Tired of being tired? But you are Christian Working Mom, so is that allowed? Short answer is yes. God want to perfect you through the trials and tribulations that you are facing as a professional mother working outside the home. Before you fill out FMLA or raid the pantry to cool down your frustration try this:
You want to be grounded, centered, emotional regulated to handle to roles and responsibility. Trust God and turn to him to perfect you along the journey and stop trying to be perfection. Seeking perfection instead of relying on God will wear you down. God will provide the help you need along the journey
As a Christian working woman, mother accept your identity in Christ to have the right to be protected, perfected, to beat burnout and be in true alignment When you feel unseen, unsupported, discouraged as a Christian professional woman you can: -get discouraged -feel ashamed -strive for perfectionism -get burned out But when you invite the Holy Spirit inside us we get a new perspective that : -empowers you -energizes you -guides you -supports you -protects you -allows you to rest -allows you to have compassion for yourself and others
Are you struggling to do all the things then make it look like it is not wearing you down. Well the good news is promises to be with you no matter your circumstances. He will guide and protect you even when life is feeling out of control. So Sis don't hide , instead abide in Him. So you can walk in the truth and in alignment

We need the direction of the Holy Spirit, more knowledge and implementation of the Word of God, and accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior in order truly feel peace, grace, and victory in your life.

Back to school Bonus episode (car edition/raw and real) Sis, back to school (even if you home school) can test your salvation with the change in schedule, range of emotions plus mounting forms, apps, and paperwork. It can easily feed into the "not good enough" and "too much going on" fears and frustrations but.. take heart my dear sister. The good news is: As a believer in Jesus Christ we have much needed help to keep us from Mom rage, resentment, and being overreactive. This episode will let you -process what you are feeling about back to school with a mother of 5 who gets it -learn to surrender to God and give our child(ren) and ourselves much needed grace - a quick prayer -mini-devotion so you can check that off your list and invite the Holy Spirit in to transform your day. verses: Hebrews 13:6 So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me? 3 John1:4 I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth www.victoriousworkingmom.com Join the Victorious Working Mom Email List! As professional women of faith it is easy to get isolated and use social media, following celebrity culture as a way to cope with loneliness and connect with others. While watching your favorite show or following a celebrity that you admire or enjoy is not inherently bad, but left unchecked it can be dangerous. 1. Para-social relationships with celebrities should not replace in real life relationships especially fellowship with other believers 2. Following celebrities/influencers (even Christians) will not offer true intimacy, will not speak into your life directly, and cannot offer accountability for false beliefs or struggles with sin 3. You need to make sure you are a "friend in your head" to yourself and build your relationship with God to seek out healthy relationships with yourself and others. 4. We need God to have true victory www.victoriousworkingmom.com Join the Victorious Working Mom Email List! Christian Professional Mom Facebook Community

What you believe affects how we see ourselves and how we show up in relationships. Including the relationship with yourself. Doing a practical devotional dive on one verse that can draw us closer. Ephesians 2:10 For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. 1. You are a unique creation 2. You are already ready to face what is facing you 3. Your imperfections are needed to do God's good work
Matthew 5:25 Discussed worry and why God commands us to not worry but trust in Him As a busy Christian woman, it is so easy to get caught up in the noise of the world, the limitations of being human and the even be tempted to ignore or suppress our needs. God give us a reminder that as followers of Jesus Christ, what he says goes. We are loved, seen and valued. God promises to take care of us. Anything contrary to that is not of God. So invite Him into to your real life not just blessing your food or quick "hedge of protection" prayer. Get in His presence and you will find the fullness of joy.
Are you working to earn your healing, your rest? This episode breaks down that many of us working moms are "toiling" and grinding trying to make it happen. Is toiling the same as hard work? NO there are differences Toiling requires resisting reality, feelings, ignoring needs which is not sustainable long-term. Toiling makes people sick and leads to burnout, moral injury!! Hard work- has an element of adventure, joy in the journey, excellence, confident, interdependent, ebbs and flows, aligned action Should Christian professional Moms be apart of hustle an team no sleep culture? FMLA, work place accommodations, medical visits do not have to be the only tools to create boundaries or protection in the workplace. Mind your business, listen to your body, optimize your locus of control, and being lead by the Holy Spirit. Addressing the blockages in your body and life can truly prevent and treat disease and dis-ease.
Are you ripping and running? Are too busy, too tired and overwhelmed to do what you want?
