That first night was a chance to unwind, play games like Cornhole and billiards, and enjoy a great meal together. The following day was full of insightful presentations, starting with our Founder & CEO Tod, and a deep dive into Pipedream Connect led by our Product team. A hike up the mountains of Lake Tahoe followed, with stunning views and memorable conversations that underscored the unique value of being together in person.  Our final day capped off with “Hax Day,” where teams worked to solve prioritized ideas pitched by our colleagues. I even interviewed our Product Manager, Danny Roosevelt, on Pipedream Connect. A quick trip to downtown Truckee with our Head of Revenue, Danny Archer, led to an some fly-fishing, and some awesome pictures by the river. Reflecting on the trip during the long journey home, I realized how much stronger we'd become as a team—not just in our skills but in our connections. From hikes and hands-on projects to sharing meals and stories, this retreat was the perfect reminder of what we can achieve together.
