The hard problem of consciousness? What problem? A leading neuroscientist shares with us the remarkable facts about what we do know and what we definitely do not know about the brain. In this interview she makes it abundantly clear what the brilliant research promises and also what it has not yet and may never be able to deliver: how the water changes into wine in her own words. A truly enlightening talk with a scientist who robustly veers away from speculation and retains her focus on what neuroscience can do to help people with Alzheimer's disease.

We live in an age of electromagnetic pollution par excellence. We are continuously bombarded by invisible waves emitting from cell towers, computers and flat screens for example. For most this may not be an issue but there seems to be a growing number of people who simply cannot deal with it. These are called electrohypersensitive and it can result in all manner of debilitating symptoms. In this interview the doctor most responsible for proclaiming the benefits of earthing or grounding the body now broaches the potential effects it can have on EHS individuals. She helps us to understand the deeper mechanics of earthing and what we need to do to shield ourselves from unwanted radiation in our technologically advanced culture. With a lot of attention now being focused on 5G cell towers and their potentially damaging effects the timing could not be better to listen to the doctor known as 'The Intuition Physician'. She also shares with us the stiff resistance she faces by exposing the issue of grounding vs electrohypersensitivity whilst using earthing products in your home or office environment. This is key information for all of us since the electromagnetic radiation may not decrease in our lifetimes as more electrical products stack up in our homes and offices and will most probably dramatically increase. We are electrically powered beings ourselves so let's all discover what keeps us in balance and what can be done to mitigate the consequences of EHS.

A war zone birth leads to multiple traumatic events that under 'ordinary' circumstances might generate a life of disability and unsolvable pain. Or, as certain individuals have shown us throughout human history, the suffering itself becomes the balm our soul most deeply craves. We have all heard of those who rise above their own pain and frequently choose the path of service to others as a result. Such an individual is Michael Stone. From a stage set by his mother trying to kill him and then killing herself, through to his own wife being murdered Michael delved really deep. He learned meditation and he learned how to dance firmly into his own body as he studied with Gabrielle Roth. He learned age old knowledge with shamans and gleaned insights from the ways of all wounded healers..the ways to bring us back to congruence, sanity and unity. He then utilized this hard won wisdom to guide organizations around the world including the California EPA, Microsoft, Boeing, Prudential and Humana. He has long been involved with climate change issues and has attended UN COP conferences and also worked for the EU in the finance division. Now he has begun another form of service through his new company Quantum Consulting Group. With his new book now a best seller before it is even published Bernardo Kastrup has taken the metaphysical and scientific world by storm. From his awakening through Salvador Dali's work to his punk rock band and on to a series of serendipity he landed on his feet with the major makeup artists of the era in Los Angeles. They mentored him as he worked for free as an assistant that led to his beginning a very successful career in that industry. From The Howling, American Werewolf and on to Cocoon he was introduced to an entirely new form of horror and SF surrrealism that he was totally ready to do something with. It had always been an intrinsic form of entertainment for the common people until the Edo period when samurai lords decided they would make it their own, thus in a sense fossilizing its ad lib brilliance in favour of a more scripted and sanitized art. Always kept in the rather rarified domain of special families of performers its popularity has waned and many modern Japanese have never experienced its unique dynamism, its sophisticated yet hilarious word play and its multitextured stories. Tadashi Ogasawara, not from any of these traditional families, was suddenly introduced to Kyogen at the age of seventeen and has become a leading innovator and international performer as a result. He had just returned from recent teaching seminars in Europe and Australia as well as at the top school outside of Russia in Canada when we sat down in the empty practise hall to talk. But this interview is not about how to overcome opponents and become a martial arts superman. In fact systema, with a thousand years of history behind it defies our modern classifications of martial arts. Rather than try to explain its unique methods of teaching this interview focuses on the man who practises and teaches it as a way of rather profound personal growth in all areas. Beginning with Ryo taking the leap of faith to move from Japan to the UK and the very stiff challenges he faces as a young student with limited English ability, through to his growing awareness of just how much systema can impact lives, Ryo speaks from the heart with a quiet humility that says it all. Now that systema has rapidly become the martial art of choice for many around the world it is a timely interview with a seasoned practitioner. Welcome to the real twilight zone, the one they will tell you does not exist. New York born Greg Sullivan, mentored by world renowned disclosure expert Dr. Steven Greer, has been teaching ET contact protocols in Japan for years and has a truly unique story to tell of how high level obfuscation, cover ups and sheer bad will have clouded this single most important issue for all of us (in my humble opinion) i.e. extraterrestrial contact. Dr. Greer's decades long effort to clear a path through this murky story have been exemplary and have culminated in the Netflix film Unacknowledged. Greg shows us how not only is disinformation about UFO phenomena the norm but that they are being manipulated through ARV. These are human made and piloted Alien Reproduction Vehicles that form a part of the extraordinary narrative he shares with us. Throughout Japan Greg has taught people how to make contact, film it and document it in a way that is both enlightening and highly enjoyable, thus arresting the tired old image of 'nasty aliens who abduct people'. That was always a con job from the start by three letter agencies. As a contactee myself with years of experience in the field I can attest to the veracity of his statements and fully support both his and Dr. Greer's work. Greg Sullivan is a great example of a man with a clear mission, one that is vitally important now in Japan to clear away so much of the UFO nonsense still being peddled. Bravo!

The allure of zen began to tantalize the West back in the 1960's thanks to the brilliant books of the Japanese scholar and monk D.T. Suzuki and closely followed by eclectic philosopher Alan Watts and many others. They saw in zen perhaps a new clarity that Western religion and philosophy had long forsaken for sophistry,  tepid social morality and born again inanity in many cases. To the true seeker of wisdom zen had none of that and so we saw Bill and Steve, arguably the creators of our internet world take themselves to places like India and Esalen to get a taste of this new kid on the block; Zen Buddhism. Monasteries sprang up in the US and around the world to anchor people in this new approach to reality that could never get defined as this or even that. Zen busted apart all the conceptual greenhouses we tend to warm our spiritual selves inside. It was full of paradox, humour and searing honesty about the human condition. Abbot Muho, born in Germany truly is one of a kind. To become the abbot of a contemporary zen temple, Antaiji in Hyogo prefecture, he had to pursue the path of 'just sitting' for many years. It does not get any more bare naked than this..no sky hooks, no promises of redemption, no heaven awaiting and certainly no place to go feel good about your spiritual 'life'. So what does zen do for you then, you who commit to sitting in zazen (meditation) day after day after day? Find out from one who should know...Information on temple here.

Bilingual and with rich experience in both the US and Japan as a bible teacher, family and marriage counsellor as well as now heading his own Horizon Chapel he is known to deliver five impassioned sermons in one day! He is surely a tireless crusader for the same Holy Spirit that seems to power his every move. Pastor Hirano has recently developed a fascination with the work of holofractographic scientist Nassim Haramein. He sees clear refllections of Biblical knowledge throughout Haramein's theories of the vacuum space full of infinite energy. Well aware of the challenges the established church system around the world faces he draws from the deep well of scripture to show us how Haramein's ideas resonate completely with ancient tradition. Beyond that it seems that in this interview there really has emerged a bridge between the often embattled systems of the left and right cerebral hemispheres of our brains..the rational scientific and the faith based religious. Pastor Hirano has a profound understanding of the Biblical phrase, "Bring me your empty vessels!" Only an empty cup can receive and wouldn't you know it, in a holographic, fractally connected universe each one of us has the capacity to receive infinite amounts of energy. Calling it spirit or vacuum space is simply a linguistic choice. Find out more about Koichi Hirano here.

One day the already well practised flautist was told to blow on a stone flute. This is not exactly an instrument since no human hand had anything to do with its formation. Apparenly small crabs excrete an acidic substance on rocks to slowly create holes into which they will burrow their future homes. This make the stone flute a completely natural creation. To play it then requires an entirely different approach to 'music' as he explains to us. The Shinto priest who encouraged him to start also reprimanded him for having an attitude of 'practise' since this device can be considered a way of inviting the Gods to come to us. "Could you rehearse a talk with God" he quips? Or would you give that moment your full attention, with no intention of showing off, sounding perfect or even making any musical sense? Like a zen riddle you cannot really learn to play the stone flute, you have to just just press it to your lips and see what happens! Tatiana Kassessinoff PhD certainly knows her chemistry and knows how important a role science plays in our understanding of health and well being. She also has a clear understanding of the problems scientists face due to not seeing the proverbial forest for the trees. We constitute the forest and yes we BE the tree. The great dichotomy of delving perhaps too deeply into the chemical engines of our bodies, the protein machines that make us tick, comes down to this: Does it really make us whole, healthy and vibrant as human beings? Given the dismal track record of just how seriously our health has degenerated (if you doubt it walk outside and look at obesity, depression, chronic psycho-somatic syndromes and most of all lack of vivacity) we look deeper into the human condition in this episode. Drawing from a wealth of experience including transformational analysis, shamanism and work for the National Institute of Health in the US Tatiana shows us that rare talent of a true 'mad scientist' i.e. one who can step beyond the confines of a necessarily limited scientific paradigm and join the dots towards holistic wisdom. In an age when we have never become this unhealthy , this confused and this much in a hurry to heal it all with a soundbyte or two, her guidance and her balanced approach could not have come sooner. Professor Gerald Pollack is a world renowned scientist from the University of Washington whose landmark book, The Fourth Phase of Water challenged the long held belief (not fact) that water can only exist as a solid, liquid, or vapour. Long and patient research in his laboratory has revealed one more 'state' or phase of water..closer to a gel or a semi-crystallised snow flake. Even more astonishing that is the kind of water we are made of-in our cellular structures. With great humour and panache Dr. Pollack takes us through and past long held superstitions about water and shows us how light and electricity play a far greater role in water's movement than we have previously assumed. He shows us just how regimented science has become and how to overcome the limitations of its own restictive paradigms through the creation of the Institute for Venture Science. Since water molecules are so abundant in Life his research has literally stunning implications. Listen please and be enlightened!

Parapsychology. How many people have an accredited degree in this field? One. Join Dr. Jeffrey Mishlove in a conversation about his decades long research and sharing of astonishing information about the still emerging new paradigms in science, healing, remote viewing, ancient archaeology, shamanism, dream research, spiritual experience, altered states, the afterlife and the most important of all: consciousness itself. His PBS television program enlightened millions from 1986 for almost two decades before he began the current New Thinking Allowed, available on youtube. He has interviewed hundreds of leading edge men and women in these areas with a careful, erudite and warm personality that this interview will clearly reveal. From the problems he has encountered as the first and foremost researcher to tackle issues that science still continues to belittle, through his singular study of a real psychokinesis subject the PK man, to where we are now in a world still amnesiac to the depths of the human soul he gives us hope and bids us connect as a new tribe of concerned and aware citizens who really need to know. What is the mind? What is reality and how do the two operate? A rare opportunity indeed to hear a truly wise man speak.

Urban shamanism: the proliferation of workshops and actual plant ceremonies in cities across the world is fast becoming a social statement perhaps of our dissatisfaction with the current medical approach to human dis-ease. Daren Ellis, a former graphic design artist provides a 'space' called Aho in East London where people can get connected to the profound power and transformative energy of sacred plants and other shamanic tools for exploring consciousness, purging our bodies of ill-ness and thus creating a stronger possibility of renewal. He shares his experiences with shamans from Siberia to Peru with a quiet understanding and a humble heart. Whether it is the Amazonian tree frog or the now (in)famous use of ayahuasca as well as techno-shamanic tools for hacking consciousness there is clearly a need for new ways and new understanding. This is where the 'archaic revival'  as Terence Mckenna so aptly called it, has resurged  into the social sphere the world's urban jungles..

For over two decades an Australian physicist has championed the revolutionary theory that our universe operates electrically. Though all of our modern science proves itself in mathematical theory it could actually have no true basis in fact. This potentially stunning conclusion becomes inescapable to any open minded enquiry as the interview unfolds. With a precise understanding of hard physics (as it used to operate), and a robust examination of the observed universe Thornhill has used a plethora of approaches to show us the obvious: our universe has its power source in electricity. His rational approach is multidisciplinary whilst never wavering from the fulcrum of real physics. He eschews the largely unintelligible gibberish of mathematical theory and grounds us in a return to sanity in science. Black holes, quantum physics, the expanding universe and multiple secret dimensions, the 'giants' like Einstein etc. all receive a thorough intellectual spanking by this master of understatement and poise. His calm delivery of the most shocking development of science in a century will question your most certain beliefs and give you hope for the future. Prepare yourself to get electrified!

Koichi Hirano has a truly powerful message in this age of lukewarm Christianity, a message of increasing faith and hope just when so many have given up on an ancient religion. With warmth, wisdom and unrelenting optimism he shares a life testing his faith on both sides of the Pacific showing us what it means to act as if you really do have a father in Heaven. Trained in Japan after a teenage crisis led him God he went to America as a young man. Despite language obstacles, lack of funding and in a completely foreign milieu he established several very successful churches and ended up in the creme de la creme of places, Santa Barbara California. Pat Kennedy zeros in on a big issue: the use of mammograms in diagnosing breast cancer. Using four decades of experience as a registered nurse in Canada she carefully explains how 'informed consent' has been almost non-existent in this issue. A passionate and balanced defender of our right to know the risks involved in shooting radioactive material through a breast sandwiched between plates (with metal chips permanently embedded in the soft tissue!) often multiple times in one session, she offers a sane and safe alternative to knowing our body's condition. It is thermography i.e. minute measurement of temperature changes all over the human body. She does not claim to have all the answers and she is clear in stating what thermography can and can not do. Informative, wise, inspiring and most of all eloquent Pat gives us the highlights of a long career in helping people get informed about their own bodies, their own health.
