We invited our lovely friend and business coach, Emily Hodge for a chat about how we can protect our mental health when running a business.   A 2018 study showed that 58% of entrepreneurs have suffered with their mental health, and 55% said that running a business negatively affects their mental health.   We wanted to dive into this a bit further and talk through the factors that the entrepreneurs stated that negatively affect their mental health. Things such as workload, isolation, lack of support, positivity pressure, money & failure.
