In this week's episode, we are joined by Sinead Hegarty, founder of The Braveway and Tranquility Rings, a podcast host, mindset and meditation expert. She shares her authentic self online whilst diving deep about relationships. She was the big sister Yaz never had and showed so many of us that anything is possible and the freedom we desire can be achieved.Sinead takes us back to 2019 when she first went travelling, her boyfriend had broken up with her after cheating on her and she was going through heartbreak. She realised her self worth was really low and she ended up putting on an inauthentic front to the outside world pretending that she was okay when she really wasn't. She shares how opening up, being her authentic and vulnerable self allowed her to connect with her followers.Since then, Sinead has shown her true authentic self online sharing not only her journey with moving to Australia but her relationships, friendships, mistakes, health struggles and everything in between. She set up The Braveway, has hosted live shows and also her bookclub as an avid reader herself.Yaz and Sinead chat all things human behaviour, emotional regulation, meditation and mental health struggles. Yaz shares how she recently delved into rejection therapy which is what helped Sinead build her confidence in terms of public speaking. It's about putting yourself out there, asking the questions, doing karaoke and making yourself uncomfortable until you're comfortable.Sinead takes us back to the first time she was introduced to meditating by her therapist and wasn't taught properly. She then did her first mediation class with a meditation teacher and fell in love after being taught properly. It's important to trust your inner guidance system what feels good to you and where you want to be. You'll find your way, your passion and your purpose by how and what you feel, and through meditation is a great way to do this!Sinead's LinksFollow Sinead on Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/sineadheg/Sinead Says Podcasthttps://open.spotify.com/show/57jugHtKhXL6uynTKOdBNvThe Bravewayhttps://www.thebraveway.co/thebraveway?fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAaagFy9K3IY4grNSuj6AlVTYdC4WxRQkPZAm46Xzc23Kso7RRKnGdwZ9_UQ_aem_f428kTFTnXXkKKqtvmK3UQYaz' LinksConnect with Yaz on Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/yasminlilyhilsdon/Follow Yaz on TikTokhttps://www.tiktok.com/@yourgirlyazSubscribe to YouTubehttps://www.youtube.com/@yasminlilyhilsdon/videosJoin the CEO Clubhttps://yazhilsdoncoaching.thrivecart.com/ceoclub/FREE Higher Self Meditation Coursehttps://yazhilsdoncoaching.thrivecart.com/higher-self-meditation-course/Book your Empower Hourhttps://yazhilsdoncoaching.thrivecart.com/empowerhour/10% off with EMPOWERHOUR10Apply to become an Empowered Entrepreneurhttps://docs.google.com/forms/d/1BbvW8u_MCRbQw60FD3Dspav7TX0WythsZsE78yhYkJk/viewform?edit_requested=true

Episode Discussion Points: Benefits of being grateful everyday, especially when life feels really difficult. How using a gratitude journal for a year changed my perspective on life and helped time slow down. Why sharing compliments/words of appreciation works both ways and improves relationships (WHEN IT'S GENUINE!) Is it okay to allow yourself to fully accept compliments/rewards and say 'thank you'? Being aware of the 'five love languages' in your relationships and how this will help you become more grateful. Why we shouldn't be comparing our life to others when practicing gratitude. The ways practicing gratitude could benefit today's modern society. Simple exercises to practise gratitude and self love. My first guest needs no introduction. Sinead Hegarty is someone I have followed for quite a long time, and I could not wait to have her on the podcast not only to discuss her personal development and self-care practises, but also to discuss her business and various investments that she has embarked on to set herself up for a comfortable future. Sinead was a wealth of information and was completely transparent in her discussion on how she set up her business, why she set it up and how she manages to maintain creativity within her work day-to-day. Towards the end of our discussion, we also touched on the future of business, the internet and what is to come for online businesses including things like the Metaverse and AI. Moreover, she discussed her various investments, including indices and real estate, which have enabled her to set herself up for a more comfortable future. While Sinead is extremely knowledgeable in self-care, personal development, and relationships, she has also been a very successful businesswoman within her field. Her hard work, dedication and commitment to her company were evident throughout this conversation, and I learned so much from all she'd to say, so I hope you will too. Enjoy!! X Reminder: This is by no means an advisory platform, and all information shared here is simply one person's journey and experience. What you do with any information following this podcast is of your own choosing.

Social media star Sinead Hegarty began sharing her world travels and fashion and beauty finds on Instagram which quickly started to garner attention, followers, and fans. After a sudden breakup with her boyfriend at the time, Sinead turned to learning about human behavior as a way to understand relationships, emotional attachments, and all the changes she was experiencing as a young woman navigating romance and partnerships. Sinead began studying any and all human behavior books she could get her hands on (she names her favorite in this episode!) and as her knowledge grew, so did her fanbase. She shared the ups and downs of her everyday life and all her psychology insights and revelations. She continued to share value with her followers, staying relatable and approachable even when diving into intricate neuroscientific discoveries. Today, Sinead remains an honest, open book with her followers. She maintains her YouTube channel, extensive Instagram videos, and stories as well as her more recent project; her eBook on relationships "You Should Know These Things". If you have an interest in psychology or have ever craved a deeper understanding of topics such as fear, identity, empathy, attachment styles, or spiritual awakening this episode is for you.
