Hampton Dortch is the host of the 'Wake Up and Lead' Leadership Podcast. Josh Swing is the most relational person that I have ever met. He makes everyone feel like they are the most important person in the room. He is Wildsparq's longest employee. He is a massive part of the reason for Wildsparq's success throughout Chick-fil-A. He even hosts a podcast (The Secret Sauce Podcast) with Chick-fil-A operators where they talk about their "Secret Sauce" to leadership. We live in a world full of selfish people, myself included. Josh is one of the few people I know who embodies being a servant leader daily. Something I hear him say (and do) often is "Be interested over interesting." That's enough.
