Over the past few days, the trials surrounding the former—and now president-elect—Donald Trump have played out across headlines and legal calendars, keeping the country on edge as the judiciary weighs in on the powers and responsibilities of a president.Let's get straight to the action. In New York, the courtroom drama hit fever pitch when Trump was convicted on all 34 counts related to falsifying business records in the Stormy Daniels hush money case. This landmark verdict—delivered on May 30, 2024—was the first time a former president was found guilty of criminal charges. Initially, his sentencing was slated for September 18, 2024, but delays pushed it to November 26. The twist arrived in January: Trump received an unconditional discharge on January 10, 2025, making even the final outcome a subject of intense debate about precedent and presidential privilege.While the city that never sleeps was watching its own legal spectacle, Florida's courtrooms became another battleground. Trump had faced 40 federal charges over alleged mishandling of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago, with Judge Aileen Cannon dismissing the case in July 2024. That dismissal was based on the conclusion that the special counsel, Jack Smith, was unconstitutionally appointed. Today's show opens with Sen. Elizabeth “Fauxcahontas” Warren (D-MA) leading an unhinged group of Democrats and radicals in a charge that Elon Musk was “seizing power” of the government. I examine the ludicrous nature of such a stupid assertion, which even the Democrats on the CNN panel found laughable. Rep. Al Green (D-TX) in the House today decided to announce he would be bringing Article of Impeachment against Trump and managed to butcher the lyrics of AC/DC in the process. But, here's the thing, Elon Musk knew what he was in for before Trump even won the race. And, rest assured, we knew we were voting for the implementation of DOGE because we are all tired of a corrupt Federal government with a massive addiction to spending and an even bigger aversion to honesty. Next, we go through some information gathered by attorney, author and analyst, Tom Renz, related to the formation of DOGE. It seems Trump wasn't just really prepared for this term, but is revealing just how well thought-out his agenda is. DOGE is not a brand new agency, making it a brilliant move. It is simply a re-tooling of an existing entity created during the Obama term, which means it was created by lawmakers and has an already approved budget. Nicole Shanahan goes a step further to explain how DOGE is really a data mining tool to help find where money has been allocated, who authorized it and where did it go? Because of this, we are still learning how corrupt USAID has been for many, many years. Seems they have been funding private news agencies, both hear and abroad, to control the news cycle. And, it's not just media. People like Bill “The Kickball Kid” Kristol is on the take as well as Sen. Lindsey Grapham (R-SC). And, remember the singing Director of the Disinformation Governance Board, Nina Jankowicz? We found out she has been leading online censorship efforts in the UK. We begin to close with an explanation of Trump's remarks in wanting to takeover and control Gaza, disclose more abuse from both USAID and the State Department and we just found out DOGE is beginning to look into Medicare and Medicaid. Judicial watch reports the DOJ is being ordered to provide information on communication between Jack Smith and DA Fani Willis. In a two-to-one split decision, a Georgia State Appeals court ruled that District Attorney Fani Willis should be removed from the RICO case against Donald Trump and his co-conspirators, for trying to overturn the Georgia election results in violation of state election laws. However, the court also said that the prosecution can continue but must be transferred to another Georgia county prosecutors office.
