The series was directed by Shinsuke Sato. Alice in Borderland is a series based on the manga of the same name by Haro Aso, and it is directed by Shinsuke Sato. Those surviving each game receive "visas," which are extended the more they play. If the visas expire, the individuals are executed. In this episode, Michael and Douglas celebrate the phenomenal world building at the core of the series while exploring the intricacies of the provocative and wildly popular season.*Douglas Grant is an author whose first novel, Preemptive, was published in 2010. Preemptive is an examination of the lives intertwined by the cause and effect relationship the U.S. had with Afghanistan in the 1980s. Eine kurze Info vorab: Wir haben dieses Gespräch mit Alexander Sobolla von den Abspannguckern bereits zum letztjährigen #Japanuary geführt. Deshalb sind einige Ankündigungen, bzw. die Vorschau auf das Programm, welche zum Ende der Folge kommen, weit überholt.   Diese verfluchten Zombies! Sie sind einfach nicht totzukriegen. Seit über einem halben Jahrhundert müssen wir uns mit der modernen Form der Untoten herumschlagen und bekommen gefühlt jedes Jahr ein gutes Dutzend neue Filme mit ihnen präsentiert. So auch 2015. Shinsuke Sato, seines Zeichens beinahe schon obsessiver Regisseur von Mangaadaptionen, konnte sich dem Reiz einer Zombieplage auch nicht ganz entziehen. Mit I Am a Hero gelang ihm dabei ein kleines Kunststück. This week, Sean Radican of the “Radican Worldwide” VIP podcast returns to do a Deep Dive into the movies with host Rich Fann. Rich and Sean talk about the all-action “Kingdom,” which was directed by Shinsuke Sato – a veteran of anime and live adaptations – and how his experience lead to a great film. The film focuses on the unity of the Seven Kingdoms in China and the anime-fashioned method of storytelling was a great flourish. If you’ve played Dynasty Warriors, you’ll want to watch this. The pair also review the suspense film “Awake,” directed by Alexandr Chernyaev, a whodunit that features memory loss and murder. It’s the first movie in English by the director, which shows (both positively and negatively) during the film, particularly in terms of how certain plot-points are “yadda yadda’d”!

Sam, Mike and Christian take a look at the 2018 live action adaptation of the smash anime/manga/everything else franchise 'Bleach'. Produced by Warner Brothers and directed by Shinsuke Sato, does this do the franchise justice? Is the hair on point??
