Pediatrician Dr. Bob Sears joins Del to unpack ACIP's hepatitis B vaccine debate, the near-total absence of long-term safety data for newborn vaccination, and why the U.S. is an outlier in giving this shot on day one of life. He discusses the Physicians for Informed Consent's new Silver Book “Vaccines and the Diseases They Target”, designed to give doctors and parents clear, side-by-side numbers on disease risk and vaccine risk so real informed consent can finally happen.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-highwire-with-del-bigtree--3620606/support.

Send us a textBoard-certified pediatrician Dr. Joel "Gator" Warsh offers a balanced, non-polarized look at vaccine safety, revealing the scientific gaps often hidden from parents. Dr. Warsh, author of Between a Shot and a Hard Place, discusses the absence of long-term vaccinated vs. unvaccinated studies and how the 1986 liability shield removed pharmaceutical accountability, creating little incentive for better safety research. He addresses institutional censorship, including why the Henry Ford Health study showing adverse health trends was suppressed. The conversation focuses on empowering parents with honest information and practical advice for navigating vaccine decisions, finding supportive pediatricians, and creating personalized schedules, grounded in a call for more scientific rigor.Resources MentionedBetween a Shot and a Hard Place (book by Dr. Joel "Gator" Warsh)Between a Shot and a Hard Place (Substack by Dr. Joel “Gator” Warsh)Henry Ford Health's unpublished vaccinated vs. unvaccinated study (exposed by Del Bigtree)The McCullough Report (review of autism and vaccine literature)Dissolving Illusions (book on vaccine history)Turtles All the Way Down (book on vaccine research methodology)Aaron Siri's Book (on vaccine law and liability)Paul Offit's Book (pro-vaccine perspective)Kevin McKernan's Research (DNA contamination in COVID vaccines, SV40 promoters)The HighWire (Del Bigtree's show)An Inconvenient Study (Del Bigtree's documentary)Products 528 Innovations Lasers NeuroSolution Full Spectrum CBD NeuroSolution Broad Spectrum CBD NeuroSolution StimPod STEMREGEN® Learn MoreFor more information, resources, and podcast episodes, visit https://tinyurl.com/3ppwdfpm

Why is it so hard to find real guidance about wisdom teeth, fluoride, and braces for our families? When I first invited Dr. Barry Gillespie onto the podcast, I thought I was bringing on a traditional-turned-biological dentist. This is what I shared in my community The Rebalancing Collective, and what I shared on my instagram stories when I was gathering all the questions you wanted answered. But as soon as we began talking, I quickly realized I had misunderstood and what unfolded ended up being far more empowering than the conversation I originally imagined. What makes this conversation so powerful isn't just Dr. Gillespie's wisdom. It's the honesty that only comes from someone who has lived inside the traditional system, followed the rules, believed in the model, and then had his entire perspective altered by real life. He's here sharing his opinions after fifty years of seeing both sides… what dentistry teaches and what he now knows to be true about whole-body healing. And for me, that carries a different kind of weight. When I walked into my house after this interview, Ty and our kids asked me how it went, and the only words I could find were, “I feel like I just sat with one of those wise people you see in documentaries… someone who has actually lived the things he's talking about.” His insight means so much to me, and I know to every single one of you listening, because we're not here for symptom-masking or band-aids. We're here for lived experience. And hearing from someone who has walked both sides and now chooses a different path is deeply grounding and profoundly empowering. You'll hear his honest, unfiltered opinions on the things so many of us feel pressured into… wisdom teeth removal, fluoride, braces, root canals, and why, as he says, “you don't want to go along with the herd.” He takes you out of fear and back into discernment. The conversation around wisdom teeth alone is going to shift how you think about dental timelines. We compare it to circumcision, how the culture tells us to do something simply because “that's what everyone does,” instead of making decisions with intention and understanding. If you're someone who's ever sat in a dental chair or a doctor's office wondering, “Is this really the only way?”... this episode is for you. It's humbling, empowering, and filled with the kind of wisdom that helps you see your health in a whole new light.I can't wait for you to meet Berry! Let's get into it!Thanks for listening! And a big thanks to my existing subscribers for sticking with me and supporting the show! ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: In this episode I break down what I believe is one of the greatest scandals of our time. We were never given informed consent during COVID, and the truth is we still are not being given it today. From lockdowns to masking to the mRNA jab, from digital ID to central bank digital currencies, fifteen minute cities, net zero and the entire climate agenda, none of this has ever been honestly explained to the public. We have been managed, manipulated and coerced, not informed. This conversation was inspired by the work of Elizabeth Hart and a letter she shared with me that she sent to Professor Angus Dalgleish. Her research opened my eyes even further to how the medical profession, governments, PR machines, academic institutions and billionaire funded organisations shaped the narrative to manufacture compliance, not understanding.I talk openly about the failures of my own former profession, the coercion admitted by supposed experts, and the reality that anyone who pushed these products and still promotes them today has no place claiming leadership in any freedom movement. This is a call to clarity, a call to sovereignty, and a reminder that the entire system rests on our consent. Once we stop giving it, the spell breaks. This episode will challenge you, provoke you, and hopefully empower you to think differently.Enjoy the episode.See my substack for more info. In this episode of the You Are Not Broken podcast, Dr. Kelly Casperson interviews Jennifer Lanoff, a board-certified women's health nurse practitioner and attorney. They discuss Jennifer's unique journey from law to healthcare, the importance of ethics in medical practice, and the need for informed consent in patient care. The conversation also touches on the role of hormones in women's health, the impact of social media on healthcare discussions, and the future of hormone therapy. Throughout the episode, they emphasize the importance of empowering patients with knowledge and fostering open communication between healthcare providers and patients. Takeaways Jennifer transitioned from law to healthcare to focus on patient care. Ethics in healthcare needs to be redefined to include the harm of inaction. Informed consent should involve thorough discussions, not just signatures. Patients are increasingly educated and should be empowered in their healthcare decisions. Hormone therapy can play a crucial role in women's health and should be discussed openly. Social media influences patient perceptions and can complicate doctor-patient relationships. The future of hormone therapy is promising, but access and education are key. Healthcare providers must navigate the complexities of patient education in a fast-paced environment. The importance of shared decision-making in patient care cannot be overstated. The conversation around menopause and hormone therapy is evolving, and more research is needed. If you are taking any weight loss drug or are considering taking one, please consult with a professional/ your healthcare provider. Now - what a treat to have the lovely Aoife McMahon on the pod today!Aoife is a specialist eating disorder, disordered eating and body image dietitian. She supports individuals in one-to-one sessions to rebuild a peaceful relationship with food and their body. In addition to that, she works alongside colleague Rhian Houghton to raise awareness and provide training to professionals regarding eating disorders in the context of GLP-1 medications. One of the greatest gifts Aoife has found through her work — and through healing her own relationship with food and her body — is being able to raise her family in a home where a peaceful relationship with food is simply the norm.Aoife gave a fantastic overview of what GLP-1 medications are and what evidence for their long-term effectiveness we have (or rather, we don't have..). We discussed our mutual concern on how there is a lack of support for patients on these drugs, how healing people's relationship with food is often not part of the consultation process, and that informed consent is absolute key in ensuring that anyone who is considering them does so with all the necessary information available. Aoife and her colleague Rhian have developed a fantastic resource for dietitians and other healthcare professionals - a webinar that addresses all of the above. Let us know your thoughts on this topic! If you'd like to find out more about Aoife's work or contact her, here are the details:WebsiteInstagram @thatirishdietitianEmail: aoife@centreforliberatingnutrition.com Please reach out if you would like some support with your relationship to food OR movement. What if the skills that make breech and twin birth safe have been intentionally erased from modern medicine? In this episode, we sit down with Dr. Stuart Fischbein, an OB-GYN and longtime advocate for physiological birth. After nearly three decades in hospitals and over a decade attending home births alongside midwives, he's become a leading voice in reteaching the lost art of vaginal breech and twin delivery. Together, we dig into how this knowledge disappeared, what replaced it, and why practitioners are no longer taught to trust birth.Dr. Stuart exposes the ripple effects of fear, policy, and profit that shape today's obstetric system. We look at the flawed studies that reshaped global practice, the quiet politics behind “standard of care,” and the consequences of replacing skill with surgery. There's a reason breech birth became a lost language, and a growing movement to relearn it.You'll Learn:[00:00] Introduction[03:17] Why the medical system stripped doctors of individuality and decision-making power[12:05] How one flawed study reshaped global birth practices overnight[19:59] Who qualifies for vaginal breech birth[31:33] When “hands off the breech” isn't enough[36:46] How doctors rationalize ignoring evidence that contradicts hospital policy[40:52] The hidden conflicts of interest behind vaccine and medication recommendations[56:36] Why hospitals prioritize liability and revenue over individualized, physiological care[01:03:41] Rediscovering birth as a human experience[01:08:25] When medicine loses its humanityResources Mentioned:Fearless Pregnancy by Stuart Fischbein, Victoria Clayton, and Joyce Weckl | BookTwin Home Birth by Fischbein, S. | ArticleBreech Birth At Home by Fischbein, S. and Freeze, R. | Article“Home Birth” With An Obstetrician by Fischbein, S. | ArticleTerm Breech Trial (2000) by Hannah, M. et al. | ArticleHealthy as a Mother episode #135 on The Truth About Ultrasounds: Risks & Benefits | Apple or SpotifyBirthing Instincts Podcast | Apple or SpotifyLearn more from Dr. Stuart on his website. Send us a textCan a poison ever be made “safe” through testing alone? That unsettling question drives a candid conversation about vaccine safety, mandates, and the ethics of informed consent. We start with the everyday reality of lead testing in children, recall the historical use of mercury and arsenic as medicine, and ask whether modern labels can override inherent toxicity. From there, we examine how trust, data transparency, and institutional incentives shape what parents are told—and what too often gets left unsaid. We walk through the push to retest vaccines for safety and efficacy and the counterpoint that testing alone can't transform a harmful substance. Along the way, we discuss trial design, the presence of heavy metals like aluminum and mercury, and the cumulative burden of today's expanded pediatric schedule. We connect rising autism rates with the growth in jabs, highlight claimed differences in chronic outcomes between vaccinated and unvaccinated children, and revisit the historical decline of childhood diseases to reframe how risk and benefit are calculated in a modern context. We also talk frankly about timing correlations with SIDS reports and the financial incentives tied to vaccination rates that most families never see.Our goal isn't fear—it's agency. We advocate for informed consent and parental choice over blanket mandates, and we point you to practical resources, including the Silver Book from Physicians for Informed Consent, so you can walk into appointments with clear questions and a stronger voice. Moncrieff is critical of mainstream psychiatry's medical model of mental illness. Professor Moncrief's 2022 paper in molecular psychiatry didn't just make waves, it created a tsunami. Leading a systemic review of five decades of research, she and her team definitively demonstrated what no one had dared to state so clearly that there's no convincing evidence that depression is caused by a serotonin imbalance or any chemical imbalance at all. This paper became one of the most widely read scientific papers in modern history, ranking in the top 5 % of all research ever tracked. The world took notice because the world needed to know. What's hiding in the fine print of your meds and vaccines?  In this episode of Vitality Made Simple, Dr. Jeff Barke joins us to discuss why informed consent is often neglected in today's healthcare system.  Dr. Barke began questioning long-trusted medical agencies and studying package inserts for vaccines and medications during the advent of COVID-19.  He explains the shocking truths hidden in fine print, such as the use of aborted fetal cells in some vaccines, aluminum adjuvants that stimulate but also disrupt the immune system, and disclaimers showing that products were never tested for cancer or reproductive risks.  His goal isn't to tell patients what to do, but to equip them with the knowledge to make informed decisions for themselves and their families.Dr. Barke also explores how cultural and systemic issues—such as financial incentives for pediatricians, the rise of chronic illness, and direct-to-consumer pharma advertising—impact health decisions.  The conversation also touches on certain peptides, which he explains can be useful in monitored contexts but are often misused.  His central message is clear: informed consent, critical thinking, and a focus on purpose-driven living are the keys to true health.Visit my website DrDebbieOzment.com for valuable free downloads. 01:00:00 – Martial Law Playbook Trump's talk of sending troops into U.S. cities is framed as a Pentagon-backed military operation, planned long before, with conservatives enabling authoritarianism they once opposed. 01:05:29 – Pentagon's Megacity War Games A Pentagon video outlines future urban warfare, portraying megacities as “incubators for adversaries.” Commentary warns this is predictive programming for smart cities and biometric surveillance. 01:12:31 – Fascism in America Analysis argues Trump has fused technocracy with fascism by nationalizing industry, militarizing policing, and normalizing federal control—all cheered by conservatives. 01:18:34 – Chicago Woman Rejects Troops Despite being carjacked and injured, a Chicago woman rejects Trump's plan to send in the National Guard. She's mocked online but praised as more liberty-minded than conservatives cheering martial law. 01:30:28 – Martial Law Conditioning Pandemic lockdowns, mask mandates, and “crime crackdowns” are described as steps in martial law conditioning. Public, judiciary, and Congress are being acclimated to permanent military presence. 01:52:47 – Digital ID = Tyranny Children's Health Defense warns “voluntary” digital IDs always become mandatory. TSA's biometric scans are cited as proof that digital identity is a technocratic control grid. 01:58:16 – CDC Shake-Up & Power Struggle RFK Jr. clashes with CDC Director Susan Monarez over vaccine policy and alleged autism links. Her refusal to fire staff leads to her removal, triggering mass resignations and exposing deep cracks inside the agency. 02:05:28 – Hypocrisy of “The Science” CDC officials claim to protect public health while covering up vaccine harms and autism research. Commentary rips the arrogance of bureaucrats demanding blind trust and restricting scientific inquiry to “experts only.” 02:15:43 – Informed Consent & Pharma Tyranny Discussion shifts to medical freedom, pointing out that patients should decide—even in terminal cases—but instead government enforces pharma's agenda. When Dr. Roger McFillin first stepped into a children's psychiatric hospital, he was shocked by what he witnessed—kids as young as five being medicated into compliance, their trauma overlooked, and their humanity reduced to labels and prescriptions. That moment set him on a decades-long journey to expose the truth about America's mental health system. In this conversation, Dr. McFillin joins Drs. May and Tim Hindmarsh to challenge some of the deepest assumptions in psychiatry—from the “chemical imbalance” myth to the widespread drugging of normal emotional responses like grief, fear, and anxiety. He shares gripping stories from his work with traumatized children, teens in the juvenile justice system, and adults on multiple psychiatric drugs, raising hard questions about informed consent, resilience, and what true healing looks like. This isn't just an interview—it's a raw, honest look at how our culture medicalizes suffering, why that's dangerous, and how reclaiming struggle and resilience may be the real path forward. Whether you're a physician, a patient, or simply someone searching for truth, this episode will stay with you.Rapid Fire TakeawaysWhy the “chemical imbalance” theory never held up to scienceHow normal human suffering became pathologized as “disorder”Why informed consent is missing in psychiatric prescribingThe difference between short-term crisis meds vs. long-term harmHow resilience, not over-medicalization, is the real path to healingAbout the GuestDr. Roger McFillin, PsyDClinical psychologist, writer, and host of The Radically Genuine Podcast. Summary In this conversation, Ali Damron and Elizabeth Katzman delve into the complexities of hormonal health, particularly focusing on the effects of birth control and the concept of the 'pill hangover.' They discuss the symptoms women experience after discontinuing birth control, the impact of hormonal contraceptives on overall health, and the importance of understanding the long-term effects of these medications. Katzman emphasizes the need for informed consent and the significance of addressing nutrient depletion and nervous system health in women transitioning off hormonal birth control. The discussion also covers alternative contraceptive options and the importance of education in empowering women to make informed choices about their health. Takeaways The term 'pill hangover' describes lingering symptoms after stopping birth control. Many women experience symptoms like anxiety, fatigue, and hormonal chaos post-pill. Birth control can suppress ovulation and disrupt hormonal balance. Understanding the difference between progestins and bioidentical progesterone is crucial. Nutrient depletion from birth control can lead to various health issues. The nervous system's health is impacted by hormonal changes and nutrient deficiencies. Women should be educated about their menstrual cycles and hormonal health. Informed consent is essential when considering hormonal treatments. Alternative contraceptive methods exist that do not disrupt natural hormone production. Long-term health considerations should guide contraceptive choices.   Chapters 00:00 Understanding the Pill Hangover 02:50 Defining Post-Pill Symptoms 04:32 The Impact of Hormonal Birth Control 07:50 Comparing Birth Control Methods 10:05 Progestins vs. Progesterone 12:19 The Risks of Synthetic Hormones 14:00 Informed Consent in Birth Control 17:50 Natural Alternatives to Hormonal Treatments 19:20 Addressing Mineral Depletion and Recovery 19:35 Gut Health and Mental Well-being 22:50 Nutrient Depletion and Hormonal Balance 26:59 Understanding Menstrual Cycles and Hormonal Health 29:48 Innovations in Women's Health: Bioregulators and Peptides 33:58 The Role of Lifestyle in Hormonal Health 37:54 Practitioner Insights and Patient Care   Resources Elizabeth's IG Elizabeth's Website  Ali's Resources:  Calm the Chaos: Practical Tips and Tools for Stopping Anxiety in It's Tracks Course! From a young age, Sophia felt a powerful calling to support babies entering the world. By the time she became pregnant with her first child, she was already deep into her midwifery training, and ready to welcome life, both professionally and personally. She gave birth at home, surrounded by care and familiarity, with a trusted colleague by her side. But soon after her son arrived, it became clear that something wasn't right. He was quickly diagnosed with VACTERL, a rare and complex combination of birth defects. At just 36 hours old, he underwent his first surgery — the first of many. When Sophia became pregnant again, she hoped for a smoother path. But her second baby was breech, leading to a cesarean birth and more unexpected complications after delivery. Through both of these challenging journeys, Sophia learned to navigate the medical system with resilience and grace, finding her voice as a mother and an advocate, not just for her children, but for others walking a similar path. Sophia Henderson is a certified home birth midwife and host of the Born Wild Podcast. With over 16 years of experience, she blends traditional wisdom and evidence-based care to support families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Passionate about reproductive autonomy and the transformative power of birth, Sophia creates calm, connected spaces for families to welcome their babies in safety and love.  Find Sophia on Instagram @sophiabirth and @bornwildmidwifery  Born Wild Midwifery Born Wild Podcast If you love the show, I would greatly appreciate a review on  Spotify or Apple Podcasts!  Follow me on Instagram @healingbirth Do you have a birth story you'd like to share on the podcast, or would like to otherwise connect?
