This topic is important because the Language we use is a reflection of the thoughts that we have. If you don’t like what you are thinking about, change your inner and outer voice and listen to positive words. AND if you are around negative words, and can’t quiet your gremlin voice then a great first step is to change this internal dialogue and external environment and the positive thinking will come. It’s the chicken and the egg between talking and thinking and regardless of where you are at with it all, I think you will get a lot out of our show tonight. We are going to share 5 tips to get you TALKING YOURSELF INTO SUCCESS! Special Guest: Holly Schlacter, military spouse and Level V leader with Roden + Fields dermatologists. The Military Spouse Show. Military Spouse Show - Ep 184 - How to Rev Up Your Morning Routine

Play Episode Listen Later Feb 11, 2016 36:00

On today’s show we are talking about How You Can Rev Up Your Morning Routines and Why It Matters. Military spouses have so many things to balance. We are often so busy coping with the inevitable stress of deployment, moving, and trying to take care of everyone else that we end up neglecting our own needs. We want to spend more time on self-care but often don’t know where to start. There are many examples out there listing the morning routines of wildly successful people, but morning routines are actually very personal. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions. Rather than simply adopting someone else’s routine, you need to design a practice that has staying power to make sure that you’ll be able to maintain it over a long period of time. We find that developing a successful routine is less about the particulars and more about the elements that set a person’s individual stage for success. It’s important to think about the things that really motivate you. Hopefully, these suggestions will give you some ideas for how to develop a fabulous morning routine of your own.  Listen in today! The Military Spouse Show. Insight and Inspiration for Intentional Living.
