What a statement Sunday in Week 8! We break it all down here on the Korner Booth Podcast! From the Broncos dismantling the Cowboys to the Jets FINALLY getting their first win of the season, this weekend had it all. Let's break down all the action from Sunday's slate! TOP STORYLINES **JETS WIN! AARON GLENN GETS HIS FIRST!** The New York Jets are finally in the win column! After starting 0-7, they came back from a 14-point deficit to beat the Bengals 39-33. Breece Hall had a monster day with a wild passing TD, and the Jets offense finally came alive for new head coach Aaron Glenn. Cincinnati's defense continues to be a disaster at 3-5. **BRONCOS EMBARRASS COWBOYS** Denver put on an absolute clinic, crushing Dallas 44-24 behind Bo Nix and a relentless ground game. RJ Harvey scored THREE touchdowns as the Broncos extended their win streak to five games. Dak Prescott threw two picks in an ugly performance, and Denver's defense made the Cowboys look silly. Sean Payton got his revenge on the team that courted him multiple times! **SAQUON'S REVENGE GAME** Saquon Barkley torched his former team, averaging 10.7 yards per carry as the Eagles dominated the Giants 38-20. Philadelphia rushed for 277 yards total in their best ground performance of the year before Barkley exited with a groin injury in the third quarter. The Giants' run defense remains a glaring weakness. **JONATHAN TAYLOR MVP CAMPAIGN CONTINUES** The Colts' star RB is putting together an incredible season, averaging nearly 17 yards per carry (!) against Tennessee as Indy rolled to victory. With Daniel Jones at QB, Taylor has been the focal point of Shane Steichen's offense and he's been money all year. ##

Whitlock offers his Ten NFL Truths, delving into Jordan Love looking the best he ever has; Dak Prescott ruining his chances at the MVP title; Drake Maye becoming Big Ben Roethlisberger; why Kevin Stefanski is reluctant to play Shedeur Sanders; and much more. Steve Kim and T.J. Moe join the show to react to the black burden of Sanders and Tomlin, news that LSU's head coach Brian Kelly has been fired, and to discuss the top five NFL teams. They also get into a story that ESPN employees are fed up with Pat McAfee's diva-like behavior and a video showing Cam Newton in an altercation with a mascot. Whitlock closes out the show by talking about Shannon Sharpe saying he lost friends over his sexual misconduct allegations. Another can't-miss show today! Learn more about your ad choices. Norm Hitzges breaks down the Cowboys' embarrassing loss to the Denver Broncos — a game so one-sided it has him wondering if Dallas will ever beat Denver again. With sharp insight and signature wit, Norm dissects how the Cowboys collapsed on both sides of the ball, from a defense that forgot how to tackle to a rookie corner who got picked apart all afternoon. He dives into Dak Prescott's rough outing, the defense's seven explosive plays allowed, and a mysterious injury story surrounding Trayvon Diggs that just doesn't add up. It's classic Norm — honest, funny, and brutally insightful about the state of America's Team.
Kevin Nash and Sean Oliver stare straight at the end of the world this week. From doomsday conspiracies and nuclear torpedoes to fake Twitter wrestlers and open carry in Florida, the guys explore what it means to live in an era where every day feels like the last. Nash talks about a 6'10” model, a second moon, his social media firestorms, and what he'd do if given absolute power. Then it's back to sports and spectacle: Monday Night Football vs. Monday Night RAW, Dak Prescott's ceiling, the Lions' redemption, and WWE's billion-dollar balancing act in Saudi Arabia. Kevin opens up about marriage, mistakes, and the hard-earned wisdom that comes after a lifetime of highs, losses, and locker room lessons. It's dark, funny, honest, and more than a little fatalistic. The world might be ending—but Nash and Oliver will still have a mic in front of them. Mackenzie Rivers and Dan Rivera talk all things NFL Survivor contest. Mackenzie Rivers and Dan Rivera – NFL Week 8 Survivor Talk Mackenzie and Dan survived Week 7 with the Chiefs and eye Week 8's board. The Colts, now 14.5-point favorites over the Titans, are their top Survivor pick. Titans fired their coach, briefly rallied, but collapsed; Colts keep rolling with an elite offense. Mackenzie urges optimism with caution—weak early schedule, shaky secondary. Dan agrees: they've beaten bad teams, but execution and coaching have turned Daniel Jones into a top-12 QB caliber player. True tests come soon vs. Jags, Texans, Chiefs, Seattle, and San Francisco. Still, Indy looks like the AFC's second-best team behind Kansas City. Mackenzie cites non-turnover EPA metrics: Colts' offense ranks No. 1, defense 21st; Chiefs No. 4 offense, No. 9 defense; Cowboys surprisingly No. 2 offense despite awful defense. Chiefs remain favorites by pedigree more than dominance. Dak Prescott (20-1) could sneak into MVP talks if Dallas stays hot. Balanced teams like Rams (1st defense, 7th offense), Seahawks, and Lions round out the top 10. Mackenzie says the Colts' scoring power makes them legit contenders if they sustain efficiency. On Chiefs-Commanders, Dan warns: don't burn Kansas City now—you'll need them for Thanksgiving week. Mariota can replicate 85-90% of Daniels's offense; Chiefs should win, but beware overconfidence. Mackenzie calls it a one-score game—Mariota's capable, market overreacted to QB switch. Next tier: Falcons (-7.5) vs. Dolphins—Dan expects Bijan and London to thrive; Dolphins fading fast. Mackenzie agrees: Atlanta safe for parlays, but Colts remain primary. Eagles-Giants? Dan's cautious; health and effort issues make Philly unpredictable. Bills-Panthers? Both advise a pass—Buffalo's defense thin, Allen regressing. Patriots-Browns? Another pass; New England solid but inconsistent. Their Survivor track record: Steelers, Ravens, Bills, Texans, Lions, Packers, Chiefs—strong slate, no major regrets. They plan to ride Colts this week, holding Patriots, Niners, Broncos, Eagles, Bucs, Seahawks, and Rams for later. Bengals-Jets earns debate: Dan sees Cincy improving, Jets lifeless without stars; Mackenzie warns both are bad—avoid betting terrible teams. Final thoughts: under on combined wins for Raiders, Titans, Jets—about 4.5 total. Mackenzie closes: Colts are the official Survivor pick; strong offense, manageable risk. Promo code SAC20 for $20 off at Pregame.com—better value than sweating the Jets. Week 8 verdict: Colts to survive and advance. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
In hour 3 of The Drive, Phil and Richie preview the Colorado Buffaloes game this weekend. How will the return of Dre'lon Miller and absence of Dekalon Taylor impact the Buffs? The guys give Aarron Gordon his flowers after his historic night against Golden State last night. Former Broncos Super Bowl champion Brandon Marshall joins the show to discuss what the Broncos can do to combat Cowboys' tight end Jake Ferguson, how to disrupt the timing of Dak Prescott, and the fine line between being a dog and not negatively impacting the team by getting suspended like Dre Greenlaw. Should the Broncos defense key in on the Cowboys run or pass game more?
