JOIN SHERI HORN HASAN @ FOR THIS WEEK'S ASTROLOGICALLY SPEAKING PODCAST WHICH DROPS MAY 30 @https://www.karmicevolution.com/astrologically-speakingThis podcast explores how the recent history between the May 17 Sun/Uranus conjunction & the May 24 Mercury/Uranus conjunction in Taurus, & the May 29/30 superior conjunction of the Sun with Mercury direct in Gemini have awakened us through unexpected sudden revelations--of the “I can see clearly now” kind--between then and now.Awakened us to what? Well, when we look at the symbolism--from the announcement on May 18 of former president Joe Biden's stage 4 prostate cancer to May 22's U.S. House passage of its “friendly to the rich” budget reconciliation bill & May 24's yet again flip flop on tariffs by President Trump—we start to see a pattern. And that pattern, combined with announcements made between May 28-30--including a court ruling banning Trump's on-again-off-again tariffs followed by a swift reversal of that ruling, along with the announcement of pardons for convicted individuals who have donated bigly to Trump--starts to smell like something's rotten in Denmark. What we may have missed the first two Sun & Mercury conjunctions to Uranus in Taurus, that's inherent now in this latest Sun/Mercury get together in Gemini, is the sleight of hand deceit and deception that's been going on all along. This clearly correlate Gemini's archetypal role & reputation as the trickster, who uses more devious ways to fool those around him. What's different now, however, is the fact that deceit usually takes place behind the scenes. But when we equate Biden's sudden announcement on May 18 with the symbolic nature of the currently ongoing U.S. Pluto return, we glean from the symbolism that something that's been hidden for a long time has now become obvious. Since the prostate is archetypally aligned with Pluto's Scorpio, & Biden's illness was reportedly long in the making but unknown to his doctors, this sudden revelation symbolizes how the U.S. has likewise been rotting from the inside out for quite some time & we simply never noticed. Now, however, all of these recent Sun, Mercury, & Uranus aspects in the sky have alerted us to the fact that this current president's grift-- now so commonplace, so boldly out in the open--is so easily accepted by those who could/should call it out for what it is. As the rest of us begin to understand with greater clarity that the emperor truly has NO clothes, we likewise recognize those who benefit from both his grift & his delusions. So, as we wax into this month's first quarter “crisis in action” lunar square of the Virgo Moon to the Gemini Sun on June 2--accompanied by June 1's Venus/Chiron/Eris conjunction in Aries—we now see the tension between verifiable Virgoan facts & Geminian casual passage of non-verified information. And how much of the latter was behind such “you can't have possibly missed it” glaringly obvious financial transactions by now.Venus moves into its own sign of Taurus June 5/6, depending on your time zone, while Mercury conjoins Jupiter in Gemini June 8. Shortly after, Mercury will enter the Moon-ruled sign of Cancer June 8, & Jupiter follows suit on June 9. Our emotional sensitivity heightened, we then may begin to expand our intuitive capabilities to see beyond our more boundaried local scenario into wider, longer-term implications for the future.Join us for this Astro News You Can Use & more @https://www.karmicevolution.com/astrologically-speaking dropping May 30 as we look ahead also at the upcoming waxing first quarter square of Mars to Uranus & Jupiter to Saturn on June 15, & as we approach the big military presidential birthday bash on June 14. The question is whether there will be some sudden shocks or surprises, given the addition of another Uranus aspect forming, this time with potentially explosive or violent Mars…tune in to find out more!See you then, namaste…

JOIN SHERI HORN HASAN @ FOR THIS WEEK'S ASTROLOGICALLY SPEAKING PODCAST WHICH DROPS MAY 16 @https://www.karmicevolution.com/astrologically-speaking It seems clear now in hindsight that the May 12 Scorpio Full Moon asked us--& asks us still in the waning portion of this month's lunar cycle--to release any attachment to making sudden changes in, or reversals of, long held, deeply felt values. In essence, the May 12 lunation served as a warning that a sudden change in values may not serve the overall evolutionary process--which understands that things cannot remain the same forever but also that change must occur slowly because that is how the evolutionary process works. Ergo, we need to release our tendency to decide to suddenly do an about face vis-a-vis our long held traditional values. This becomes even clearer when we remember two things: That Pluto is now transiting through the Uranus-ruled sign of Aquarius, denoting that evolutionary change over the long term is necessary & that it may be led by the eventual progressive empowerment of groups; & that the U.S. is undergoing still its Pluto return which began in February 2022.The Taurus Sun normally does not like change. It likes its creature comforts & finds security in its resources, including land, money, and its physical body & possessions. In short, Taurus is reluctant to change what it deems pleasurable. And what's pleasurable is what Taurus values. However, when the Taurus Sun exact conjoins sudden change maker Uranus on May 17—particularly in stubborn change resistant Taurus—the Uranian principle that the longer change has been resisted the more sudden & shocking it will seem when it inevitably occurs becomes prevalent. In addition, Uranus, which rules Aquarius, tends to bring us sudden—sometimes shocking & often unexpected—revelations with lightning speed that provide us stark clarity. That's why astrologers often refer to Uranus as the “great awakener.”The Sun also represents the leader in mundane astrology. And, what's changing rapidly now is related to his or her personal values, rather than those of the collective (read: the people.) Given that Neptune's now in Aries, we are seeing an awakening, or new birth if you will, of the need for freedom of choice within the greater collective, especially in America. And this has presented us with a dilemma in terms of this nation's long held values around equality & freedom from tyranny. The current U.S. Pluto return, in effect for several years ahead still, denotes that adaptation will be necessary in order to avoid total extinction of the democratic process here. This podcast takes a deep dive into the sudden, recently attempted changes to both the 236 year-old U.S. Constitution & its long held & accepted legal premise around issues such as habeas corpus & the right to due process, the emoluments clause, birthright citizenship, and more. While it's true that the U.S. Constitution is in need of a modern-day upgrade, sudden change is not the way. That's because we don't want to throw the baby out with the bathwater in terms of its basic principles such as that “all men are created equal,” and that the U.S. Government is one “of the people, by the people, for the people.”What will be necessary in the years to come, under the tutelage of Pluto in Aquarius, will be an update to the meaning of these words. “All men,” for example should not mean only White male Christian aristocratic landowners or corporate robber barons. It must extend its humanitarian Aquarian nature into a more collectively Neptunian sense that ALL humans deserve equal rights—including minorities, women, immigrants, LGBTQ+, etc.--& that corporations & billionaires must not tyrannically control the masses. These are the immediate issues to ponder as transiting Jupiter in Gemini forms a square to the transiting Virgo South Node & Pisces North Node, which urges us to move away from trying to control every aspect of our environment & toward relaxing into a more empathic, inclusive one. This is especially true right now in terms of Jupiter-related archetypes: law, immigration, higher education, religion, & a free press (read: freedom of speech.) As we move toward the third quarter monthly “crisis in consciousness” lunar square of the Aquarius Moon to the Taurus Sun on May 20, the tension between groups of people and a stubborn pleasure-loving executive may become even more palpable. Perhaps objections by the people to our president accepting a $400 million “palace in the sky” jet from Qatar IS a violation of the American Constitution & a step too far, eh?When the Sun enters Gemini later that day, perhaps there will be an about face, as Gemini can be fickle. And, since America's current president's natal Sun/Uranus conjunction in Gemini has proven to be part of how American policy is decided at this point, a change of mind is always possible. If nothing else, the Gemini archetype is good at both being mentally adaptable as well as adept at making an about face.Next week's Mercury/Uranus conjunction in Taurus may well lead to an unexpected announcement of some kind by May 23, especially since Mercury enters its own sign of Gemini May 25. Perhaps more deals will be made & announced, who knows? We already have a lot of that going on, including the possibility of some kind of move toward a resolution of the war by Russia against Ukraine based on current discussions between the two now.Meanwhile, there's lots to say about Saturn's upcoming entrance into Mars-ruled Aries on November 24, too, so be sure to tune into https://www.karmicevolution.com/astrologically-speaking starting today May 16, & catch up on all the latest Astro News You Can Use! Sheri Horn Hasan's “Karmic Evolution's Astrologically Speaking!” podcast--which drops Friday, February 7—is BAAAAACK! Listen here: https://www.karmicevolution.com/astrologically-speakingThis week's Astro News You Can Use includes a look at how--as we approach the Feb 12 Leo Full Moon--the world has been watching as those in the U.S. begin to wake up to a new reality within its governing structure and to fight back. There is no doubt, since the January 29 Aquarius New Moon & the direct stations of Uranus & Jupiter, that the news has been flying so fast and furiously that it's been difficult to keep up most days unless you're a diehard news addict. No wonder sudden shock (Uranus=sudden change) related to codified U.S. law (Jupiter=law, immigration, higher education, religion, philosophy, ethics & morals) has shaken many American's faith in their governing systems.Venus represents who we value as partners, finances, and what we do to earn our money, a.k.a., work, or our “jobs.” And now, since Venus in Aries sextiled Pluto on February 7, these most unconventional—and many say illegal—orders out of President Trump's White House have prompted legal push back. And the fight (Aries) over governmental finances, jobs, & between existig allies & trading partners (Venus) continues. The opportunity to fight back against Plutonic efforts to disempower people by imposing tariffs against allied trading partners, withholding funds from Americans, laying off government workers, discontinuing funding for charitable efforts, etc., has began to bear fruit, considering that a double-digit number of lawsuits have been filed to date. And word has it there will be more anon…after all, the Jupiter mission, now direct, is expansion, lol... We wait to see if there are any new major shocking announcements of the legal sort between now & February 9's Aquarius Sun/Mercury conjunction, Mars/Saturn trine, February 10's Mercury/Uranus square, & February 11's Sun/Uranus square, as we head into the February 12's Leo Full Moon.We do know that Trump's been experiencing a square from transiting Saturn in Pisces from his 7th House of partnership to his natal 10th House Gemini Uranus (which conjoins his Gemini North Node & Sun there), likely spurring his need to shock through unconventional pronouncements. Since several judges have stayed his Executive Orders on issues concerning U.S. birthright, stoppage of funding via USAID, lay-offs of federal workers, granting non elected individuals access to the Treasury Department's payment system, and more, to date, we may well have Saturn to thank. Especially since transiting Saturn will go on to exact square his natal Nodes, Sagittarius Moon, & Gemini Sun--all by April 12, we may see more delays or shut downs of these efforts. We shall see...This Leo Full Moon forms a fixed cross as the Leo Moon opposes the Aquarius Sun & both luminaries square Juno in Scorpio (the partner in the sign of joint resources) opposite Uranus (sudden change.) This period will likely shock even more people out of their complacency over Trump's attempts to take a wrecking ball to America's usual civil & legal structures. Some are calling this a coup from the inside, which puts a new slant on Trump's “deep state” propaganda to mean that HE is the “deep state.” *(Well, it wouldn't be the first time that he is what he projects others to be, right?)Meanwhile, we delve into the meaning of the recent shift of the transiting nodal axis into a Virgo South Node & Pisces North Node, & take a look at the health implications (not only for the U.S. but for the world) since the Hygeia's (asteroid goddess of health) conjoined with the dwarf planet Eris, the goddess of chaos & discord on January 9. This as we await whether the February 11 Senate voters confirm that RFK, Jr., will become our next U.S. Secretary of Health & Human Services. This, as wounded healer Chiron in Aries (wound around the previous inability to take action or to be proactive) heads toward its exact conjunction with Eris on May 26. A lot will likely happen between now and then, given other major astrological shifts coming up, so we'll wait, and watch, and see…Join me now for this interesting and timely podcast @ https://www.karmicevolution.com/astrologically-speaking and I'll see you then! In episode 108 astrologers Kristina Martin and Tara Redfield take on a couple that has taken the national spotlight after unfortunately losing their home in the Pacific Palisades Fire, former MTV reality show stars of The Hills, Spencer Pratt and wife Heidi Montag (Pratt). The two have been married for over 15 years, so something is working! We start with Spencer's chart and see a hard-working, growth oriented, and sometimes opportunistic Capricorn rising. It's clear that building is the name of his game and with a bold, attention attracting Leo Sun, fame is the vehicle he uses to do it! Then again, we also see a private, resilient Scorpio Moon, and with his house burning to the ground, we are seeing this Moon navigate the loss in real time - he has literally had to rise from the ashes to survive. Next, we look at Heidi's chart and see an innocent Virgo Sun strongly oriented towards perfection - however there's a twist because it gets a square from rebellious Uranus, which can urge her to take things to the extreme...she is known for having ten surgeries in one day! Friendships and community are important to her Aquarius Moon and her deeply intense Venus/Pluto conjunction leans toward serious appearance transformations and dramatic love life. Their synastry shows some equally supportive and challenging aspects. Starting with their "Full Moon aspect" with Spencer's Leo Sun opposing Heidi's Aquarius Moon. This denotes a balance between their outward identities and emotional selves. They also have a loving Venus sextile, and a strong mental connection with Mercury/Uranus connections. However, we also see that Spencer's Neptune makes a square to Heidi's Sun, watering down her individual expression and creating identity confusion. Their Mars/Pluto square can also produce Earth-rattling conflicts. Plus, their Moons are also square...making us very curious to see how they will rebuild a home together knowing they have very different approaches to the domestic side of life! In episode 106 astrologers Kristina Martin and Tara Redfield finish the year with a lasting Hollywood romance, that of Melrose Place actress and Real Housewife of Beverly Hills, Lisa Rinna and her husband, actor Harry Hamlin. This couple has been married for over two decades! We investigate to see what's working between their planets! First, we start with Lisa and discover a water dominated chart, including a grand trine between the Sun/Mercury, Moon, and Neptune making her sensitive, emotionally deep and very compassionate. However, there is a strong fiery spark with Jupiter in Aries making a square to her Cancer Sun, revealing a highly independent and outspoken identity. Adding a Venus/Uranus sextile, we see that her approach to artistic/beauty projects and making money is definitely unique and unconventional. Next, we analyze Harry's chart and are not surprised to see this two time "Sexiest Man Alive" winner with a Sun and Moon conjunction in seductive Scorpio and a charismatic Venus/Mars conjunction in Virgo. This indicates a man with a high libido with a charming and attractive exterior. We also see a Mercury/Uranus trine, demonstrating heightened intelligence and a sharp mind. Together, their synastry reveals the highly desirable Mars/Venus conjunction - proving there is a powerful attraction and natural compatibility. This is a "love at first sight" connection! Then they share trine mercuries in sensitive water signs, which makes for good listening and flowing communication and understanding. We do see a Saturn/Venus square telling us there may be disapproval and disagreements at times. There is also a Sun/Neptune square that can cause insecurity and doubt when it comes to vitality and personal power. With 26 years of marriage under their belt, these challenges have likely been worked out. Listen in to hear which Venus score we gave this long-lasting couple! JOIN SHERI HORN HASAN @ KARMIC EVOLUTION DOT COM for a new podcast that drops October 25 & reviews this month's lunar cycle—as we head toward the November 1 Scorpio New Moon! We'll trace Sun/Pluto cycle of empowerment/disempowerment in the charts of the two U.S. presidential candidates as it reached its waning square just before the Sun moved into Scorpio October 22. We discuss also if this election's October surprise involves the word “fascist” since the revealing (Mercury's in Scorpio now!) of a certain past president's “fascist tendencies” at the third-quarter lunar square of the Leo Moon to the Scorpio Sun October 24.It pays now to remember that the Libra New Moon solar eclipse on October 2 asked us to plant seeds that could grow into a stronger sense of how to become our own best partner without the need to rely on others, especially if/when those relationships prove unsustainable and/or toxic. The Aries Full Moon October 17 then asked us to release any of these partnerships that no longer sustain us in healthy ways and asked us to continue to think and act independently, free from the influence of others. And now--as we reached the “crisis in consciousness” third-quarter lunar square October 24--& we're eleven days from one of the most important elections in U.S. history, we're faced with taking what we've learned since the Libra New Moon on October 2, which carried the them of loss & separation. Can we shed “old patterns & beliefs that no longer serve our highest good,” as renowned astrologer Dane Rudhyar described this portion of the lunar cycle? Especially as these old patterns relate to this month's lunar cycle theme of partnership? In short, it's decision time! Aiding us during this lunar cycle's waning period Venus in Sagittarius's square to retrograde Saturn in Pisces on October 28, as we grapple with what Rob Hand in his “Planets In Transit” book calls the necessity to “separate yourself from the illusions that run through even the best relationships & to look at what is really there.”Given that voting is done in secret, a nod to Scorpionic archetypal energy—it's not a bad idea to heed Hand's advice be “have awareness of yourself as an independent, even isolated human being, realizing that no one can get inside of you and feel what you feel. This may, in fact, be heightened by the Mercury in Scorpio opposition to retrograde Uranus in Taurus by October 30, followed by Mercury trine to retrograde Neptune in Pisces October 31 & the November 1 Scorpio New Moon. The Mercury/Uranus opposition October 30 may result in revelatory “secrets” coming at us rapidly—causing shock & surprise which cause us “aha!” moments. Perhaps the October surprise period will not have ended until then with the U.S. presidential election then only seven days way, who knows? However, the Mercury/Neptune trine that follows on October 31 may result in a more empathic mindset; one where we feel more sympathetic toward others and “genuinely want to aid anyone who needs your help…” according to Rob Hand.Hence, by the time we reach the Scorpio New Moon on November 1, we'll be ready to plant seeds that allow us to better understand how we really FEEL deep down in our bones about who we can trust. That's because we'll be fine-tuning the deep bonded trust we have in ourselves. As Polonius said in Shakespeare's “Hamlet”: “This, above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man.”Don't miss Karmic Evolution's Astrologically Speaking podcast @ KARMIC EVOLUTION DOT COM--or any of your favorite podcast stations—which drops October 25! In episode 96 astrologers Kristina Martin and Tara Redfield take on A-List Couple, Oscar-Nominated Naomi Watts and Emmy-Winning Billy Crudup. First, we dive into Naomi's chart and find a mysterious, alluring, and shy Scoprio rising. Then we notice she has Neptune in the first house which gives her great strength at shape shifting for acting roles, but Chiron in Aries tells us that identity and confidence is no easy feat for her. Her Sagittarius moon tells us she's a natural in the business of publication and being an advocate for her own truths. She will be releasing her first book, Dare I say It, in January 2025. Next, we look at Billy's chart and see an interesting stellium in Cancer. Yes, there is a strong sense of masculinity with Mars and the Sun conjunct, there is also noteworthy moodiness and gentleness behind the bravado thanks to this watery placement. A Venus/Pluto connection tells us there is depth and a need for intimacy, but a Mercury/Uranus aspect shows scattered and anxious energy. Born months apart, they share many of the same outer planet placements, telling us they're learning similar lessons. With conjunct Sagittarius Moons, a very strong connection, supports mutual emotional understanding and a shared love of adventure. Their airy trine Mercuries tell us that their communication is open, honest, and clear-headed. The trouble could lie in Billy's challenging T-square and Naomi's unaspected Sun. We see conflicting egos and potential emotional unpredictability. Listen in to hear what Venus score this couple received! Romance is in the air this week with the Full Moon in Capricorn and the Venus-Jupiter Alignment that's coming up, it is a good time to write down and visualize what you are looking for and the kind of relationship you want to attract in your life. There is, however, a bit of caveat to that as there will be a Mercury-Uranus clash that might bring unexpected news.Overall, this week's Astrology is quite positive. We are getting a harmonious aspect between the Sun and Neptune which is great for meditation and chanting. If you are having a hard time sitting still and starting to get in the zone, I suggest putting on Solfeggio Frequencies to get you started. I previously interviewed healer, Kim Hanlon, who explained how these frequencies can help us and which ones can help a specific need. It is also the time to start thinking about the rest of your life: What is it that you really want for your life? What part of your life is toxic? Where are the power struggles in your life? This is the second consecutive Full Moon in Capricorn. We briefly touched on it in last week's episode as the Full Moon happens this Sunday. When you get a Full Moon in your chart, a tug-of-war is created there. Understanding where in your chart it is taking place can help you understand what you need to release or submit to the divine. Two Full Moons in a row like this one gives us a second chance for release and letting go.And by releasing things that no longer serve us, we can raise our vibrations and that makes us stronger manifestors.Key Takeaways00:00 Introduction02:10 Astrology of the Week10: 53 Two Full Moons in Capricorn in a Row20:39 Oracle Card of the Week24:16 Q&AJoin the Mainly Moonology inner circle: https://mainlymoonologymembership.com/––Follow Yasmin on socials:✨ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/yasminbolandmoonology ✨ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/moonologydotcom/––Mainly Moonology is a podcast for people looking to manifest their dream life leveraging the power of the moon. In this episode, I cover the highlights of the week of May 26- June 2, 2024 which brings us a Mars / Chiron conjunction, a Mercury / Uranus conjunction, and more.
In this weekly podcast, depth psychotherapist and astrologer Shawna McGrath shares the astrology of this week from a psychological perspective. This week's astrology of May 27th - June 2nd continues our experience of the curious and questioning style of Gemini season with Sun-Venus-Jupiter still freshly in Gemini. The Third Quarter Moon in Pisces on Thursday 5/30 brings a sense of assessing where you're at with things now and how you'd like to proceed in the future. Mars conjunction Chiron in Aries brings a potential for taking direct active steps toward healing. There's also a theme around determining how you can protect or advocate for yourself (either externally or internally by making space for your own feelings). Mercury will conjunct Uranus in Taurus, symbolizing an awakening of unconventional ideas, insight, and maybe an unexpected reframe around a situation in your life. Finally, Jupiter in Gemini will make a helpful trine to Pluto which supports your expanding your capacity for depth and intensity of experience. Wishing you a most easeful week
I will die in a moment like this, And I intend to go with a smile, Knowing that I gave it my all, And went the extra mile. ☉ How about flying that extra mile and joining me LIVE in Bali or Patagonia for some real astrology, yoga, group work, inner work, and MORE? The good news is that both events are filling up and are sure to happen. So you gotta email us and tell us you're coming to save a spot! Check them out: https://bit.ly/kaypacha-events As astrologers, we would be remiss not to consider what is happening in both the collective consciousness and the collective unconscious and the effect this energy has on us all. The amount of stress and tension in our world today can weigh heavy on us, and the uncertainty of the future can leave us feeling anxious, sad, and distraught. Therefore, this Pele Report does not follow my usual sequence of looking at the individual aspects so much as the inner soul challenges that we face during this Scorpio season. I did mention the Sabian symbol for the Sun/Jupiter conjunction that occurred last April 12 (“The Gate to the Garden of all fulfilled desires”). The seeds that were sown at that time are now at the “full Moon” phase and in need of being expressed and made manifest. It is a good image to meditate on! I didn't get to the Sabian symbol for the Mercury/Uranus conjunction at the 21st degree of Taurus on June 5. As Mercury is the lower octave of Uranus, let us understand that this cycle involves downloading, integrating, and expressing our unique genius despite our socio-cultural conditioning. The keynote for that Sabian symbol is “Learning to discern what in your culture and religion is meaningful to you personally.” To me, this is a reminder to not be sucked into the Wetiko (mind virus) that is being perpetrated upon humanity at this time but to break free in our thoughts, words, and actions. Lastly, the third opposition this week between Venus and Neptune has its roots in the conjunction that occurred at the 25th degree of Aquarius last January 24 (can you remember back that far?). Again, Venus is the lower octave of Neptune, so we see that now is a time when our desire to bring unity, love, and compassion (Venus/Neptune) to all our relations, particularly the society we live in (Aquarius), is at the evolutionary gate of externalization. It's time to “give it our all and go the extra mile” by holding the promise of peace, compassion, and love in our hearts! Here is the link to the pdf of the Sabian symbols if you don't have it yet! You need to scroll down and find it. In Episode 52 astrologers Kristina Martin and Tara Redfield are joined by a special guest, fellow astrologer and energy reader, Alma Davenport, who is launching her new website, www.divineperspectives.co, soon! The three of us take on long-term (and newly divorced) couple Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness. The news of this split was shocking to everyone as the couple had been together for 27 years and share two children together. We decided to analyze their charts to see where the weak link may have been in their synastry. First, we explore Hugh's chart and come across a social, charming, and intellectual Libra Sun (just in time for Libra season)! Although with a Saturn opposition, we know that he's equally serious, restrictive and slow-moving. We also encounter a precise Mars in Virgo, demonstrating another point of hard work and exactitude. Lastly, we see a bubbly and changeable Gemini Moon. Next up, we look at Deborra-Lee's chart and immediately encounter half of the chart in fire signs! This makes her passionate, excited, and willful. Born under a Gemini eclipse, she can command attention and raise awareness, and does so through her work in adoption advocacy. We also run into a Scorpionic Mars making her private and deeply motivated. Together we first find matching Gemini Moons which can feel cozy and immediately familiar to each other. We do also see a Mercury/Uranus connection that tells us there was a lot of excitement between the two, even after being married for nearly 30 years! Conversely, a Mars square to her Sun and Moon makes for a more challenging aspect, with the Mars becoming paternalistic and perhaps too sharp for her sensitivity. We know this relationship sadly came to an end, but listen in to hear our take on what aspects may have caused the separation and what Venus score 3 professional astrologers dish out! In episode 51 astrologers Kristina Martin and Tara Redfield take on the not-so-surprising coupling between Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds! This couple first met on the film set of "The Green Lantern" in 2010, then started dating in 2011 and were married in 2012. Let's look at their synastry! Firstly, we look into Ryan's chart and discover a refined Virgo rising with a prominent and emotionally intense Scorpio stellium in the second house of values and material security. This would also explain his many business ventures and his charming allure. In fact, we find he was born on a Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio! So, the themes of ownership, control, and values are heavy-duty for this Green Lantern. Next, we look into Blake's natal chart and discover she has Leo Rising - of course she has a luxurious, thick blonde mane and takes pride in her appearance! As she should, since we also encounter a meticulous Virgo stellium in her first house, telling us she is all about efficiency, preciseness, and perfection. Discovering a Moon/Saturn square tells us that her emotional side is harder to access. Comparing the charts of these two, we can immediately see the compatibility! Their Scorpio and Virgo stelliums show incredible support for each other. Their sextiled Suns which means they do not dim each other's light and with matching Mercury/Uranus sextiles an injection of levity and intellect can help them communicate freely. We do spot a tricky Pluto/Moon/Uranus conjunction which indicates lengthy and intense fighting, but with the mutual support from their individual stelliums, this New Moon couple might just be alright. Listen in to hear the Venus score from this lovable duo! I must carry on my Holy Quest, Searching the north, south, east, and west. For there is more I wish to know, Penetrate, ingest, transform, and grow. ☉ I will say that with all the astrology I have done over the years and as long as I have been following the planetary cycles, this is one of the best weeks ever! What do I mean by that? I mean that it is a week where you may meet someone special who arrives in your life at this time to heal, teach, or point you in the direction of your soul's evolutionary path. If not a person, keep your eye out for a new teacher, set of teachings, workshops, videos, or blogs that come your way, as the future is positively impacting the present right now. If you are seeking deeper meaning, purpose, or intention in your life these days, pay super close attention not only to what appears in your outside world but also in your inside world. Your guidance may come through your body with the Jupiter/node and Mercury/Uranus conjunctions, both happening in Taurus, the sign of our physical bodies. Our bodies are our teachers, constantly giving us subtle hints (that can grow into symptoms) when we are on/off track. Listening inwardly can bring a wealth of guidance and info on which way to go and with whom. While the full Moon in Sag traditionally favors both short and long-distance travel, with today's technology, “foreign” (new and unfamiliar) ideas, inspiration, and understanding can come via the internet if you're not mobile. The Jupiterian expansion can also come through the creative process of manifesting your heart's desire. We can “learn by doing,” as any artist will tell you! When you express yourself, you see yourself, can change yourself, and develop new avenues, awareness, and techniques as you evolve and discover yourself. So go for it! This week's song is Sail Away ⛵ https://youtu.be/2zkjQVh5KmQ If you'd like insights into your natal blueprint concerning another's, join me this weekend for The Astrology of Relationship, Part Three: COMPOSITE CHARTS! This weekend and the third weekend of June, we'll show you how to combine two people's charts and use them to determine the relationship's purpose, strengths, and challenges. It will be AMAZING! IT'S PISC!ES TIME! LET'S MAKE THE UNCONSCIOUS CONSCIOUS & COMMIT TO CREATING A BETTER FUTURE WORLDHi everyone, it's Sheri Horn Hasan from "Karmic Evolution's Astrologically Speaking!" with this week's Astro News You Can Use!The waxing energy of this week's February 19/20 Pisces New Moon conjunct Saturn in Aquarius calls us to commit to the hard work of visualizing a concrete plan for a better future. The Sun in Pisces until March 20 offers opportunities to become conscious of how our unconscious drives--those based on past habitual behavior—no longer serve us.And how, through this knowledge, we may escape playing the victim & take responsibility for our own thoughts & actions. Venus, newly in Mars-ruled Aries until March 16, can motivate us accomplish this, as Mercury's sextile to wounded healer Chiron February 20 helps us find innovative solutions to healing both collective & personal wounds now.Mercury in Aquarius's square to Uranus in Taurus February 21 brings rapid revelations—so jot down any exciting new thoughts--but watch for nervous scattered thinking & try to remain flexible. And check the news for surprise announcements, such as President Biden's sudden trip to the Ukraine to pledge continued U.S. support (read: commitment) to fend off Russian aggression...Sadly, we also learned with shock & surprise of another (6.4) earthquake hitting the same regions in southern Turkey & northern Syria on the heels of the February 6 massive quakes that killed 46,000 & wounded or displaced hundreds of thousands more. However, Mercury's airy trine to Mars in Gemini February 22 helps increase our focus again by providing us the necessary energy to better handle our thoughts now. This waxing portion of Pisces New Moon's cycle advocates becoming who we want to be, but only through clarity of intention, committed hard work, freedom of expression, and the acceptance of the world as it is right now. Only then can we envision that what we wish for (read: dream of) can be successfully concretely manifested: A better world future for all!Our resolve to remain committed to more than just a dream will be tested at the first-quarter mutable lunar square of the Gemini Moon to the Pisces Sun February 27, when what we hear or see may not represent the truth, the whole truth, & nothing but the truth.Best to check & doublecheck any information's sources for accuracy as we wax into this monthly lunar time of taking action toward materializing our goals & desires. In short, this is a time to work hard toward concrete manifestation by the Virgo Full Moon March 7--when, coincidentally, Saturn enters Pisces!Namaste... CRAVING MORE ASTRO NEWS YOU CAN USE? Check out Karmic Evolution's recent podcast during which we discussed the repercussions of how the Venus/Neptune February 15 conjunction sparked global empathy & compassion for victims of February 6's Leo Full Moon square Uranus's earthquake in Turkey & Syria. And, likewise, how the U.S. witnessed the heartfelt offers of assistance to Michigan State University students by local residents as the search for a gunman--who left three dead and five wounded--was ongoing at the East Lansing college campus & surrounding neighborhoods. Also discussed was Nikki Haley's announcement of her presidential ambitions February 14--spurred perhaps by both the waxing Sun/Saturn conjunction in Aquarius, which perfected February 16, & Venus's pending entrance into Aries at the February 19/20 Pisces New Moon! And, of course we delved into the deeper meaning of the Pisces New Moon/Saturn conjunction in terms of group protests & how this relates to the upcoming entrance of Pluto into Aquarius March 23!WHAT'S ON TAP THIS WEEK?KARMIC EVOLUTION PODCAST SCHEDULE CHANGE!Join me for more in-depth Astro News You Can Use at KARMIC EVOLUTION DOT COM when the next podcast drops Friday, February 24 at 11 a.m. PT & 2 p.m. ET! We'll look at how this week's Mercury/Uranus square February 21 (just following the Pisces New Moon conjunct Saturn in Aquarius) resulted in several surprise announcements that affect us all. And, what we can expect when Venus joins Jupiter in Aries March 1/2, Mercury conjoins Saturn in Aquarius & then enters Pisces March 2, & Venus waxes into a conjunction with wounded healer Chiron in Aries March 3!The latter may well prove a foreshadow for the Jupiter/Chiron meetup in Aries March 12.All this & more as we anticipate Saturn's entrance into watery Pisces March 7 just following the Virgo Full Moon!Be sure to have a listen--live or later-- and while you're there, download your free copy of renowned evolutionary astrologer Steven Forrest's advice about How To Keep Your Sun Sign Happy!Namaste...

This week: Mercury in sleepy Pisces wakes up with an exciting sextile aspect to Uranus, on the Sabian symbol, A man handling baggage. Shall we take this as a gentle suggestion to sort out our own baggage, particularly the emotional kind? April's advice is to choose a focal point for sorting out, such as a cupboard or a small closet - a manageable project that won't overload your Mercury mind. A square aspect between Venus (the planet of love) and Uranus (planet of disruption) could spell problems for romantic relationships and bank accounts. Helpfully, Venus is in Aquarius, a sign that doesn't mind shaking things up. Finally, let's throw an astrological New Year's party as the Sun moves into Aries! This week, one of the year's biggest events in astrology: the United States Pluto return! This is the first time that Pluto will have completed a full orbit since the founding of the United States. While some may think that this spells the end of the international dominance of the States, it's actually more of a sign of transformation rather than a definitive ending. We may expect to see dramatic shifts in political and economic power, and a change in how we use our natural resources. There are several important dates on the calendar for this particular Pluto return, so stay tuned for further developments. Later in the episode, April walks you through the Sagittarius Last Quarter Moon and this week's void-of-course Moon periods; Venus and Mars check in with Neptune; and an innovative but tech-tickling Mercury-Uranus square. Finally, April answers a listener question about the role of sect in your birth chart! Registration is open through Feb. 21 for April's Fundamental of Forecasting course - classes begin Feb. 26, 2022! Have a question you'd like answered on the show? Leave it here or email April! Astrology forecast for February 19-25 Chris and Almie welcome listeners to Pisces Season and encourage them to check their perfectionist energy at the door and simply enjoy the “pool party” energy that Pisces Season represents. Chris talks about the Mars-Neptune sextile on February 23rd, and advises that February 24th could be an especially chaotic day as the Sagittarius Moon could exacerbate a Mercury-Uranus square and have us saying things we don't really mean and leaping before we look. In “Ask a Scorpio”, Chris challenges Almie to a game called “Capricorn or Pisces.” --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/almie/message
https://astrology.tv/ Professional Astrologer, Kelli Fox, from Astrology.TV gives you an astrology forecast for the week ahead and your weekly horoscope for December 20-26. Be sure to tune in each week to find out what's in store for your zodiac sign. Let me know how your week's going? The early part of this week is thoughtful – innovative, even, with a lovely Mercury-Uranus trine on Monday. Tuesday brings the solstice, that important point of balance between light and dark, and the arrival of the Sun into Capricorn. However, the energies darken considerably later in the week, particularly during the third and final Saturn-Uranus square of the year on Friday. This is tumultuous energy, which on this occasion may well manifest as a battle between the old ways and the new. Expect efforts to change family traditions to be met with much hostility. The situation brightens on Saturday, however, with the second Venus-Pluto conjunction in two weeks reminding us of the power of love and compassion. By the time Mercury sextiles Neptune on Sunday, we're ready to forgive, forget and move on. GET YOUR FREE PERSONALIZED ASTROLOGY MOVIE: https://video.astrology.tv/ Unlock your limitless potential. Be sure to tune in each week to find out what's in store for your zodiac sign. Let me know how your week's going? The cosmic vibes are tense and ill-tempered at the start and end of this week, although there is a very serene interlude in between. On Wednesday, both Mercury and Mars square Saturn in a stand-off that could easily result in stalemate, anger, showdowns or full-scale eruptions, whether in business, on the world stage or in our personal lives. Friday sees a significant note of harmony restored when the Sun trines Neptune in a beautiful show of harmony, compassion and understanding, but this is relatively short-lived. Saturday's Mercury-Uranus opposition raises tensions once more, introducing a note of suspicion onto the agenda and highlighting a lack of trust. https://astrology.tv/ Professional Astrologer, Kelli Fox, from Astrology.TV gives you an astrology forecast for the month ahead and your monthly horoscope for March 2021. Be sure to tune in each monthl to find out what’s in store for your zodiac sign. Let me know how your month’s going? With Mars arriving in Gemini on March 3rd, the month gets off to a curious, inquisitive, sociable start. We will need to be careful about revealing too much information, however, when Mercury conjuncts Jupiter on March 4th. We soon enter a dreamy period, with both the Sun and Venus in conjunction with fairytale Neptune, ahead of the New Moon in Pisces on March 13th which is also conjunct Venus. Romance is high on the agenda during this period, but we should be aware of the thin line between fantasy and reality. Two helpful sextiles to Pluto, one from the Sun and one from Venus, make teamwork easier between the 16th and 18th, and when the Sun shifts into Aries at the equinox on March 20th, there’s a real sense of a fresh beginning in the air. The constructive vibe continues when Mars trines Saturn on March 21st; the Mercury-Uranus sextile on the same day points towards innovative solutions and brilliant ideas. Watch out for raised tempers and a lack of patience around March 23rd, when Mercury squares Mars. Passions are also increased when the Sun conjuncts Venus in warrior Aries on the 26th. The Libra Full Moon on March 28th has a calming, diplomatic vibe, but this lunation is opposed by Venus and Chiron and quincunx to Uranus so anyone bearing a grudge may feel prompted towards drastic action. The month ends on a busy but doable note, with sextiles to Saturn from Venus and the Sun on the 30th and 31st respectively - this is an excellent influence for pushing ahead and making progress.
Mercury has been the star of the show over the past few days making critical aspects with Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Mars.....today we break down what the Mercury/Uranus square could mean for you. Don't be surprised if you're surprised! There could be big news headed your way.
Join accredited professional astrologer, Kelli Fox, on today’s podcast as she shares her daily wisdom about how the planets are affecting us each day. Discover how to make the most of these cosmic energies especially during challenging times. Here’s the overview for today: This is a lovely day for a festive party or get together. The Mercury-Uranus trine is witty and spontaneous, so be prepared to change plans at the last moment – you won’t regret it. For the Earth signs, Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn, this is a fabulous time to catch up with extended family. Relationships are all round warm and friendly, and there is a lot of laughter to be had for all signs. Looking ahead, Sunday’s Sun-Uranus trine is full of brilliant ideas and original innovations. If it’s your birthday today, laughter and companionship will be very healing during the coming year – your best therapy will be the company of good friends. Short: This is a lovely day for a festive get-together, with a witty and sparkling Mercury-Uranus trine.
Join accredited professional astrologer, Kelli Fox, on today’s podcast as she shares her daily wisdom about how the planets are affecting us each day. Discover how to make the most of these cosmic energies especially during challenging times. Here’s the overview for today: Today is the Solstice, and the Sun enters Capricorn. At the same time, Jupiter conjuncts Saturn, in a very rare astrological aspect that occurs only once every couple of decades. This is tumultuous energy, signifying revolutionary change on the world stage – but in our personal lives, it’s Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius who can expect to feel the repercussions today. Expect some instability, but do not panic – staying calm is the key to navigating this transit. Looking ahead, Thursday should be a lot of fun, courtesy of a witty and spontaneous Mercury-Uranus trine. If today is your birthday, you are a changemaker and you may have a major role to play in the coming year. Prepare yourself by focusing on your spiritual calling. Short: Today’s winter solstice also sees the very rare conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn, in a game changing alignment which will have repercussions for years.
Join accredited professional astrologer, Kelli Fox, on today’s podcast as she shares her daily wisdom about how the planets are affecting us each day. Discover how to make the most of these cosmic energies especially during challenging times. Here’s the overview for today: Tech gone haywire? You can blame the Mercury-Uranus opposition at least in part for that. Anything on the cutting edge of newness is likely to face issues today, with the golden rule being that the more essential it is in your life, the more likely the gremlins will come out to play. Patience will fix most problems though, so hang on in there, especially if you’re a Taurus, Leo, Scorpio or Aquarius. Looking ahead, Friday’s Aquarius Moon squares up to Mercury, so something probably gets lost in translation. If it’s your birthday today, watch out for an obsession with the new and the novel during this coming year. No harm in that – but don’t discount the old ways! Short: The Mercury-Uranus opposition may wreak havoc with new technology today.
A tired, post-election April & Jen discuss this week’s planetary hubbub: A final (at last!) Mercury/Uranus faceoff, Venus entering Scorpio on the same day that the Sun enters Sagittarius, and a nice Pisces First Quarter Moon. Sagittarius is a teaching sign, so in that spirit April and Jen offer a mini-lesson on out-of-sign aspects! What are they, why do they happen, and what’s an “orb”? Plus: the soul of a chart, skywriting, and the third base coach is waving you in! Sign up for April's mailing list for updates, a free monthly lunar workbook, AND an email tutorial on the Lunar Phases! Follow Big Sky Astrology on IG, Twitter, and FB @BigSkyAstrology Read a full transcript of this episode. Episode links: 00:30 – In real time, it’s the Monday after the US election, and April and Jen take a little time to discuss how current affairs line up with what’s happening in the skies. (To hear more about the US Pluto return, revisit Episode 29, Neptune Washing Over All, and the US Pluto Return.) And, can you see someone’s soul in the birth chart? Things get deep, which seems appropriate for Scorpio season! . 07:05 – Mercury opposes Uranus in Taurus (Nov. 17), which might indicate an unexpected change in perspective, innovative thinking, or problems with electronics. This is the third and final face-off; to hear about the previous ones, listen to Episode 50, The Grand Cross: Wheel! Of! Fortune! (from Oct. 17) and/or Episode 52, A Scorpio Season of Long Shadows & Fellowship (Oct. 19). This is the midway point of a cycle that began April 30 with the conjunction (Episode 23, Talkin’ Taurus and the Void (Of Course!) Moon). . 09:06 – The Sun sextiles Saturn (Nov. 18/19) at 28 Scorpio, “The king of the fairies approaching his domain.” The planet of structure is on 28 Capricorn, “A large aviary.” Act with confidence, and perhaps you’ll receive offers that could increase your status. (Click here to see April’s collage based on this Sabian symbol!) . 12:52 – Venus is at third base (27°25’ Libra), squaring Saturn at home plate in Capricorn (Nov. 19). If you’ve been working hard to bring good stuff into your life, perhaps Saturn will reward you – he likes hard work! (We hope Coach Taylor is our third-base coach!) This aspect has been building ever since Venus entered Libra on Oct. 27, so if things have felt difficult for you since then, they just might get easier! This is the closing square in a conjunction that began back on Dec. 11 (Episode 3, Gemini Full Moon: Alexa, Play "Love the One You're With"). Venus is on the Sabian symbol “A man in the midst of brightening influences.” Sounds nice! . 15:55 – The Sun enters Sagittarius on Nov. 21 (to stay through Dec. 21) bringing a season of journeys, cultural exploration, higher education, gratitude, and generosity. And Venus enters Scorpio the same day, bringing the possibility of deepening relationships and finding out more about who is trustworthy. . 21:34 – ** MOONWATCH! ** This week’s intuitive First Quarter Moon (FQM) occurs at 00°20’ Pisces (Nov 21). It’s a time to take action related to the New Moon that began last week. The Moon makes a lovely trine to Venus and a sextile Uranus. (Refer to Episode 15, Venus + Pie: 0-29 Degrees of Separation to hear more about planets at 0 degrees of a sign.) . 24:27 – In this FQM chart, the Sun is in an out-of-sign sextile to Saturn. How do we interpret a planet connecting to another planet when it is “out-of-sign,” and how do orbs figure in? A mini-lesson for you! In this case, the Sun has moved past the point where the “exact” connection was made with Saturn, but they’re still being super friendly and waving… or maybe the Sun has a piece toilet paper lingering on his shoe? (To hear more about how elements go together, review Episode 36, A Mini-Class for the Dog Days: Elements & Modalities.) . 29:13 – Head’s up: Keep an eye on Mars, now direct and headed for a square with Pluto (exact Dec. 23) – this is a powerful upcoming aspect, and it will feature in the upcoming Solstice chart. (If you want access to our Dec. 21 Solstice episode, simply contribute $5 or more; you’ll get that episode plus 3 more, and we’ll be so grateful – win/win!) . 31:00 – A big thanks to you, our dear llisteners! Here’s the overview for today: Everything is fascinating today, thanks to the Mercury-Uranus opposition, especially if you’re a Taurus, Leo, Scorpio or Aquarius. Every new piece of information seems to lead to a world of its own and before you know it, hours have passed and you’re now a leading expert on Tasmanian jellyfish. Certainly an interesting day, but it could be hard to focus on what you’re actually supposed to be doing, as opposed to where your interests take you. Looking ahead, Saturday’s Venus-Uranus trine is a fabulous day for grand romantic gestures. If it’s your birthday today, consider a change of career this year. Follow your interests and fascinations so you can do something you truly love. Short: As Mercury opposes Uranus, curiosity leads to interesting discoveries – but focus could be tricky.

Join accredited professional astrologer, Kelli Fox, on today’s podcast as she shares her daily wisdom about how the planets are affecting us each day. Discover how to make the most of these cosmic energies especially during challenging times. Here’s the overview for today: Venus opposes Jupiter today, which could signal a magical love affair – or a romance which is far too good to be true. Coupled with a Mercury-Uranus trine, there are hints of a major surprise or upset here, and some of us may be discovering an uncomfortable truth for the first time. Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces are signs which may take this truth very hard, but any of us could find ourselves shocked and bewildered. Looking ahead, luck is on your side on Friday, when the Moon conjuncts Jupiter. If it’s your birthday today, be very clear in your own mind about what you want. Manifestation depends upon absolute clarity of vision, so work on that this year. Short: Venus opposes Jupiter today, which could suggest deception or illusion in love and money.

April ends with a potential bang of innovation and brilliance. The Mercury-Uranus conjunction is full of creative, scientific and technical potential, especially for the Fixed signs, of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius. Great ideas come thick and fast now, but don’t be surprised if other people think you’re mad. You’re not crazy, honestly. Just way ahead of your time. Looking ahead, be careful not to fall for just a pretty face on Sunday, when Venus squares up to Neptune. If it’s your birthday today, you have some incredible ideas to share with the world. Write – a book, a blog, a course – something. Get your ideas out there somehow. Short: The Mercury-Uranus conjunction ends April on a flash of brilliance and innovation.

Today the Sun will be perfectly squaring Saturn in Capricorn and the Nodes of the Moon. The Moon will be in the sign of Aquarius also squaring Mercury in Scorpio and Uranus in Taurus. Find out why this day is the catalyst for a major pivot with today’s astrology horoscope. Stay to the end to hear the Rune of the Day from Stevie!
Wow! That's a fantastic idea! Nobody has a clue what you're talking about, but it sounds amazing! You can expect this kind of impressed but confused reaction to your proclamations today - because, with a Mercury-Uranus opposition, your brain is on overdrive. For Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius, remember that patience is a virtue. You want to get on with the work, but this isn’t the time. Instead, allow people to absorb and consider – they may need time to catch up. And look objectively at your ideas – you’re moving so fast you might miss something. Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn, are you feeling restless? Is your mind swirling with new ideas? Share them with new people who will challenge your thinking. And then talk to the people you want to support your schemes. If you’re a chameleon-like Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius or Pisces, you might be pretty familiar with those puzzled looks on people’s faces. Your lively mind and ability to change on a dime can perplex some people. Just tweak your approach and dumb it down if you must, and you’ll be fine. Looking ahead, imagination and creativity are on high on Thursday, as the Moon conjuncts Neptune in Pisces.
Yesterday was rough, but as Pluto goes direct today, we can all breathe a sigh of relief. It’s easier now to look at people’s motives and figure out who wants what and why. Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn will especially welcome this gust of Plutonian fresh air. You never do well with behind-the-scenes trickery. Clear up any misunderstandings resulting from yesterday’s energy which may still be lingering. For Aries, Leo and Sagittarius, suppress the desire for power and control this energy can bring, and use the transformational power of Pluto to improve your relationships. Tap into your creativity and spread joy. If you’re a Gemini, Libra or Aquarius, the winds of change are blowing! Use this energy to ground your ideas in the real world. And it’s okay to ask for help. Just be upfront and honest about what you want or need. And for Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces, use this energy to enact positive change in any life situation and create deeper, more stable interconnections with others. This might involve letting go of something, so temper your natural possessiveness and try to be objective. Looking to the future, A Mercury-Uranus opposition means bright ideas are coming fast and furious on Sunday, but will they stand the test of time?
A listener wrote in asking, "Can passion and a healthy relationship exist together? This is a question I struggle with, and so do my close girlfriends." Jessica unpacks this complicated issue. The theme of relationships continues into the horoscope corner with a powerful transit between Venus and Pluto and a curve ball from Mercury/Uranus.
