Because we hate wasting time. So we'll tell you if the food is worth it or not. That's right, we are back with another microcode of Dine Dish & Dash, the podcast where we eat from a new restaurant, tell you if we loved or hated it, dish on all things pop culture and leave. Tonight we tried Kickin Chicken, a new local spot in Farmingdale, LI. Is it worth the hype? Take a listen and then check out their Instagram . We give them tons of credit. Any place with a heat scale that includes terms like AF and "sign the waiver" is worth the listen. Tales of True Crime. We are passion obsessed, and we know you are too. In this episode, we dive into the dark and disturbing worlds of two of the most notorious mass murderers in American history- John "Jack" Gilbert and Marcus Delon Wesson. This episode is not for the faint at heart. John "Jack" Gilbert Graham (January 23, 1932 – January 11, 1957) was a mass murderer who, on November 1, 1955, killed 44 people aboard United Airlines Flight 629 - including his own mother. Marcus Delon Wesson (born August 22, 1946) is an American criminal convicted of nine counts of first-degree murder and has been described as the worst mass murderer of Fresno, California. For your daily dose of Sanity is Overrated, follow us on TikTokSanity is Overrated Podcast:Have a show idea or want to drop us a line to say hey- you can do that and here's how. Starting the top of the show with an apology. We set up Season 3 Episode 1 the best we could - we call it "a wing and a prayer." Great episode, terrible audio. And for that, we are super sorry. We are using that episode as a learning experience. The lesson learned is that we all came in early tonight and got cross-trained on audio, so hopefully, that will never happen again. Thanks again to Brandon, Chic, Chris, and Manny for being great sports. It's the night after Thanksgiving and Rob and Jenn spend the hour catching up on all things happening in their life. The definition of juggling has never been felt more than in this episode. Buckle up. Sanity is Overrated Podcast:Have a show idea or want to drop us a line to say hey- you can do that and here's how. Please, we beg you, do not listen to this episode. It's terrible, but the food was delicious. Rob is totally HANGRY and takes it out on Jenn (on brand for him). All she did was text him the order which he approved, but didn't really read (sounds about right), and the Jenn had the food delivered to the wrong house (oops) which he had to go pick up from a stranger (possible hook up?), in a monsoon (hmm, this is taking a turn), and start the episode in said monsoon (isn't that dangerous?) all while navigating to Jenn's house (well, guess all's well that ends well). Was that SO terrible Rob? Luckily, the food speaks better than the hosts on this one. We've warned you. This episode is terrible. Dine, Dish and Dash, is the microsodes where we dine on food and review it, dish on pop culture and have an opinion about it, and then just....dash. "Psst. hey man, you like comedy?" If you have ever been asked that question hurrying down the street in Times Square by some fledgling comic who needs 5 guests to be able to perform their 5 minutes of material and you say “No” because you need to NOT get caught up in this poor mans pyramid scheme so you aren't late to your callback and then you feel bad for being a jerk to some stranger who just wants to communicate with the world as an artist the only way they know how…Then how do you think “Bee” feels? (Sorry about that, Jugglers, Rob's projecting) Anyways…On the season 2 finale of Sanity is Overrated, we sit down with Producer, Comedian and Podcaster Brendan Ryan,(“Bee” for short), where we discuss the state of comedy, creative process and Bath and Body Works. Every June in the United States, the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community comes together for a monthlong celebration of love, diversity, acceptance, and unashamed self-pride. The month is meant to recognize the sweeping impact that LGBTQ+ individuals, advocates, and allies have on history in the United States and around the globe, according to the Library of CongressThis year, we celebrate PRIDE month by telling you the story of Rylie, the amazing 10-year-old that is going to change the world. Rylie, is the child of Jenn and recently sat their parents down and came out as non-binary (they/them). To fully recognize this, and own this at 10 years old is a story you must hear. “This is what makes me feel confident” Later in the episode we talk about Time Management and how we deal with time. Lucky for us its so appropriate with all we have on our own 2 plates juggling life, relationships and what is the busiest month of the year for most people. If money was no object, what would you order from the best Italian restaurant? We are back from Hiatus, and we jumped right back to eating our way through Season 2, starting with a microsode of Dine, Dish, and Dash. We were H U N G R Y as we dished on Italian food and spilled some secrets on what's in store for the rest of the season. Mangia!
You guys loved the first one, so we are back with our second BONUS episode of Dine, Dish and Dash where we normalize everyday people eating everyday food and discuss pop culture just like we were in your kitchen. In this episode, we start with Italian and end with French and somewhere along the way we talk about the Oscars. Thanks to everyone who tuned in live, we loved meeting our new friends. Should we create a TikTok account??
Who doesn't love a good 'ol advice show? We certainly do. In this last episode before our Spring vaca, we are doing some VGADing (very good advice dispensing) to some questions posted to Reddit. And listen to one very interesting story about Lorelle and Mr. Softee (insert inappropriate puns here). Keeping on the Lorelle train, we also hear about her recent TERRIBLE experience at Crystal Springs and peep-gate. Finally, Rob and Lorelle go toe to toe in a round of 'What's that TV show?' The crew is getting set to go on Spring vacation and will be back with episodes on May 25th. But have no fear, until then, catch microsodes of Dine, Dish & Dash on the Stereo App, where YOU can be part of the episode. To keep up with all the latest, follow Rob, Jenn and Lorelle and the Show on Instagram
BONUS EPISODE! While Lorelle was fancying it up on vacation for Spring Break (lucky), Rob and Jenn took to Stereo for an installment of Dine, Dish and Dash - the show where they stuff their faces, talk about food, celebrity and current events and then dash.

Did your great Aunt Sally teach you how to cross-stitch or are you someone that started making bread during the pandemic and now you can't stop talking about your sourdough starter? In this episode Rob, Lorelle, and Jenn dive into the world of hobbies and why we love them. They also welcome guest TattooBobTV, an old guy who draws bad characters.
Episode 27: Pack your bags and grab your passports, we are taking a snacking trip around the world. We (still) aren't allowed to travel and WE ARE OVER IT! So, we decided to take you on a journey with us as we snack our way around the world. So buckle up and get ready to taste snacks from South Africa, Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, Japan and the UK. Episode #18 and we welcome back our friend and superstar Chef Allison Fasano. The topic tonight is FRIENDS. Why we need them, and how they make our lives better. In fact, did you know having friends is as important to our physical health as eating well and keeping fit...Friends help us deal with stress, make better lifestyle choices that keep us strong, and allow us to rebound from health issues and disease more quickly. Friendship is equally important to our mental health. Bottom line, we are friends. You're our friends, and we are yours. Thank you to Chef Allison Fasano for being a friend of the show. As soon as we have merch we will send you some. :-)PS- occasionally during this episode you'll hear Jenn's little guy make his presence known. We don't discourage this. It's a part of who we are, and because life doesn't stop cause mommy's recording a podcast.
According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in the U.S., affecting over 40 million adults age 18 and older. That's over 18.1% of the population. And that's without virtual schooling and a pandemic at our doors. The good news is, you are not alone. In this episode we pull back the covers on our own relationship with anxiety, and mental health. We are sharing how it has impacted us and more importantly, how we cope. Through our stories we hope to pass the baton of awareness (and available resources) to others. If you or someone is battling mental health issues, please reach out to The National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI) at www.nami.org

We are back again via Skype for episode #7 talking about what we're doing to pass the quarantine days away. Who knew Jeff was a woodworker? Rob sings to us from Momma Mia. We try to organize a Broadway show block party sing-a-long on Jenn's block - and the gang tries to get Jenn to and Lorelle to exercise with something other than bottles of wine. Will it work? Take a listen, we're a hoot. ******************************************************************************************************************Welcome to Sanity is Overrated! Episode #6. There is no agenda for this show. No notes. No segments. This episode is a check in call between friends. Rob needs to get his auditions taped by himself. Lorelle and Jenn need to 'work at home' and 'learn from home'. Its Jeff's birthday, and we need to celebrate. We are all talking about what we're doing to adjust, cope, and move forward. Juggling has taken on an entirely new meaning. We will continue to post our 'check in calls' in the hopes it helps you adjust, cope and move forward into a new normal. We want to hear your stories. We want to hear how you are adjusting, coping and moving forward. We want to know if you are taking online exercise classes - and where we can find them. We want to know what restaurants you're ordering from - and what you're eating. We want to know if there are rainbows in your windows - and sidewalk art in front of your house. We want to know what's working for you so we can share with others. Talk to us. We are here, and we are listening. We are all in this together.
Episode #5. Taking it all the way back to the era we love to sing-a-long too. This is our birthday tribute to the one and only, the woman of the decade, our loveable co-host and your friend LORELLE! Help us welcome Lorelle into the magical world of her 40's. We are snapping our fingers and singing along to an 80's TV theme song trivia game- of which Lorelle did pitiful on. But it don't matter cause we gonna party like itscha birthday doll! ______________________________________________________________________**Special note to our wonderful #jugglers** we know this is a very difficult time for all of us, as we navigate these unusual times of COVID-19. This episode was pre-recorded before our schools, workplaces, and cities were shut down. We, as a team, have determined to help support you in the best way we know how- by continuing to record our podcast and bring you information and resources on how we are handling our way through the days, juggling the demands of working, caring for others and maintaining a sense of normalcy for those we love the most. We are getting ourselves situated virtually to bring you new episodes, and we promise to alert you as soon as we are ready to drop one on ya. In the meantime, we want you to know we are here for you, we are with you, and we are keeping you close in our hearts and minds. Stay healthy and be kind to one another.
Episode #4. The one where we veer totally off our show segment list and talk all about our love of Girl Scout BBQ Mix (We're looking at you Gina B), the St. Patrick's Day parade and the invisible workload of women. Plus we are toasting with mimosas in our new studio space. __________________________________________________________________________________Welcome to Sanity is Overrated, co-hosted by Jennifer Muccioli, Lorelle Riso and Rob McCaffrey where twice a month we lean into conversations that make life just a little easier when you are juggling it all. Episode #3. Olympic athletes have been doing it for years, Lorelle and Jenn did it for this podcast and Jeff, well, we aren't allowed to talk about what Jeff does when we're not with him. We are talking about vision boards of course- why, what did you think? Visualization is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do. According to the popular book The Secret, "The law of attraction is forming your entire life experience and it is doing that through your thoughts. When you are visualizing, you are emitting a powerful frequency out into the Universe." And our guests, Lauren Bynum and Liz Fiore of VisionWorksNY believe in vision boards so much they're on a mission to show all of us how to make our future a reality and the science behind it all. And that's just half the fun. The other half we chit chat about Jenn's new obsession with Punk Post, the card company putting the artistry back into sending snail mail, the status of us not sporting, public bathroom technology (again, Rob, he needs help) and one of Lorelle's twins' apparent obsession with licking things. This is a great episode for all our #jugglers out there, so get your podcast on and Welcome to Sanity is Overrated. ******************************************************************************************************Co-hosted by Jennifer Muccioli, Lorelle Riso and Rob McCaffery, twice a month the gang leans into conversations around topics that are important to them and leave it up to you to decide if what they are saying is worth any weight. Episode #2. Welcome to cold and flu season, where all your germy dreams come true! We've spent the better part of the last 2 months wiping noses, washing hands and well, clearing up all our 'portals of entry'- a new term we learned thanks to our friend and guest, Lauren DePalma, RN. In this episode, we tackle the obvious and not-so-obvious things to do when germs invade your house for a very unwelcomed stay. We also follow Rob around the US, make a new friend Becky, talk about life when getting kids ready for school, and make some really bad Superbowl predictions. Join us. We're a hoot. ******************************************************************************************************Welcome to Sanity is Overrated! Episode #1. It's January and we HAVE to talk about goals, right?!? Mmmm, maybe that's what you need to hear from a great inspirational podcast, but not exactly what you're going to get here. In fact, Jenn's already abandoned her resolution, Lorelle is creeping up on face time convos at TJ Maxx and Rob is practicing 'being kind to humans'. Perhaps the best part of this episode is our celebration of national 'plan your vacation day'. Sound like we're all over the place? Yup. We are. And so are you. Welcome to Sanity is Overrated.
