The crew breaks down Eliot Wolf's press conference down further. Jones: I no longer am scared of the Patriots not drafting a receiver. I think since Bill is gone, they are going to hit. Initial reaction to the Indianapolis Colts sweeping the Tennessee Titans. 2 blocked punts! Which was most impressive? Extra point debacles by both teams! Gardner Minshew finally made a few down field 'splash plays'. Was this the turning point for Alec Pierce getting more down field targets? The Indianapolis Colts won, without an effective run game. The Titans had over 175 yards rushing, and still lost. Dropping big interception, forced fumbles, sack numbers, and Blitz percentage, that the Colts have so far! Game experience is starting to help the secondary improve. Opposing teams are focusing on DeForest Buckner, and the other guys winning their 1 on 1's. Do the Colts need another big time Wide Reciever?

On today's episode, Julian “Ju-Ju” Martinez (@JuJuTalksSports) from Slumpbuster Podcast – YouTube is BACK this week for a deep dive into two of the most unique conversations in the NFL right now: Justin Herbert's Career tragectory, playing for a Chargers team that has repeatedly failed to support him over his five-year career, including with a 2nd Coach on the Hot Seat, while also having let the Chargers down in his only playoff game last season. Then, we continue the conversation from Monday around the Miami Dolphins offense, and how I've rethought the way that I think of NFL offense because of the Dolphins developing a Top 3 Offense in the modern NFL centered around a Wide Reciever. Welcome back to another episode of Locked on Seminoles! Drake and Dave continue the way-too-early talk with the start of position previews - beginning with the wide receivers! It's tough to pick a position group on the team for “most improved” and not immediately think of the wide receivers. With a handful of transfers coming in at the position entering 2022, hopes were high for a long-awaited turnaround at the position; and that's exactly what we got. With a breakout season from Johnny Wilson making tough catch after tough catch, to Mycah Pittman proving himself equal parts reliable and hard-nosed, the position finally saw competency and production, allowing Jordan Travis and the offense as a whole to flourish. Entering 2023, the ‘Noles bring back the vast majority of key contributors at the WR position, with Johnny Wilson and Mycah Pittman sure to start; Kentron Portier and Darrion Williamson showing flashes that warrant meaningful playing time; 2022 transfer Winston Wright returning from injury to try to reclaim the all-conference production he generated at West Virginia; uber-talented freshman Hykeem Williams and Vandrevius Jacobs entering the shuffle; and players like Ja'Khi Douglas and Josh Burrell still waiting for a chance to prove themselves. Indeed, the Seminoles return so much talent and production that a productive contributor like Malik McClain departed via the transfer portal. Drake and Dave are here to explain why production at wide receiver should only take another step forward in 2023, offering you their top-5 at the position and a surprise/sleeper candidate to keep an eye on.
