Eddie Flores Jr. and daughter Elisia Flores are entrepreneurs from the island of Oʻahu. Eddie is a husband and father of two who had success in the real estate industry before co-founding the popular L&L restaurant which now has over 220 restaurants across the country and in Japan. Elisia, who took over as the CEO and Vice Chair, is a business leader and proud graduate of USC.  This mother of one worked for General Electric for more than eight years serving within the company's finance management program and was eventually promoted to a senior finance manager position where she oversaw a portfolio of assets with annual revenue in excess of $750 million dollars. Together they are continuing the legacy of the plate lunch and are not stopping anytime soon.
