Everyone tells you to post more and stay consistent, but more content isn't a strategy, and it's why most coaches and online business owners are stuck. In this podcast I break down the exact content strategy I use to grow my own business and teach inside The Circle: get ruthlessly clear on who you're talking to, create content across three levels, and pick one platform to go deep on before you expand. Today's solo podcast goes through my most recent 100-mile race in Nevada. The Jackpot 100 is a 2.5-mile loop repeated 40 times for a total of 100 miles. It took me 26 hours and 31 minutes to complete. In today's podcast, I go through my training and diet over the past several months, the actual event itself and everything I learnt during and after the ultra marathon. My recent appearance with Eric Malzone on the Future of Fitness Podcast. You can subscribe to his show here https://futureoffitness.co/episodes ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Brian Keane has built a fitness empire that most coaches only dream about — four bestselling books, over 580 podcast episodes, a top 0.5% global podcast, and more than a thousand coaches trained through his mentorship programs. But before any of that, he was a primary school teacher who realized twenty minutes into his first day that he'd climbed the wrong ladder entirely. In this conversation, Brian breaks down exactly how fitness entrepreneurs, gym owners, and online coaches can stay relevant — and even thrive — as tools like ChatGPT and Claude start answering the same questions clients used to pay for. He walks through his SCALE framework for building an unshakeable personal brand, why chasing universal likability is killing more coaching businesses than AI ever will, and the wild story of how a plane ride home from an ayahuasca retreat turned into a 16-hour writing session that became his most recent book. Key Takeaways:

In this podcast I'm breaking down the 3 steps I used to scale without burning out: 1️⃣ Stop trading time for money — and build one-to-many offers 2️⃣ Build systems, not just skills — so you stop being the bottleneck 3️⃣ Protect your energy like it's your most valuable business asset — because it is

In this strategy session, Brian discusses the importance of storytelling in marketing, particularly in the context of social media. He emphasizes the need for coaches and entrepreneurs to position themselves as guides rather than heroes in their marketing narratives. By sharing personal stories and client successes, they can create engaging content that resonates with potential clients and generates leads. The session also highlights the significance of shifting beliefs and skills to achieve business growth. In this podcast I break down exactly how to turn what you already know into a consistent stream of clients through content — no ad budget required.

Four-time bestselling author, podcaster, business coach, and someone who's actually walked the path most people just talk about. In this episode we go deep on the stuff nobody puts on a highlight reel: how growing up shaped his relationship with money, confidence, and proving himself. How he went from teaching to building a fitness business using nothing but video and Snapchat — before either platform was a "strategy." And how audience-led offers like GAIN Body got built in real time, not from a boardroom. We also get into the part most coaches won't say out loud — money as a tool, not a personality trait. Scarcity mindsets. Lifestyle creep. The difference between ethical selling and pressure tactics. And what it actually costs — relationally, mentally — to scale a business without losing yourself in the process. Ian Clark is the CEO of Activation Products, a business built to inspire people to strive for perfect health. At 46, Ian's health started to unravel completely — he had a large tumor near his colon and prostate, significant heart disease, and his liver went off the rails. He was also coming out of a business bankruptcy at the time. He was told he had roughly 1,000 days left to live. He asked his doctor to hold off on surgery for three months and gave himself that time to find a natural path. A fitness, nutrition, fitness and business mix of questions for today's solo Q+A. 1: Nutrition has changed a lot in the last 5 years — what's one thing you believed about dieting in your early fitness career that you've completely reversed your thinking on? 2: What's the honest truth about how alcohol has affected your performance, recovery, and mindset over the years? 3: How do you train through grief, stress, or emotional chaos — when the gym is the last place you want to be but probably where you need to be most?" — Practical and deeply human. 4: What's something you've changed your mind on completely in the last 12 months - about yourself, not about business or fitness? 5: What does your relationship with money actually look like day to day - spending, guilt, enjoyment - now that you have financial security? 6: How do you price yourself when you're scared you're too expensive? 1: You mentioned on a podcast that you work 20-30 hour weeks. What do you actually say 'no' to that most people in your position would say 'yes' to?" 00:58 2: What's the loneliest you've ever felt on this journey, not the dramatic rock bottom, but the quiet, invisible loneliness that nobody talks about when you're building something? 14:30 3: You went from primary school teacher to running a very successful business. Was there a specific moment where you stopped feeling like an 'imposter' and actually felt like you'd earned your place? 25:54 4: Most people think the goal is to stop caring what others think. But is that actually true for you? Do you still care — and if so, how do you stop it from running your decisions? 35:56 The Circle group mastermind: https://briankeanefitness.com/online-mastermind Business Mentorship with Brian: https://briankeanefitness.com/mentorship-and-business-coaching
