The Brian Keane Podcast is an incredible resource for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. With engaging content and a knowledgeable host, this podcast offers valuable information and practical advice that can be easily implemented into daily life. As a newer listener, I have been consistently impressed with the variety of topics covered and the ability of Brian to keep the audience engaged. It has quickly become one of my favorite podcasts to listen to.
One of the best aspects of The Brian Keane Podcast is the range of topics that are covered. From nutrition and fitness to mindset and personal development, there is something for everyone. Brian and his guests consistently provide actionable advice and tangible tips that can be applied immediately. The podcast not only educates, but also inspires listeners through relatable human experiences and stories.
Another great aspect of this podcast is the honesty and authenticity that Brian brings as a host. There is no sugar coating or false promises here. He provides genuine insights based on his own experiences and expertise in health and nutrition. This level of transparency creates a trustworthy environment where listeners can feel confident in incorporating the knowledge gained from the podcast into their own lives.
While there are many positive aspects to The Brian Keane Podcast, one possible downside is that it may not appeal to everyone's interests. Although the topics covered are wide ranging, they are primarily centered around health, fitness, and personal development. If these subjects do not align with someone's interests, they may not find as much value in this podcast compared to others.
In conclusion, The Brian Keane Podcast is a highly recommended podcast for anyone seeking to improve their overall well-being. With informative content, relatable experiences, and practical advice, it has the potential to positively impact listeners' lives. Whether you are looking to make lifestyle changes or simply gain new insights, this podcast delivers on its promise of providing valuable information while keeping you engaged throughout each episode.

She brings honest, down-to-earth energy to everything she does, speaking about the realities of creating balance across health, mindset, and business. Ian Clark is the CEO of Activation Products, a business built to inspire people to strive for perfect health. At 46, Ian's health started to unravel completely — he had a large tumor near his colon and prostate, significant heart disease, and his liver went off the rails. He was also coming out of a business bankruptcy at the time. He was told he had roughly 1,000 days left to live. He asked his doctor to hold off on surgery for three months and gave himself that time to find a natural path. He started researching everything he could on nutrition and superfoods, completely changed his diet, and began rebuilding from the ground up. He is also the host of the show Younger Than Yesterday Podcast, available everywhere podcasts are found. 1: You mentioned on a podcast that you work 20-30 hour weeks. What do you actually say 'no' to that most people in your position would say 'yes' to?" 00:58 2: What's the loneliest you've ever felt on this journey, not the dramatic rock bottom, but the quiet, invisible loneliness that nobody talks about when you're building something? 14:30 3: You went from primary school teacher to running a very successful business. Was there a specific moment where you stopped feeling like an 'imposter' and actually felt like you'd earned your place? 25:54 4: Most people think the goal is to stop caring what others think. But is that actually true for you? Do you still care — and if so, how do you stop it from running your decisions? 35:56 The Circle group mastermind: https://briankeanefitness.com/online-mastermind Business Mentorship with Brian: https://briankeanefitness.com/mentorship-and-business-coaching

Megan Shtab lost 165lbs and now works as a transformation coach helping women lose 50-100lbs! Her lightbulb moment happened at Disney World in 2018. Even at one of the most size-inclusive places on earth, she struggled. She had trouble getting in and out of rides, the lap bars didn't fit well, she needed constant walking breaks, and at one point, she took my shoes off in the middle of Epcot because her feet were so swollen. She felt embarrassed and defeated. But she also knew something had to change. This was one of my favourite ever interviews that I've done and wanted to share it here. You can follow Unlocking Better here to check out more episodes. _____________________________________________ Best Selling Author, Brian Keane Shares His High-Performance Routines, Habits & Traits Of A Great Role Model Back in 2018, I jumped on a Skype call with Brian to ask for his advice on growing my fitness business while I was still working as a full-time teacher in Abu Dhabi. Since then, my life has dramatically changed, and I owe a lot of my success to the advice and guidance I received from Brian on that call. 7 years later, it was an absolute pleasure to have Brian on the podcast. We talked on a range of topics such as high-performance routines and habits, what a week looks like for Brian as a business owner and dad , and the traits of a great role model... We also dived into some of Brian's hardest moments in life and what he learned from them. This was a raw, open and honest episode, and I am excited to share the conversation with you guys.
