We see Juniper navigate her life with both humor and emotional depth. She experiences a revelation that it's never too late to follow one's dreams—an inspiring message for viewers of all ages. New Wowie Zowie Alert! Aaron O'Connell, playing Alex, delivers a standout performance. Alex, who becomes a significant part of Juniper's journey, perfectly captures the essence of a supportive and understanding partner. Alex recognizes Juniper's true self and supports her in embracing her inner child. Little Junebug (Mila Jones) We were split on our opinion of Mila Jones, portraying the young Juniper, adds a layer of innocence and charm to the film. While her character can be seen as precocious at times, she does a commendable job of embodying the spirit and curiosity of a young child. A Message We Can Relate To! One of the most beautiful messages of "Junebug" is that it's never too late to pursue your dreams. The movie emphasizes that every moment is the right moment and encourages viewers to stand up for ...

She begged to audition for the next one, the jumping off point for a lifelong love-affair with art, musical expression and exploration of the human character and psyche. Autumn's breakout screen role came as the individualist Taylor Townsend on FOX's hit teen drama, ‘The OC.' This launched her into a steady stream of strong female leads on shows like Entourage, No Ordinary Family, Last Resort, and many more. Over the next decade, she became a mother to two boys and found a home telling love stories on the Hallmark Channel, for which she has become a much-beloved and in-demand star. In recent years she's stepped further into her power by executive-producing for the network, as well as co-writing and directing additional projects for stage and screen. There are five Thursdays this month and that means that it's time for a "Small-Screen Shameful." This time, the victim is the Danny Trejo vehicle, The Legend of La Llorona. After the guys figure out which La Llorona movie they are supposed to watch (there are so, so many, you guys!), they discuss the stereotypical accents that are heightened beyond believability, the ridiculous cartel subplot, Andrew being an emotionally abusive husband, ghosts that you can shoot and stab and much more. Ciao! Prego! Bella! Spaghetti? The girls review Always Amore in this week's episode! Autumn Reeser and Tyler Hynes star in this movie from 2022. A beloved Italian restaurant is struggling, but a consultant is invited in to help save it. Will love and happiness find a place in Elizabeth and Ben's lives? Or will pride and grief keep them at bay? Emily and Sophia have a blast chatting about this movie, as well as talking about the new Barbie movie, Utah, and Amazon Prime Day! Give this episode a listen to hang out with your favorite girls
Yeehaw, and welcome back, friends! This week's movie choice is "A Country Wedding" starring Autumn Reeser an Jesse Metcalfe. In this movie, a country singer (Metcalfe) returns home to his small town to sell his late parents' house before getting married to his movie star fiancee. While visiting, he reconnects with his childhood best friend (Reeser) and learns what it means to really be home. We really enjoyed this movie and were both pleasantly surprised to see a Hallmark classic movie deliver some quality acting and decently well-developed plot lines. If you like country music, small towns, and weddings gone awry, then definitely check this out! Sophia gives us a dating update (our favorite part of the week, am I right?) and Emily is happily settling into a new routine living in a new-old city. As always, you can find this movie and more at frndlytv.com!

I'm back again with more 2022 Hallmark movies I didn't watch last year when we were on a break. As we all remember, Hallmark's number one fan contest last year left left me in not a great place and I didn't really get back to the movies until Christmas. Now that I'm in a better place with them again, I've been catching up and we have eight more movies to talk about. Romance To The Rescue was a solid movie for Marcus Rosner as he continues to move outside of his “jerk rich boy boyfriend” typecast role, but the ending fell into that sloppy “overheard and misunderstood” trope I hate. Hidden Gems though was a home run, slam dunk for the channel and something I very much want to own. Lastly for Hallmark, Autumn In The City was a nice hug, the kind that Nora Ephron would give you. Over on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries we had a lot to catchup on. Always Amore was a solid movie and another solitude type cast role of “anything involving Autumn Reeser.” 14 Love Letters starred one of my new favorites, Franco Lo Presti, but this script was pretty much a miss for both of them. Groundswell featuring Lacey Chabert was also mostly a miss for me. It was fun to go to Italy, and Lacey played her typical chef role, but it was just incredibly slow throughout. Love's Portrait was a fun storyline for HMM and the Ireland scenery was beautiful. Finally, Color My World With Love starring Erica Durance and Benjamin Ayres is an absolute must watch. The representation was so amazing and you'll definitely need tissues. Catch all my thoughts now and make sure you vote for me in Hallmark's Number 1 Fan Contest this year using the link in my bios on TikTok and Instagram at SockBunStudios!

Les, Kurt, and Jason are on a journey into seemingly ALL of the topics including Jason's (unsurprisingly) unfiltered thoughts on The Fablemans. Then the guys venture down an Andrea Riseborough rabbit hole where they find that Richard Roeper gives no f**ks. Kurt finally got Covid and gets the utter the words “baby bump” as he delivers the news that Blac Chyna may be pregnant with baby #3 (the guys are gonna send a baby basket). Then the guys finally reach their destination: talking about Hallmark's Wedding Veil Journey starring Allison Sweeney, Lacey Chabert, and Autumn Reeser, set and filmed in gorgeous Greece. The movie just might be named after the band that does the song “Don't Stop Believin,” and will soon lead to the latest movies in the series The Wedding Veil Combat, The Wedding Veil Throuple, and The Wedding Veil Anal Beads. But don't you dare bump shame, (though it is ok to have opinions about your spouse's cooking! Les, Kurt, and Jason are walking down the aisle (shotgun wedding style) with Hallmark's Wedding Veil Inspiration. But first, Les has to model the Hallmark sweatshirt he was gifted, and Kurt has some incredible insight into the dark underbelly of Zoom gaming with Imogene Coca. Then the guys give some quick takes on the Academy Award nominees before stepping into the foot fetish frenzy of some evergreen Blac Chyna news! Then it's time for this week's movie which features more eating than you'll see in The Whale. Even with so much food, there's plenty of regional food shaming that gets so bad that one featured restaurant is forced to write inside their own packaging that the food is trash. If that's not enough shaming for you, there's some legit HR violation-level shade towards Autumn Reeser's outfits, even from Lacey Chabert and Allison Sweeney's characters. So get over your veil cooties cuz this saga ain't done yet! Facebook : alifetimeofhallmark Instagram : lifetimeofhallmarkpodcast Theme song generously donated by purple-planet.com
