How to heal Allergies?

I looked for remedies to heal allergies…And I found them!!!My girlfriend is healed from her Allergy.  I checked the internet and I don't want to sell you anything…. And 95% are B. S….Simply stated, an allergy is an abnormal reaction by your body's immune system to normal substances in the environment (airborne), and the foods we eat, or can even be caused by chemical sensitivities. Some allergies cause only minor symptoms, but others can be very dangerous to your health. Most physicians tend to mask the underlying symptoms with prescription drugs including antihistamines, decongestants, topical creams, etc. Histamine is a chemical your immune system releases. It's mainly known for its role in causing allergy symptoms. But it has other important functions, like regulating your sleep-wake cycle and cognitive function. The Airborne Allergies you can heal with bee pollen… I have already written about that:My blog: Get Relief from Hay FeverThe cause of allergies and inflammation is in the guts and liver…And if you heal both, allergies are gone…I looked for alternatives…  Holistic, allergies are caused by suppressed anger and fear… the body is fighting like crazy against …So that we live in disharmony with our environment…And that is gut and liver-related.For instance, high stress can cause allergies, and stress is caused by anxiety and anger.Guess and that is related to the guts and liver… The rise of Allergies in the last 20 years is alarming. 30 to 40 % of the world's population have an allergy and in the next decade, it will go to 50%.So richer the country is so higher the rate of Allergy.Detox your body, foremost your guts, your liver, I have written already about that. You can detox the guts with Betonite clay and Psyllium Husk. Read my WordPress Blog How to detox the guthttps://ask-rudy.com/how-to-detox-the-gut/Liver detox with the supplement Milk Thistle. And to remove the stones in the liver and gallbladder with olive oil and grapefruit juiceRead my WordPress Blog: How to do a liver cleanse https://ask-rudy.com/how-to-do-a-liver-cleanse.Eat a fermented raw vegetable or take Pro-Biotic every day…The magic of sweet potatoes.Eat every day sweet potatoes raw or cooked, the purple or red potatoes, that are inside purple or red, are the best for your body! Because then you get a healthy digestion.Reduce or better don't eat or drink.Junk food.Industrially processed food.Alcohol. Drugs. Fatty food. White sugar. Meat/fish. Instead, embrace a plant-based diet without gluten…Reduce Stress Take everyday natural antihistamines.QuercitinBromelainNAC Supplement (N-Acetyl Cysteine)Alkelising vitamin CWatercressGinger, TurmericBoswelliaSpirulinaOrangesProbiotics with 25-50billThis means you combine Quercitin with Bromelin as a supplement.Choose Probiotics that give you the best digestion…You can add Vitamin C… With Spirulina you can heal an allergy if you take 4 times 2 grams of Spirulina per day. Guess your allergy will completely disappear or the symptoms will be reduced. If all the strategies above are not enough to heal your Allergy, reduce or stop eating wheat, rice, or other grains because they produce a slime inside the gut where harmful organisms, bacteria, and fungus like candida grow! I don't eat any grains or meat, … I eat only raw vegetables, fruits 30g of flaxseed, and 3 Brazil nuts per day. Look what works for you! There are about a dozen main causes leading to environmental and food allergies...Leaky gutsIntestines bacteriaAntibiotics, birth control drugs.Poor eating, like fried food, a lot of gluten, dairy products, eggs,Inflammatory foods.Food sensitivesHeavy metals High stressHowever, there is one main root cause. That root cause imbalance begins and ends in the gut, which then leads to a host of symptoms that differ based on the individual...Do you have Candida grown in your guts? Candida is a fungal infection caused by an overgrowth of yeast in your body. Causes may include taking certain drugs (especially antibiotics, corticosteroids, and some birth control pills), pregnancy, being overweight, having a bacterial infection, or several different health conditions (for example, a weakened immune system, diabetes, and psoriasis). 67% of the Western population have Candida!Stop antibiotics, because they kill healthy bacteria and after taking antibiotics the harmful bacteria will grow. You can substitute antibiotics with Colloidal silver if this works for you…I can't take antibiotics or some other medicaments, so I substitute them. Problems with the stomach acid …If we do have not a healthy level of acid (not enough acid) in our stomachs, harmful bacteria and organisms can enter the gut.Chronic inflammation…If we have a genetic preposition for allergy …Our genetics don't dictate our future or destiny! All inflammation starts in the gut.,We need a healthy Microbiome. We have to go to the root cause of the inflammation caused by allergy. Description of the supplements. QuercetinQuercetin is an antioxidant found naturally in onions, apples, grapefruit, okra, and other produce.A 2022 study by Trusted Source found that it may also work as an antihistamine and be able to effectively reduce allergy symptoms. You can purchase quercetin as a supplement, or simply add more quercetin-rich foods to your diet (the better choice of these two options).BromelainBromelain is a compound most commonly found in pineapples, but you can also find it in supplement form. It's known to be effective at treating respiratory distress and inflammation associated with allergies.A 2023 analysis found that bromelain may be effective against sinusitis, a type of inflammation of the nasal passage caused by allergies or a cold.Experts recommended getting bromelain by eating pineapple rather than by taking supplements.ButterburButterbur is a marsh plant that's part of the daisy family. It's found throughout Europe and in regions of Asia and North America.Older 2012 research by Trusted Source suggests it might be effective in reducing the intensity and frequency of migraine attacks. But it may also help treat nasal allergies. A 2023 study found that butterbur was a safe and effective natural treatment option for people with seasonal allergic rhinitis.Butterbur is available as an oil extract or as a supplement.Ginger is a histamine blocker or antihistamine but is also great for the immune system. Shave off a small piece of ginger and put it in a mug. Pour hot water over it and steep for 3-5 minutes. Then drink and enjoy.Turmeric is a spice that can prevent the release of histamine from mast cells and can even inhibit anaphylactic reactions. It can be used in cooking or can be made into a tea. Roasted, pastured, organic chicken rubbed with turmeric, garlic and thyme served with broccoli and sweet potatoes, is the perfect meal to combat allergies. After last research, stinger nettle will not work for allergies!Quercetin review…Most supplements are fake and don't have Quercetin or only a small fraction are proclaimed. Quercetin is naturally yellow.Take 500mg twice a day best with healthy fat.The best Quercetin supplements1. Double Wood, Quercetin with Bromelain has only 76% of the amount, they proclaim 500mg and the real is 382mg. My girlfriend takes the Supplement from Double Wood, because we can't buy other good Quercitin supplements and it works magical!2. I stumbled over a simple method to cure Hay fever or Seasonal Allergy…Just consume every day 2 - 5 Teaspoons of bee pollen as an adult and as a kid 1-2 Teaspoons on an empty stomach. Why is that working for a pollen allergy? When your body digests the pollen, your body gets used to the pollen and finally, the allergic reaction is over. You expose your body to a very small portion of pollen and the body will reject less and lesser pollen. You start with 1 Teaspoon of pollen per day and each day/week you increase that until you consume 2-5 Teaspoons per day on an empty stomach. You can divide it into smaller portions during the day.The best is to start with the pollen during the winter time until spring or summer until fall. You do this one or two times per year…Take probiotics every day.In addition, you can take QuercitinBromelainNAC Supplement (N-Acetyl Cysteine)Alkelising vitamin CAllergies are connected to the liver and gut…When you consume junk food, alcohol, and fatty food, your liver is overwhelmed and these described remedies will not work. The best would be if you get bee pollen from your locality.Or you can also try in a smaller portion of bee bread… My Video:  Get Relief from Hay fever. https://youtu.be/I-9nyQdr7AoMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast4/Get-Relief-from-Hay fever.mp3

This is the seventh and final episode in my series of conversations with author OLIVER SODEN regarding his recent book: MASQUERADE: THE LIVES OF NOEL COWARD This week we explore the final chapters of both Coward's life and this brilliant biography. Remarkably, during the final decade of his life Coward wrote the book, music & lyrics for two Broadway musicals — SAIL AWAY (starring Elaine Stritch) and THE GIRL WHO CAME TO SUPPER (Starring Jose Ferer & Florence Henderson), and directed HIGH SPIRITS (with book, music & lyrics by Hugh Martin & Timothy Gray and starring Tammy Grimes & Beatrice Lillie) which was based on Coward's play Blithe Spirit. At the same time he enjoyed an extraordinary revival of his status as a playwright of including landmark productions of PRIVATE LIVES and HAY FEVER as the first play by a living author to be presented at the National Theatre, and culminating in a remarkable trio of new plays under the title of SUITE IN THREE KEYS that he wrote and starred in. And I feel certain that you will find Soden's account of Coward's final public appearance, with Marlene Dietrich on his arm, at a special performance of the hit off-Broadway revue Oh, Coward! to be very moving.
