Last week, we shared Part 1 of Joseph “Joe Lupo” Rulli's story. You learned about his rise in the boxing world at a young age, his battle with Polio that tragically ended his career too soon, and Joe's eventual rise within the mafia. For a while, things were looking good for Joe, but by April of 1971, a mafia turf war was raging. Several of Joe's associates, including his partner, had been murdered. Joe was warned that he was next. He was a marked man.In the weeks leading up to his disappearance, Joe had a tense encounter at his doorstep. FBI agents, along with his older brother, Dennis, an investigator for the New Jersey State Police, offered Joe a way out: become an informant and receive protection. But Joe refused. He wasn't a rat.Not long after, Joe hosted a going-away dinner for one of his higher-ups. This event was supposed to mark a new chapter for him. But before the party even started, Joe stepped out for what he claimed was a quick errand, and he never returned. His wife, Cynthia, arrived at the party only to find her husband missing. A wave of panic washed over her. Cynthia had been at home when the FBI had approached Joe, offering him protection. She understood the gravity of the situation and the danger her husband was in.In the days that followed, Cynthia reported Joe missing. His car was later found riddled with bullets and soaked in blood. It looked like a textbook mafia hit. When Joe's brother, Dennis, arrived on the scene, he assumed he would find Joe's body in the trunk, but all he found were Easter baskets filled with melted candy. There was no body. And the blood? It wasn't Joe's. It was animal blood. This discovery turned the case on its head. It was no longer a simple mafia hit. The possibility emerged that Joe had orchestrated his own escape. Had he secretly taken the FBI's offer to start a new life? Did a family member help him slip away undetected while everyone else partied? Or had Joe been murdered, and someone staged the scene with animal blood? These questions have haunted Joe's son for decades. By bringing his father's story to light, he hopes someone with answers will finally step forward and help solve this decades-old mystery. If you have any information regarding the disappearance of Joseph "Joe Lupo" Rulli, please contact the New Jersey State Police Missing Persons Unit at (609) 882-2000 ext. 2554 or email missingpinformation@njsp.gov. On April 20, 1971, 39-year-old Joseph Rulli, also known as Joe Lupo, mysteriously disappeared from Closter, New Jersey. That day, Joe was hosting a party when he stepped out briefly for an errand but never returned, prompting his wife to report him missing. Days later, Joe's car was discovered in Jersey City, riddled with bullet holes and stained with blood. Initially, investigators assumed Joe had been murdered. However, testing revealed a shocking twist: the blood inside the vehicle wasn't human; it was animal blood. This revelation only deepened the mystery: Had Joe staged his own death and disappeared, intentionally leaving behind a gruesome scene to mislead investigators? Or had someone else murdered him?Joe Lupo had once been a promising boxer, a local hero with a bright future, but an illness altered the course of his life. When he vanished, he left behind a wife and a young son, also named Joe, who has spent decades determined to uncover the truth about his father's disappearance. As he grew up, he combed through the memories of family members who were adults at the time, sifted through old newspaper articles, and meticulously examined archival materials in search of any clues that might finally shed light on what happened to his father that fateful day in April 1971.If you have any information regarding the disappearance of Joseph "Joe Lupo" Rulli, please contact the New Jersey State Police Missing Persons Unit at (609) 882-2000 ext. 2554 or email missingpinformation@njsp.gov. Evropske politike in pravila nas spodbujajo k reformam in dolgoročni vzdržnosti javnih financ. A kot poudarja profesor ekonomije in nekdanji finančni minister dr. Povzemamo nekaj spominov in razmislekov s predstavitve.

First up, Joe hit the ground running with yesterday's big news: Trump announced that today, March 18, 2025, the JFK files—nearly 80,000 pages of classified info—are finally hitting the public. It's about damn time, but skepticism's in the air. Will this be a genuine reveal, or another Epstein-esque dud? Are we getting the goods, or just more stalling from this administration? Joe's on it, and we'll have answers by this afternoon. Keep your eyes peeled. Then, Canncon joined the show to unpack the cesspool that is Judge James Boasberg. This guy's a corruption magnet—from his role in Trump surveillance to his daughter's gig helping gang members skirt deportation. The Boasberg family tree is rotten to the core, and Canncon didn't mince words exposing just how deep it goes. Is there a limit to this guy's grime? Doubtful. After Canncon bounced, Joe and Apollo turned their attention to Tina Peters and the government's infuriating inaction. They dug into the ongoing election integrity mess, with Joe spotlighting Dominion and the relentless heat he's still taking years later—people demanding he name his sources like it's a game of chicken. He's standing firm, but it's wild how that fire just won't die down. From there, they zoomed out to the bigger picture: a government that's asleep at the wheel, leaving us all hanging.
This episode discusses the hot topic of Korean skincare, and what's actually worth adding to your routine.

Giuseppe Lupo è nato in Lucania (Atella, 1963) e vive in Lombardia, dove insegna letteratura italiana contemporanea presso l'Università Cattolica di Milano e Brescia. Real Estate Investing With Jay Conner, The Private Money Authority
Descriptions/Show Notes: In a recent episode of the "Raising Private Money" podcast, hosted by Jay Conner, The Private Money Authority, acclaimed financial strategist Damion Lupo shares his extraordinary journey from losing a 20 million dollar portfolio to rebuilding and growing his wealth beyond nine figures. In an enlightening conversation, Damion reveals not only the mistakes that led to his initial downfall but also the indispensable lessons that fueled his resurgence and shaped his future endeavors. Here's an in-depth look at the crucial elements discussed during the episode. The Humbling Journey from Loss to RebirthDamion Lupo's tale is one of resilience and determination. By the age of 30, he had amassed a 20 million dollar portfolio, only to lose it in the 2008 financial crisis, ultimately finding himself 5 million dollars in debt. Reflecting on the experience, Lupo highlights the significance of surrounding oneself with people who have weathered similar storms.Isolated during this turbulent period, he battled fear and doubt, a common plight for entrepreneurs who face major setbacks. His key advice is to cultivate a network of mentors and advisors—those who have the wisdom and experience to provide sound guidance when times are tough.Mastering the Art of PerseveranceDamion's comeback wasn't a quick fix but a deliberate, five-year period of introspection and strategic action. He explains the importance of not succumbing to ego and pride, instead focusing on gaining truthful insights from mentors who aren't afraid to offer tough love. This crucial period was spent not just recovering financially, but also re-evaluating what truly mattered to him.The Importance of Clear Purpose Over PassionA critical insight from Lupo's narrative is the emphasis on having a purpose. He advises focusing on a mission that transcends personal gain. According to Lupo, passion alone is fleeting and can easily falter under pressure. For him, the primary mission became freeing people from financial shackles, inspired deeply by personal experiences, including his father's late-life financial struggles.Frametec: Revolutionizing the Housing IndustryOne tangible way Damion lives out his purpose is through Frametec. The innovative company aims to solve the housing crisis by using advanced technology to produce home components with greater efficiency and less waste. Frametec's goals align perfectly with Lupo's mission of creating impactful, positive change.Frametec is committed to building houses that are 10 times better, with 99% less waste. The drive to serve others through groundbreaking solutions underpins the success of Frametec and fuels its ambitious expansion plans. The 10-Year Millionaire Action PlanTo help others achieve financial freedom, Lupo created the 10-Year Millionaire Action Plan, aimed at guiding individuals to a solid financial footing without the ever-looming stress of monetary scarcity. This playbook is available through Turnkey Retirement, offering a structured path to a 10 million dollar net worth.Damion's plan is designed to build confidence and empowerment around investing and finances, much of which stems from his own firsthand experiences and subsequent successes.Transforming Setbacks into SuccessDamion Lupo's journey underscores the vital importance of resilience, continual learning, and serving others. By sharing his story and the strategies that propelled his comeback, he offers a roadmap for others to follow. From his innovative work with Frametec to his comprehensive action plans for financial well-being, Damion exemplifies how turning personal adversity into a mission-driven career can create lasting success for not just oneself but for society at large.Damion's insights serve as a powerful reminder: setbacks are inevitable, but with p

"My motive was simple and hedonistic: I was looking for beauty" - Alain de Botton, The Art of TravelWelcome to Episode #103I have mused over limoncello, Liguria, Milano and Roma, the streets of Genova and once wrote a love letter to Padova. I have revered Giotto and Botticelli and cried over Santa Chiara in Assisi. I have interviewed many beautiful women about their lives in Italy, their stories, their cookbooks and their passions for a bountiful table and the beauty of the artist's life. I have researched Sardegna and even had a good laugh with the one and only Luca Spaghetti. I went deep down the rabbit hole on the iconic Peggy Guggenheim and I dreamt about returning to Italy to do it all over again. I inspired women to go solo traveling in Italy and I insisted my husband take me again for my 50th birthday. And finally I published my travel memoir - In the Shadow of a Cypress - An Italian Adventure. And so over 103 episodes I have mused and I have definitely felt the call, that magnetic lure of Italy, it has been a beautiful life expanding journey and a wonderful daring chapter of my life - Enjoy my next share In Bocca al lupo - a few of the many stories that happened along the way ❤️The Italian affair continues through travel, books, art and lifestyle. In truth, there are many portals to enjoy Italy and many ways to connect the dots of living a beautiful life. They all make for a sumptuous connection to Italy and one that has given so much beauty and magic. Thank you for joining me and making this journey what it is for without the beautiful listeners and you whom I have connected with along the way in conversation and in spirit, it has made it just so much fun!!Michelle xo"In bocca al lupo (pronounced [im ˈbokka al ˈlupo]; lit. "into the wolf's mouth") is an Italian Idiom originally used in opera and theatre to wish a performer good luck prior to a performance. The standard response is crepi il lupo! - "may the wolf die" or, more commonly, simply crepi! ("may it die").Equivalent to the English actor's idiom "break a leg", the expression reflects a theatrical superstition in which wishing a person "good luck" is considered bad luck. The expression is commonly used in Italy off stage, as superstitions and customs travel through other professions and then into common use, and it can sometimes be heard outside of Italy". Id often hear about this man during my stint in Berlin in the mid 2000s. Mostly that he had an amazing live show... who was this man? There was a sense in my mind that he was a gothic mystery, a dark figure that coaxed mystical melodies from the tarot and such but it seems like he's a sensitive and passionate follower of his own North Star. His upbringing in Denmark really captured my imagination. Partly just reflecting on the simpler times and remembering my own childhood in the sticks and how music was such an elixir to a world with a lot less demands on the modern, dwindling attention. T he power of radio to educate and mix it up, when things were all jumbled together a little would be one example of the way it was different then. We get into that and I think it's actually a huge deal. I would argue it's the reason we have the music of Trentemøller at all. Anyway I'm running into a pool of the past here. I suppose sometimes that's what a chat will do. Funnily enough I find his music to be exploring contrasts, paradoxes, and themes of reminiscence without nostalgia. Quite a challenge! There's something familiar to the tones (especially the chorus which is a major sonic stamp on this music. It turns out Anders owns over 50 chorus pedals!!! I mean WHAT?) but the drums are fresh and the sound is vital in a refreshing way. Dare I say it almost feels light. Much lighter than I'd imagined it being. Also he's a song writer first and foremost and although the tone palette is crucial, the song always ends up being the main event and I tip my hat to the man for this. It's not easy! Lovely stuff. Hope you enjoy our rambles. ____ Music for EP133 comes from Clocks and Barometers. The music you hear peppered through the episode is from a record called “learning through investigation” Clocks and Barometers is a collaborative project between Dive Reflex Service and Lupo which began in the summer of 2023. Excellent stuff which I shall not try to describe seeing as they kindly provided me with a link so you can jolly well go and have a listen!! HERE is the link

Teddy Two-Fingers kidnapped Delilah Droman from her father's mansion in Barron Heights. Teddy is holding her captive at his “nightmare factory,” located deep underground in parts unknown, where he and Hiamana are training her to be the factory's foreman. Delilah is trying to find a way to escape or to get a message to Lincoln, as she believes Lincoln will rescue her. Lincoln was at Stoolie's Bar & Grill, looking for Lupo and Booty Shooty, accomplices of the recently deceased Thoko Chikondi. Lincoln hopes they know where Teddy's hideout is. Teddy, somehow, called Lincoln at the bar and poured salt in Lincoln's wounds, driving Lincoln to start drinking the free shots offered by Maylene, a bartender there. Lincoln did not tell Magda, Ariella, or Billy where he was going, and he shut off his connection with Magda's meshwork ear cuff. He's been gone for hours, and they have no idea where he is.
