The corruption of the feckless, unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, inferior, federal district trial court judges continues with the infamous Judge James "Jeb" Boasberg continuing to rule from the bench as if America itself was governed at his unaccountable whim. Articles of impeachment have been filed against Boasberg, and the Senate has sent a letter demanding his suspension during these impeachment proceedings--but will it make any difference to Boasberg's conduct? And what of all the other corrupt federal judges on the DC Circuit, and throughout the Article III federal judiciary.
When we say something that negatively shades how people see someone, that is in the realm of slander. The problem is more common and more egregious than we think, but the gospel can change us. Mercy triumphs over judgement.
What happens when the very people entrusted to uphold justice betray it in the most disturbing of ways? In this episode of Life Points with Ronda, we confront the shocking case of Judge James B. Gosnell Jr., a South Carolina magistrate once cloaked in authority, now shackled in disgrace. From the disturbing allegations of child sexual abuse material found in his possession, to his history of using racial slurs and controversial statements during the Dylann Roof hearings, this story forces us to examine not only the fall of one man but the deeper cracks within our institutions. We'll explore: How Gosnell's bail was denied and why it matters. His long history of controversy and betrayal of public trust. The devastating implications for the cases he presided over. The bigger picture: how many more “wolves in sheep's clothing” are hiding in positions of power? This episode is not just about one judge—it's about accountability, vigilance, and the urgent responsibility we all share to protect our communities and our children. Subscribe, share, and join the conversation. Because justice doesn't end in the courtroom—it begins with us.
Sermon from Matt Magee on August 31, 2025
James 4:11-12 confronts the pride that fuels our criticism and judgment of others. James isn't telling us to ignore sin, he's warning us not to play God. This sermon explores why judgment feels good, why it's so dangerous, and how to call out sin with humility, love, and truth. When we judge from pride, we rob God of His glory and crown ourselves. But when we walk in grace, we can speak truth that restores. Need Prayer?

The Left keeps judge-shopping to find ways to feebly try to block President Trump's Executive Orders. One judge in particular, Judge James Bosaberg -- the man who tried to block Trump's deporting of Venezuelan gang members -- is a curious case considering his background, associations and possible motives. First up, Joe hit the ground running with yesterday's big news: Trump announced that today, March 18, 2025, the JFK files—nearly 80,000 pages of classified info—are finally hitting the public. It's about damn time, but skepticism's in the air. Will this be a genuine reveal, or another Epstein-esque dud? Are we getting the goods, or just more stalling from this administration? Joe's on it, and we'll have answers by this afternoon. Keep your eyes peeled. Then, Canncon joined the show to unpack the cesspool that is Judge James Boasberg. This guy's a corruption magnet—from his role in Trump surveillance to his daughter's gig helping gang members skirt deportation. The Boasberg family tree is rotten to the core, and Canncon didn't mince words exposing just how deep it goes. Is there a limit to this guy's grime? Doubtful. After Canncon bounced, Joe and Apollo turned their attention to Tina Peters and the government's infuriating inaction. They dug into the ongoing election integrity mess, with Joe spotlighting Dominion and the relentless heat he's still taking years later—people demanding he name his sources like it's a game of chicken. He's standing firm, but it's wild how that fire just won't die down. From there, they zoomed out to the bigger picture: a government that's asleep at the wheel, leaving us all hanging.

Text: Prov 20:8-9 ESV8 A king who sits on the throne of judgment winnows all evil with his eyes.9 Who can say, “I have made my heart pure; I am clean from my sin”?-Prov 20:8-9 ESVGOD'S JUSTICE & MAN'S IMPERFECTIONIt is the ideal for kings to exercise equity and justice. “It is an abomination to kings to do evil, for the throne is established by righteousness.”(Prov 16:12). The role of "king" should be grounded in godliness and justice (Prov 8:12–15; 14:34; 29:14). Solomon is speaking firsthand as a king himself. He had been given a special dose of wisdom from God (1 Kings 3:9–12). His eyes could separate those telling the truth from those who were lying. Here, this is compared to the "winnowing" process whereby the grain is separated from the chaff.Jesus is the Judge (James 5:9). In Matthew 25:31–46, Jesus will judge the nations during His Second coming.. As the all-knowing, all-seeing, and all-wise Judge, He will divide believers from unbelievers, rewarding His people and punishing those who reject Him. The book of Revelation shows readers the great white throne judgment. When this takes place, all unbelievers throughout history will be appropriately tried for their sins and cast into the lake of fire. While earthly judges have finite knowledge and are subject to error, Jesus has infinite knowledge and cannot make a mistake. His judgment is flawless—there will one day be a perfect "winnowing" of all evil. He knows all men.[John 2:25]The next verse is a question based upon the truth that God is the perfect Judge. It's possible for a person to be "blameless" in the sense that others could not find reasons to criticize their morals (Job 1:1; Psa 15:1–2; Luke 1:6; Phil 2:15; Titus 1:6–7). But, can a person claim that he is morally perfect in the eyes of God? Definitely, not! His heart is deceitful. [Jer 17:9] All are sinners. (Rom 3:23). Purity in God's sight cannot be achieved by any man. It comes only to those who believe on Jesus Christ as their Savior (John 3:36). He is the only sinless man (Heb 4:15). His sacrifice at the cross is sufficient payment for the sins of the whole world (1 John 2:2). Yet only those who accept Him as Savior receive forgiveness and cleansing (John 3:16–18). Revelation 1:5 ascribes praise to Christ as the one "who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood." Paul writes in 2 Corinthians 5:21: "For our sake [God] made [Jesus] to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God."-------------------------Visit and FOLLOW Gospel Light Filipino on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram

As the third of eight children in an Irish Catholic family, future Deputy Chief Administrative Judge James P. Murphy picked up a lot of skills early on that would come in handy when he undertook the daunting task of overseeing day-to-day trial court operations in 57 of New York's 62 counties and put him in charge of 640 judges and 6,000 non-judicial employees: teamwork, collaboration, humility, group dynamics and a keen understanding that the interests of the clan as a whole outweigh those of any individual. Judge Murphy, who was appointed last year as the Deputy Chief Administrative Judge for the Courts Outside New York City, discusses his background and management approach in a new Amici podcast. This month we are discussing electronic search warrants. In 2017, the Iowa Legislature amended Iowa Code Chapter 808 to allow the transmission for and issuance of search warrants by electronic means. In April 2018, the Iowa State Court Administrator established the Electronic Search Warrants Advisory Committee. Amidst the pandemic in April 2020, the electronic search warrant pilot project began in District 4, expanding to counties in districts 1, 2, and 6, before the pilot went statewide in September 2022.Host: Marissa GaalGuests: Judge James Malloy, District 2, and Deputy Seth McCrea, BooneMusic from The Epic 2 by Rafael Krux Link: https://filmmusic.io/song/5384-the-epic-2- License: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

It's the largest military conflict in Europe since World War II. And in just 3 weeks, Putin's playbook has proven to grossly violate international law. Should we judge or not? It is a common refrain to hear people say, "Don't judge me." But when the Bible says not to judge, does it really mean that we can never make a stand on what is right or wrong? Through this Bible study on James 4:11-17 you will learn when it is OK to judge and when it isn't. And you will be reminded that life is short and we should always seek God's will when making decisions.Full written Bible study on James 4:11-17https://studyandobey.com/inductive-bible-study/james-studies/james-4-11-17/Study and Obey James E-book (With Discussion Questions): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08FTNPK2Q750+ Free Bible Study Guideshttps://studyandobey.com/Support the show (https://studyandobey.com/support/)
The Local Lens is a public health podcast going inside one community's experience with the drug epidemic. Everyone in the town of Stanton, KY sees this drug issue differently from each other, either because of their personal lives or professional roles. This show aims to showcase those different perspectives through having honest, in-depth interviews with a new guest each episode. Our local Judge Executive, James Anderson, joins the show for this episode to specifically cover the financial impact of addiction on our community. From his seat, he sees the connections of all the county's governmental activity better than anyone else. As a result, he sees how much of our limited resources available go towards addiction. His call is not to stop addressing addiction, but rather to seek for ways to truly reduce the presence of addiction in Powell County in the first place, and to call more people to care about the issue. He explains how it really does impact everyone in our town and how it is truly every person living here. These are our people, using our voices, telling our stories, because no one sees it like we do.Keep up with The Local Lens on Facebook and Instagram. The Local Lens is sponsored by Kentucky Opioid Community Healing (from the Kentucky Rural Health information Organization) and Powell County CARES (from the Powell County Health Department).
