or Healing Touch just to name a few. If you are interested in learning more about some of these techniques, keep listening to find out about my 30 day “Align Your Chakras” experience that we'll discuss later. The third eye chakra is located between the brows in the center of the forehead. Its ancient Sanskrit name is Ajna and it is often referred to as the sixth chakra. Listen to this episode to learn more about the 3rd Eye, your 6th chakra, and a key to unlock your intuition and psychic abilities. Call in perception, call in deep inner truths, call in a clear, clean, and balanced 3rd eye chakra. “Call IT in with Dar”!
Do you speak your truth and say what you mean with confidence? Do you listen to other people as they express themselves? This is the effective ebb and flow of having a clean, clear and balanced throat chakra, whose primary purpose is communication, and creativity. A great example of this is the ancient practice of using a “talking stick”. During a gathering of several people, only one person, the person who holds the stick, tells their story to completion. Everyone else listens without comments or questions until the end when the stick is passed to another speaker. This is a beautiful example of speaking your truth or your story and listening with deep intention. Today's episode is the fifth in our series of chakra clips. When we nourish our chakra system on a regular basis, we are able to reach an amazing sense of well-being in our lives. Doing this is easier than you might think... all it requires is combining your favorite energy techniques, ranging from color visualization, to meditation, to applying gemstones or sound therapy, or vibrational energy healing techniques, like EFT, Reiki, or Healing Touch. Many of those I teach in the Align Your Chakras 30 Day Experience, that I'll talk about later. The throat chakra is located in the center of the throat area, and holds the key to speaking one's divine truth with ease and grace. Its ancient Sanskrit name is Vishuddhi, and is often referred to as the fifth chakra. It resonates with the color blue of a cloudless sky. When balanced, it is all about communication, self-expression, effective listening, as well as, expressing our soul's purpose clearly. On the other hand, when imbalanced... things like stage fright, secretiveness, evasive behavior, shyness and self-righteousness can occur. Learn more about the Throat Chakra in this episode of “Call IT in with Dar” to call in a clear, clean, and balanced throat chakra!
Are you feeling compassionate, forceful, joyful, peaceful and trusting? Are you open to give and receive love? If so, your heart chakra is likely to be clear, clean and balanced. Today's episode is the third in our series of “chakra clips”, where each week we present a short overview of each of the seven chakra energy centers. When we nourish our chakras regularly, our energy experiences over our well-being. It is actually easy to clear, clean and balance our chakras with regular practice of easy techniques like color visualization, various meditations, crystals, sound therapy, or other vibrational energy healing techniques, all of which I cover in the “Align Your Chakras” course. Find out more here: https://darsdivineconnections.com/chakra-courseThe Heart Chakra is located in the center of your chest, and is probably the most well-known energy center of the seven. Its ancient sand Chris name is Anahata and it is often referred to as the fourth chakra. This chakra resonates in a deep emerald green color, and signifies unconditional love of self and others with expressions of compassion, acceptance, nurturing, inner peace, as well as giving and receiving when it is fully balanced, clean and clear. On the other hand, when the fourth chakra is out of balance, self-pity, judgment, resentment, and insomnia are common indicators. Inner Child, forgiveness practices and play help strengthen the heart chakra. Listen to this episode to enhance your heart chakra, with simple tips and techniques, so that you can call in compassion, call in peacefulness, and call in love, “Call IT in with Dar”!
