The Brian Keane Podcast is an incredible resource for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. With engaging content and a knowledgeable host, this podcast offers valuable information and practical advice that can be easily implemented into daily life. As a newer listener, I have been consistently impressed with the variety of topics covered and the ability of Brian to keep the audience engaged. It has quickly become one of my favorite podcasts to listen to.

One of the best aspects of The Brian Keane Podcast is the range of topics that are covered. From nutrition and fitness to mindset and personal development, there is something for everyone. Brian and his guests consistently provide actionable advice and tangible tips that can be applied immediately. The podcast not only educates, but also inspires listeners through relatable human experiences and stories.

Another great aspect of this podcast is the honesty and authenticity that Brian brings as a host. There is no sugar coating or false promises here. He provides genuine insights based on his own experiences and expertise in health and nutrition. This level of transparency creates a trustworthy environment where listeners can feel confident in incorporating the knowledge gained from the podcast into their own lives.

While there are many positive aspects to The Brian Keane Podcast, one possible downside is that it may not appeal to everyone's interests. Although the topics covered are wide ranging, they are primarily centered around health, fitness, and personal development. If these subjects do not align with someone's interests, they may not find as much value in this podcast compared to others.

In conclusion, The Brian Keane Podcast is a highly recommended podcast for anyone seeking to improve their overall well-being. Focus, Fitness & Fire To Keep Going - my appearance on The Modern Warrior Podcast!

This is a very powerful conversation I had a wonderful man recently. It goes a little deeper than normal and discusses some uncomfortable topics (so trigger warning has been advised). I'm very grateful for Gavin and his ability to hold the space for a conversation like this.  You can subscibe to Gavin's podcast here: ___________________________________________ In this episode of the Modern Warrior Podcast, I sit down with Brian Keane—fitness entrepreneur, best-selling author, ultra-endurance athlete, and one of the most focused minds I've ever come across. Brian shares powerful insights on discipline, self-awareness, and how to use pain as a teacher instead of a punishment. We discuss the distinction between quitting and pivoting, strategies for staying consistent without burning out, and what it truly means to take ownership of your life. If you're struggling with motivation, clarity, or direction, this conversation is a masterclass in overcoming obstacles and moving forward with purpose. Episode Summary Brian Keane came into the studio with a calm confidence and intense focus that you could feel immediately. His clarity, discipline, and straight-talking mindset set the tone for one of the most insightful conversations I've had on this podcast. We began by discussing his early years and how his identity transitioned from teacher to full-time entrepreneur, highlighting the profound internal changes required to adapt to this shift, including a reevaluation of risk, self-belief, and purpose. Brian spoke about the difference between quitting and pivoting—how he learned that walking away from something that no longer serves you isn't weakness, it's wisdom. A big theme of the conversation was ownership—the idea that no one's coming to save you. If you want something different, you have to take extreme responsibility for where you are and where you're going. He shared how pain can be a teacher. Whether it's emotional, physical, or situational, the key is to sit with it, learn from it, and let it shape—not break—you. We explored his ultra-endurance events and the mindset needed to get through them. For Brian, it's not about willpower—it's about removing the option to quit. When you take quitting off the table, the path becomes clear. Brian opened up about loneliness, burnout, and navigating his internal world—topics that are often glossed over in conversations about high performance. One of the most practical pieces of advice he gave was to match your expectations to your capacity. Most people feel stuck because their ambition doesn't line up with their daily habits. He spoke candidly about self-sabotage, the power of journaling, and how he uses triggers like judgment and comparison as cues for deeper self-reflection. We ended by talking about clarity and consistency. For Brian, it's simple: Get clear on what you want, show up for it daily, and don't outsource your happiness to anyone or anything outside of yourself. This wasn't just a motivational conversation—it was a mirror. One that challenged me to get even more honest about the places where I've been holding myself back.

In this honest and wide-ranging conversation, Anthony reconnects with Brian Keane—author, speaker, and ultra-endurance coach—to explore the line between discipline and dysfunction. They dive into self-doubt, social pressure, and the reality of rebuilding when your goals shift. Brian shares what a decade in fitness has taught him, how he's reframed his training around purpose, and why foundational movement always wins out over trends. From Ozempic to testosterone, strength periodization to mindset shifts, nothing's off the table. If you're feeling stuck, questioning your routine, or just curious about what sustainable growth really looks like—this episode is for you.

BUT... We completely revamped it.  New training programs.. New recipes that plug directly into your favourite food app.. An app that syncs with your favourite third party apps (my fitness pal, Apple Watch etc).. It's taken a while to do.. But I think you'll agree that it's been worth it.. If you enter code "MAYOFFER" at the checkout, you'll get it for €146.    I'm capping it at 50 people as well; so that code will expire once the group is full.    If you have any questions, just let me know and I look forward to working together if you decide it's for you.   Brian    https://briankeanefitness.com/the-keane-edge-program

On the Podcast, Seth and I talked about A LOT, but here are just a few of the topics we covered: - How it can be a struggle to market and build awareness for a fitness brand. - Why moving a fitness business online increases leverage and revenue potential. - How seeking guidance or mentorship early in your career is vital. - Why people should learn from other's mistakes instead of relying on your own experiences. How prioritizing a healthy work-life balance lets you focus on your mental health, family, and personal fitness goals For details on my business coaching, check the link below.  https://briankeanefitness.com/mentorship-and-business-coaching

Matt Dawson is a six-time world-record-holding endurance and adventure athlete who, within a twelve-month period, climbed the highest peak on every continent, skied to the South Pole, trekked solo and unsupported across the Mojave Desert and Death Valley, and rowed across the Atlantic Ocean.  Performing in the planet's harshest environments, he learned that his greatest obstacles don't originate in the outside world, but within himself. That life doesn't have to be a relentless battle against his deepest fears and shortcomings. His new book, Strength In Surrender beckons you to embrace a different path and reveals a harrowing truth: one of the greatest acts of courage is surrender. Surrender isn't giving in, giving up, or going along, but rather choosing to face and release our deepest fears in order to identify more productive ways of meeting our needs. It's a powerful, necessary step to living a life of greater purpose.  Takeaways ·      Physical challenges can help in reconnecting with oneself. ·      Disconnection is a common issue in today's society. ·      Facing fears is essential for emotional release. ·      Reality is not as concrete as we believe it to be. ·      We have the power to shape our own reality. ·      Living with purpose is crucial for fulfilment. ·      Emotional pain can lead to significant breakthroughs. ·      The journey to finding purpose can take time. ·      Engaging in physical challenges can foster personal growth. Living a life of purpose can significantly improve mental health.. ·      Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. ·      No one is truly alone in their struggles; many share similar pains. ·      Embracing discomfort can lead to profound personal growth. ·      Focusing on the process rather than just the outcome is crucial. ·      Surrendering to the unknown can lead to new opportunities for growth. ·      Personal evolution is about learning to trust oneself and others.    (Website) https://dawsonspeak.com (Facebook) www.facebook.com/dawsonspeakcharity (Instagram) Matt Dawson (@dawsonspeak) • Instagram photos and videos (Youtube) Dawson's Peak - YouTube Book:  https://www.amazon.co.uk/Strength-Surrender-expeditions-harshest-environments-ebook/dp/B0D2SFMZJM/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2XM2OC3537I9B&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.brna1_m0VBRdWat1yKILcg.R-xKuvc8u0l3zIWrQnape8tghOqQ58IhXM3rR1NMg64&dib_tag=se&keywords=matt+dawson+surrender+book&qid=1738846837&sprefix=matt+dawson+surrender+book%2Caps%2C51&sr=8-1

Amanda is an alcohol-free lifestyle expert, holistic life coach, speaker, and author.   Amanda's journey shows that you don't need a drinking problem for alcohol to hold you back. Without hitting rock bottom, she discovered during Dry January that sobriety was the key to a more fulfilling life. Since going alcohol-free in 2017, she's been helping others embrace intentional living and unlock their full potential.   Her debut book, Unbottled Potential, is a transformative guide to living alcohol-free, designed to help people manifest success and lead extraordinary lives. Amanda's approach isn't about a temporary challenge—it's about redefining what it means to live fully and authentically through the sober-curious movement. Here are some of the things we talked about in today's podcast:  ·      Social pressures can make sobriety feel isolating. ·      Cutting back on alcohol can be a mental struggle. ·      Going cold turkey can be more effective than moderation. ·      Unexpected benefits of sobriety include increased clarity and creativity. ·      Friendships may evolve as drinking habits change. ·      Embracing discomfort can lead to personal growth and new connections.
